Needs more functionality. The app is basically worthless and just a gimmick to sell pricier meters with Bluetooth. You can only look back at the history through a calendar. You have to click on each date to see the readings. Very useful graphing and trend functionality is non-existent. Cumbersome in the initial setup. To bad most people don’t see these reviews until after they bought the meter.

No reporting functionality. This app has no real use. I am not able to export any of my reading to a report, like I can with my old bayer meter. This makes it useless for me as my doctor is not set up to receive my readings electronically. The reports would allow me to print my readings and take them to the doctors office with me. Please add reports and CSV export files so that we can better utilize our data! Also, add Apple Health support!

Won’t stay paired- No contact # for Customer Support. Have had to try pairing several times, won’t stay paired on my Apple phone.... ALWAYS HAVE TO LOG IN MANUALLY!!! Meter requires a special cable that is required to download to your PC - cost me $25! Meter doesn’t stay turned on half the time, even with new batteries. I thought this would be a good purchase, but not so much now. Seriously thinking about buying a new meter when done with these supplies for this ReliOn meter. May cost a little more, but have worked consistently.... you get what you pay for!!!!

App and meter both junk. Don’t waste your time or money. App and associated meter are both junk. IF they connect, most of your data doesn’t transfer. You still have to manually edit your log. For me, my readings are all over, even within a very short time frame (438, 124, 347, then 266- all within an hour and with no interventions. Considering I have a medical background, this points to an inaccurate device)

Average. Would be useful if the readings would just automatically pull over into app instead of having to enter everything. Also would be nice to have monthly reports of average level. I would also suggest there to be a way to print off your logs for those of us who’s Doctors can’t be linked to receive our levels. This way we can print them and take into our appointment.

Useful and simple. Had difficulty syncing at first, but synch works fine from within the app. Won’t synch when trying from settings. Could use graphing function and more online support. All in all, it’s a simple way to record multiple readings a day and then down loading them to computer every once in a while to manipulate and visualize the data.

Fraudulent charge on my CC. While trying to get my blu tooth working from this app I filled out requested credit card info which the app rejected. Less than an hour later I was notified of a potential fraudulent charge on the same CC to an escort service. Fortunately my bank caught it but I still had to go through the hassle of closing out my CC and getting a new one. ReliOn definitely needs to beef up the security.

Most useless app ever. I should have checked the reviews before I purchased my ReliOn Premier Blu device I will be keeping the device which works great by itself, but the Bluetooth function is useless. I now wish I had purchased one of the ReliOn Premier cheaper models. I bought this to make it easier to enter my glucose meter readings into the Health app. Instead, it maintains its own walled garden and does not share the data with anyone. I have deleted the app after one use.

Tough to connect and data doesn’t transfer. This has been the hardest meter ever to connect to my phone! Took a few tries. And once I got numbers on here I realized that it doesn’t sync to Apple Health, like every other blood sugar app does! Come on guys, this is basic stuff. Please add the option to sync numbers to apple health, itd make a big difference.

Just Say No. I have used the ReliOn Prime forever and loved its ease. I upgraded to the PremierBLU Bluetooth meter because I was excited at the prospect of an affordable monitoring system that would automatically sync my readings to an app. Ha! After setting the app and monitor up with little issue I attempted to sync them. It did initially sync for about 3 minutes, however, it will not remain connected no matter how many times I try. It also logs me out of the app constantly, so even if the app was synced with the monitor it wouldn’t be seamless because you have to login and start over. I ended up manually adding my blood sugar readings to the app which defeats the purpose. And its not even a comprehensive app to begin with, even if it worked perfectly. Save your money for a better meter, or use the Prime meter - its all manual but very reliable and super affordable. Developers, please fix these ongoing issues or stop making the Premier meters.

Not impressed. I started using because of the fact it would sync thru Bluetooth automatically. It worked for one day. Now I can only manually log readings. This was the same as I was doing on another app which calculated my A1C as well. This keeps removes the meter from Bluetooth and I cant add it back. It’s useless, not worth if you’re getting it for the Bluetooth auto sync feature save ur money and sanity. I wish I had read these reviews before buying it.

Needs improvement. App asks you for serial number to sync to meter, but won’t work if you enter the first two characters (the part of the s/n in parentheses). It would be extremely simple to specify this in the instructions the app provides, but it fails to do so. There are barely any providers to connect with and it is not compatible with the Apple Health app either. It’s great to have a Bluetooth model for the ease of logging, but what good is it if I have to manually log for my healthcare provider anyway?

App doesn’t keep up with tracking. When trying to view what days I am low or high, the days I have taken it do not match up with the days on the app’s calendar. For instance, if I tested my blood on Wednesday and then two days later it shows I took it on Thursday. I have tried logging out of the app and researching what to do but have found nothing. It’s a poorly made app.

Only worked for a day and a half. The app was really helpful at first as I just found out I’m diabetic and haven’t been able to get into the dr just yet. But I’ve only used it for about a day & a half before running into issues. I can’t log into the app, it’s having trouble connecting to the servers and is saying the issue is “internal server error”. What use is the app if it can’t be used for its purpose? It’s not my own connection, i’ve tried wifi and cellular, turned phone on and off. Just disappointing.

Flat stopped working!. Using this “app” for a few months now now that I’m diagnosed as type 2… the Bluetooth connection just quit working. It crashes the “app” immediately and won’t record readings unless you enter them manually….. NO updates for this yet… might have to find another….

Could use some improvements. It was very easy to get phone to connect with meter. I had no problems syncing either. It would be nice it the app would send the information to the Apple Health app like other apps do. This app does not have a graph of any kind. It would be nice to see daily, weekly and monthly data on graph and even averages.

Application failed me. This app had been reliable for me until this week. Suddenly, I have to log in every time I use the app which I didn’t have to do previously. This morning I took my first reading and when I attempt to download to my phone, not only do I have to log in but it also has lost all of my recorded data! What gives?

What happened?. I have been using this for over a year with no issues until this morning. I opened app and everything changed! No sinc button and my history was gone. I uninstalled app and reinstalled it, can’t log in, get error messages.

Total waste of time. I had the app installed and the meter synced, had well over two months of readings, the app logged itself out and would not let me log back in, decided to set up all over again and use a different email address as it would not let me log in on the other one, now I can’t add the meter because it’s registered already...I mean seriously I’m using the meter for my child, what if both parents wanted to be able to see the readings, especially if it was a split household and the child was spending time at both houses. Meter itself works fine, just wish we could see the readings to watch for trending problems.

Motivators section not accessible to the visually impaired. The app is useful and lets you log a lot of information. I had some problems with the bluetooth at first but now everything works fine and I don't seem to be having problems with the bluetooth. I'm having problems adding motivators to the My Day section of the app. Every other part of the log works fine except the Motivators section. It isn't accessible if you have VoiceOver on. VuiceOver is the screen reader built into iOs devices for the blind and visually impaired. Please fix the accessibility issue in the Motivators section of the app. The inaccessibility of the Motivators section with VoiceOver should be fixed because accessibility is a right, not a privlage. I have the right to have access to the Motivators section of the app, just like any other person. Please fix this.

No Bluetooth after a about a month. Worked good for about a month then no more Bluetooth communication. Called and talked to customer service , they finally sent me a new meter. Then it quit working after about a month. Called back , went through the same routine with a rude lady and was basically told it’s my problem not there’s.

App Won’t accept Password or allow a reset. I have a month of readings stored in the app and it logged me out. I used my login and password to get in but it says there was an error. Then I tried to reset my password several times and each time it wouldn’t take the correct answers to my security questions. Really disappointed and now have to start over with a stand alone app that won’t auto sync. I wouldn’t have bought this thing if I knew the app wouldn’t work I just wanted the auto sync. 🤬

Worst app ever. I bought this meter because i like the design and everything and I was thinking the Bluetooth feature was a plus. Well the app wouldn’t connect to the meter at first. Now every time I try to sync my readings the app just closes. It very frustrating and not at all worth the time. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time with it

So far so good! Simple and Easy.. This is exactly what I need. No frills. No Extra Crap. Just my readings saved daily and then reviewable across months. No diet or calorie counting. It’s not designed for all that. I just need to track my numbers for Type 2. Thank you.

Waste of money. This product is a complete waste of money for me, the only reason I chose it was to automatically log and save my tests. Does not pair with apple - YOU SHOULD DISCLOSE THAT ON YOUR PACKAGING!!!! Because you cannot return these types of items I feel you are ripping people off on purpose. So I have a meter, and strips that are more money but I cannot use them with the app- WASTE! I would have bought the regular one but now I’ll buy a different brand because I don’t like what happened here.

Why pay for this if Bluetooth won’t connect?. Just get the meter without Bluetooth, in this day and age you can’t make this work yet? My Bluetooth connects to everything BUT this. Would be much nicer not to have to write the numbers down all the time, but it’s Walmart brand so I guess that’s what you pay for

Feature Needed for Real Benefit. Inability to export data in printed format is a real drawback. Reports with trends are very important to condition management. App is very basic. Need at least the ability to print readings with dates and times. Need a summary over report period showing numbers in-range, hyper, and hypo. This is necessary to make the App of real benefit to user.

Can’t get in after two days. Started out it doesn’t change days so you have to be careful or you will be recording everything at the same day. Third day required password, and in able to change my password. Lost three days of data. Using paper and pen instead of this app.

Just doesn’t work.. App constantly crashes. Can’t sync. Loses Bluetooth connection. Have went through troubleshooting to reconnect Bluetooth and crashes every time. Reinstalled and got everything set up again and worked one time then back to crashing again.

Horrible app. My phone and the meter would not pair during initial set up. There is no way to go back in and pair them later if you decide to give up when it doesn’t pair on the first 20 attempts. When I tried calling the number for help I got a fax machine. Typical Walmart stuff. Demanding that the manufacturers cut costs by 15% each year and they customer ends up paying for it. Cannot return this meter once purchased.

It works… but. It works… but it is constantly resetting. Every time I check my blood sugar I select it and mark the areas needed to get rid of the yellow dot. I check my sugar again and do the same thing. When I open the app it reset all the checks and I have to go back in and select what each check was for whether it be a fasting check, before meal, after meal or other. I shouldn’t have to keep redoing it. If you tell me that I need to finish the profile to keep the changes, then I will tell you that’s just stupid since I don’t know what the day holds. Diet, activity, etc. Also, need a way to set multiple blood sugar levels. When setting for fasting checks the sugar level needs to be lower than an after eating meal level. If you set the level too low, you’ll be in the red almost all day. If there is a way to set multiple levels I haven’t found it. Update: I reduced the stars because it reset on me again today May 1, 2023. It is a waste of my time to continuously go through and remember what I wrote when I already wrote it and saved it. Not I have to try and remember later again what I wrote earlier because the app isn’t doing what it should. Please fix the reset issues.

WonderfulApp!. The fact that I have a meter that can sync to Bluetooth is WONDERFUL! I love this app! What I love about this app is I can sync the readings so quickly! I am able to look at my history and can keep an eye on my low blood glucose issues! A lot of people don’t like this app for various reasons! I love the app for my specific reasons! I use a ReliOn Premere Blood Glucose monitor. I have severe vision issues, and am Classified as legally blind! I love this app, because I am able to see the large numbers on the meter, and on the app! Thank you all so much. Thank You!!!

Very basic. I got the compact tester and didn’t realize that it doesn’t sync with the app. I have to enter everything manually! Also there is no way to print out your results if your doctor is not on the list!! There are no graphs to help you with trends. Come on Walmart… at least upgrade and let us print out our numbers!!!

Horrible App. Doesn’t sync with my meter. Customer service rep says there should be a sync button/option on the first screen called MyDay. But There isn’t one !!!! She couldn’t help much. She didn’t understand why there wasn’t one ! Without the sync button, I have to manually add my readings. No thanks. This is a Horrible horrible app !!!

Is not compatible with Apple 6S. There is no mention on the package stating that it is only compatible with iPhone 7 and above. I spent 20 minutes with a tech trying to connect my phone until the rep transferred me to higher level tech. First question she asked was what phone I was using. She said it only works on iPhone 7 or above. The meter itself works fine. You’ll need to manually enter your readings.

Needs major improvement. I have had problems for last two months. I even bought a new meter. Worked good first few weeks. Now can’t download readings. Won’t even connect today. I have called support. They were to call back and never did. Fix app cause it’s junk. Tired of spending money I can’t afford. You guys are no help at all

A little too simple. I wanted something simple to use just to track my sugar readings not anything else. This looked simple enough. I like you can key in your readings and don’t have to add anything else. The only thing I wish it would have is a graph option to see all tracked readings in addition to the calendar one that is already there.

No integration with apple health. This app is really basic. There are not charts or graphs to have a quick look at your trends for the week/month, let alone for the day. Also, looking at your history is a multiple click process, you have to go to the calendar, pick a day, look at it, then exit out of the day back to the calendar then pic another day. There is no way just to swipe through days quickly. Also, you have to go into each of the days to find what your results were. I believe there is supposed to be an indicator on the calendar at the day level to indicate you are green (good) or red (bad). However there are many day on the calendar view where it looks like you didn’t take any tests, but when you click on the day, it shows data. It’s really annoying when trying to gain a quick idea of what your body is doing. There is a place for taking notes on each day but no indication to which days have notes. This with the very cumbersome process of reviewing individual days makes the app more trouble than it is worth.

Could not sync. I could not get this meter to sync to the app no matter how many times I tried, powered off both the meter and the phone , reinstalled the app, etc. What a pathetic waste of time. Ok, update. Finally got the meter to sync, but now that I have had the chance to work with it my original statement stands- waste of time. The only useful thing this app does is sync meter readings.

Lack of Functionality. I purchased the meter to help me remember to log my numbers however the app is very limited in function beyond submitting numbers via Bluetooth. You can see averages for days or months. It does not have the ability to connect with the Health app in iPhone which would at least be good to show averages. It appears there have been no updates on the app in over a year which is disappointing, especially coming from Walmart. Please update the functions as this would probably generate more sales.

Can’t log in. I was trying to enter my newly generated password from my password site and this app deleted my old password so I cannot use it. I tried to recover my password but it doesn’t accept my security question answers. I know they are correct. I tried to sign up for a new account but I cannot register the meter because it’s already registered. So I paid extra for it because it was supposed to work with my cell and I wasted my money.

Bluetooth crashes app and meter. Bluetooth from this meter to your phone is a nice touch . Unfortunately after the new apple updates it crashes the app on my phone and the meter when it syncs . App really needs an update and stability improvements for new iOS .

Terrible app. 1) using an iphone 10x, could not get bluetooth to work 2) suddenly app required signing into website after using it for 3 days using password. 3) password vanished from where it was saved separate from app/website. —So if you wish to waste time getting the bluetooth to work (not!), entering all data manually, then lose all the data without warning, this is truly a magnificently constructed app. Oh, and I have no idea whether my personal information was also stolen/hacked. Buyer beware.

Very rudimentary, a missed opportunity for WalMart. It syncs just fine with the ReliOn device, but that’s it. It does not sync with Apple Health. WalMart has done many things for diabetes management, but they missed an opportunity here. The companion website, Ark Health is where to go to see collected data and print it out for a provider. It’s OK, but Ark Health is not a well known name and is not mentioned anywhere in the app. There is no way to export the data in .csv for various databases or spreadsheets. As a CDE I think WalMart/Ark Health/ReliOn and do so much better by rebranding, linking with Apple Health and allow more data export options.

Don’t waste your time. This is undoubtedly one of the most poorly executed apps in the AppStore. ‘IF’ you are able to get BT setup in the first place, chances you’ll be able to connect/sync are in the realm of slim to none. After successfully setting up the app (several times no less), I never got anther BT connection to the meter. From experience, less time/effort will be spent keeping a manual log than attempting to make this pile of crap work…

It’s More Accurate. Just started using this app with the Relion Blu meter. It took a few times to get Bluetooth to work, so only use the 12 characters when adding the serial number to link to the app. The first use I took one sample and used both meters, my old was a relion prime. The Relion Blu was 121 and the prime was 143. So the Blu is more believable with the way my sugar/diet runs, which is why I suspected I need a new meter. Thank You!

App Rating is Accurate. I had to delete, re-download, and sign in again because the app lost the glucose readings. Also, the time does not sync with the iPhone to reflect the actual time of the glucose reading. My meter is an hour behind with no directions on how to fix it. You are better off buying the classic vs. the Bluetooth one because they have not fixed these problems.

When the app works. I like the app when it works! Lately it’s had numerous blackouts with no notification as to why. Would like to see pressure data added to this app.

Impossible password procedure. You MUST change password frequently. You MUST use a password that is difficult to remember or enter on a phone because it requires the use of every class of character, including special characters. Password must be written on a stickynote attached to your phone. The passeord must be entered every time you use the app, no matter what... and touch id is not supported. If you cant remember your password, you cant reset it or use the app any more. App is NOT useful. No doctors in my large city are members of the app’s login, and it is not possible to invite doctors in my city to join the network. How many ways is it possible to fail? Have we missed any? I could go on with other app issues, but i cant enem log in so the rest of ghe bugs are irrelevent.

This app is crap. 1 it doesn’t utilize the apple signon capabilities such as Face ID or store credentials in the apple password repository. Add to this it requires you to change your password every 90 days. Pure signon password hell! 2 it requires you to signin every time you use it 3 it doesn’t sync with the apple health app 4 it loses settings made on the reading such as before or after meal. The only positive I can say is the Bluetooth works fairly well.

Useless. I tried to get the Bluetooth working with my phone but at first I couldn’t find the serial number on the meter. When I finally found it, it got entered wrong and you can’t go back and change it so the app is useless.

Will not sync. I got this because I liked the idea of a Bluetooth syncing option. Guess I should have searched the app before buying. I have had to manually log each time so far because sync fails every time despite set-up was successful and my Bluetooth settings confirming that I am connected.

Absolutely worthless. This app is absolutely worthless. Meter will not pair with any of my devices. Can not remove meters from app; only can turn it on or off. Don’t waste your money on this meter and don’t waste your time installing this crap app.

Try another app. Used to work good. For a while now it does not keep the data entered. If you try and go back even a couple of days in the history log the data is gone. Try another app.

Worst app ever. This is the worst app I have ever had the unpleasant experience using. Every time I sync a new reading it erases ALL notes to previous readings. Not only that none of my providers are listed. Not user friendly and definitely not helpful. I only gave it a one star because I had to to leave a review.

Needs a chart/graft. This would be great to allow to see weekly or even monthly progress. Also would be helpful at doctor appointments

Useless. No way to export data so I can share with my doctor. Might as well just keep a paper log or better yet a spreadsheet. Lots of potential not taken advantage of. Disappointing.

History diagram. Please do one thing then the app will be so much better. Allow there to be a graph of readings taken. That’s all. Going to the calendar and clicking each day is not useful.

USELESS. What’s the point of developing an app to track blood sugar and you don’t have the app average on a weekly biweekly monthly or 90 day schedule knowing what your blood sugar is for one day it’s pointless for tracking diabetes get on the ball Walmart you’re the richest family in the country you’ve got the money to invest in a better app

app forgot me. Signed on and had been using it for more than a week then one day I have to put all my info and security and serial number back in to reset my password and after numerous tries I can’t. And I can’t do it over because my meter is already registered. I’m deleting this app.

Why?. Why record blood glucose levels when you can’t view them over time or even export the data? It is literally worse than pen and paper. Click on each day to see the reading for it? Are you serious?

Where are my readings?. I have logged over 25 reading and when I sync it shows it has copied my reading from my BGM but they are no where to be found in the app. I went to this when my ACCU-CHEK guide me broke but this has got to be the worst app. At this point I can not recommend this meter or app to anyone and will be going back to an ACCU-CHEK ASAP!!

Could be good. You can view daily averages but not averages over time. It keeps a history so it wouldn’t be hard to add. The actual meter will give you a 7,-4,30 day average. Most apps enhance the user experience not take away from it. This makes it seem kind of gimmicky not a great tool to track sugar levels.

Sync issues. App syncs if and when it wants to. If you try and force it it usually crashes to the Home Screen. What a waste of money buying a meter when the associated app is garbage.

Can’t login. I had the app before and didn’t like it. Thought I would give it another try but can’t get logged in, won’t let me change my password telling me I have incorrect information. It’s a big joke! Should have expected it, cheap meter equals cheap app.

Not an easy app to use.. I don’t like to have to type in my user ID and password each time I want to update my readings. I don’t update my blood sugar readings daily. Also the security is great users have to change their password every 3 months.

Fraud. The blu tooth does not work after multiple times trying to get the unit (ReliOn Premier Blu) to pair up to an iPhone 6s+ with iOS 13.3.1. The phone number for the help desk is to a fax machine because all you get is multiple tones. I would not recommend this unit or software to my worst enemy.

App not working with ios17. I recently updated my iPhone to iOS 17. Now I can’t log into my app and can not reset my password. I get a “something weird happened”. Error when ever I try to reset my password. Very frustrating.

No Health App connection. Getting all my data in one place is important. I bought this io increase convenience. Having to open Apple Health and manually enter my glucose reading is no different than my old dumb meter. I was extremely dissatisfied to learn the Life app does not sync with Apple Health. It’s no good to trap the data in the app. Apple health gives me graphs and links data to my weight management app. My doctor does not want the data. But he wants me to have it. Disappointed

Needs IOS integration.. App is not bad but it should talk to Apple health. Apparently these requests fall on deaf ears. Despite the low cost of the meter and strips I’ll be switching to a meter that lets me import my data into Apple health. It’s too bad ReliOn doesn’t listen to its customers

Bugs. App won’t even open. It closes out when I open the app. Called customer service they said it was a issue in the app that should be fixed Monday 😐 Wish I was told that before I bought it 🙄

Needs better pairing and Apple Health Compatibility. I may have to go back my old meter. The lack of Apple Health compatability is a huge negative. This need to be fixed. The lack of this make the device almost unusable. The pairing process was the worst ever. I had to call support for help.

Lost password. I cannot get the forgot password to work and reset my password. Nothing shows to go anywhere else or choose any other pages.

I can’t change my password!!!. This app is crap! After 3 months it’s forcing me to change my password, but I cannot remember my current password, and there is NO option for “forgotten password!” Unless I can remember it, I can no longer use the app. FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

Worthless to me if it doesn’t work with Apple health app. I did research online and from what I found it is supposed to be compatible with Apple health app. Wish I didn’t buy the meter now. Just read another review that says it’s not compatible with the health app. Serial number issue needs fixed.

Something is not working. Have loved the app in the past, but keeps shutting down when I open now.

So so. App is ok to manually record your data readings. But will be good if it was able to average your readings in dates range like the readers do, 7 day, 14 day, 30 days, 90 days or custom dates. I believe that will be useful maybe in the future I can bump a few more stars.

Cannot log on. I have use it for 6 months and then all of a sudden it will not let me sign in or change the password. Needs some serious work to make it work right. I uninstalled the app.

No print option. The app doesn't save me any time because I still have to manually record my readings- you would think the need for the ability to print would be a no-brainer - very disappointing

Reporting. I don’t see the point of having a monitor that will sync if you cannot produce reports or listing that show your levels over a period of time. I bought this thinking I could sync and send the information to my physician since I am unable to get lab work during the lockdown. This is useless.

Love the meter…the app is better than nothing. On a positive note…there are many opportunities to improve the app. As simple as it is I still have difficulty navigating to review and make notes on my reading.

Kicked out and login error. The app kicked me out and now I’m not able to login. I just keep getting a login error so I tried resetting my password and it says another error about something strange has occurred. This app is not user friendly and doesn’t save all my manual in put

Graph would be nice. Nice app and easy to use. It would be nice to see some form of graphic to indicate trends.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been trying to track by blood sugar on this app for a week it randomly deletes entries or switches them or changes them or adds random ones idk what’s wrong with this app but you’d be better off with pen and paper

Casper 68. Definitely uninstalling and getting another app you have to login completely to even use it every single time I wanna record my blood sugar not log into a stupid app every five seconds I don’t even know if it works that alone makes it zero stars

Won’t work with apple health.. This app doesn’t work with apple health. Push software update to add functionality. Purchased this so I could integrate information into apple health, can no longer return.

Needs more connections. The app seems ok but would like it so much more if it would connect to my Apple Watch and my Apple health app

Does not sync with Apple HealthKit or other apps. The app would be fine but it does not sync with Apple health rendering it all but useless because the app itself has no convenient way for graphing or charting your blood sugar data. I have since switched to OneTouch as their app has integration with HealthKit.

Seriously underwhelmed by this app.. Was looking for an app that would make tracking my levels easier. This isn’t it. No real way to analyze data or share/print readings. Guess I’ll keep looking.

Won’t connect to device. Won’t connect to device. What a junk app. I checked Bluetooth settings and the devices shows up in the available so I am not sure why the app won’t connect to the device

Too much personal info. Very insecure and too much personal info. With no mfa and weak passwords generated in phones, this is a databreach waiting to happen. The app will not let you proceed unless you enter your doctors info. That’s too much personal info. For shame.

Bad product. ReliOn premier blue. I been trying to connect to this ReliOn premier blue meter,and it does not connect to my iPhone. I tried to call the phone number they left to call and it doesn’t answer. What a waste of money. This product that you in trust to work is why old Technology can not be replace. They don’t no how build things right anymore.

Garbage!. You know how often I should have to enter a password to send readings from my device to my phone? Never! Trying to reset my password with this piece of crap has been a nightmare waste of time!

Very basic. Hard to connect to Bluetooth. Cumbersome if to recover logon information. Called the so-called 24/7 line not available during the weekend. This product and software Not worth $ the hassle!!!!

Just Stupid app!. Have never come across such stupid design. If you forget your password, you are doomed especially when it asks you to reset password every 3 months. there is no forgot password link. Just can’t believe someone actually designed this app!!

Bad app. It worked for 10 days then starts to show problems in bluetooth connection, after that it logged me off of my account without no reason Andd failed to log in again

Disappointed. Well I can’t even get it to load any more clicked on an app in App Store and it does a little square but it does it circle round little square so it won’t even download great app guys

ReliOn life. Love the app it works great with my iphone. But would be better if it works with my iwatch but 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
