Great lamp and good working app. Edit: Thanks to the developer comment I see there is a way to control each lamp individually so I’m updating my review. This is a good app that makes it really easy to control the brightness and color of the light. I really appreciate that the app continues to get updated and the developers are quick to respond to reviews. . . Previous review: I love this lamp so I got another one for my room. I’m confused because there doesn’t seem to be any way to control one at a time. Anything I change just changes both.

Nice app. I saw in a lot of the reviews that people were reviewing what they purchased instead of the app. I don’t think they quite got what this was meant for lol. I really like the app obviously it wasn’t designed by Jeff Bezos but it’s a pretty nice app. It gives more options that the remote doesn’t which is nice I like to turn on pulsating mode and I like to do the cyan color. Obviously it’s not always convenient to open your phone and get to the app it’s easier to just use the remote but I like to use the timer so I don’t have to actually get up you know. All in all I just think it’s a pretty good app that I will use frequently.

Ads on every app launch just to turn on/off lights. I’ve been impressed with the lights I purchased - easy to assemble, works as expected, has a decent range of brightness and colors. What I was not expecting was having to see an ad, sometimes a video ad which takes time to skip and sometimes an ad that takes a few seconds to skip, every single time I want to open the app to turn my lights on or off. This has been the case for as long as I’ve had the app so I do not see this changing. Could I use the remote? Absolutely, but I was looking for something I could control with my phone. If simply turning on or off my lights via my phone requires me to skip past ads, I do not see myself purchasing any other products from this company. I’d much rather pay extra and have a lamp that I could just hook up to Alexa and not require a standalone app pushing ads on me after I’ve already bought their product.

love to hate. i loved these lights it was so convenient to be able and turn them off from my phone so that i didn't have to get up before bed to use the remote since my bed is out of range for the remote to work. But now i've had multiple instances where i wanted to go to bed but the app wouldn't load because it was searching for an Add. It didn't say that was what it was doing but I know that was the issue because ever since they added adds this will happen occasionally, and after it finally loads (sometimes taking 10-15 minutes) there's a new video add. It makes me very frustrated because i'm attempting to go to sleep and the app won't load.

Love ‘em but the timer does not work. I am trying to use the timer but it will not let me adjust the times that I want them on or off. I think it’s a great idea just needs to be expanded on. A idea that I had is almost like a alarm clock without the sound. I know personally I am half asleep when I need to get up and if the lights just turned on to a certain color I would wake up. But other than that the lights are great and make my room SOOOOO much cooler. If there is a future update I think the side futures should be worked on.

it’s ok. i downloaded this app to access the timer feature, i’ve tried it multiple times but it hasn’t worked. This app also seems kind of sketchy and seems like it could steal your personal information. This is app is nice but it also has ads which are little annoying. the other features on there are nice, and it’s easy to connect. but the timer feature doesn’t work and they was the main reason the downloaded this app. the help center doesn’t really help and most of the instructions are outdated. overall the app is ok and i would recommend it if you need a very specific light color and it’s quicker to change.

works great…. But more personalization!. These lights and this app work perfectly and are so cool!! They really make my room into a super fun space. However, my only wish is that there was more personalization/customization available within the app! It would be really neat if you could “create your own scene” under the scene section of the app and select your own custom colors for the lights to cycle through (for example, if I wanted my lights to cycle through red, pink, orange, and yellow, then I could select those colors and save it as a preset). Maybe in a future app update, this could be a function that is added… Other than that, this product is awesome and affordable :)

Bluetooth Connection. Overall this app is good except for the Bluetooth, me and my brother have the same brand of led lights and when I got this app for the first time it connected to MY led lights but after a few months it unconnected from MY led lights to HIS so then I had to use the remote until it would connect back to MINE and currently MY led lights are not connecting to MY led lights and only connecting to my BROTHERS led lights, For me that is a very inconvenient thing as at night I don’t want to stretch over to the connection thing for the led lights just to dim the lights or turn it off.

Some problems but overall nice. So, I love this app and the lights. But they’re broken. I’ve had them for awhile and I decided to write a review about them. There’s this section close to where the lights start that can never match the color with the rest of the lights. Example; when I turn the lights on white that strip (about 3 feet of the lights) are yellow. These lights also never fully turn off. You have to unplug them completely for them to go all of the way off. These lights have been good overall. But at this point, I’ve learned to live with the flaws.

GET THIS APP. Ok so I have had to buy 2 pairs because my cat attacked the first one and it broke hahah but that’s a me prob as a preppy and just a human in general led lights have become popular so I did so looking and this is hat I found the I have a king size bed and they are plugged in on the other side so having the app is so nice so I don’t have to lean all they way over and hurt myself so thank you so much for this app I would love a response from y’all so you know how much I LOVE THIS in conclusion GET THIS APPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

Great but wish I could customize the timer more.. I love the lights so far! They were easy to install and setup. They connected almost instantly to Bluetooth and have really nice customization for the colors. I do wish, however, that there was a little more customization to the timer, specifically to the color of the timer. Currently, the timer sets the lights to the most previous color and I wish I could set a specific color and brightness for the timer. For example, if I wanted to fall asleep to a somewhat dim red light but wanted to wake up to a bright white light, I can’t currently do that. I feel that is the only thing missing from the app and would definitely boost my review to 5 stars! Cheers!

App needs work. The lights are great, the app is horrible. The timer doesn't work, you set a time for both on/off and neither work. The app is constantly losing connection to the device. You can manually turn them on,select a color and within two minutes the lights are flashing through all the colors. The remote doesn't work unless you point it directly at the adaptor which doesn't work for where our lights are. Wish the app was better because the lights themselves are great but two stars for the app as that is the only way we can even turn them on.

the led lights are not connecting.. its bright and all and they connect sometimes but the rest of them time it just dont connect it keeps doing it and i follow all the rules. It earlier connected but once i went into the app it said again “not connected”. Ive unplugged the black part, ive unplugged it fully, turned off my bluetooth and turned it back on, tried deleting the app and re downloading it. And even after that it did not connect. Im so frustrated. And i don’t even know what batteries the remote takes. Like it works and dosent work on and off on and off. It worked the first day i got them but now they are just horrible. Im not saying they are bad, its just the app is so frustrating..

Ok but wouldn’t buy again. The lights work but after a while of having them sections will stop changing to the colors you set and instead to a random color, and the remote becomes less reliable once the app is being used. The ads are annoying, I open the app to quickly turn my light on, and I have to wait for an ad every time now which is frustrating, the remote would be quicker ecen though this was supposed to be a more convenient option. My app also sometimes does not like to load in at all, so it will just be the logo, which has caused me to have to delete the app and re-download to be able to use it again. Overall, the lights are fine and they do the trick as well as the app, but in the future I will probably order from a different brand.

i don’t recommend. i got this app about a year and a half ago and it worked perfectly fine. now all of a sudden, it’s taking FOREVER to load and ends up stuck on the white screen. i’ve tried restarting my phone, closing the app and reopening it, and even deleting it and redownloading it. when i downloaded it again it asked me to sign in with my email?? why do i have to sign into something that i paid for and just to turn on my lights? i have to also mention that there are ads now.. this app has become so bad and i’ve tried other apps but nothing else will connect to my LEDs without me having to pay for it monthly. im tired of this app and i lost my remote.

LOVE this app!. Okay, i usually don’t do reviews but i decided to this time because this app is so useful! When i don’t feel like moving at all or can’t find my LED controller, all i have to do is control it on my phone. It is also so so so much more easier to make colors. It had cool effects you can use like strobing lights but i don’t know who would want to use it lol. I just wish there was an option to search up your own music not just the app. But otherwise it’s great

Not Great. I just got these lights for Christmas and thought to pair with this app once set up. Starting off with the lights, the distance between them on the LED lights is too far, making it not that bright. Also the remote had to be super close to work. With the app, it won’t even let me make an account. It just says network unable. I have tried different WiFi and cellular but it just won’t work. So, I tried going to the website for support and the email does not work. The phone number is in china so it is expensive to call. And none of the buttons on the site work. It is practically useless. Would not recommend to anyone.

Sweet but basic. I love these lights! They are bright and great and this app comes in handy when laying in bed. The remote has to have a direct point of vision to connect. For the app.. it could use some improvements although it’s nice! Some suggestions: The color wheel does not include WHITE as a preloaded color or even in the wheel itself, so I can only set my lights to WHITE using the remote. The timer is confusing and did not work. Did not really clarify what time I was setting it to turn off or on for. I’d like to be able to set my lights to turn on a certain time, like an alarm but for my lights. Not just a timer to turn the lights off (which did not work) . Also there are a few scenic options for the lights, but it would be really awesome if they allowed users to create their own color patterns and or share them! I know there are other apps for led lights that allow the consumer to create light shows and then share them for others to use themself. That would be so awesome! There are only a few color shows, not one for each color and only a few color combos other than RgB. Great lights so far :)

Works perfect!. I got a very long light strip for my birthday, and the app responds with the strip instantly. I would highly recommend this app. The only thing I would ask the developers that I would love is I would like it if we users could create our own light show and save it. Like we could put blocks together, each block would do a specific thing to the lights. I don’t know if that is even possible for the app. But if it was possible, I would even pay money for it. That is the only thing that could make the app better. Other then that, this app has got everything. Great Job! Highly recommend.

The app logged me out. I really like these lights and I’ve had them for well over a year now. But recently I lost the remote, so I’ve been using the app to turn the lights on, and off, but it logged me out today. I’ve been trying for a couple hours now to log back into my account but it’s not even letting me pick the forgot password option. The app will let me type out a password but that’s all it’ll allow my to do. I honestly don’t remember the password since I’ve never had to log out of my account. If this is a bug, or something, can it please be fixed.

Not bad. I love the lights themselves that’s not where the problems is the problem is in the app, I’ve had these kinds of lights before and the app worked perfectly but now that I have these ones it wants to glitch out all the time🤷‍♂️ it’s super irritating, I’ll open the app and it’ll keep switching from saying connected and not connected then when I go to change the color using the app it only works like half the time (when it doesn’t boot me out) and it’s just super annoying to have to re open the app a hundred times to change the lights to blue, idk what exactly the problem is or what’s causing my lights to do that but if there’s a fix or a solution please do it

App not connect whatever I do. Really nice lights bad app with many flaws. Almost impossible to connect lights to the app it either doesn't happen or takes forever. I do really like the lights and remote because it has lots of options of settings and colors to choose from. But the app however doesn't have a very broad option of colors and has too many ads it only had 3 song choices and you can't add any songs all it does is flash lights with the song you picked and and it really isn't as much as I thought I thought it would show you how to use all of the buttons which would be very useful. And btw this is all without upgrades bc I don't feel like doing that

Happy with the lights, but having problems with the app. I do recommend because the lights turned out great. They are really easy to put on, and they look great, and is a great source of light. The thing that I do not like is every single time I close out of the tab of the app then you have to delete the app and get it again because it keeps locking me out and then it gets stuck on home screen. I would love if the problem would be fixed but also it comes with an LED light remote that doesn’t require the app and that works perfectly fine. If you’re somebody that doesn’t mind not having their own color palette to choose from and just choosing from the colors it comes with that are on the remote, then I highly recommend this for you.

**Update** Lights are great, app is less than desirable. ** UPDATE** The app issue has been resolved and I was able to register my daughter’s lights! She having a great time playing around and learning how to use it! Much better and easier to use than the remote! Thank you! (Updated rating from 2 stars to 5 stars since app issues resolved!) I installed this light strips in my daughter’s room and they look amazing. We downloaded the app but it will not let us register (it keeps saying network abnormal) over WiFi or cellular. Very disappointed. If the app issue could be resolved, I could give this a 5 star review for sure!

Little care for customer satisfaction. I got these lights and the remote didn’t work so I’m forced to use the app to operate the lights. That wouldn’t be as big of a deal if I didn’t have to deal with constant obnoxious ads every time I want to turn my lights on or off. I could deal with the ads at first, but now the ads have moved beyond just pop ups and now are long videos that play loud music that I am forced to watch in order to operate my lights. I wish I didn’t get these stupid lights and I will never be purchasing them again. Waste of money and time. Also, only one device can connect to the lights so I am the only on in the household that can turn the lights on and off which is quite frustrating when I am away. Get better lights that have a better app should you be forced to use one. I wish I could remember the lights I had before these that had an app that didn’t force ads down my throat.

This app is amazing!!. I used to use my remote all the time then the plastic part came off! So, I had to go to the box and see where to order either a new remote of if they were Bluetooth. Thankfully they were!! This app is amazing and I love how I can save colors just like I could on the remote. Another thing I love about this app is the music feature! How the lights sinc in with the music you have downloaded! I definitely will keep using keepsmile and recommend it to people who don’t wanna get out of their bed to change the color! 😄

Great App for my 100-ft lights!!. I bought my daughter the 100-foot strip lights for her Birthday. After installing them and this app she yelled, “My room is the coolest ever!” I’ll take that as a win! This app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. She’s 12-years old and has no problem changing colors and adding mp3’s to watch the lights flash with the beat. The timer is perfect for shutting the lights off after falling asleep. Looking forward to new updates and added features!

App wont connect to lights. I have led lights around my room because i hate the normal light, ive had these lights for almost a year, and during that time the remote to them broke so i kinda rely on the app to use them. But recently the app wont connect to my lights at all. I tried unplugging the lights completely, messing with my bluetooth on my phone, turning my phone off and back on, checked to see if maybe the app needed updated, checked device connection through the app. NOTHING has worked. Now my lights are stuck on purple very dimmed down and i cant do anything about it :/ Update: i figured it out :) my bad

Remote doesn't work after the app upgrade. Update: I change the review to 4 stars! Nice seller and really quick response regarding the issue I mentioned. They said they were working on the issue and would fix it very soon. Highly recommend. Original review: I bought two floor lamps last week. In the beginning, all the physical switch, mobile app and remote function well. But when I opened my mobile app this week there was a pop-up notification saying new firmware found. After I clicked Update, everything changed. The physical switch and the remote both didn't work, and the lamp started flashing and kept changes colors. I unplugged the two lamps, then the physical switch went back to work, but two remotes still couldn't control the lamps. I tried to unpaid the remote following the instruction, but I was stuck in the first step, the light didn't flash! When I bought the lamp, the remote function was a key point that I chose this product. But now I'm thinking of returning these. I contacted the seller, they just said unpair the remote which I already told them I was stuck in the first step! Don't know if I can get any useful product support.

App Stopped Working. I bought my lights over a year ago now and this just started happening- the app just won’t work sometimes. It’ll freeze up on the opening screen and never actually let me do anything no matter what. I don’t have my physical remote on me anymore, and if I do it’s so hidden and probably really dead that I can’t find/use it, so this app is the only way I can turn on and off my lights. Also, it tends to pick up on everything and cause my lights to flash a lot, especially when turning off and on my tv (I did not hook it to the tv to my knowledge, it just does that) which tends to cause headaches. I found out about the app not working when it started flashing out again and it wouldn’t load me in, which caused a big headache for me. Please fix this problem!!

App Does Not Work (Edited). Edit: The login finally worked and the interface is nice. It was just a struggle to get it up and running. Original: I got the led strip lights (they work great) and I downloaded the app. I have been trying to make an account for over an hour and every single time I click “register” it loads for a bit and says “Network Abnormal.” I know there is nothing wrong with the internet because I have used it for other things and am using it to write this review. I love the lights but I want the app to work. Please help.

Wont let me dim the lights. I have been faced with the problem of not being able to dim the lights, when ever I’m on the app and try to change the colors on the color wheel, it stays between the red and blue range. And when I click the off button on the app the lights turn red not off. I have tried unplugging, forgetting the device, looking for a faulty wire or something, but nothing. I was wondering what should I do. Also a whole few feet of lights is completely off and broken and about a foot of lights colors are off for instance when lights are red the strip in the broken section will be red. Any fixes or should I contact the company directly??

Ads in app. I find it ridiculous that you started ad placement prompting users to manually have to close the ad screen to use the control options. I bought your physical product and now get bombarded every time I open up your app just to function the light activity. I shouldn’t have to “click to continue” every-time so that I can simply turn on/off the lights. Had I known you would change your app just so you can squeeze more revenue I would have purchased something else. The little issue is enough to prompt me to discontinue your product and just find something better. The ads shouldn’t be so intrusive and shouldn’t require the user to physically close them just to get back to the control menu to function the lights. Imagine having to read an ad every time I turn off and on my house lights. I would just use the remote but it doesn’t always operate properly. Plus it interferes with my Roku remote and changes menu settings so the included remote is most times useless.

Great but... Ok so these lights are amazing and they work great but how do you add your own music when I downloaded the app it gave me three already chosen songs and I know you can add Apple Music but I also want it to connect to another music app I’m using and it just wouldn’t work I tried to add more in the app but it was just those three songs so the only way I have to play songs I ACTUALLY like is with the microphone but if you added a +songs button or setting that would be great but otherwise this app works really good with my led lights. Okay so I got a response to my last which was great. But how could you do it without windows or Mac? Is there any other way?

Too many issues. I should’ve read the app reviews before buying these lights. The app forces you to close an ad every time you open the app itself. Not only do you have to close an ad, but you also have to WAIT for a certain amount of time to close it. Not only that, but sometimes the app bugs out and fails completely, kicking you out, forcing you to open it again and wait for everything to load and to close ANOTHER ad. I would just use the remote instead of the app, but it doesn’t work properly. My Roku remote interferes and changes the color of the lights every time I press a button on my tv remote. I can understand the bugs that crash the app, but the ads have driven me mad. I am getting increasingly more and more frustrated waiting for an ad to skip just so I can operate my lights. Also, portions of my light strip have gone out, causing some colors to fail. Large portions of the lights cannot shine green and blue colors. This is getting ridiculous, I should’ve bought from another brand.

Love it! But... So I just recently updated the app. THERE ARE ADS NOW?! Dude I loved the app because 1. NO ADS and 2. NO PREMIUM those two are the easiest to find in almost EVERY APP! Like honestly please remove them idk what happened. Also is there anyway you can make it possible for the lights to kind of like walk or flow with eachother in your next update. And can you add more pulsating colors like from yellow to red or blue to red stuff like that, but if that’s not possible it’s totally fine😄👍🏾 But besides that the app is great! REMOVE THE ADS THOUGH!!

…I just need customer support. The app works great don’t get me wrong but it logged me out and now I can’t get back in. Error on my end for not saving/writing down my password but there’s an option if you forgot your password. Upon clicking this you can enter the email associated with the account and tap the “send” button. After doing this multiple times the app does NOT send an email and now I can no longer get into the app. The link under the app support (on the App Store) takes you to this link that directs you to a site that has NOTHING to do with the product and the customer support on that pages doesn’t do anything. If this was simply fixed I would be giving this app more stars since it works great besides this hiccup. If someone could kindly reach out to me to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated!

👀♥️😬. So when the lights came in I was so excited everything was working fine and then when I was playing with the remote I hit the DIY 1 button and it all went south from there I hit 3 Colors that I really liked but when I tried to change it to something else it would not let me do any other color I am telling you this because you have to buy a product in order to have the app so if you get LED lights like i did DO NOT HIT THE DIY BUTTON 😬😬😬😬😬😬 I was really upset that I couldn’t do anything about and till this day I can only get 3 colors but besides that the lights are grate quality I’m just really upset that I couldn’t have any options to fix the three color thing I guess I should get a new remote idk🙃🙃🙃.

A REALLY GOOD APP DISREGARDING NEGATIVE COMMENTS. When I first got my LEDs I was skeptical that this app would not work and then I learned it’s actually really simple to use. And you always just have to keep your Bluetooth on before trying to change the color or turning them on. Otherwise it’ll take a minute having to reconnect them. This is a really good app and it should be tried no matter what others say you just have to try it out for yourself. Really love this app keep up the good work ☺️

Great app for simple use. This app is amazing. It was so easy to connect I was shocked. It simply uses Bluetooth to connect within seconds. I can control my sisters LED lights from my room and it is so funny! The timer setting is basic but it works! I recommend this app for people like me who the basic remote A, did not have colors such as pink. B, my dog kinda ate my remote. The colors are practically endless. The music filter is not the best but it works! If you are looking for a free LED light app this is probably the best one out there. The only negative feedback I have is that every time you exit the app you have to reconnect. It’s not a big deal because it takes seconds I would 100 percent recommend to my friends family and you!!!

Separation Issues. I find these to be a great quality easy set up and absolute AMAZING. They seem the mood and dynamic of the mood very well. But the issue I’ve been coming across is that my sister and I both have a set and the Bluetooth a Auto connect messes everything up. I want to have a timer on to help wake me up for work but it turns on her lights as well which is super bad since I wake up super early. So if you could add a forget device setting, or have a way to separate devices that would be amazing. I have unchecked the box that connects to hers it just auto connects immediately if I turn my phone off or leave the app. Like controlling each other’s is nice but we would just like to controls our own. Please consider looking into the development of disconnecting from devices and/or forgetting. If this wasn’t a problem 5 stars in my opinion, will change to 5 if app has an update that solves my problem and/or leave another review/update.

Great app! one annoyance. Ive been using this app for year or two now, and ive loved it even if its a charmingly tacky with its features, the recent UI update was a great (and needed) addition and i enjoyed my time with it. one very very annoying bug though is that every time my LED strip preset colors are set, and i exit and renter the color menu, it resets to the default presets (the top row of 4 color buttons). I've updated it and closed and reopened, and have had other people tell me the same issue is happening for them. please fix this ASAP it is not fun having to set it every time and i have loved using it up until now! (i'll update this when its fixed hopefully)

It’s ok I guess. The lights are really nice in my opinion. I just put them up today and I have had no problems with them. The app however has not been the greatest. The rating I gave was for the app not the lights. I got the LED lights and I scanned the thing from the box that brought me to this app. I would like to choose my own music to play but I am not sure how the only music it lets me listen to are 3 songs two are by allen walker and idk the last one. The app is not the greatest and I wish the color chart was different but it’s ok. My main only complaint is the music section. The lights are great though and work fine for me.

Inappropriate ad placement. I have been using this app to control my two lamps, which I found very useful until recent updates. The introduction of ads, especially ones that block the main functionality, has significantly diminished my experience. There have been instances where I urgently needed to use the app, only to be hindered by an ad with a deliberately delayed close button. This not only disrupts the usability but also raises safety concerns. While I understand the need for monetization, I suggest the developers consider a less intrusive ad placement, like a banner at the bottom, similar to other apps. Many apps offer ad removal as a part of their premium version, which also includes additional features. This could be a more user-friendly approach, benefiting both the developers and the users. Overall, while the app serves its basic purpose, the current ad strategy greatly hinders its functionality and user experience. I hope the developers will reconsider their approach for a better balance between monetization and usability.

Ad’s. It is crazy that i need to WATCH an ad before turning on/off my lights. I could handle the pop-up ad, as that was easy to close, however these ads i need to watch are insane. I regret buying these lights. I was recently kicked out of the app and then the app would go no further than the loading screen, the only way to fix it was to delete it and reinstall the app which is super inconvenient since my brother and i both have the same lights, and they are on the same wall (different rooms) So mine connect to his and his connects to mine, and neither of us ever have a clue of which is whose. Very disappointed. edit: I feel kind of bad because the company had such a nice response.. i updated the app and it’s no longer stuck, i greatly appreciate not as many ads. My brother and I changed our lights to our names, very helpful. Thank you. Sorry for being mean i was just frustrated 💔 this app is actually very helpful and i like it a lot since i get too lazy to grab my remote

I have some concerns. I put these lights up around my room boarder and I noticed when the ends came together that they were showing different tints. So while I have my lights on a plain white some will be more green and some more blue. I find it a little annoying cuz I like things uniform and looking nice. Also I already bout you physical lights why are there ads for the app which is literally just a remote. I wish there was more clear instructions of how the app works it feels like features are hidden. Also wish we could save more custom colors. Also making our own light patterns and light shows would make these lights totally worth it. Also the physical remote has to have direct contact with the sensor which makes it really annoying when I’m in a rush and just can’t get it right. The app has also been just freezing and I keep having to delete it and reinstall it in order to turn my lights off.

My LEDs are acting up. They were working perfectly fine then I came back to my room and went to turn up the brightness on the LEDs and they started blinking, and now the app said they aren’t connected with my phone when my Bluetooth is still on, I tried flipping the part where you plug the LEDs in to the box and when I did that it will say connected but the LEDs won’t work but when I flipped it back it won’t connect and they will still flash. And I’ve tried unplugging them and plugging them back in and nothing worked. How do I fix this

ADS will be the reason I get rid of this lamp/app. I love this lamp but the ads in the app are making me hate it. The lamp is not anything extravagant but does exactly what I want it to do and I like the bright lower light as well as the color changes. I love being able to use the app to turn it on and off. HOWEVER For the love of God please offer a paid version of the app to get rid of ads. Or just get rid of the ads… I already bought the product, so making me watch ads makes zero sense. And ads with SOUND? Ridiculous. Please update. Take my money. Just stop this nonsense. Otherwise it’s going on Facebook marketplace for someone else to have an ad BLARE on full volume at night when they are trying to turn their lights off. Alternatively, if I have to watch ads, I should be given my money back. I am not “subscribing” to a service? This is not a streaming service please please please make an ad free version or stick to the pop up ads with NO SOUND.

I had this app for a while on my old iPad and it worked fine, sure every now and then would have a minor inconvenience but for the most part it was a really helpful app. But when I got my new phone (this device Im writing on) the Bluetooth won’t connect correctly, it will say it connected in settings but when I get on the actual app it says no devices can be found then I go back to settings and it still says connected. I have reset the app but it still says no connection it have been one week and my lights are stuck at the highest brightness on pink. Please Fix This Bug 👁️👅👁️

Why ads?. Product and app are fantastic and work great. BUT WHYYY ARE THERE ADS in this update?! I paid for the product, which wasnt cheap by the way. And every time i want to turn my light on, off or change the colour i have to sit through ads first.

Doesn’t work. It won’t let me go in the app I have deleted and got it again and again also it won’t let me log in so I have to sign up but that also won’t work .

Strip lights remote control. This site needs major improvements. Awful, keeps closing every time I pick a different colour, Keepsmile often doesn’t show the device. I absolutely hate it. I may have to delete this app.

Just don’t. It’s a very sketchy app that ask to have access to photos, microphone and email plus it doesn’t really work. Also the music sync function doesn’t work just don’t bother using it.

Pretty good. I have limited plugs in my place and they worked great and the fact that you can run double lines gives you quite a bit of room to play with all in all I like the product I bought in three sets of them at 300 feet worth

Don’t get me wrong I love my LED lights and all and they work perfectly fine but the app could use some work as it keeps crashing every time I go to change the colour because I misplaced the remote. LED lights. Pretty happy with this app, although I don’t understand how the timer works. I’ve searched it up and tried it differently, but I’m not sure if it means 5 minutes until it turns off/on, or 5 hours.

The app works well, just 1 issue with music sync. Pretty happy with the lights and the amount of controls overall. Only thing I wish u guys would add to the app is more options to the music sync feature on the app, as of right now it uses all the colours on the RGB spectrum for music sync, is it possible to add a feature where I can just choose one specific colour for music sync or create my own combination of colours? Like more presets or something?

Remote. Everything works well except for remote. I don’t know if it needs batteries.

Led light strips. after a couple weeks there would be different spots on the led light that were different colours but it was really nice to be able to just go ur phoen and turn it on and off.

Dont update. I spent hours on utube finding and making my own colours and after last 2 updates they’re gone. What a waste of time. Dont even feel like making my own again as it will be reset to original boring colours. Sheeeeesh. That sucks.

Don't want to create an account. Typical developer, wants you to create an account before using the app. Just one of many developers wanting an account for a program that does not need one, if it's for saving settings then let the user save locally. I will delete and find a different app that does not ask for your email just so they can sell or abuse it. OR you can update the app not to need an email account.

Randomly Changes Color. The app will randomly disconnect from my device and it will change color or flash colors until I unplug it or use my remote. What’s the point of having an app to use if it’s broken? I saw a developer response that they added a feature to find forgotten devices or something like that, but it does nothing to stop the problem from occurring or fixing it. Once the lights disconnect from my phone, I cannot reconnect them, they just randomly connect again a while later.

Needs help. So I was putting up my led lights and I saw this thing on Pinterest it was like how to make peach cooler with led lights so I watch tutorial and I went to try it it would not work so I watch the tutorial while trying it the RGB arrow buttons on the remote won’t work and I found that out when I already put them up but if I go onto the app I can do the RGB stuff on it but I have a screen time so when I go to bed I can’t use the keepsmile app so when I got to bed the RGB arrows won’t work and the diy buttons how do I diy????

The music setting on strip Lights and a few other things. The music setting shows one song and nothing else no matter what I do and won't even play the one song it shows I would also like more customizable flashing capabilities then just the ones given like to choose specifically what shade of color you want it to flash and where it should flash at on the lights and more patterns for the flashing and how it flashes would be useful besides that I enjoy everything else

Awesome app. This app is great because after a while the the remote to the lights stop working and this app is awesome the speed is great. The only thing I wish was better was the darkness because the light is still to bright even though it’s turned down all the way. But overall great app!

Ads for an app that is needed to use a purchased product?. I tried to setup a device that uses this app. After multiple pop up ads (*not counting that three out of the five possible tabs in the app also advertise the compatible items listed for sale). All of this was before even being able to connect to the device. There is a time and a place for ads. Being bombarded by them In order to use a product I paid for is the wrong place for them. I uninstalled the app and will be returning the light.

I think something is wrong. This app is simple and easy to use. However, I think there is something wrong with my LED lights. My lights are colored differently in one spot. That spot will show a different color from which the rest of the lights are. For example, those few lights will show blue when the rest of them are green. I’m not sure if this is because something is wrong with my LEDs or if this is a result of the app, but I want to be able to fix them properly.

DIY Issues. I just got these LED lights for Christmas and they are so cool! They fit my room perfectly and I love that I can change the colors based on my mood or how I’m feeling. The only issue is that whenever you are making a new DIY light mode, you can only go up ten times on each color, which is not the case on higher quality LED systems. Anyways These lights are awesome and are a super good way to decorate pretty much and room in your house!

It’s amazing 🤩… but I do have some bad’s... The keep smile led lights are AMAZING but I do have something to share. My led lights won’t connect to the Bluetooth they did for like a week but then after that they wouldn’t connect AT ALL. I tried to unplug them , wouldn’t connnect. I tried to turn the Bluetooth off then on, still did not work!!!

why so much unnecessary clutter. i used this app for about a year and at first it was good hut now its very annoying. explain to my why i must first sign in and then watch a 20second ad before i change my lights to a specific hue that i desire. its completely ridiculous. theres NO reason i should have to sighn in to an app i use to turn my lights a certain way, it doesn’t benefit me at ALL. plus it doesn’t even have presets for profiles so whats the point? i only wish i knew how the app was before installing my wall lights. 1 star

App works great, but can’t save settings?. I’m using the app with a floor lamp. Love the adjustments you can make on the fly. It also has options to save timed presets. But apparently these presets must be associated with a time. So you can’t just click on the preset whenever you want. The color and brightness adjustments are great, but saving a preset regardless of time and naming it something like “Reading” or “Work Time” really seems like an obvious missing option.

I. Love. This!!. I bought the 100ft LED lights for my bedroom which is the whole third floor of the house and they’re seriously amazing. I love the different options of colors and also how it connects to my music. It makes sexy time with my boyfriend even better 😂😂 I definitely love this product and will be ordering more for other rooms of the house, thank youuu!!

Does not work anymore?. So a few minutes ago I was trying to change the color of my lights to a bright purple and for some reason when I picked that color the lights just turned off? And the only color that was showing was the color green I disconnected the plug from the wall removed the device put it back on and even used the remote but the only color that was showing was still the color green if anyone could help me I would appreciate it.

Good product but too many ads. I bought this product and it worked great! But as of recent I have started noticing the ads. Why do I need to watch ads if I have already bought your product? At the very least add something to make it so I don’t have to watch ads every time I go to turn it on or off That app itself works good. The color effects are amusing and I think the sound feature is awesome.

Lights work great coming into 2024. Lights work great coming into 2024 but then daylight savings time hit & now my led strip lights will not shut off with app & they will not turn on & off with the timer on time. I had this problem for the first year & 4-6 months then they started working perfectly. They was turning on & off with the timer on time & working perfectly with the app. The remote battery went dead pretty quickly.

Great lights just a tiny problem. So I really love these lights I’m just having a slight problem. My lights were on about two weeks ago before the randomly turned off and haven’t turned back on sense I went into the app and it said device not connected. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to reconnect it sense I forgot the Bluetooth for them. Amazing lights though I recommend them to a lot of people!

Totally would recommend. I love the product and the app. They are both so easy to use. I got the strip lights and they take my room to a whole new level. I love the app especially because of the option to play music. And, the strip lights were very reasonably priced and have good quality on everything. !!!TIMER DOES NOT WORK!!!. The timer option does not work!! I set a timer for my lights and set up the time I would like to turn on and off my lights. Then I got out and it said the timer wasn’t on and each time I clicked to turn on the timer it just took me to the timer settings. There is no way to set up a timer for your lights. The timer was a big reason I got these LED lights, so I could set them to turn on in my room the same time my alarm went off. But it does not work. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!

Simply not enough. I got the led strips and I mean sure they look fine. I don’t really recommend them if you will actually see the leds though, as they aren’t too bright and the spacing is pretty far. As far as the app, I think there could be a lot more features. Idk if this is possible on these leds but if there was some way to light up different lights eight different colors at the same time that would be good. Also the color isn’t very consistent as it runs down the like it gets noticeably dimmer to the point it changes a light orange to dark orange.

What’s going on??. The app says I’m connected but won’t change any of the colors. The LED lights are gray and I’ve had no problems but this app is just not working. Maybe I’m doing something wrong I lost my remote and my lights are stuck on white hoping this app would’ve worked maybe it will start working maybe it won’t but I don’t know it works for everyone else. Update: I have tried forgetting and connecting to the device. I’ve tried and connecting and just connecting I’ve tried uninstalling and installing. I’m at a loss and just don’t know what to do anymore I’m just gonna give up. Very cool idea though.

Amazing!!. It was really hard for me to find good led lights that fit my big wall until i came across these. Only took me about 15 minutes to apply and set up. The colors are very vibrant and pretty. I love how the app allows you to customize your own colors and how easy it was for it to bluetooth connect to them. I would definitely recommend these.

Recent color issue. So literally for the past few months my led light have been great so far but the other day 3 lights on the led stopped working but the rest of them are working fine, that same night when the color would I put would maybe be green the 3 light would turn red or when I put the color to light blue the 3 lights would turn to dark blue, I don’t know how to get rid of the problem because my leds aren’t cut near that section, any advice?

phone controller. when i used my phone i can’t use my controller. when i clicked “turn off bluetooth “ and the toggle button IN APP, the controller is completely useless. i have to give my phone at night and i can’t change settings or turn it off before i go to bed. overall, great app though! also in the app i’d like a “white” color selection.

IOS music syncing. Hello! I would like to know how to sync my led strip lights to my favorite radio station, but I couldn't find it on tunes. If iOS had the same accessability to any music, I would give the app a better rating. Other than that, I really like the app because it's easy to use/connect the product and change colors. ISSUE. My daughter received these as a Christmas gift and loves them. Only problem is- the app will not let me register a new account. Every time I try, it tells me “network abnormal”. This is upsetting as she wants to be able to control them on the app and set up timers. I don’t see anywhere to be able to contact someone in regards to issues on the app

Led light. I love them so much they make my room so much better and I’ve had them for a good while now. And the app make it so much easier when I can’t find the remote But all a sudden it would work with my Bluetooth connection it won’t even let me do anything on the app I have to do everything on my remote now and I’ve tired everything so I really don’t know what happened

Loss of options with the new update. This most recent update has less options on the color wheel and in the RGB option in the top left corner. There’s no option for a pink, orange, or a burnt orange, or even yellow. I’ve messed with the RGB and even that only shows the same 10ish colors which aren’t very vibrant. I had no issues with the LEDs before this update and I would love to be able to customize the colors again with a more accurate wheel and RGB setting.

Ads ads ads. Want to turn down your lights after a long day? Have some video ads first! I liked the first lamp I bought from this company. The remote barely works so you have rely on the app. No problem until they added ads you have to view to use the already paid for product. The ad takes up the whole screen. It seems like they added a fake button that makes you think you can navigate away. But not you read tiny on the other side of the screen. Dark pattern vibes. They don’t value thier users experience. I will not buy anymore of their products.

Amazing. I get ocular migraines often. My doctor recommended using a bulb at home that would allow me to change color to avoid getting them. Being able to dim or completely change the hue of the lights has made a huge difference and the app makes it so easy to do. I love the convenience!

Color Customization/Favorites in app for LEDs. The LED lights look great and i have no connection issues, however, i really wish there was a way to favorite a custom color when changing the RGB values directly(also I suggest adding a tip that shows you can manually adjust the RGB values, as i found this out recently). Overall it’s a great app and pairs really well with the lights

app issues. i bought the led strips for my room and it started out great with no problems but after a few months the app stopped working. It says i have no devices and no matter what i try it won’t work. one of the main reasons i bought these was because of the app so it’s a bummer that it doesn’t work. I trued to google how to fix this but all i could find was to call the number on the paper they gave but i threw that away when i got it. i wish they had a website or something to make contact easier.

Awesome product!. i love these lights, the timers work perfectly and the lighting options are amazing! i have recently had a problem with the app freezing after opening it, even after deleting and reinstalling. i love this product but this is a problem for me!

Great customer service. I’ve had some issues with two sets of lights and the customer service team was really kind and offered to replace my dead lights! They really do care about customer satisfaction but just know that these lights may not last long, at least you’ll get some good support if they do decide to fail.

i like them, but problems have started to come up. i bought these lights in february, didn’t start to use them until april. everything has been going fine controlling it from my phone, but now everytime i connect my lights to my phone and switch the color, the LED’s will not turn on. i’ve tried using a different extension cord, resetting the app, forgetting the device, but nothing is work. can someone help me with this please?

I can’t open the app anymore :(. It used to crash a bit whenever the app and (string) lights were out of sync (like if you used remote to turn off lights and not app or used it to change colors). I didn’t mind that because I understood that it was a small issue but now the app won’t even open. I only get stuck on the opening screen. I’ve tried redownloading the app and it worked until I closed the app again. I’ve tried my internet. I’ve tried everything. The remote doesn’t even work well. I just want something reliable.

I’m really confused. The app isn’t working I friend connecting it to Bluetooth but that didn’t work and also I have no idea how to connect the led light to the WiFi oh and also don’t get me started one how it acts when I turn up the tv in my room or when I press the up button or the right button I have no idea how to stop it and it’s extremely annoying or how I act when ever I open the door 🙄 someone plz explain because there is little to no directions at all and it kinda like the app just expects u to know how to use it even though u know nothing abt it

Really Good Quality for such a Low Price. I bought the 100ft LED strips for my room and they were easy to install, easy to connect, and worked really well! Although the timer didnt really work at first, I think there was an update or smth cuz now it works really well and I use everyday since I always forget to turn them off after I fall asleep. Totally Recommend 10/10

App is fine, but there shouldn’t be adds.. You buy the lights, why am I getting more adds?This is the only company who I have bought light strips from that needs to put a pop up ad that requires you to wait a few seconds before you can actually control your lights. This would be less of a problem if the ad’s didn’t have audio, or they were banner ads instead, ideally there wouldn’t be any. I paid for the product, why do I need to be shown an ad for random things every time I want to control the lights?

Lights won’t turn off. I tried to make a connect from one strand to another (failed miserably but likely due to my own install capability) however now the lights won’t turn off. Instead they change from whatever color I had on last to green when I hit the off button on both the app and remote. Any fixes or suggestions for this? Already tried unplugging and forgetting the device.

L.E.D.. This app doesn't really work, as when i connect to my LED’s it only stays to one color, unless i unplug it from the white box thats connected to the LED’s then, it will change colors but, whenever i disconnect from them and reconnect, they stay that color (unless i unplug them as explained from before). I can freely change the brightness of the LED’s whenever, no issue with that. Other than that everything else is good👍🏽

Don’t really use it. It does not have all the colors in it so I don’t recommend buying the controls on the App Store and for some reason remote does not work that good and when I had them on last week they had diff color then the color ie wanted for example red and it was not switching the tiny spot fix pls! ❤️😬. I absolutely LOVE my lights !! Sadly though, after about two months my lights just got a mind of there own. Any time I turn them on they flicker red even though I clearly chose a different color😬 They won’t turn off even though it says it’s turned off. I tried restarting them and unplugging them but it never worked ! I just don’t know what to do still and I can’t decide if want to keep and wait for them or just toss them.

Kiddo approved. I’ve had this for a while now and don’t have any issues with it. It works at the touch of a button on my cell phone. I can sit on my couch downstairs, and turn on my lights upstairs for my kiddo. She is afraid of the dark, and with this, I can now turn on the lights on her room for her and she can go upstairs by herself. She also loves the “dance-y” lights function. Happy kid, happy mom ;)

Can’t switch music. The app overall is pretty good but there is no way for me to add music on mobile for apple so it gets -1 for that. another thing is that you can’t customize the colors that flash, this app would be way better if you could only flash some colors instead of just the pre-selected ones, another -1 star for that. This app would be a 5 star if those two functions got added sooner rather than later.

Could use some updates. Overall this is a really cool and nice LED set but the only thing I feel like would make it better was being able to choose your own music and choosing which colors can flash for example at least three colors going at once to make it a bit more free style otherwise everything else is really good I’ve had no issues with this product yet -Kaylie

Confusion. When I first installed my LED lights the remote was not able to connect. I tried changing the batterie and it still did not work. Mind you I installed the LED lights less than a month ago and am already experiencing difficulties. I can only change the colors to yellow, red, and green and even if I try to set it to another color it will only show one of the three. I’ve tried so many different things to try and fix this but it has not worked. I then tried to fix the remote again and it did not work now either. I hope this problem can get resolved soon enough.

Not able to connect. Hi. I have the led strip lights. It has been working very fine. Today suddenly I’m not able to connect it with my phone. The device(lights) do not show up on my list. I tried restarting the lights as well my phone also redownload the app. Still not working. Please help.

Decent. The lights themself have an issue where some lights throughout the strip have issues (trouble displaying certain colors that contain a base color, personally mine struggles with blue, and some have blue burnt into them so a few lights are blue when supposed to be off) and the app currently is experiencing issues where i cannot use it more then once without uninstalling and reinstalling along with signing back in, aside those minor drawbacks, quite a nice product

Scary but good. I love the led lights. They work great and always give my room a better look. But every time I am not home or I am home alone, the led lights start flashing all the colors, it’s scary because of time I don’t have my phone or my remote so I can’t change or it’s like someone is changing it or it just does it on its own and I get scary because of it. This has happened more than 5 times and I always home alone when it happeneds.

Good but bad?. The lights in general are great and love them but there is a problem when the light came in it had no remote with it and I was confused but then I figured out about the app and I downloaded it. It worked completely fine until just this morning when I accidentally connected to the Bluetooth that by the way doesn’t work and now the app will not connect to the led lights and they are stuck on red.

Features. It’s a good enough app for some fairly cheap LEDs, but I just think it could be so much better, for example adding more to the timer feature by making it so that it changes to a wanted color at different times in the day, or adding custom scenes so that I could do a red yellow effect if I wanted. Just some simple stuff would make this app much cooler
