Long time user. I started using this app back when it was CareZone. My first husband had numerous medical concerns and it was invaluable for keeping track of medicines, etc. I also added my mother as she aged, I was her primary caregiver but her other children lived out of state. It offered a wonderful way to communicate with them concerning her health needs. Now my new husband and I are aging… both have a few medicines but we also take supplements. The ability to print out the med and supplement list, keep track of procedures already completed and even scan the bloodwork results, are all invaluable!

I like it. The app was recommended to me by a friend when it was CareZone and then was taken over by Walmart Wellness. Since my mother has a lot of meds, Drs visits, and ailments to track, I find the app easy to use. I don’t need to use it every day so I try to update it at least once a week, but I’ve used it at many Drs appts for updated info. Good app, easy to use, and holds lots of info so you can adjust it easily for your needs.

Loved for years-hate it now. Looking for a new app that doesn’t require a stupid PIN 45 times a day! My iPhone has a lock already. I take so many Med doses and supplements frequently that this required PIN is a nuisance! It also was easier when I could mark off four doses, for instance, with one swipe on the one notification on the front page. Now I have to go to the second page to mark individually. I have my meds organized here so that bottles go back in their place as I take them, so the one swipe per notice was easy. The worst part is that I repeatedly get notice that the app can’t communicate with Walmart Wellness—try again later. By that point, I have wasted so much effort from the PIN and other things that I want to scream. This is okay for people who take few meds a few times a day, but with eye drops, supplements, special foods, and many meds which have to be spaced precisely, it’s annoying. Then there’s the discovery the next morning that my night prn meds and the scheduled items after 7pm were not saved after all! Sheesh. Some things just aren’t worth this aggravation. All this came with the 2.0 update. ☹️

A person who very much appreciates your app…. I am very much appreciate this app when it reminds me to take my medication. I never thought that I would be one of those people that would have to relay on medication to be able to maintain a normal life. Your app keeps me my life and me in control. Thank you for sharing this to people like me.

Service and website. I’ve used other pharmacies.. recently moved here and this is first time I have used Walmart.. I am very pleased with their service… The helped transfer my prescriptions and when I pick them up they are most helpful and Fast ! My Dr sent them a prescription for me and I left his office and on way home lol I got a text the medication was ready !! Yeah super fast !! Highly recommend this to everyone…

Wellness. I I’m enjoyed being able to track all of my meds and medical issues. I can keep track of all my I’m enjoying theappointments with my physicians and no to all of the conversations that I’ve also had with the doctors. I find this helpful to keep up with my ongoing treatments. All in all this is very good program.

My Rating. I always thought new apps were an improvement however, this improved app is very hard to navigate and is very confusing. When checking off meds to be refilled, they should be listed without unnecessary info. You can always tap on the med to get wanted info and not having the page cluttered with unnecessary information. Since this new app has been downloaded, my prescriptions have not been correctly filled and I have to make multiple trips to the pharmacy.

Keeps getting worse. This used to be a nice, simple app for tracking medications and did that extremely well. Over multiple iterations and, most recently, the changeover to Wal-Mart, it maintains that basic functionality with constant unnecessary prompts to add things I don't want or need. If the prompt would come up once and I could say "No thanks" and it would leave me alone, I'd be okay and would rate this 4 stars. But I get the same prompts multiple times a week. No, I don't want to start a journal, add photos, add my vaccination history, add my surgeries, etc. etc. I JUST WANT TO TRACK MY MEDICATIONS!

Useful!. I have been using this app for many years. I use it mainly to keep a list of all my medications and supplements. Every time I have a doctor’s or medical visit I print a list of my current medications to hand over during my visit. I wish that the wallet print option would include all medications. If there is a long list of medications it excludes half the list. Not convenient. Other than that, this app has improved over the years making it easier for people to keep track of their medical information.

Very Good. There is room for improvement. Like a report for the history of just one medication. Also an easier way to put the actual time the medication was taken instead having to go in and modify each and everyone, many of us take quite a few, which may be one of the reasons we started using the app in the first place. I do like the many different trackers. That has helped me and my doctor keep a close eye on what is happening with me. Thanks for the App!

Tracking daily types of exercise and duration. First of all, I have been using this App for several years now and find it very useful and a good motivational prod to do better. I heard about it during Cardio therapy after my bypass surgery operation from a young man who had to track his 18 medications taken at different times daily. I would like to see added a section to track daily exercise. Exercise is at least as important to wellbeing as meditation, and I would say more. I exercise everyday as directed by my doctors, and mix different activities to work different muscles. I do this to control my weight and blood pressure. Currently I am recording my activities as a remark in the weight section. I am also recording my daily CPAP machine read outs as a note in the weight section - duration of use, AHI, average pressure, mask fit percentage and sleep score. This information comes from the iWatch, Fitbit and CPAP machine (I have used both Phillips and Resmed).

Best health app I have found!. I track meds three times a day and I have also set reminders for them. I monitor my blood sugars 3-4 times a day. I also log my A1c everything three months and my cholesterol every six months. I am able to share my three month blood glucose readings with my doctor. This is a great app and I have recommended it to my friends and family. My doctor is also impressed and recommends it to her patients.

A very good app to keep track of medications.. I have been using this app for several months now. Once you add in medications wether by hand or by taking pictures of the medicine containers with a phone, it is easier to keep track of when you have to take your meds. It can also track other things like blood pressure if you have a device or blood sugar readings if you need that. I also like that I can add non prescription meds like Tylenol or ibuprofen to keep track of when I took them to help with pain so I don’t over take any medicine.

Too much, way too busy. I am forced to use this app in order to renew and track prescription refills. I was previously using the Walmart app until they switched the pharmacy section to the Walmart Wellness app. I’d appreciate a single separate app for prescription refills only. I can’t get the rest of it to go away in the settings. The tracking, the schedules, them asking me to fill in information, the amount of things that need to be dismissed each time I log in - it all needs to go away. I understand it’s usefulness and it is well designed and built as a “health” app, but that’s not what I need. I only want to do refill requests like before. Thanks.

Perfect to reference when filling in dr forms. I make sure I always keep it up to date with info and this makes filling in the forms for doctors so much easier. I use the journal each time I go to any dr appt. so I am able to look back at what that visit was for and why we might have put me on meds or stopped them. I Make sure to put why we stopped the med and date on the list of meds when I make it inactive. I wish it had category tabs like surgeries, bloodwork, shots, etc. so I can just add information under that topic. So I created different notes for each one and add the information. (Makes it easier to do quick reference then scrolling through my journal) As a Mom I have my kids and husband set up in my app too. I keep their information up to date since everyone comes to me to ask these questions. (My kids are in their late 20s.). Created one for my mom and brother and asked them for their medical info so I had this information for dr forms under family health.

LJ. Have used this app for quite a few years, even before it was called Wellness before it went to Walmart. I love all the suggestions all the different items they had to log this and log that. Great for notes for the doctor blood pressure pulse temperature. Hope it never goes away have recommended to circle of my friends very helpful. Thank you for being there

Greater on South side of store. The greeter on the southside today I mentioned to him that one time he made me feel like a criminal and all he could say is I’m just doing my job and I said I can’t tell you how I feel and he just kept saying I’m doing my job well that’s not good enough if doing your job makes people feel like they’re criminals I mean how many people have you actually caught trying to walk out with pharmaceuticals in their bag and not pay for them I bet it can’t be very many because most people are honest I think he should work in a different position . Because he can’t take criticism all he could say is I can call somebody

Great all around lifestyle app. I absolutely love this app because I get absolutely involved in reading or my hobby and lose track of time. With this app I am able to take my various medications at the various times of day and stay on track. Plus after each doctor appointment I record all the various results and keep track of bp ,inr, weight, and appointments.

Notifications don’t always work. The main point of my downloading this app was to use daily reminders for taking my pills, which should be taken at roughly the same time every day. However, even having set the notifications for every day at the same time, it’s completely random as to whether or not I actually get notified, so many times I’m scrambling to take my pill several hours late, or I forget it all together. The profile is set up great, it allows you to store loads of information that’s easy to access and share — but it completely and utterly fails at what for me should be THE most important function. If that worked, this would be a perfect app. (I have my phone notifications on, and the app has permission to notify me; but some days I get the reminder and others I don’t, and there’s no pattern one way or the other.)

Disappointed. I’ve used this app for years, even before Walmart took it over. I recently got prescribed a new medication and went to scan the label to enter in the app. VERY sneaky Walmart. You’ve removed that ability, yet left it in the app description on the App Store. Very disappointed!!! Now, we must manually enter the info from prescription labels. Walmart, you need to make an OVERT announcement that you’ve done away with this functionality.

Question about recent updates. Why does the app no longer keep a running tally of the number of days that I have taken all my meds? I rather enjoyed that! It was a good motivation to continue doing so! Also lately I have recently attempted to log on and I am met with a screen that says something like: “We are experiencing some difficulty. Please try again later.” Now if this only occurred occasionally, I would be more understanding; however, it seems to be happening rather frequently. So, what gives?

Very helpful. I got the app to renew my prescriptions, but then discovered some of the other useful tools - I love the pill reminders. I’m sure there are a couple doses I would have missed had I not received a reminder. I’m not usually forgetful, it’s just track season and track meets have wrought havoc on our schedule. The break in routine threw me off, but the app kept me on track.

This app pisses me off!!. 1. No way to Cancel a refill on app 2. No way to transfer form One Walmart to another. 3. We travel a lot, so ww get refill request thew messages, but no way to tell which Walmart is asking to get refill. 4. Also, no way to tell which refill is being refilled unless you go threw each one individually, and when you have a lot of refills, it's frustrating to try and figure out which one is where.. and when you do figure it out. You again.. Can Not Cancel Refill from the one you don't want it refilled at that location.

Review of this app. I am very pleased with this app it has allowed me to keep track of all my medication‘s that I take it has helped me to remember to take my medication and I feel so efficient when I go to the doctor and I can show them all of the medication that I am currently taking I love the different parts of it where I can write in the journal about how I’m feeling and when I go to the doctors office I can go back to that journal so that I can remember the things that I wanted to tell him or her so I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to take good care of themselves because sometimes we take better care of our cars than we do ourselves

Won’t work unless you enter payment information. I’ve been using the “Walmart pharmacy “ app for several years with NO problems. Then they decided to “improve “ it. Now I can’t order a refill without putting in payment information (which won’t work as I’ve tapped it multiple times and nothing happens). I don’t want to enter payment information. I always pay cash. What happens is I end up having to call the store and order it over the phone which renders the wellness app completely useless. Fix it so i can refill my scripts without entering payment info! Add to this the fact that there is absolutely no way to contact the developer other than writing a review. I’ve called 1-800-walmart as instructed by the pharmacy and customer service says they have nothing to do with the app. So i am back to phoning the pharmacy and taking up the pharmacist’s time with something that could be handled much easier, and has been working until recently.

Awful app. I wish it were like cvs’ app. I have me and my husband on it for our meds, and my meds are in his profile and some of his do not show up that’s ready to be picked up. Cvs you can archive one no longer taking, and each person has there own section for the meds they’re taking. I switched because meds are cheaper. The other features are nice like med reminders, health etc. but awful when you have other people on your account. I’ve done what you’re supposed to for adding someone. I still see meds that I have hidden on my list. Some I can’t even delete for some reason. Developer, please check out cvs to do it like theirs when you have multiple family members.

A must have. This app is perfect for keeping up with the names and dosages of all your medication as well as when you need to take them. It even has revealed reminders in advance so you don’t run out. You’re also able to track many other things such as blood pressure blood sugar just to name a few. It has a section for notes that you can add on a daily basis if needed and it has a calendar you can enter events on that so you don’t forget upcoming appointments. I would strongly recommend for anyone with major health issues that require a lot of medication’s to keep up with. You no longer have to write your medication‘s down as this app will keep up with them for you in a list form that is printable. I have been using for years.

Do not use. Ever since Walmart enforced Wellness for my kid’s meds I’ve had nothing but issues with it. All of the medical history is gone, I’ve had to scan in the prescriptions several times for the app to make a record, and every single time I try to use the app for a refill…there’s no record of that prescription. The app asks for a transfer. There isn’t anything to transfer!!! Today was the last straw. I signed into my account and someone else’s personal information was linked to my account. That’s a major problem that shouldn’t have happened. I switched pharmacies today.

Not bad. I used this app for a while before Walmart purchased it. It’s pretty good. I liked that you could scan the medication bottle to fill in the information. I started using it again. However, Get Started page opens up to scan the medication but when I click either the + or the, Get Started button. It takes me to the page to enter the information manually. I wanted to leave feedback in the app or ask a question but there’s no area to do that. Update. Tech supporter contacted me. Had me delete and reinstall. The camera part works fine now

Reminder. I’m so happy for this app it help me out a lot I was admitted in the hospital with chest pain and shortness of breath and the doctor ask me what was I taking and all I had to do is show him the app because I like to put everything I’m taking and my doctor appointment and name so whenever I can’t speak I m able to show the app and it was easy for them to help me thanks to this app .

Walmart ruined a great App. I have used this app for years. Ever since Walmart took over which has been awhile now, the app doesn’t work properly. It’s futile to track my med usage because the app does not remember the usage and reverts back to a time before input. For example yesterday I entered all meds as taken and now today it shows only some of them were taken. I’ve left feedback many times but Walmart could care less about fixing it. I guess it’s time to move on to a medicine tracker App that actually works. Apple should remove this app from the store until it works properly

Walmart review. Excellent. Best on phone. Wish it was around lot earlier. I don’t usually make reviews on apple site. Everything is in app. You can put your medical cards in it. Does great job. Unless you are afraid to have the cards there don’t use that part. I have been on Medicare for a while and find this is best app. Far better than doctors snd hospital sites. User friendly. I use it for drug plans through Walmart.

Pay at store option. I had a problem that would not let me see or choose payment at the store for Rx refills. The developers reached out to me to let me know this should be possible. I recently upgraded to the latest version of iOS and uninstalled/installed the app again. I now have a pay at the store option. Thanks to the developers for reading and reacting to my comments. I upgraded the rating and will use the app a bit to see if there are further comments.

Upgraded review. I just made review and then deleted the app because I was so frustrated. I never expected to actually get help in solving it. So I redownloaded it and can use again So relieved because it was really handy in ordering refills and seeing when they would be done. Also my seeing record of Covid booster. Which is kind of cool so I while get the omicron booster at Walmart too. Thank you to the developer for answering so quickly and helping me with my problem completely surprising but very nice

Great way to keep track of medication list.. My wife & I both have several significant chronic diseases, and each requires medication(s). This app is a very easy way for us to keep track of our medication lists. Especially since frequently my MS has affected my ability to write. With this app I just take a few pictures of each pill bottle.

This app has no business existing. There was no reason to separate the walmart app from its pharmacy functionality. This company is just trying to harvest more of YOUR personal data. Walmart has no business getting involved with healthcare in such a manner, they are out of their expertise and market. Not only does walmart treat their employees horribly, do you think the underpaid walmart doctors in the future will treat their patients great? Just wait until they introduce a telehealth feature to get a doctor in your face to get more of your personal details. Just unbelievable how far crooked capitalism will go to get a higher stock price by eating into other markets and throwing their weight around. Get a grip walmart.

Great app!. I’ve been using the app since it’s early CareZone days. I’ve used to help me keep track of my 86 yo mother’s medications as well as her medical records. The app helps me keep all of her information available in one place and makes it very easy to respond to doctors when questions regarding her past conditions are asked. I’m not sure there’s any other app that as many useful record keeping capabilities in one place.

Pill Count. Twice in the past three months, I received two scripts that did not have the same amount of pills in. They both should have thirty, but when I get close to reorder time, one of them has a couple less pills left. This has never happened prior to this time. It could be due to a new employee, just a guess. Luckily the scripts are not narcotic. Aside from this, everything has been great.

Art. Since your last update the Sleep Tracker is not working. Doesn’t allow you to record sleep duration. It doesn’t bring up the time so you can record sleep duration! For us c-pap users this is a nice way of keeping track. Art Jan. 11, 2021 My wife & I both use the app, when I journal something it records the wrong person, it records her not me. It’s done this the last 3 entries. Or since accuiring your app. I’m on my side not hers!

Review. This app has helped me so much!!! I have short term memory loss & Forget a lot of things! So I use the app three times a day when taking my meds!! I always love all things you can keep track of on this app! Obviously because I can’t remember some things. So when I go to the doctor I can just get on the app on my phone & can show my doc all my info!! The best app ever!!!!!

So frustrated with logging meds!!!. I’m frustrated with this app. Have been using it since it took over CareZone. However, it used to have a refresh button once you logged your meds in daily. That disappeared and now the meds will show up as taken whenever! Most of the time they show that they were not taken although I checked it off and even entered the correct time. So tired of these glitches. One positive note is that the health trackers tab and notes tab work. Otherwise, get it together Walmart.

Excellent support!. Anne is an excellent customer care rep who is wonderfully adept at answering questions. We started using the app when it was Carezone and found there was nothing we wanted that it couldn’t do to support our caregiving efforts across 3 time zones. I don’t like having to now create a Walmart account just to use the app and I don’t like not being able to delete individuals for whom I’ve shared a profile, nor do I like not being able to access it without a mobile device but all the other functionality is top notch and greatly appreciated.

Fantastic App. I’m 55 and I’ve managed health for my 2 children and my parents (16 yrs of their financial & life needs)…then I remarried and added my husband to that list. Honestly, this app has allowed me to track and communicate with others and I feel more confident knowing I can just open the app and have most of the medical info and prescriptions. I recommend this app to EVERYONE, including my doctors and other medical staff. Love it and THANK YOU for the creations and updates regularly, I love the peace of mind this app brings me!!! Download it now, you will be SO happy you did. R

Thank goodness someone created this app. I have explored over 30 different apps for caregivers. We have multiple family members rotating to care for my grandmother. We needed a central location where multiple ppl can manage and monitor care, including: vitals, medications, appts, contacts, prior surgeries, vaccines, conditions, daily updates and continuity of care notes. Several apps had some but not all of that functionality and the user interfaces were all over the place. THIS app has ALL of that functionality (and more!), is super user friendly for all levels of tech abilities AND it’s free! This has been an absolute game changer for our family. Thank you so much!!

Please put back on the Walmart app. It used to be so easy to be on the Walmart app, go to the Pharmacy section, check the box for the prescription I needed, and then pay for it right there. Now I have to scroll through all my meds, many I am not taking any longer, try to submit them for refill. There is no place to pay ahead of time. As well as it keeps showing alerts for medications that I have already picked up! Along with how cumbersome the app is with so much unnecessary stuff that I do not need. Why in the world did you change something that worked so well? As you can see by the reviews, most of us feel this way. I love my local Walmart Pharmacy and staff and not having a good app makes their job harder too.

Love it!!. This is my most used app on my phone. Because of my heart condition I can’t miss any doses. But, my memory is shot. So being able to have reminded in my phone is a huge help. Plus, I can track my weight and my INR readings. And at the doctor’s office, I can give the nurse my phone and she will have a full list of my meds and schedule taking them.

Horrible changes. I have come to hate this app. It used to be so simple to see the information about your prescriptions. You could easily see your most recent ones and tap or scan to refill. Now you access the medication tab and you have to scroll to the bottom…that’s not obvious when you first get to that screen. You can select details but it won’t give you a quantity. I have two previous prescriptions and one is the correct quantity and the other is not. Plus…there is all this promotional crap that comes up when you first open the app. Get your digital COVID vaccination record, affordable immunizations, record useful info….and on and on. I want to get my refills!! Make that task easier for me to do!!

Walmart Wellness App. I have been using this app for years and it is wonderful. You do not have to remember you medications when you go to the doctor. All you need to do is either print out a list or email it to the doctor yourself. It has wonderful reminders for you to take your medication. You can also set up other windows to track various medical issues like A1C, blood pressure, sleep, and weight etc. My only grievance with the app is when you take medication as needed there is not way to record as needed or PRN.

Never asked for payment info but charged my credit card instead of HSA?!. I was forced by the “Walmart app” to download this app for refilling my prescriptions. When I went to pick them up, they said they had been put on my Discover card. It took forever for them to refund my charge and then put it on my HSA. In the meantime I searched the app for anywhere to change/add my payment info. It is nowhere to be found. I will not refill thru this app until I can be assured they allow me to remove my discover payment info! I do not want this hassle every time I refill (refund discover then charge HSA). Please let me know how to remove my discover payment info from the app-I have literally looked in every drop down, clicked every option in the app-cannot find it anywhere. Pathetic (and slightly scary) that an app has access to payment info that I never even authorized.

Another app???. Just what I needed, another dysfunctional app attempting to collect COVID info from me instead of just doing what I need it to do!! For the love of God why can’t I just simply request a refill of something anymore??? Apps were supposed to be designed for ease, not invasion of privacy! I can’t just request a RX info anymore without entering all of my credit card info and I can’t remove old card information so this is useless. Back to calling in my refills….not helpful Walmart! I’ve already stopped doing most of my shopping at your stores because I can’t ever find anything because it’s all constantly moved and the prices are now higher than the local grocery store. You’d finally gotten the pharmacy thing right so you changed it to screw it up again, what gives?? Think I change my rxs to local as well, the headache isn’t worth it.
