What is walmart inhome delivery app? Walmart+ InHome is a new delivery service that gets the to-dos done. InHome uses smart entry technology to let our full-time, safety-trained associates deliver Walmart groceries and household essentials beyond your door. You can either set up your home's own keypad or get a smart device installed by our team to let associates bring in and neatly put away items into your home (even into your fridge). Terrible service. They came to pick up items that I returned and never refunded me. I cancelled the credit card that was used on. Over a month later (emails and agreements say 24 hrs), when I threaten to contact my bank, they refund me my money and tell me it would be Walmart credit and now it is going back to a card I wrote off in bankruptcy and now I will never see that money again. They were rude. I have tried countless times to cancel, but every time you click on something it takes you around the world and you can’t cancel. I called Walmart+ and they say that they aren’t the same. And they will not cancel nor refund you your money if they fail to provide the service they have promised. Quick to charge you but will put you through the ringer to refund you if at all.

Great service. Soooo going into Walmart I always see the ladies standing toward the front telling people about in home. I already pay for the Walmart delivery so thought I didn’t need it. One lady told me just to try to in home Walmart and if I don’t like it I can cancel since there is a trial period. I can’t say it enough. This is by far the best. The customer service I receive, the consistency in always getting all my groceries, and the driver even knows my dogs name and always says hi. I’ve only had 2 drivers and they both are very pleasant. Thank you Walmart for your great customer service you provide weekly.

Julie!. Julie T. delivered my grocery order, prompt and courteous. She had NO problems finding my home, she read the explicit directions on my account. She wore a mask which is what really impressed me. She read on my account that I am immuno compromised and she is as well. She really turned my mind around to ordering through Walmart again. Julie is the reason for retaining me as a customer. Many Thanks to Julie! I want to request that she delivers my groceries from now on.

Personal care for sure!. Tanvir delivered in perfect time! I really appreciate his care to deliver exactly what I ordered. He kept the meat covered prior to putting it in the frig to keep my refrigerator clean. He asked about items that needed replacement if the replacement was ok. He’s even remembering that I prefer green bananas instead of ripe bananas! That is the epitome of personal customer care! I really like that the delivery individual is the same person. It’s building a friend relationship meeting my family! : )

Substitutions. Unable to select different qty on subscription as when original product is out of stock & have to select a different size &/or qty. Also, didn’t get a chance or capability to select a different product when product is out of stock even though an hour Before delivery time❓

Super easy and convenient. Used twice in home delivery twice now. No tips on InHome delivery. Very easy to use. Only two options for delivery times for InHome delivery. Wish there was more time available. I like to order mid morning and sometimes I miss the afternoon window and have to wait the next day. But everything else is great. Got what I wanted and was able to choice what I wanted for substitutions or refund if product was out when I checked out.

I love the inhome delivery. I am loving the inhome delivery. The difference it makes is my groceries are delivered by walmart associates themselves. They are background checked and I trust them more for making sure they are delivering at the correct address unlike the third parties. Also, they bring your stuff in walmart boxes and deliver only the items without any plastic bags. This is environment friendly too. Additionally, with walmart inhome delivery you can get things delivered to your garage or fridge directly if you can provide them instructions to get in, I have not tried that yet. There is no tip required for the delivery. I love this service , love Walmart! Always!

Treat yourself!. I started my monthly trial right before I had my second knee replacement of the year and I’m very happy with the service. I don’t have to worry about going to the door to open it or being home. the delivery driver will bring my stuff in and put them away in my fridge and freezer for me. As someone on disability with mobility issues this is a very helpful service.

In Home has made my life so much easier!. I have been a Walmart plus customer ever since it began. I am homebound and unable to walk or drive any longer. I’ve had perfect service from day one, and I don’t know how I managed before Walmart plus! In Home is a bonus because the delivery servers are so kind and helpful. I love my Walmart plus with the in-home services.

People that Make a Difference. Dylan and Cynthia are the two that deliver to me and my home. These two souls are beautiful to me and they are some of the nicest and sweetest people I’ve ever had to deal with no who I had the pleasure of meeting and working with, since I started using In Home Delivery. These two beautiful souls and their kindness, professionalism and their genuine dedication and respect towards me and their work , has given me a chance to witness the Difference that they both are making in people’s lives. Hence, they are a joy to work with and not just because they deliver to me without fail and the courtesy of informing me of any issues with my orders . First in home delivery after setup. I received my 2nd order technically, after first doorstep delivery. Driver Don didn’t read instructions where to leave groceries but luckily I have security cameras and directed him to the instructed location. He was friendly and put them where asked. I am not sure if the instructions on delivery location is hard for drivers to see or if he didn’t read, but had I not been home they would’ve been left at wrong location. I will see how future deliveries go and update. As I am about to undergo a major surgery and need this service to do as requested, I hope they do well ongoing.

It’s a great service...when it works. It’s a great service when the items you add to your list are actually in stock. I seem to keep putting out of stock items in my cart- you don’t know that the item you want so badly is out of stock until after you pay for it and then receive an email 2-4 hours later. That makes me a bit frustrated and unhappy. Why not take the out of stock items off the website until they are back in stock. One thing I can say is, the delivery drivers are very good at what they do. I feel very safe using Walmart InHome.

Fantastic. We got this before we had a smart deadlock and it was okay, not great. They would deliver to our doorstep (with no tip required!) but because of the large time windows it always felt weird. Then, once we got the smart lock, it’s been phenomenal. Delivery people that we have meet have been extremely helpful and are very careful to follow the rules and procedures Walmart set for them. No going in the house when there are kids but no adult yet (because my wife was still getting down from the car), check. Wear covers over your shoes so you don’t track things in, check. One of the other appreciated things has also been that they look for how you put things away and try to follow whatever pattern they see. It’s been fantastic! Keep up the good work!

So many things…. First off the tracking of estimated delivery time is not accurate. It gave me an estimated arrival time and just kept increasing minute by minute. That isn’t really helpful. I had several problems with the items I received. Everything that wasn’t a refrigerated item felt extremely hot. Like it had been sitting in a hot car for hours. I personally don’t like even my non refrigerated items baking in a car for hours. I ordered cilantro and it was wilted and limp. Probably was not kept cold. The Caesar salad kit as always had orange and red lettuce and was not fresh had to throw it out. I had used the regular delivery put did not like the expense of the tips each week so tried the tip free in home. I don’t have them bring it in my home as I am not comfortable granting a stranger access to my home. I really don’t like that there is only two time slots and it’s a 4 hour window. A 2 hour window would be better. That is why everything was super hot. They probably load up all the deliveries for the 4 hour window and it could be sitting in the truck for hours before being delivered.

Nice but with drawbacks. I’m enjoying knowing my delivery will actually be delivered instead of the mayhem of basic delivery where I had several delayed by more than a day All staff have been very friendly and have gotten my order correct with one exception However groceries need to be placed on the doormat instead of the concrete (which isn’t cleaned). It’s basic common sense. Please revise training. Also it seems a premium service would offer hour windows like the basic does! This is very frustrating bc I rarely have 4 hour blocks of time to be available. It’s backwards and makes me reconsider even continuing the service For those of us who invest more in your services more should actually be provided and I’m not seeing the value yet OTHER than the fact that the basic service didn’t even provide basic service and this does but with more restrictions I look forward to having these issues addressed so I can remain a customer

Great experience!. We had a great first experience. We don’t have the lock yet, so we had our items dropped off on our doorstep. Our Walmart delivery person (Joshua) was very nice, professional, and super friendly. We will definitely be making more orders! My only complaint is that I would like to pick what time to have them delivered/dropped off…even if it’s a 3 hour window, but that’s only because we don’t have the lock, so I have to be there to bring my items inside. Out of all 3 services (pickup, delivery and InHome) my favorite so far is InHome, then delivery, then pickup.

Great delivery service from Walmart. I’ve tried delivery since the pandemic from both Publix (via Instacart) and Walmart. The annual fee is about the same. With Instacart it’s not unusual for me to get a’textster’. That’s when the shoppers want to have a text conversation from the time they start until the time they check out! I’m not into that at all, none whatsoever. They will actually send me a pic of the shelf where they may find a substitute that the shoppers want me to make a decision about. If my phone starts pinging an hour before my scheduled delivery I just cringe. At Walmart I’ve never been treated like that. If I designate’no substitute’ or if I send a shopper special instructions, the Walmart employee delivers my order correctly. After two years I can tell you that Walmart delivers my orders with no hassle, and I’ve never had to complain! Save your time and money! Jon Lemasters in Florida.

Great delivery people, but some issues with the app. Our deliveries have all been great and the delivery people are all very friendly and helpful. We only have a few issues with the app. It won’t allow us to scan our drivers license for a beer purchase. We have talked with numerous people about it and haven’t gotten the issue resolved. Very frustrating.

Great Service. Let me tell you how happy I am to have signed up for InHome delivery. I don’t have a car for now and this is so convenient to use. I was so thrilled to have my items delivered organized and together. My delivery driver Art was so pleasant and professional. For a long time I’ve use Walmart + and my experience from delivery drivers were less than great. My items were tossed around upon delivery. The only downside is the delivery driver couldn’t get tips from his wonderful delivery. I highly recommended this service to everyone. Great Service!!!

Walmarts In-Home Service is the best!!. I am so well pleased with this service! The worker had all the bags in paper bags all neat and nice then knocked before leaving. No tip for this service makes me happy!! I am a tipper trust me but I just lost my job and trying to us that towards feeding the family! Thank you so much Walmart pay your works good!

An app that is not convenient for me yet. I love the idea of this app and when the service works it works wonderfully as far as Walmart grocery. My problem is that voice over support is still very poor in my opinion. You still have a lot of images and there’s just a lot of information here that is not set up well enough to navigate by someone who uses voice over. It is a huge disappointment and I hope it gets better. While it would be very nice to have the delivery part of the service in this area, to be inconvenienced still by the voice over lacking in the grocery portion of this app I am an an inconvenienced regular customer who will have to take my business elsewhere.

In Home Delivery (at my doorstep). I love the convenience of in home delivery groceries. I didn’t think I would. You place your order and you have several hours to add items to that order that you had first forgot about when you placed it. It’s just so wonderful and I do think it saves money because you don’t end up impulse buying. I do like like Walmart prices so I don’t mind not bothering with coupons. When I do go to other markets I find I do have to use coupons because their prices are much higher In Home Delivery is the Bomb! It saves time and money!

Don’t do it!!. Don’t even bother this in-home service is the worlds biggest joke the app is never updated even with itself it is certainly not synced with the online portal you wait nearly all day after getting updates that lead you to believe your items coming in the morning so you waste your entire day waiting for a delivery they either don’t knock or they don’t bring your items today I was missing four major items a shower caddy a candy bar an expensive carpet cleaner as well as toothpaste I’m not quite sure how something like that happens especially when they don’t bother to email you telling you that it was unavailable and then they don’tTell you that it’s shipping later so you basically just got ripped off and then when you try to go online and process a return there’s not even an option for I didn’t get my item so you have to play phone calls and call people that are in some foreign country that you can’t understand and can barely hear I literally close my account today and will not shop with Walmart ever again

Refused a tip. What a refreshing experience I just had with an InHome delivery person. I just had delivered, 4 12-packs of Propel flavored water. Not a light load to carry. I offered the delivery man, a very nice man of possibly Indian or Pakistani ethnicity, an $8 tip for his delivery efforts, and he totally turned it down. He said, “this is a free service sir. Have a nice afternoon.” I was floored. I am someone who always tips, but I also realize that one of the benefits of InHome is that delivery is free and there’s no tipping, a selling point of the service because delivery is done by store employees instead of a 3rd-party delivery service where tipping is pretty much expected. He was the nicest person and flatly refused to take a tip, even though I offered it at least three times. Honesty is so rare these days. So I give this man credit for insisting on abiding by the rules of the InHome service. Kudos, Walmart, for making a great hiring decision on this gentleman.

Was trying to sign up for Walmart plus. I called the delivery people on the phone because I was having trouble with the app. It would not let me sign up for Walmart plus. He told me to delete my app and get it back again. So that is what I am doing. I think you need to update your app. I am on a different app right now the delivery one. Because I always have my groceries and other stuff that I ordered from Walmart delivered to me. I like delivery now because you have your own vans now. It has Walmart written on the side. I feel a lot safer now when they pull up in my driveway. I did not like strangers coming to my house to deliver the groceries. Most of the time everything cold was hot. I would have to call you and then you would have to give me credits for my refrigerated stuff or my freezer stuff because it would all be melted and hot so I love your vans. Thank you very much for getting them. I am not scared anymore when I get my groceries delivered to me. The lady that delivers them to me she works on Wednesdays, so I will be ordering my groceries on Tuesday so she can deliver them on Wednesday to me. I like her a lot. she was very nice and polite and explained all about delivery plus. I can get it for $49 a year now because my pay is way under. I thank you very much for lowering the price so I could get Walmart plus Sincerely, Walmart customer very pleased

Love it. I have been using this app for about three years. I don’t like going to the store being around people my anxiety want let me shop in the store so when I found out Walmart was delivering. my grocery come to my front door best thing ever could have happen for me. They do a wonderful job shopping for me everything I need and the delivery people are always on time finding my home my address is hard to find i can track them to see if everything is ok if not i will call them and let them know they’re going the wrong way. Shopping on line is the best.

Missing items. Service is terrible. What they said they delivered did not match what they actually delivered. Missing 6 2-liters, 5lb sugar, 1 box of gelatin and 1 curtain rod. These weren’t out of stock items. These items were noted as delivered but were not. I understand missing an items, but missing 9 items, many of which were large & heavy and hard to miss is very disappointing. Clearly no one ever verified the items being delivered matched what was supposed to be delivered. That’s an easy check and should be part of the process.

In home delivery. I rate this the highest accomplishment WalMart has ever achieved! Finding both, my husband due to recent serious illness that resulted in his having 1/3 foot amputated & myself being seriously ill & disabled, totally blind in 1 eye legally in other. Due to medical misinteraction/pill side effects I suffered serious falls. The last resulting in broken leg, 3ribs, fractured both feet, knees, elbows, hands, & all 10 fingers/toes. Broke glasses can’t see. Serious hallucinations! Out of hospital 5days. Heard of WalMart employees stepping in to help needy families like ours. Praying this will happen NOW🙏🙏🙏 While having In-Home employee TANIA noticed me sliding out recliner not too aware. SHE got help from neighbor. Stayed with me till EMS arrived, kept husband calm. Worried about 1 thing US! WALMART CUSTOMERS! Nobody special just ordinary people! SAM WHALTON, you Did & Continue to Do Good! Low prices, good merchandise, GREAT EMPLOYEES! That’s what I call WALMART PROUD! 🙏🥰♿️

Local Store cannot update your order status. My last two in home delivery orders have not been able to make it. They just show delayed and no one comes or contacts me to let me know there’s an issue. I asked the store manager and he said he did not even have a delivery driver on Monday and Fridays but there’s no way for him to tell the app there are no delivery spots. You just let people continue to order and then not show up with no explanation. Someone should really look into this very solvable problem.

Would Like More Choices. It’s been great, but it’d be perfect if I could make my request, instead of limited to three options I don’t want. I prefer receiving my groceries on my driveway, instead of on the street on the sidewalk. I have three locations my groceries will go. 1.) She Shed at back of driveway, 2.) My mom’s fridge in the garage, and 3.) and my fridge and pantry in the house, through back door, then to the right, right again, head back to the laundry room, fridge on the left, pantry is back wall on left. Tooooooo many steps and preferences. So, just let me specify “driveway near door of garage,” and I’ll sort groceries there myself and I’m a happy camper. :-)

The best customer service from Walmart delivery service ever!. My partner and I have been using the Walmart delivery service for the past couple of years, along with some other delivery services and I have to say this was the best experience . My delivery person today had to be the best ever! He was courteous, sweet, attentive, helped bring heavy items inside my door, he followed my directions and was completely and absolutely pleasant! I’ve never had anyone delivery groceries to us that was genuinely so great. He also refused a tip, I guess since it was the InHome service. But still he refused a tip. He made my day. There aren’t too many people now a day that are so great or attentive. I wish I could removed his name, I really did appreciate his service today! Thank you!

This App Isn’t Working. The InHome app hasn’t worked properly for me in 3 weeks. Emailing Walmart customer service was a waste of time. They gave me canned responses & seemed to think that you could use InHome from their website. I have sent them screenshots. They claim it’s just my phone. So, I sent them ones from my iPad & my daughter’s phone. Now they are just ignoring me. This app needs to be fixed. I can no longer see when or who is delivering my groceries. I cannot leave feedback. I cannot watch the video. I just get a message that says “Sorry we’re having trouble connecting to the server. Try again later.” This has been happening for THREE weeks.

I feel all. Bc the things tht I have been getting as well omg like ppl have say u get some greens man it is like the sun drying them up my fruit are old they just pick some up no matter what they look like. And so much more bc I can keep on writing and it is not good at all. Oh got to tell this they sit my groceries at othe ppl door one day a friend saw my food in the hall way. . Need better people not young ppl bc they don’t care just the money get some responsibility ppl to this or shut it down . But I love it the delivery bc I have it delivered to my mom do to her not driving anymore

Meeting?. The app said that the first time groceries would be delivered doorstep and that the associate would knock so we could meet. That didn’t happen. I simply got a text that said my order had been delivered and it was on the doorstep. In a 4 hour delivery window, I would have thought the order would be delivered closer to the start than 4 minutes before the window closed. Thinking I’d rather tip and have a more predictable delivery time.

Bad experiences. I thought it was an isolated incident, but after months of using Wal-Mart delivery, I feel like they send out the things that can't be sold in the stores. My potatoes had huge gashes in them from the plow where they were farmed, almost every can dented, the dairy and vegetables were wilted or near their expiration days. I've purchased oatmeal that had the seal broken. When I order stuff, it says they have it but when it gets to my door, I find out they have substituted with something else, which is always something that isn't selling in the store, or is more profitable to them. I pay for Wal-Mart plus and have a $7 monthly add on for tip-free delivery just to get their garbage that others won't buy? This is a good way to get rid of the things that should be donated or thrown away, but at least give your best plus and in home customers the stuff that you would pick for your family. I'm done paying you for the privilege to shop your store.

Complete failure. No confirmation of order for two hours making me miss window to add or edit. Notified that order would arrive at 9am. Cannot access inhome app as it was having technical issues. Home page of Walmart app says arrive by 9am. Open tracking on Walmart app and says arriving at 12pm. Exit, open again. Now arriving at 1pm. Exit, open again. Now arriving at 2pm. Exit, open again. Now says tracking not working. All this combined with a 9 hour window of potential delivery is unacceptable. No, thanks. Cancelling free trial today IF I can access my account which so far I can’t.

Great service, terrible app. The delivery service is great. The app is trash. There are basic functionalities you would expect of any app that simply don’t exist - for example, there is no way to change your door lock type once you start. This is really important as the door lock device is how the Walmart employees are able to enter your house. Hopefully their product and dev team will make the make improvements.

Just Ok. Tipping a third party is almost better.. I live on the third floor of an apartment and it is not easy for me to carry large grocery orders upstairs. I used to be able to leave a message for the delivery person to let them know a more appreciated tip would be given if they left it at my unit door. With InHome, I don’t need my groceries delivered to my fridge, but still would like to have them delivered at my unit door. Two times they left my large order at the first level of the apartment building at the front door, for anyone to take. InHome should have a suggestion box for such cases? Either way, I just cancelled it because I would rather leave a higher tip each time, knowing there is a 99% chance the delivery person will likely follow through with the offered incentive.

First In-home order. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Walmart. I have been getting deliveries from Walmart since they started home delivery. Over the couple years I’ve had some minor mix ups, but nothing is utterly ridiculous as today’s in-home order. First of all, they texted me and said they would be here at 2. They actually got here at 4:55. The problem was that they kept updating me saying that they’d be here in 20 minutes and then it was 12 minutes and then it was back to 13 minutes and then it was 6 minutes and then it was 11 minutes. It went back-and-forth like that for almost 3 hours. I will not be ordering from Walmart in Home again. I am actually going to try to get my money back from Walmart for my year subscription.

Walmart InHome deliver is a mess. I signed up for Walmart in-home delivery, thinking this would be a great thing, having my groceries delivered directly to my refrigerator. I did not realize the delivery window was 4 1/2 hours. This delivery time is totally unacceptable. If you haven’t signed up for this service, don’t. Very, very unhappy. The app stated no need to tip the driver. I assumed Walmart would pass on at least a 10% gratuity. Not so; drivers only are paid an hourly wage. Of course I tipped the driver. What a total waste of my day. I will never use this service again. I already deleted the app!

Used to love this app until..... I downloaded this app about 2 years ago and have been a member of Walmart + in which I pay $12 monthly for certain features such as scan as you go bc it’s easier as a mother of 2 when I’m in the store trying to check out. I opened my app the other day trying to scan my 1st item and it won’t let me continue unless I do a software update to a 13 which I cannot do bc I have a older version iPhone 6 at the moment & am only at a 12.5. So basically I’m paying for a app that I cannot use bc it’s only allowed for costumers with a new iPhone or software which is frustrating.

Much better than Walmart + delivery. Just enrolled in inHome delivery trial and I couldn’t be happier. It’s definitely a better experience than ordering with Walmart + and having a non Walmart employee handle my orders which often are missing items and having to constantly call the customer service for refunds. I am not sure if anyone from Walmart management reads these reviews but I cannot imagine all these losses in merchandise due to UberEats drivers mishaps are beneficial for the company’s books and the Walmart brand. On the other hand, John, an employee of my local Walmart in Santa Clarita, CA did a great job handling my order. Nothing was missing for the first time in a long time. Although he refused a tip I would much rather tip a Walmart employee than a non-Walmart employee especially when my orders appear mishandled on their end.

Great service, almost perfect app. Been using In home for a little while, but today was the first time I integrated my garage door with it. Worked perfectly, although I was confused for a minute when saw my garage door opening. That's what her got ignoring the message a delivery was on the way. Carol is great, she's always been friendly and it's nice to see her each time. The only suggestion I have for the app is a place for comments to the drivers. It would be helpful to have a place to leave notes so the drivers know where to put my groceries. Otherwise, very happy with the device and app,

Kelly is THE BEST deliver person!!!!. I wish Kelly could deliver to me every time!!!!! The other delivery people have been ok to very good. KELLY is OUTSTANDING!!!! Not only was she the first to deliver to me correctly (to where I actually am). After I believe it was five wrong house deliveries that others failed 😟. She found me on her first try!!🥰😋 I was planning to stop using Walmart but decided to give it one more try. That is when Kelly found me on her first try!!! She is ALWAYS sweet, courteous, friendly, professional, clean, informative, and not only brings the groceries inside but puts them away for me too!!!!! And, I feel safe letting her into my home!!! I have issues with letting strangers inside. I felt comfortable with Kelly the first time that I met her and always hope she will come again!!!! Thank you VERY much Kelly!!!!

Awesome experience!. Works exactly as described! The experience on my two deliveries so far has been perfect. Can’t be simpler than having your grocery order magically appear in your fridge. All of the supporting technology around the delivery makes me feel a lot better about the whole process. Getting notifications when delivery starts/ends, and being able to watch a live video of the delivery really helps!

Above and beyond.. Jorge was great with the delivery, I am so grateful this service is available. I have to give a shout-out to the InHome device installation team, Phil and Kevin!! They went so far above and beyond to make sure the InHome delivery would work! I had a temperamental garage opener and they worked together to figure it out! I have never seen service like this! Amazing!. This type of delivery is amazing! Everything is delivered in a big white Walmart + Truck! It’s like having limousine service Walmart style to receive all of your products that you’ve ordered. Everything arrives in perfect condition and nothing is missing from the order you placed.! You also get carte blanche treatment from the Walmart associate that delivers your order, they are very friendly and respectable! Great Service and Experience all around!

So so. Walmart used to be my favorite place that shop the prices where great and the products where great and there where always plenty to choose from……. Over the last few months though It is getting harder and harder to get my favorite things from Walmart and the prices seem to vary? The home delivery of a chooses time well that has been lacking too! There as been a few times the deliveries hav been very late or they say my delivery has been made and there is either nothing there or only part of what they say they have delivered! Like my last order I was supposed to have gotten three items I received one of them! If this continues I might have to go somewhere else! Paying for them to deliver to my doorstep 🤔. I paid for this service because I like the idea of them being able to deliver when I’m not home. I love the idea that they can drop off my groceries inside my home and put the groceries that need to be refrigerated in my fridge. It started out great because they were doing just that. The last three times they have just left the groceries at my door step. Why am I paying for this service if they are just going to leave the groceries at my doorstep if I want them to bring them inside?

Fridgetopia!. Like most people I was a little skeptical but my fiancé convinced me to try it because of the first month free and free installation (and because she was the one who previously did the grocery shopping, not me)...but after one delivery I’m sold. Our associate Monica was so nice and organized and even gave us a welcome gift. I had only bought groceries from Walmart once or twice before and was shocked by the quality of the produce and the value too. The app is really intuitive and easy and it’s nice being able to see if my garage is open or closed from anywhere. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for some extra time.

Above expectations. This was my first experience with in-home delivery and we’ve had Walmart plus for several years, but Chris went above and beyond and he should be promoted!

First Timer. I used at home for the first time. I had to be home because I don’t have a free entry into my home. It was very organized and well delivered. The only disappointment is the window of time is so large. I would prefer it be a 1 to 2 hour window.

One star. I have rated this app with a one star rating the reason for my decision is that when I’m simply trying to log in I always get hit with a there has been a problem try again later and guess what I do I wait an hour and go back on the app and the same thing happens like I have had this app for two days and the same problem keeps popping up

Ultimate convenience. Being a busy mom, out the door early in the morning dropping kids off and going to work. This service provided ultimate convenience for me and a piece of mind to be able to watch the delivery in real time. It was so nice to get home from a hectic day and have my grocery shopping done. So disappointed!. This is the second InHome delivery I’ve scheduled and neither of the deliveries were delivered inside.. they were left on the porch. Even though I have specific instructions for items to be left in the fridge in the garage. I spoke to the driver and he was not interested in putting them in the garage. Looks like it’s time to go ahead and cancel this service I’m paying for since they are not delivering my order InHome… Do better Walmart!

Substitutions. Unable to select different qty on subscription as when original product is out of stock & have to select a different size &/or qty. Also, didn’t get a chance or capability to select a different product when product is out of stock even though an hour Before delivery time❓

Terrible program. I have had terrible response to this program since I enrolled. Two lost deliveries. One delivered to the wrong address. Charged tips for deliveries, when it is advertised that tips not required.

So many issues with the app. There are always issues with the app properly updating on my order status. By the time it shows there are substitutions it also says the window has closed, my order gets delivered before even notifying me who it’s been assigned to, or when it’s on the way. Very frustrating and it needs to be corrected to streamline this service.

Missing items. Service is terrible. What they said they delivered did not match what they actually delivered. Missing 6 2-liters, 5lb sugar, 1 box of gelatin and 1 curtain rod. These weren’t out of stock items. These items were noted as delivered but were not. I understand missing an items, but missing 9 items, many of which were large & heavy and hard to miss is very disappointing. Clearly no one ever verified the items being delivered matched what was supposed to be delivered. That’s an easy check and should be part of the process.

First Timer. Grant did a great job, bags were neatly placed at my front door and everything was packaged neatly. I received a call when order was on its way as well as an updated message in the Walmart app. I got a knock at the door when everything was done so I knew when to open the door safely. Truly appreciate this service. Thank you!

It was great. I’m not sure what has happened since i signed up for In home delivery but the last four deliveries have been terrible! The majority of my groceries have been missing. What makes it worse is i have to call for a refund. I’m paying for a service that I’m not getting anymore.

In-Home Delivery is Great. I recently was in the hospital for a little over a week due to a bad case of viral pneumonia. Since I've been home any walking or lifting will completely tire me out! When I saw Wal-Mart was now offering this service, it couldn't have come at a better time! They bring my groceries inside and put the cold items in the fridge and the frozen items in the freezer, and all I have left to do is to put the pantry items in the pantry. The Wal-Mart associate is very friendly. She always wears a mask and wears disposable covers for her shoes. So far I love the service and highly recommend it!

Missing delivery. My order was delivered to someone else’s home yesterday. I notified the trouble number immediately. The driver had to still be in the area to possibly correct the mistake. Instead I was told to wait 48 hours. Then I called my home store to speak with the online order department. A gentleman was going to reach out to the driver, but instead left me on hold for an hour and a half. Seriously NOT impressed by this customer service.

So much better. We really like the InHome shopping and inhome delivery. Our first time trying it out. Very smooth process. Thank you to our delivery person and shoppers. Order was perfect.

Scam app? Keep putting my info in, to get no access.... It’s not working. I go thru all the identifying steps, password, codes via text, get email saying someone’s signing in, etc, then it says “oops! We’re having trouble right now try again later”. Keeps doing that. I keep thinking after waiting a few weeks it’ll be fixed but I see reviews from Aug 2022 that this was an issue for them. Is this a scam app?

First time. Kenny rang the bell and left order exactly as asked. I’ve just added the home Service to my regular membership, so it’s new to me. I’d like to have my phone number for texts included, I’m just not sure how to do it

Never came… driver canceled my order. I placed an order on Friday to be delivered on Saturday. When it didn’t come Saturday by 12 as they had stated contacted Walmart and was told it would be here by 6 When it did not arrive by six I contacted Walmart again and was told they were shorthanded on drivers that my order was being expedited and a priority for Sunday’s delivery. Then on Sunday my order was canceled at 5:28 in the afternoon by the driver… I’m giving Walmart one more try with the in-home delivery.

Awesome service. I am extremely satisfied with this service that WM offers. I’m a senior and no longer able to physically shop. My only complaint is that there are now items that I used to pick up when I used that service, but not available for delivery. They have to be shipped. That doesn’t make any sense. What’s the situation with that? WM is causing the company extra expense by this. The item/s could easily be put in my delivery order and received the same day, instead of having to wait a day or mute for shipping. The item I’m referring to is “Ole Xtreme Wellness Tortillas”. Saving on tip is about the only benefit. I have been a W+ subscriber for a couple of years, so I decided to try In Home. Delivery is on time but no one has ever rung the doorbell to announce delery so don’t take an afternoon nap or don’t include anything frozen in your order during the warmer months.I figure In home will at least pay forf

Convenient. For me it’s great service as I’m wheelchair bound which makes putting things away time consuming and tiring, but in home deliverers where they put my items away is awesome

Mixed reviews. This was the second time I’ve had Walmart delivery. The first time my cold items came in insulated bags which was nice because I didn’t realize when I ordered that they deliver many orders in one run. Unfortunately, the second time none of my cold items came in those bags and some of my frozen items were no longer frozen.

Local Store cannot update your order status. My last two in home delivery orders have not been able to make it. They just show delayed and no one comes or contacts me to let me know there’s an issue. I asked the store manager and he said he did not even have a delivery driver on Monday and Fridays but there’s no way for him to tell the app there are no delivery spots. You just let people continue to order and then not show up with no explanation. Someone should really look into this very solvable problem.

Better Than Expected!!!!. My driver was fantastic. He assisted me in putting my groceries away. I couldn’t have asked for more. I truly loved it. Helped me greatly especially being a senior citizen.

Great experience. I just received my in home order from Walmart and it was perfect. Carlos and the other driver were so courteous and helpful I couldn’t ask for more. Delivery hours. It would be better if the options were 9-11; 11-1 then 2-4; 4-6. The 4hr window is too large and make me not use the service I pay. You did add the 2-6, now let’s see if you can expand on the time offering.

Would much rather tip 3rd party. Walmart + and IN home are the same price. I would much rather tip the third party delivery company through Walmart +. In home are hourly workers and don’t get reviewed by there service. My bread was smashed my produce was god awful, and Terrible bagging a waste. The window period was like 6 hours to wait around for my order. Walmart plus is an hour. I can also text my shopper on Walmart plus for replacements unlike inhome.

Late & need returns. I rejected 2 substitutions and they were brought anyway. Now I have to figure out how to do a return. This order did not make a good impression. But Katherine is wonderful, I’ll keep the service in hopes that the next order will be better. Many reviewers complained about the late deliveries. I should’ve listened. This can be a real issue because a window of 9 to 6 is really tough.

My experience with Walmart groceries delivery. I am extremely disappointed in this app.! I did not have an order, but I put some things aside, but one day one of the items I put aside was delivered, a package of cookies. Couple days later same thing happened another package of cookies, . Then a dictionary, then hair ties, it was item s that I didn’t want at the times they were delivered. It was just put aside. No matter my messages no response. You can/ should look into this for me! MyQ Device Management is Horrible. If you are using MyQ with InHome, you may run into issues with the device simply disappearing from your app. Trying to re-add will result in an error that the device already exists and must be unlinked to add. The kicker is that you cannot unlink the device as the manage devices link under settings no longer exists. Wal-Mart tech support will only give you the runaround and send you to MyQ support when it is clearly a problem with their most recent release.

Just moved to town, very convenient. We just moved to town and having this delivery service is very convenient because I have health issues and can’t get out and shop. Thanks for offering it!

Great Service…. But ice cream is thawed. This was our first try with InHome delivery. Gina was on-time and very professional. Our only complaint is that our ice cream arrived mostly thawed. We were hoping the truck had a cooler on board, but apparently not.

Late arrival, missing items, poor customer service. I changed my whole schedule to be home from 2-6. No update that the delivery would be over an hour late. The few things I really needed didn’t arrive and I got things from other peoples order. The worst part is I can’t get what I really needed t that didn’t arrive delivered now until I have another $35 worth of items in my cart. I’m canceling this.

Comment on m’y in home delivery. The young man was polite, pleasant and did a great job. Quite frankly, I don’t know how Walmart can afford to offer the service, but I’m taking it as long as it is there, being a caregiver is a difficult task that is made easier by this type of service

Best Grocery Delivery Membership. I love the Walmart prices but hate driving all the way out there. The app tells me when the store employees are about to drive my goods here. It’s great! They’ll even unlock the door & put them in the garage fridge if I’m too busy to answer.

Ice cream. I am happy with in home service except for one thing. My ice cream was delivered totally liquid, almost room temperature. I don’t think anything was kept frozen or refrigerated from time of shopping. That Is very unhealthy and dangerous. It is still cold outside and all my stuff was melted. If this is not changed, I will have to stop delivery from Walmart.

Sign up if you want to WASTE TIME. This app doesn’t sync with the Walmart app and will take you into a loop of insanity trying to navigate for help. The website will take you to the app only for the app to take you back to the website without solving any problems. I’ve wasted HOURS offering feedback, troubleshooting issues trying to convince myself this would be more convenient. Thanks for the burden Walmart. You’ll get passed around by their customer service and 1 out of 10 people will help you get what you need but just know you’ll need to jump through 20 hoops to get there. No one on their team knows what’s going on - even the IT dept can’t get the app to be convenient. Don’t be deceived this isn’t a time saving service. Just a headache in disguise!

Address Delivery Issue. I have corrected my address to show my home delivery address to be the 1280 Griffith Rd. Every place in the app will show that as the delivery address. But on the day of delivery driver side shows 3887 Albert Lane. The only reason I get my groceries at the correct address is that I add a note. Luckily, my diver remembers me and is aware of the app issue. I have attempted several times to get this hiccup corrected with no success.

Think out of the box!!. I love in home delivery for $40 you don’t get charged tips. I was tipping way more than $40 per year on tips on Walmart plus. So I have Walmart plus & Instore cost is $139 year- no additional tips. Yes you do have to order over $35 but that’s easy!

Not what I’m paying for. Maria did great. She is not the problem. I was at the door and asked that she bring things into the kitchen as I had shoulder surgery and am supporting not lift much of anything at this time. She would not come in— said I had to use the directions on the at home app. I do not wish to install anything nor do I want things put into the garage. This was a time I don’t usually choose but it was the at home time available. I will be thinking twice before I use this app again.

Delivery. Twice I have ordered from Wal Mart’s “In Home”. service and I am completely dissatisfied with the time it takes to deliver. Both times I ordered I was given a window of time you would deliver and both times you were several hours late. Your regular delivery service is perfect so I’m just going to stay with that until you can work out some of the problems with your In Home service.

I have my weekends back!. With WalMart InHome delivery, I no longer plan my Weekends around a trip to lug home our groceries for the week! I can shop from my couch from in front of the TV and plan our outings for anytime we please. The groceries are there for us when we get back! What a. Wonderful time-saving service!!

A blessing for our family. Life changing. This has blessed our family immensely. Great prices, delivered into garage fridge. We save so much more time and energy = more time together as a family.

Walmarts In-Home Service is the best!!. I am so well pleased with this service! The worker had all the bags in paper bags all neat and nice then knocked before leaving. InHome ineffective. I am a quadriplegic, so I thought a service that will deliver and put away groceries would be great for me. I had 2 attempts, last one 20 minutes ago, and both times all the bags were dropped off in my garage. Today was little better...he put milk in garage fridge but left out ice cream? I truly wasted $40 for InHome delivery, when regular delivery does exactly what the "InHome" delivery is already doing, dropping bags in garage!
