Won’t recognize log-in. I’ve repeatedly tried logging into the app and it keeps saying it’s invalid/unrecognized login, but I have no trouble with my login credentials when using the website. The app seems to be worthless at this point so I’ve uninstalled it.

Like the app want more surveys. I have been a member for a while now and really love that Walmart has this community but I just wish there were more surveys given to me. The app is great though I don’t likehaving to use my phones safari to move the screen and this makes things easier

Opinions matter. It is a good opportunity to be able to share my thoughts and experiences on products and shopping. The surveys are clear and to the point and I really like the rewards.

The new customer spark App needs work. So I downloaded the app and logging into my account on the new app and on the website. The website shows all the rewards points and credits and the app shows I have $0.00. Please fix this Walmart!

Worthless app, can’t even log in.. I’m a Walmart plus Spark customer and can’t log into this with my account. Don’t waste your time .

Poor formatting on iPad. The graphics only fills the center portion of the iPad’s screen so it looks like the size of an iPhone screen. It won’t expand. Words are cut off along the bottom menu line. Not very well designed. Maybe they’ll fix it in the future. Yuck,

Who’s who around here!?!. My son is developmentally disabled, my spouse is paralyzed from the waist down, we, I am also disabled. My son and I receive a good benefit on our UNITED HEALTHCARE CARD-!!we ONLY shop at WALMART with our benefits!! I am the authorized user on my sons electronic EBT card, we do ALL of our shopping ONLY at Walmart!! We couldn’t be happier with the simplicity of shopping Walmart’s well stocked and designed stores. WE LOVE YOU WALMART!! We’ve been shopping with you for thirty years!!!

IPad version is awful. Trying to login and screen with the app is only about 1/3 of the size of the iPad screen. Then it says my login is incorrect and ytying to set upa new PW, every time I enter a character, the screen moves down and I can’t see characters as I enter them. Happens with each character. Then says I can’t use a previous password. Which is my active password - the only one Ive ever had. Ive had enough of this awful attempt at programming.

Terrible App. They really need to look hard into how this app is working because it is not working correctly. It won’t save any of my updated information. It just keeps glitching over and over again. Does anyone look into this?

Really appreciate the app. The website is cool and all but I don’t like having to open my browser to access spark. I am glad there is an app and hope that they continue to make it better

App as bad as the instructions they sent. I thought, “won’t it be nice to not have to log in to a website to see my progress?” Wrong! App does not recognize my profile, preferences, or even respond so that I can enter them all again. By the way, the instructions for finding the app on App Store were in this order: Step 1, step 2, step 4, step 5, step 3. Nice!
