Terrible app and nobody resolving issue. I was so happy to see that there is a product scanner when you are in-store shopping and couldn't wait to use it to finally find out what's approved before putting it in my cart. I tested it out at home and it worked great! then I found out it only worked great because I have an automatic connection to my Internet in my house. When I got in the store it says I need an Internet connection. I do not have any idea why they would design this app where you need an Internet connection. Useless. Who is going to have an Internet connection when you're in the store shopping? Only somebody who might by chance be shopping with somebody who might by chance have a hotspot they can hook up to. another way would be to put a hotspot on my phone and bring my computer with me to connect to the hotspot on my phone. Geez… Ridiculous. Just doesn't make any sense at all to have an app that you cannot use in the store even though it's got that feature saying that you can scan the product in the store. How? Do they expect us to go into the management office at Publix or Winn-Dixie or wherever you are shopping and ask them for their password so you can get on Internet? Utterly not practical

Not user friendly. I had my card activated and yet my numbers is not working. My email address is wrong and have not been able to get it corrected. I’ve spoken to several folks on the phone and it’s still showing the wrong email. I get updates to change my passcode and I still can’t get in. This is the worst website I have ever came across. Even the folks on the phone do not know what they’re talking about. All they can do is guess the same questions who I am what’s this blah blah blah blah? Last year, CVS had no problem apparently the folks who put this website on only know how to use it for themselves not to share it with the public. Very disappointed that Wellcare chose this company to give us a whole 12 bucks a month. No matter what nickname I choose it’s taken that’s another problem

So far so good!. I can’t express how thankful I am for this health card an all it’s benefits! As a single mom of 2 special needs children I need all the help I can get! This has been such a blessing! There are multiple features and ways to use this card, personally I have only used the the card to buy groceries but I can also use it to help with medical expenses and other bills! It has been a life saver so I wanted to let others know how amazing this opportunity is! This app helps me keep track of my balance but has many other features that I’ll be happy to update my experience throughout the year but for now I just want to say thank you to everyone who made this possible!

Trouble today. Is there a reset button? I couldn’t use the app today which surprised me since I didn’t have any problems previously. Nothing worked today but I was able to access my account on my desktop computer. What do you suggest? I’m updating my original review. When the developer asked for more information I wasn’t able to replicate the problem. The app seems to be working fine today. Was I like the ability to scan products in the store to see if the are eligible. I would give it 5 stars but for the experience when it seemed frozen. It’s handy but not something I’ll use every week; only when I’m shopping for an OTC product.

Worst app ever!!. Worst app I’ve ever used. Well care used to use CVS instead of Walmart and the app was so easy to use. The Walmart app never works. It gets stuck and locks up and won’t work for days and it’s not my phone because I’ve got my daughter to logon and she lives 2 1/2 hours away and uses a different kind of phone and the same thing happens to her when she’s trying to order for me. I’d give it zero stars if I could if they’re gonna stick with Walmart next year and they’re going to use the same app I will leave Welcare insurance. because this is just a benefit I can never use when I call well Air to get assistance and complain. They tell me I must call Walmart who never answers the phone on the number they give me there’s no support for this app and it’s the worst.

App didn’t work !!. When I opened the app to place my order at Walmart it opened and I put what I want in the shopping basket then all of a sudden the screen turned gray and processing round circle in the middle of it showed up and it kept going and going and everything froze in the app after that!! I delete the app and then download it, and when I open the app and try to place an order all of a sudden it freeze and doesn’t take me anywhere nothing in the app work I tried to come out of the app and back again same thing happens the app freeze before I go anywhere !!! it’s useless and I don’t know how I’m gonna do my orders online with the app acting like that, I would give it one star and I think it doesn’t even worth one star .

Still waiting over 3 mos for a replacement card. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone. If you do they will hang up on you if they don’t like your attitude, the question, don’t know the answer, having a bad day whatever their problem is, the company that runs the healthy benefits program blows! I have to schedule an appointment with Social Security disability in order to get my card and get the benefits that I am missing out on. Due to no fault of my own, they are telling me I will lose the benefits from January and February because I never received the replacement card so I don’t get those benefits. Does that sound like a scam to you because it does to me. If I’m not getting that $400 and if I don’t get the card in March that’ll be $600, then where does it go? Why doesn’t it just roll over? Isn’t it our money to begin with? #RevolutionIsTheOnlySolution to get money out of politics

Barcode scanner not working. Update: I had to delete and reinstall the app for the camera to work. I figured it out myself. Is I have to figure out how to use bill pay. My utility company doesn’t appear. Also the app is not accurate with which items are approved. I scan all my items as approved and then when I go to pay there is always something that wasn’t covered. I wind up paying out of pocket because it is annoying to ask cashier to identify which item wasn’t approved. Barcode scanner feature is not working. Even in settings, there is no option to give my camera permission. Instead I have to type in each barcode to see if item is approved or not. Please fix.

Terrible App. This iOS the worst app ever. I installed it for banner healthcare and put in an order. Everything was fine. I tried to open the app again and it kept telling me my password was wrong. Now mind you I used the same password I used before. Finally, I had to call tech-support. I was on the phone with at least four different people in four different departments trying to fix it finally got it fixed. Opened the program again and placed an order program kicked me out. I have been trying to get back incense and every time I open it up it freezes. This is just a terrible app.

This app is a nightmare.. UPDATE: Been attempting to do some shopping before my benefits show up next week. It’s been freezing and crashing for 4 hours now and I’ve only managed to get halfway through the catalog. Usually I’m finished in less than an hour. I don’t understand why this app has so many good reviews, it’s a complete fail on my t. Trying to place an order and because I went over my quarterly allotment from UHC, it told me I had to lower my balance. There is no option anywhere to add a debit card, not even on the website. If I order directly through the UHC website or app, I have no problem adding a debit card or paying the extra amount BECAUSE IT ALLOWED ME TO ADD MY DEBIT CARD. I’ve spoken with customer service at Healthy Benefits Plus previously about another issue and they were horrible trying to talk to; rude, condescending and unwilling to help me so there’s absolutely no way I’m going to try to seek out help via telephone.

Update Approved list CARD ALMOST USELESS. Update on approved list. I received a catalog. Didn’t try ordering there coz the prices are high. I used the card at Walmart and it didn’t tell me what it paid for - just took the amount off of what’s approved to pay for. I says I can use for Uber eats, but I live in a rural area that doesn’t have the service or if there is a service it would cost more than the food to have it delivered 🙄. I can use it at the pain clinic either. What’s the point of giving benefits if we can use them for what we need??? Tried using it at food city and it didn’t work or isn’t accepted there. The card didn’t work at save a lot either. 😡😡😡 App should have a list of things you can and cannot buy on it. Too confusing and aggravating trying to look up online what ya can and can’t buy

Where Did the Cart Page Go??. thank you for everything you do – I wanted you to know it's appreciated. On my app, however, there is not one picture of a tiny little cart so I can look at what I've bought thus far. In the 'improvements' video there is a tiny cart in the upper right hand corner, but in my app there is not one. Not anywhere. I have searched every page on this app that I could find. I even re-downloaded the app! Not there. Sorry, very frustrated. Also, as I successfully sign in, the first page jams up and will not move unless I touch the upper left-hand corner. This is the page where I should be able to get into my online shopping. Please fix, as I cannot shop with this app. Thanks

It’s a gamble every time…. As what many have said, it is a gamble anytime I use it. Even after learning to pre scan items. I have scanned items and found that they were not covered. But needing them kept them in my shopping cart. Only to find out they were excepted when checking out. And have had the reverse done. I know some items are harder to classify than others, but in general if the product is sold in the health care department, one would think it would be covered. And, although now a application issue; not being able to carry over to help pay for higher priced products means I either lose (waste) dollars each month or purchase items I don’t need.

Took away benefits. I can’t believe they tout this extra $155 in healthy food, OTC, or utilities benefits. I was supposed to get a new card before January. I didn’t. I called several times. Since I didn’t get the new card, they kept saying just take the numbers to the store and use them. Our stores would not allow it. Finally I decided to place an OTC order on January 27th, since January’s benefits were expiring. I placed the order on January 27th. They billed the order with Walmart on February 8th! They took the entire benefit. My account should have used $144, for January, we should have still received the February benefits. I have called several times and they keep saying they will have a specialist look into it and we will hear back in 3-5 days. They have never gotten back with us and our account was never credited.

Used to be good. Don’t get me wrong I am so appreciative of the program the extra money is able to keep food on the table and getting me medical supplies I need. But in the last month this app has not been working. The Face ID does not work and every other day typing in you email and password doesn’t work. I’ve started to keep a notebook of how much I’ve used so I know what I have left. They also for some reason canceled my card and we’re sending me a new one (have not gotten it yet) without telling me. I would called costumer service and they help me and figure things out but even they don’t know why things like this happen. Very nice people who now have to fix problems that should never had accord. Please get some IT in the app and see if things can be fixed please.

Not helpful at all, fed up. You can not use the card in Walmart stores at all, you must do a phone order or a mail order. Tried to order by phone first using the catalog sent with card after activating the card , operator could not find catalog number from the computer data base, gave up. Tried a second time by phone, catalog number were not in data base or out of stock, gave up. Tried mail order, order 6 items , received one item, now the app shows a balance $5.14, but no details about the order. So I do not know if there more items coming or not. Received a letter from Walmart, system overwhelmed . Something is wrong with all the 5 star ratings. This app is no use , it only shows balances, not items order or shipped. The app may show a balance, but there may be back ordered item that have not been shipped. April 2020, nothing has improved, Walmart still can not handle the business. Placed a mail order April 1st, I know we are in trying times, but I do not know if they received the order, the app is of no use, it will only show a balance, the app will never gave a brake down of items to be shipped or back order. Update: April 13, 2020, Received a conformation email from Walmart showing all item ordered( but one ) and the shipping dates, order coming in 4 separate packages over a period of 2 weeks. One item I ordered not showing up at all.

The choice of products on line.. I’m completely disappointed in UC. I came back because you had good products and health care coverage. Getting on line was an awful experience. Took me 5 try’s. Then the products are so limited. So many products missing from the choices. I guess you want people to buy in a store. Just say so rather than waste time with all this fake on line game your presenting. You had no trouble dropping the nurse visits. I’m only one person and I can only express how I feel. We are real people with the belief that you are doing the right thing. If you continue to allow people at the top to run your business into the ground you will have no business. I’m sad you are becoming another statistic of the times. Like so many.

LOVE THIS APP. This app is perfect! I wish all apps that dealt with finances would run as smoothly as this one. My favorite feature is that you can scan the barcode prior to the register to make sure your items are eligible and prevent any embarrassment ahead of time. I love that if you have an iPhone you can add the card itself to Apple Pay so you don’t have to worry about losing your physical card. The app updates your balance immediately so as soon sad you pay for something you can just refresh and see what benefits you have remaining. I never ordered any food delivery with mine so I can’t really give you any info on that but if you’re wanting this app for in store use then you’re going to be more than happy you did! I’m disappointed that my special benefits package is no longer available bc I truly believe this app made shopping so much easier for me!

Too many glitches. Every time I go to log in with my credentials , it glitches out. Even with Face ID - which works on EVERY other app that I have- it won’t log in! This is really gotting out of hand, just to use a provision given to us to HELP us have the things we NEED medically. I need this fixed! I’ve been with Humana for over 7 years and the previous company before this app NEVER had issues but now, healthy benefits + has issues every single month. Y’all need to get it together! There’s hundreds of people out here going without things they need because they rely on this app! Your messing with people’s lives here all because you can’t get your app to work the way it’s suppose to and expected to. I’m with a lot of the other reviewers, I’m looking into another insurance company because of this app! I tried to report a problem and you can’t even do that on this app. I’m very very frustrated that something so simple can be mishandled like this. Very disappointing.

Produce Scanner is not accurate. Everything in the app is working except product scanner. It would show items are cover when I use the produce scanner but I end up have to pay for them out my pocket at the cashier. I scan those items in store and at home and both are show they are coved. This issue happen in Walmart and Publix. I called customer service and they told me make sure app is updated and refreshed… etc. and I have done all these. Even my plan told me what food category are cover, some brands are covered and some brands are not, which is why I need to use the scanner. I spent hour scan the items and make the line to the cashier and what I got, looking at the bill that only half of the items are covered. What a waste of my time.

Sooo FRUSTRATING. This App is used by many many people. I’ve had it for less than a year. I find it ridiculously frustrating. Either it won’t let me even get into the app or once I’m in and I want to add an item into the cart and it will just say loading and the spinning wheel will spin until I am so frustrated because it won’t stop and it never loads so I just have to close it down. Sometimes after closing it down I am unable to get back in. I try pushing the correct one to get in & it won’t take me anywhere. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again but nothing changed. It’s still maddening to say the least!! Idk what even to do other than calling in and placing my order!! Why even have an app if it’s not going to work??!! So frustrating to say the least!!

Quite useless. You can go into Walmart and scan something and it says it’s part of the plan. I’ve spent several hours in Walmart picking up items to see if they were part of the plan. But when you get to the check out most of the items are not on the plan. And the cashier said she can’t take it off because she doesn’t know which ones aren’t part of the plan. So you end up paying out of pocket for items that shows as part of the plan. I spent $89 from items suppose to be part of the plan and then I ended up paying $52 in cash. I would not have taken the items that were not covered through the register but she could not tell me which ones weren’t. She said it’s a common thing with this card, is very troubling and a lot of people get upset. I can see why. I’ve always ordered through the catalog until is offered little of what I needed and I HAD to go to the store. I would prefer having the products that we had in the past year. Or if they were at H-E-B to the list of stores to get items from. It’s more of a hassle than a help. Fix the problem so when people go to the store the items that show covered are covered. When I called in explaining what happened the Lady told me Walmart could charge whatever they wanted. And if they didn’t cover some of the items then they couldn’t do anything about it. That Walmart could change what they wanted and when they wanted. This card is a nuisance instead of a help

So-called 'Membership' here...!. THIS Company bears investigation...! Seriously! While being directed to this site by a Care-Plus Agent; after reading (to her) EIGHT "highly-Negative (ALL NEGATIVE, and N O T ONE Positive REVIEW(S)"...with ONLY one RESPONSE from this Company (on its own site!! ALL REVIEWS are OVER one year OLD; including the lone Company response..(!!!???), WHY, Why, WHY in this digital day and age, would there be ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND-- E S P E C I A L L Y Care-Plus--who would/could/or should be (but IS) DOING BUSINESS with THIS Company? BUT Care-Plus IS DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Clearly, They are contracted to do business with this outfit, BUT... NO ONE'S WATCHING THE STORE, folks!! THIS 'Healthy (Food) Benefit Co. Is FRAUDULENT in nature, NOT inclined to honor their commitments, and--to ADD INSULT TO INJURY, they deliberately and further complicate matters by stating that their members "Call-in orders...or e-mail orders, beforehand!!" What BALLS! This IS their directive, when referring to their Walmart information! Pay attention, EVERYBODY, and complain OUT LOUD! Tell ONE AND ALL about what's going on--or NOT GOING to happen...beyond a very high level of frustration, here! (Someone's taking the Medicare/ Care-Plus' money...and running away with it...!) PAY ATTENTION, people!!

Love This App. It is simple to use. Support was wonderful for helping me reset my password when I locked myself out somehow. I was able to used my card inside Walmart. I haven’t tried the in app experience yet, but will next month. As a suggestion, is you have SNAP benefits and get groceries, you may want to use that card first. My experience was that somehow I ended up having to pay $38 out of pocket. I had SNAP benefits, but it only used $2 of them instead of the full amount. But all of my HB benefits were used, which is ok with me.

Too many apps for use of Humana. I have 1 for health care, 1 for provider services, 1 for healthy benefits. When I first signed up for Humana, the person that called me told me all my medication‘s were covered, and all my doctors were covered well no they weren’t, the first prescription that I tried to get from my pharmacy they told me that it was not covered, so Humana was nice enough to give me enough for one month. I have COPD I need more than for one month the other drug that the doctor wanted me to take , besides the first oneI’ve had to send back to the drug manufacture because the apparatus did not work that’s exactly why I needed the Anoro aLipta . So this was the second lie. Then after three years of waiting for a endoscopy and a colonoscopy at the Cleveland Clinic they finally gave me the third doctor and he did not take your insurance but I had this insurance before I was even referred to him so Line number three comma. So no wonder I want to leave Humana, Too many apps and too many lies.

An amateurish joke. I am tech savvy. This whole system is inaccurate and forces you to waste, tremendous amounts of time, haphazardly scanning items in the store, hoping to find products that qualify. Then, when you take ‘qualified’ items to check out, you may find that not everything is actually covered under the plan at that point. Additionally, I have had to reset my password, countless times (more time wasted), and also discovered that the app will often fail while using cell phone data as opposed to Wi-Fi. It is my opinion that this is purposely set up this way so that countless millions of dollars in benefits will go unused. Two weeks later, Healthy Benefits Plus remains the same hack job. Won’t retain my sign in credentials. My most recent attempt to use the card was as a bit more of a success. However, I did receive an email from the developer asking me if I had questions about product availability. Yes, I do! Where is the freaking list of qualified categories, brands and products?

Problems. I gave the program 3 stars because it is a good program but the app needs work. I lose most of my benefits each month because of the app not working correctly. I haven't tried the card in the store because the app is more convenient well it would be if it worked. Every time I try to make an order I get a message saying that my cart was recently updated and confirm my products. I'm not sure what it wants me to check because the items in my cart are the ones I want. This isn't the only problem with the app but hopefully if this one gets worked out the other problems will too.

Walmart eligible items and product scanner through app. I scanned every food item that I was going to purchase at Walmart the other day and everything in the basket came up as eligible for healthy food benefit through the app I get to the check out and I was told I had to pay $27 cash for the items that weren’t eligible because the register deemed them ineligible when the scanner in the app said they were and these were items like a protein drink through V-8 that I bought before and was eligible heart healthy trail mix that’s nuts I would assume is eligible things that are just healthy food that normally is eligible because I bought them before and they’re not eligible this time so I had to put a whole bunch of stuff back. Very frustrating and embarrassing to say the least

Works, but is buggy & add to AppleWallet not working. I was able to get the app installed, it does work & communicate with the needed servers to see the balances, etc., it is a little buggy, especially upon launch with the login screen/Face ID… Sometimes an error will come up even though it’s already logged in, it is usable overall, but the option when you view the card, to add the card to the Apple wallet is absolutely not functioning. I have tried it on two different model iPhones, with two different versions of iOS, both 16 as well as 17, no difference. Ironically, if this would function, then I would not need to deal with the otherwise buggy login process on the app. Because then I could use the card through the Apple wallet, and not even need to launch the app.

Where did my order go?. This is my second comment. With out being able to get my NON FOOD items in store because it only accepts food and feeling about ready to give up I decided trying again ordering my non food items on line. I pick out everything and check out and it says order sent. I even took a screenshot of my purchases and my total and remaining credit. For 2 days I don't get any email talking about my order. I check on the app to look at purchase history and to my dismay all my credit money amount is back at the amount before I ordered anything. So I get my money back but no order. Just like I didn't order anything. So now I can't get things in the store and I can't get anything online. This is the biggest joke there ever was. What happened to my order??? What a horrible thing to put seniors through.

Why can’t I see my transactions?. I need to be able to see my Transactions because Dollar General is the worst store to go to and use the card because they tell you that they put your money back on your card and they didn’t I need to be able to I got my refund or not I need to see what was paid and what wasn’t paid cashier at Dollar General and Pick and Mississippi in Hancock County by my house said that she refunded my transaction but she did not. I need to know who can I speak with about this? This is a shame that people like us keep getting scammed because we can’t even see our transactions listed on the app or getting in touch with a human to report an issue Debra Huff

Changing the number of people (1) allowed now on one email account is ridiculous as we have the same now on all other accounts like insurance and health / hospital accounts! (2)! Also since I have placed orders directly with health benefits before in this year why doesn’t it have my records attached with out membership numbers? Absolutely crazy!!! Also using off shore people for customer care matters when 98# of your members are old with hearing problems is another crazy and hurtful matter to seniors. You must be aware that these customer care people do all they can not hanging up after talking so we can’t give them low scores on our feelings after talking with them! 10 times last year they refused to hang up !We have a daughter in the same customer care phone field and it makes me more aware of customer care people’s feelings and dealings with customers! I’m Always friendly and Courteous ! If this situation doesn’t change for the better this year we ei be looking for a Medicare company that uses American People without Asian customer care sorbet can understand better American language. Their use of the military alphabet with their accents isn’t on many cases understandable for hearing impaired persons! Accents of all types is in Most cases not understood, period!

This app is terrible!. I actually spent 3 hrs on the phone with various people, explaining that I went to Walmart, scanned the products to make sure they were eligible and when I checked out the card covered less than half of them. The “online” purchasing does not work either AND… there’s no products to buy!!! I don’t know who scammed WellCare into switching to this card but they should be put in jail! You’re torturing old people that need things like probiotics, hydration products, mucinex, etc. etc. but the selection is minimal and the app doesn’t work when you click on shop with our “partner(s)…what a joke. The reps that I spoke with wanted ME to send details of these transactions but that should have been done by YOU…before this program (scam?) was released to thousands of old people!!! They also said they would “escalate” to try to resolve these issues and follow up with me…THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I’ll be switching my insurance the next available date. You people should be embarrassed!!!

Needs fixed. It has lots of problems. Using it at the store especially at Dollar General. It won’t pay for all the things it’s supposed to. If they scan the card multiple times it usually works but now we are told that they can only scan it once according to new policy. Well that means we lose out and end up having to pay for most out of pocket. I have even ordered a new card recommended by your help number I called. Didn’t help. I thought that the purpose of the card was to help us make it through the month easier. I don’t have a lot of extra money each month living on a fixed income on disability. Dollar General is the only place in my county that takes the card. The closest other stores are like 30 mins away and I don’t get around that easy. ALSO your app needs fixing also. The transactions history tab doesn’t work anymore. That lets me remember what I have paid so far this month so I don’t forget anything. It now says “ error fetching data. Please check your network connection “ I redownloaded the app and didn’t help. Very frustrating. I really do appreciate the card for the help paying for stuff but PLEASE look into fixing. Maybe it’s a app program problem.

Won’t let me log into the order catalog. I have been using this app for about four months. He was working great new year hit when they made changes to the amount we were given to spend every month which I was really excited about but now I cannot access the catalog to place an order. I have to call and do it over the phone which I don’t like doing. Because I feel like there’s more options available if you do it through the app. I have tried to delete the app re-download and refresh update, and still nothing. I have called and complained about it asking for help to fix it. No one can figure it out and I have to place an order every month for the past two months. Over the phone, which I do not like doing.

Ok but could use tweeting in certain areas. First I love all the perks of this portion of my insurance. Thank you! Second, a few minor details could be looked into. The app freezes up a lot. The Walmart part of the app needs a few things. Hard to navigate when looking for things. Walmart will always try to use this account when placing any order and it is difficult to change that on Walmarts account. Also, I am unable to pay my water bill with this app..Brighton Utilities, I tried to have it added. Also it’s hard to remove and add companies for bills.

Really??. Just got on the UHC program and was excited about getting some otc products with Health Care Plus. looked through the catalog(not as excited as many of the products I use weren’t there). But, I made a list, tried it on-line(now I’m even less than excited as some of my order wasn’t available) so, I said ‘what the hell, I’ll just call in my order’. My list of seven items were reduced down to one that was available for shipping, a $4.97 package of bandages ended up costing almost $12! WTH?someone is making money off this scheme! Evidently I can go to Walmart and pick up the items but that’s a 40 mile drive, what about people that aren’t able to drive? Just needed to vent. I hope that the UHC program that it’s affiliated with is more functional!

Does not work, App is horrible!. Processed order early Jan. Never got order. Can’t see order or status online. Called on 2/16 or 2/17. Was told they could not cancel by 2 people, I asked to speak to manager and was cold transferred. Manager said she would cancel order and credit back the account and asked me to hold, another cold transfer and had to repeat for the 3rd time what was going on. I was told the manager did cancel and credit account. Told her I could not see credit and asked why. She did not know why I could not see it. We ended the call. Today 2/23 and I still do not have credit. Time is running out to use the credit but it shows $1.00 not $50. Nobody knows anything and I should not of had to talk to 4 people and still not have an answer or credit!

App needs work!. Selecting "All" when online shopping shows you at most 2 dozen items. Even when selecting a specific category to browse, you can see only few items. However, if you search for an item by name, e.g., Vitamin D, you get a list of way more items that are available. This makes it very difficult to shop. The Browse feature should show you EVERY item available to be purchased. Previous UHC OTC app was much better and easier to use, though the products offered by this program seem to be better brand names. Also, many of the products do not give adequate descriptions, nor can you zoom in to read the labels. Ingredients and potency should always be listed!

United Health Care. I will say everything is very easy to figure out with the program as far as getting rewards and how to find out where to put the dates and I am so proud of myself because I wrote a list of things to address to my doctor for the first time ever and it made me feel important to be listened to. Usually, without a list, I just feel unimportant and I don’t tell them anything that’s going on with me until it’s a huge problem. It was the nurse that came to my house that helped me do this for myself. I like the visiting nurses!! I LOVE United Health Care! It includes ALL my doctors now that you took back St Joe’s because no other hospital do I feel the presence of God more there than ANY hospital around and we have are blessed w/ TONS of hospitals in Syracuse NY.

Review of Healthy Benefits center well pharmacy option. Enter well almost always seems to have a snag on shipping out my orders it’s a repetitive experience I really want to use the pharmacy and even though I have it set to notify my phone the cancelations only show up it seems when I log back into the web site it my app :( I think center well should be a separate monthly or quark Toy benefit from the healthy benefits card for groceries I really like how the healthy benefits card had the App that allows people to shop with or without there card, ingenuousness! Great job on the card the allowance and the app and customer service is okay when I call Center well Pharmacy not so much. Bad customer service. I have called 3 different times to get my new 2023 healthy benefits card. I always get someone who hardly speaks and English and guess what it’s now July 1st tomorrow and I’m supposed to be getting $180 a month in benefits. But everytime I call telling them I need a new 2023 card sent to me. It NEVER gets sent. The last woman refused to give me name and Id employee badge number and rudely hung up on me after waiting on the line to get help. Some help she was! I’m very upset that I continue to have to call only to get told car will arrive in 7 to 14 business days. Yet still no card?? Why?? I count on my benefits just to survive every month. This is not ok!! Why can’t I get someone who speaks English and can actually help get me a new 2023 card? I’ve never received a new card this year.

Healthy Benifits App.. Yeah this whole program is great there’s just one problem you go shopping for the stuff on the Walmart app how do you know which is covered by Healthy Benefits plus ?or not I went by the little gift package being beside the amount that it would cost but that didn’t work -it still came up that I would have to pay half of what I ordered. Cash money!! Then I went into the store and I don’t well this will be easier because they had two or three items and they had Healthy Benefits underneath but nobody knew anything in there they were clueless well I got a few things and then I didn’t know how to bring it up so needless to say I need more information thank you

The app is easy to use!. The healthy benefits app is easy for me to use now versus three years ago. I love the extra security it takes to get into the app to view your account. You can update your e-mail account. It would be easier though if they let you do everything yourself. But I understand with all the fraud that is going on these days. But my phone adds extra security before you can even view any of my private information. So I love the app and the improvements that they have made know versus four years ago. A very happy app user! Why won’t it save login info anymore?. I appreciate the app very much, and when I first got it, it saved the login information which was handy when I was in Walmart and needed to see if something was covered. It’s been about a year and every time I see an update, I hope it’s one of the changes made, but it’s not. If you don’t want people to stay logged in on the app, at least make it accessible via the biometric log in using a fingerprint like bank apps utilize, or just ask for the password and save the email address. Also one question, this happens with multiple products, but if they aren’t covered, why do you have them in the catalog? Example: Polygrip denture cream, it is in the product list on the app, but will not cover it when I go to check out. Fixing these two things would raise my stars from 3 to 5.

Saved us from hurricane Ida. My allowance was $75 but we lost food through the storm and it was a blessing you gave additional $75 to help us, just know that we went 29 days in a horrible way no water, electricity , car, or phone but we had a electrical cord for a fridge and fan, your extra funds were well used and needed for us and to pay forward a meal daily with generous neighbors who like us in devastation with a way to get food and a electric cord in 119 degree weather. Horrible. This app is about taking your money, they say they are about healthy food but the approved items are all processed. Since the approved supermarkets either tell my parents they have no money or the items are not approved even though they are. My parents have used OTC for many years and ever since United Health Care changed to Healthy Benefits Plus it’s been a headache. I’m going to keep writing reviews because the high ratings are lies. Items that are approved on one day is rejected the following day. Cashiers tell my parents they have no money on their cards when they have more than enough. Walmart is being pushed on customers, the healthiest items are pickup orders and the closest Walmart is 10 miles away. The items for delivery is VERY limiting, Walmart also change items that were delivery to pickup. My parents get anxiety about going to pharmacy since that’s the only place where they can buy. Again, items that are approved by scanning the items on the app is rejected by the cashiers and sometimes yell at my parents because they have to void the transaction because my parents can’t pay out of pocket.

App keeps freezing. I am very grateful to have these benefits, with that said it has been a nightmare trying to figure out why I can’t utilize at store. The app work for a short period of time than froze. The home page shows up but when u hit it, it is frozen. I’ve tried everything they told me to do. Reinstall app. Turn phone off than reinstall and a ridiculous amount of other things. I was having to drive 15 miles and take my sister and use her phone but now hers started doing the exact same thing mine is. Surely, we cannot be the only 2 having these issues! I’m very frustrated. I was just informed by healthy benefits it the app that is the problem not them! I guess lugging everything up to the register and than putting back all that’s not is my last resort. Here's my solution. I'm done trying to get any helpful information from them. You scan something in store and it says approved only for it not to be once you check out. But which items were approved and which weren't? Who knows, the receipt doesn't tell you. From now on, I take my products to the checkout and scan/pay for them one at a time. If they're not approved, they go back. When I find approved items, stock up and try them again next time. The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this app is that in store purchases show up very quickly. This is clearly a pain in the neck but not nearly as frustrating as trying to get any useful information from them. I'm done getting stuck paying for things that should be covered.

Good app but..... The app is fine. In some respects it’s very user friendly but the program itself has some issues. It’s great to be able to order $100 worth of products 4 times a year but how do Walmart or the insurance companies make money off of it. I ordered 6 items and they were delivered 1 at a time over a 6 day period. Actually 1 of the items still hasn’t been delivered. I ordered them all 5 weeks ago. Because of that delay I was told I will receive a $10 gift card. So there is that expense plus all the individual shipping costs. I don’t see why they couldn’t have all been shipped together. Or why couldn’t I have gotten a receipt and then picked the items up at my local Walmart? I’m not complaining, like I said it’s a great savings for seniors, I’m just afraid someone’s going to say hey, we’re loosing money here and cancel it

Not a good option. Wish I'd been advised on a better plan. I am a disabled mother and was told I'd have benefits that haven't been given. I don't need medical supplies and was also told would have 75$ per month, the benefits have actually been a joke and was basically forced into this bc I couldn't decide due to not having enough info other than being forced into this policy. I don't need med supplies and that's all this allows for AND every 3 months! Peanuts and unnecessary items offered. I already pay zero for my few meds, I need food benefits not benefits for bandaids!? Help!!!! Also, with all of the spam calls, I think they sold my info. Just not a good plan. VERY disappointed.

Poor instructions and app performance. Instructions in the FAQ have links that are not active in the mobile app. The instructions that dorect users to the “about page” are incorrect, there is no About Page in the mobile app. Without the correct links or instructions a user’s ability to use the app effectively is limited. The app also instructs users to use the “mobile scanner” yet, there is no mobile scanner to confirm a product is eligible. When in store the app take a long time to load which holds up the check-out process for the cashier and shoppers waiting in line. Lots of reworks need to happen before this app is user friendly, especially for the elder generation who may lack proficiency in technology.

Something lost in the translation. While I appreciate the opportunity to purchase some needed OTC items throughout the year I wonder if we would be better served by having an option other than Walmart. Their website is outdated and difficult to navigate. While they do a great job delivering items if need be, the individuals picking the orders substitute even though the items that were ordered are on the shelves. I have received multiples of an item at times when I just ordered one. And then have been forced to pay for the excess. Better than nothing but still disappointing.

Great App, Great Customer Support. I’ve never had any issues with the app, I was a little concerned about having to update, with so many people having issues, but everything is working great. Customer Support is fantastic, and makes dealing with Walmart easier. Walmart has always had issues, and that will never change. I would like to see a place to enter discrepancies-scanner states allowed, stores system states not allowed.

Can’t scan items useless app. This App Doesn’t work you can’t scan anything in the stores !!! So why have it on your phone ? This has been happening a long time now unable to scan and it just says put in the item number but who wants to go through all that ? Especially when this app is supposed to work correctly. I wish they’d fix it to we can check it items qualify or not !! I keep trying to scan every time i go to a store I’ve tried it over and over so frustrating. Horrible App and no support to fix problems. My insurance company told me to use this app to order OTC items online to be shipped o me. We had previously been ordering through CVS and I never had a problem. Now we are ordering through Walmart. I have been trying for 8 days to get an order placed. At checkout it says that it can’t validate my shipping address. I have talked to multiple people with Healthy Benefits Plus and they say nothing is wrong with my account and they don’t know how to fix the problem. They told me to call the insurance company. The insurance company says they can’t do anything about it. HB+ has been no help at all.

I gave the app 2 stars. When I first signed up for this program last year in December, I thought this is a good thing, especially when they said it was an app for it, but boy my thought process was all wrong! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app so many times since the beginning of last month and after logging in I’m always stuck on the homepage. I couldn’t even login last month and I lost my benefits and it looks like the same thing will be happening again this month, therefore what I’m going to do is either see if I can speak with someone about it or get out of this program. I truly thought that this program was going to be helpful in so many ways but I have a different outlook now.

Not helpful. This app had potential but needs a lot of improvement. Separation between the two different types of cards would be a start, then an actual option to click balance. Then for the balance to actually show up on the screen. Then possibly the most important for the products to accurately scan if they are eligible or not! Its extremely frustrating to scan an item that say’s eligible then get to the cash register to check out and all the sudden its not eligible. This whole entire process needs to be updated it’s horrible! Even the stores can’t seem to figure it out

Advice: don’t try. Thought I’d call to register my card, tried twice, only got “Call Failed “ each time, so Number advertised is no longer in use, got the App, went to register, filled out my Information, got to 2nd page, program wouldn’t let you press continue button, it was light shaded as if they have closed the registration process down! Apparently the HealthyBenefits program has shuttered their doors for good. Started this failed fiasco @ 9:15 this morning and here it is @ 10:25!!! An hour and 10 minutes of total wasted time! Your best bet to save your time is simply take the card and info sheets and drop them in the wast basket before you lose your morning in futile frustration!!

It won’t let me use my over-the-counter credits. I don’t know why I’m having so much trouble with this app first it won’t let me in at all then it won’t let me order anything then now it won’t let me order over-the-counter products. I don’t know what’s going on, but this app has become horrible. nobody will answer me. Nobody will help me and I have already done everythingthat I was suggested by over-the-counter people, their self such as deleting the app and adding it back making sure it’s been updated and everything like that. I don’t know what the problem is but it needs to be fixed. I don’t need arguments I need a solution.

Healthy Benefits!. The app is great! Not a problem with it you can choose from cvs or Walmart! I like Walmart for what I need it solves all my needs? Although I will say this is that whatever your Otc amount is you should be able to choose any brand you want too not the select brands they give you? But then again it’s on the government’s dime so we can’t really complain? If we don’t like what we get then we can go else where right? Free is free right? Healthy Benefits has been good to me!

Problems with Walmart app. I know this isn’t Walmart app but the HB card is linked to it in some fashion. But my problem is when I choose the Walmart that I want to shop from it keeps kicking out the HB card and I don’t understand why. The products I’m choosing are in the catalogue but the Walmart will not take the benefits card! It’s very upsetting as I have been able to order anything since oct of last year! (2020) Please help!

Medical supplies. I was unable to purchase needed health items and how selective about brands or certain products I can buy?? It’s needed, and I’m spending countless hours through products being denied…you say “ONLINE” there’s a big world out there! I had it all prepped $161 and the UHC would only take my $20 reward !! Please the stores and products really haven’t been beneficial. Food products: fresh fruits & vegetables I’m able to buy but other items have been in question. I don’t eat Apple Chips. Please ! Before all the stores close down we need veracity

This app is no good at all. It work alright when I first installed it on my phone, but in the last 5 months; this app is not working at all. I tried a couple of days ago and it froze on me. I gave up and went on y laptop. Again, I began having problems, so I had place the order through my phone; which is a pain in the neck. Then today I have tried several times and it keeps freezing on me. I removed. Went into the App Store and reinstalled it, but the problem still persist. I check for updates and nothing. I don’t think it’s the phone, because I have 14 Pro Max; and this phone works flawlessly. The have to do some serious work on this app. Meanwhile, we must deal with the hassle. Please, fix this thing.

Hard for seniors to type in login credentials every time.. I have severe small joints arthritis in my hands and so far I have only used this app for just over a month. I have to say that the hardest part of using this app and all the benefits the program provides is to log in every single time by type in the long email address and then the password. With arthritis and deformed thumb and finger joints, that’s not easy. Why doesn’t the app allow fingerprint or Face recognition for login? That’s inexplicable to me.

Really complicated. I just recently ordered online from Walmart, and did not receive my stuff I paid for free delivery and as well had to call to verify an address to get it correct in the system twice and I have to use my laptop to Order my stuff and then for some reason I can’t use the app on my phone because it won’t allow me to order my items, I want my money put back on the card and the receipt that isn’t shown in my history in the app

Not always accurate. The app can tell you where the card is accepted, and when you are at the recommended location, you can use the app to scan each item and make sure it’s eligible. It’s really great except when you follow these steps and then find out the card doesn’t actually work at that location. I had a cart full of items I had carefully checked and I didn’t want to use another payment method. Somewhat embarrassing and a big waste of time. I suggest asking a cashier first, this app is nice but sometimes wrong.

Impossible to order. I cannot understand how this app received 5 stars. The app doesn’t tell you an item is not in the database or out of stock until you try to place an order. It doesn’t tell you which item is out of stock so you have no clue what to replace. It doesn’t give you the error until you meet the minimum order amount so you have to find other items of a similar price to try substituting whether you want them or not. After spending over an hour trying to configure an order that met the minimums, did not exceed my limit and contained in stock/recognized items, I gave up. Not worth the time!

Great App. Love getting what I need through this app. Placed an order and have not gotten my order yet but they have their money. I would like to be kept informed on where my products are & when to expect them. This doesn’t happen to often but it happens. Now to find out who to contact about the order not being here. Card do not work as it should. As the instructions says you’re able to use the Visa card for Gas, internet, rent and so on, I was not able to pay any bills online or put any gas in my car, I called customer support and was told I had to go all the way up to Walmart to pay my internet bill or any bill then found out it will take 7 to 10 business days before your payment process. I wish they would’ve just left me with the old flex card I had at least I could pay my bill directly and it goes through that day, all you can really do with this healthy benefits card is buy certain foods.. Now let me go up here to Walmart bill payment center and see if i can get my bills paid

Recent bug. For the most part I am satisfied with the accuracy of this app. I like that there is a transaction history that shows all of my transactions. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because since the latest update I can’t use Touch ID anymore. Despite setting it up repeatedly. Now all day today when I go to login through regular login or attempt to use Touch ID I get a message that simply says “unknown error occurred”. Doesn’t say how to fix it so I literally can’t get into my account at all.

Not useable.... When I find the product I want and the app says its available there is no way I can put it in my cart. So far the only thing this app has worked for is in the store checking to see if what I want qualifies. The pharmacy can do that with the scanner. When I find a product, the app wants me to pick a store, when I do, it immediately takes me to my google maps. I don’t want directions, I want to know if the store I selected has the item in stock. When I back out of the map it closes the app and I have to start over. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I pretty tech savvy but this app is frustrating me.

App is ok. This is great for helping you keep track of your balance. The scan items to check if it qualifies, however, needs work. I scanned every item to see if it qualified for the benefit and all the items I put in my basket registered as qualified. Any that came up not qualified was put back on the shelf. So I finish scanning and selecting my items and go to the register get rang up to be told there is a balance due. It took 3 employees to figure out which item did not qualify for the purchase. Then once they did, the whole order had to be voided and started over. I’m not the only one this happened to. It is frustrating and leaves some people in tears.

Won’t work!. I have tried and tried to get this to open and it does NOTHING! I have deleted the app and then reinstalled it and even contacted the website. They told me it only happens on certain phones??!! Like what?? I have the iPhone 12 plus with all updates installed and it was working just fine and then at the beginning of the year it just stopped working! I enjoyed having the app to order from the comfort of home because I have a weak immune system and choose to shop from home. They need to fix the bugs ASAP and stop blaming the technology of peoples phones. My phone works perfectly for everything else!!

Healthy benefits is so helpful one people who are on a fixed income and do not have the money to buy what they need for the month this program has given us a chance to take better care of ourselves. App is useless. I have made at least a dozen attempts to get logged in. Every time the app tells me my password is incorrect, and I have to go through the email link to reset. When I do this and enter the reset password that was sent to me, I am once again told that the password is invalid and I am sent back to my email. This just happened 5 times in a row, and not for the first time. I’ve never actually been successful in accessing, so I gave up and called the CS # on the back of the card. I was warned of “longer than usual “ wait times so I hung up. Now, I’m going to delete this annoying, frustrating and useless app.

Marie. I have tried 1,2 & 3 quarter to use my benefits on line thru their recommended service, spent hours and hours finally finish up, Walmart wants to use my debit card on but 1 item. Spent hours last week scrolling & scrolling, many things in the benefits book are not at any of the online shops. I finally got my order all done and went to check out. Only 3 items were avail. The remainder 19 items were outta stock and told to try again later. What a joke! I have NEVER felt so frustrated and more than annoyed. A benefit of approximately $600 per year… time consuming, unorganized, the whole process with $0 benefits is a waste. I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHERE MY UNUSED BENEFIT approximately $600 per year GOES WHEN I CAN’T/UNABLE TO USE THESE SO CALLED BENEFITS? HIH

Hesham, Representative. Hesham was able to help me in less then five minutes what three (3) representatives could not do in the course of over 3/12 hours. I was trying to login online and was having trouble doing so. Hesham is very professional, polite and patient. He’s very humble. I believe he deserves a title, a pay raise and paid (2 weeks) vacation. If he were a hotel I’d give him five stars. I sincerely hope he will be given the recognition he richly deserves. HB app not as convenient. Have tried to use your online catalog ordering and you can get pass the OTC/DENTAL… it stays stuck there forever. Calling in my order is an inconvenience. Maybe someone connected to program can fix the bugs/glitches that are connected to this app. The spendable card is a nice perk BUT only if it works. ALSO tried the Walmart online and of course it doesn’t work. Imagine that.. Not everyone has time to hang on a phone line to places an order. The APP is suppose to be convenient not a hassle. Your app still not working correctly 2 weeks later…Maybe someone with knowledge can fix it….

Prices keeps going up. Not everyone receives the same amount per month and as you shop the same items majority of them are out of stock for the Walmart brand and they say substitutions will be added but it never does and IF you continue to shop it’s much higher n you lose more money on your card. Ppl are on a budget and from once 7 items we are down to 4-5 items shipped and when you check out a pop will state one or more products are out of stock please go back . Well it doesn’t tell you which items are no longer on the list . It’s so annoying to figure out which items are . UH please update with Walmart .

Terrible!. Trouble logging in. iPhone unfriendly where you can’t scroll content. Vague information. I bet most people don’t use their benefits for this reason. I know I’ve never used my flex acc’t because doctors don’t know how to access the funds. Also, otc is a joke. If the word “whitening” appears anywhere on an oral product (99% do) then it’s rejected. Previously most health products were accepted at Walmart but now hardly anything is. It takes hours to find accepted items. If you go to the brick and mortar you need a pin and the card doesn’t come with one. You can’t create it online so more phone calls to support. The online store is off brands I don’t trust. It’s dishonest.

Too many cul-de-sacs. Trying to use my UCard benefits online is extremely frustrating. There’s too many redirects opening other apps and/or websites offering very limited selection. And then with larger vendors there’s no way to limit searches for UCard accepted items, so I have to go through checkout to find out if it is covered. I’m homebound, so going to brick & mortar stores isn’t a good solution. And I’m also wondering about why Humana lets unspent monthly allowances to rollover to the next month. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with UHCs’ services. And the Ucard allowances are very appreciated, just frustrating to spend.

Disgusted. This by far the worst app experience I have ever had. , when products get scanned on the app for my food benefits the app says it is an available item to purchase through benefits, yet when I go to check out and pay they are showing that I must pay money. And the clerk at check out has no idea what items are cleared to purchase and what isn’t. Ext embarrassment. Here’s a thought Congress needs to stop with their small change funds to supplement income for necessities! Pay the elderly with disabilities more money. I mean when I’m paying $900 for rent and I receive 1,087 for the month that’s a huge problem. I’m DONE and you people owe me money. Maybe the AZ insurance commican help. Because I’m filing a complaint

Glitch kept me from ordering on mobil app. After going thru all the OTC items and pushing "place order" in the cart, a bubble notice said there is one or more items out of stock. However I could not place the order or find any way to know which item was out of stock. I saw where it said out of stock items would be replaced by similar ones. Anyway please check it out. Thanks, Bruce Chapman PS. I called the phone number on my card, finally got to speak to Aquila, she was great, and placed the order for me.

Frustrated and Disappointed. This app has serious problems. Freezes when I tried to access my OTC info. I restarted phone & reinstalled app three times. Still frozen. I paid a utility bill on Jan. 14 and as of today, (Feb. 6,) it has yet to go through, causing me a late fee and also causing me to pay through my checking account. I have spoken to three different ‘supervisors’ and one disconnected the call and the other two said they would ‘expedite’ my payment and phone and email me when it went through. Total lies. No ‘expedited’ payment of utility bill and of course, no phone call and email. United Health Care should investigate this as soon as possible. It’s very frustrating and disappointing.

Not very customer friendly!!!. I have ordered couple of times through this app (via UHC’s OTC benefits) and I must say, this app seems to be created by a committee. They haven’t made it easy to use as one has to struggle before they can get over many nuisances. I believe it can be improved significantly, to make it easier to place orders. An example example: if I have not entered a value in a text box, or checked a box, TELL ME WHAT I MISSED. Instead one has to stare at the same screen, waiting for it to take them to the next step. After several tries I figured out that I actually HAD to enter a mobile phone number in a box that was OPTIONAL info.

New to the program. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I have been unable to see what any of my benefits are because the app will shut down and my home page pops back up. This is my first time to use this program and I am very thankful. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or what, each time I log into this app, it will shut down every time I attempt to see what types of food I get a discount on. Any suggestions?

Great experience. I have used this method to purchase over the counter products easily and successfully during this quarter. It’s helpful to see the amount available when opening the app. I like the option to scan the products and know before going to check out whether they are included in the plan. I was a bit skeptical about this change, but find it’s easy to use and a beneficial change.

New Member. It is important that we stay on top of getting excellent customer service these days. I changed my insurance to UHC. After just 2 weeks I already see a big difference in this insurance company. Whomever is leading this company is doing a great job with customer service. The friendly agents and customer service representatives are professional and helpful with great attitudes toward helping you with whatever the need or questions. Thank you and keep up the A1 service.

Ridiculous & Unacceptable. I get my info signed in and then the screen is frozen. This happened 7x now. A week ago I tried several times and got nowhere. Frozen screen. Deleted the app turned off phone and tried again -nothing, frozen screen. Yesterday signed in and everything on screen comes on but it’s frozen. Today I thought this will be different. Signed in and guess what -a frozen screen. Deleted the app and turned off phone. So I just tried yet again but there’s no satisfaction with this stupid app. What good are these benefits when they’re app is not working and useless. So much for my anxiety today it’s been blown.

Didn’t send everything I ordered. When I ordered online there was problems with checking out because it continued to say I was either over or I had more money to spend… there was little time left in the month and by the time it got to me it had changed months and I lost the benefits that were left after they didn’t send my entire order… Apparently things were out of stock that they did not tell me about when I ordered them and I wasn’t able to use the rest of my benefits… Ordering online is a joke… and hardly any choices… It’s better to go to the store and use the benefits on the card.

No option to scan products in store. *Revised* The scanner and store finder can be accessed from the Home Screen by pressing the “Gas,HF,Utilities button. Then press shop in store. There’s no option in the app to scan products in store. You won’t know what qualifies until you get to checkout. If something doesn’t qualify you have to go back and find another product. Very annoying & aggravating. I sent a message to them through the app about it. Also no store finder option. WTH.

Benefits. I asked for a new card in September around the second week they sent me a card and when I went to use it they had canceled the card that I just received in the mail. I called because I needed a card and I lost my benefits for September so I got my next card in the mail on October 29th I didn’t have time to go to the store being that I have doctor appointments to go to. So I checked and I lost my October benefits. The funny thing about this new card when I called to activate it the recordering said that your card has already been activated. So I didn’t have to call them because someone there activated my benifit card. Go figure!!!!

Ap is fine but am confused.. The book has ID numbers for each item but none on line. How can one order from both? Or is it all one or the other? I have Used many of your products but not always in the strength you have listed. ie. my PC rec., I take 1000 mg of Omega 3. The one I ordered only had 360 mg. Of Omega 3. The rest of the 1200 was other acids. Either I take 3 a day or go to your store and buy the one I have been using (1000 omega3 and nothing else) Why can’t I use this credit in one of your stores. I can’t take epinephrine, but the cough med. u sent was DM. Can’t use it. Not making my life easy.

Very Frustrating App. I do not do my own shopping. I have to make a list of my items. This app only scans actual bar codes! What if I’m not in a store to scan a barcode! I need to be able to enter the UPC number to see if an item is eligible! Right now I have to find the item of food I want, do a google search for the barcode on my computer then use the app on my phone to scan the barcode on my computer! Today I’m at a loss, I can’t find a barcode for 2 items only the UPC! I have called Humana for help but they could not assist me. There is no contact information for Healthy Benefits Plus! Not good! The former company that did this program for Humana last year allowed the entry of UPC numbers!

Thank you. This device has helped me in ways I wasn’t aware it would . It is and will continue to be a learning tool for my life and the days ahead. I am beginning to slowly learn and realize how much I do not know. Perhaps, that is the beginning of becoming the best I can be. The older one was better. This is the 1st time I’m using this app over the Medline app. Terrible. No way to isolate the Dept you want to shop. Then I changed 1 bottle of peroxide to 3 and everything froze. I tried rebooting 2x, Still frozen. Tried removing the app from my screen. NG Had to delete the app totally, so now I’ll have to go find and add the items to my cart again. Next quarter I’ll just shop outside. This quarter I have a broken leg so I’m kinda stuck using online. Terrible experience. Update*** Just went back to the App Store and opened the app from there (there was no other option) It “welcomed” me but froze w the first tap !! Horrible!!

Randall Gillum. Ever since upgrade a couple months back have not been able to use card it was working fine before upgrade once I upgraded app I have not been able to Use it I sign in a picture of the card appears under that section appears it benefited and under that food comes up and that is as far as I can go it seems to Freeze right there I’m really aggravated with the app I’ve lost two months of it and being diabled it’s hard enough trying to get some one to drive places and before the upgrade all groceries were bought with now can’t use it at all I’ve talked to tech suppport nowhere with it

Stuck. Yesterday and today I am having problems getting in the app. I do have this app but can’t get past the log in. I have tried to redo my password but it when I try to get a new password the one that this app gives me wrong or I can’t get one to email me a new password. When I do and put the password in it doesn’t open the app to let me redo my password. Then I call the number in back of the card all I get is that it isn’t a working number. So what should I do? I've called the Number for Humana and they're having problems and I'm waiting on a call returns somethings wrong with the app I don't know what's going on that's why I gave it a one star
