Fiat. -app seems mostly unfinished -can’t find a dealership location in the app IN ITALY, as I’m on vacation while writing this review in Rome. Passed by Jeep/Alfa Romero/Fiat dealership earlier. You would think that at least this app to somewhat work in the country where it all started. Shut down this one and bring back the old one.

New app doesn’t work.. Can’t get past entering the VIN.

This app is not working. Every time i trying to add my vehicle and put my 8 last VIN Number it says Vehicle not found. How can it be solved?

Doesn’t work. Won’t scan VIN. I can enter it manually but after it finds my car, the app throws “Error loading” and will not confirm.

What is going on between the fiat apps?. The My Fiat app shows recalls and more information than this “new” app. Plus this one has an older version number. What is going on between the MY FIAT app and the FIAT app? Why should we upgrade to this app “immediately?

Replaced a good app with a bad one. Just like the other review said can’t get past the vin number

App Useless. I am experiencing the same problem the users have reported: the inability to add a vehicle. After I correctly enter the VIN number for my 2019 Fiat Spider and my ownership of the vehicle is confirmed, when I press the Next button, I get an error message: error occurred while loading, please try again. I have tried repeatedly to add my vehicle, only to get the error message. The latest update did NOT fix the problem.

Fails at everything. Can’t even recognize use my vehicle’s VIN

Doesn’t work. This new app doesn’t work. It said it located my VIN number but then the gave the message—“Error occurred while loading. Please try again” Its been a while now—same message every time. I miss the My Fiat app!

From bad to worse. When I received the email to download the new app, I was excited. Unfortunately, the app wouldn’t let me get last entering my VIN. My VIN was recognized but there was an error whenever I tapped “next.” Tonight, there was an update so I downloaded it thinking that would solve the VIN issue. Nope. It’s asking me to scan a QR code from my car’s screen. Too bad I have a 2016 with a very old version of UConnect. The app is completely useless.

Error message everytime I try to get pass the vim. Can't get past adding the video keep getting error

Terrible. The old version wasn’t great, but I can no longer log into it after the ‘upgrade’! I have supposedly updated my password 5 times successfully, but won’t let me log in!

Typical FIAT Garbage. Won’t even get past the first step of entering VIN. “Error occurred while loading”. Why reinvent the wheel? The “my FIAT” app was horrible and FIAT has outdone themselves by making something even worse to replace it.

Won’t allow me to add my vehicle. I downloaded the new app after getting an alert that I should. I have scanned and manually entered the VIN and it says “an error occurred” but nothing fixes it. Do better fiat!

This app is not ready for use. Update : Tried using this app again after a recent update. I put in the VIN but it now mis-identifies the year of my car and tells me that it can’t be added to my account (it’s already in my account if I log in either via the old app or the website!) and that I need to contact an agent to do so. Ugh. No thanks. Original Review : Was told in the “My Fiat” app that I needed to download this app as the older one was being discontinued. Ok, fine. Download this app and sign into my account. So now that I’m signed in, should my vehicle already be there? Nope, it’s not. So I go to add it, put in the VIN, vehicle is found but I’m told to go to the Activate Services menu on my vehicles touchscreen. My Fiat doesn’t have a touch screen! So I hit the “Dashboard” button in the app and am taken back to the main menu where there are no vehicles listed. Hopefully the app developers will do some more testing and refining of this app before they get rid of the old one because this one, in its current state, is not useable for me.

Can’t add car. Car used to show in Uconnect, now Uconnect is broken has a message to download this app. Can’t add car to this app; recognizes vin but says to call customer support. Customer support says they don’t support this app, call Fiat. Fiat says use the Uconnect app. And around we go. Useless waste of time.
