Can’t see what I am typing when logging in.. I’m actually color blind and after always getting logged out after every use. Typing white letters into a white background is impossible for me and my sausage fingers. Also the scanner barely ever scans anything. So I have no idea what I can and cannot grab and get out the store. Makes a hour shopping trip into a full day event.

Love but Just Ughh. I really love this app but I haven’t been able to use it for the past 2 months. Not sure what’s going on but this is really inconvenient because I have tried other apps to use and can’t find one that’s compatible with my state so I have no way of knowing how much benefits I have left. No one keeps those little receipts and they’re easy to lose. PLEASE GET THIS APP UP AND RUNNING AGAIN!!!!!!!

Easy. Easy to use and helpful when shopping in the store.

Fix the app. No issues til you change your phone number and now need it yo get into the app… nvr had this issue before, ya’ll need to hurry up and come with with a way a person can access the entire app w/o use of a phone number or allow the user to be able to change the phone number

Can’t fix problems!. My problem is the app has my phone number wrong so when I log in an they want to send me a text it goes to someone else and it won’t let me change the phone number. I’ve called local Wic office, called number on back of card (which is automated) and no one will answer and fix my problem! I tried to report as problem on app site and again it wants my phone number (which app shows the wrong number and won’t let me put the right number in) !!! I deleted app and reinstalled and got on computer and tried regular desktop but still has wrong phone number! Would be nice if customer support had live agent.

Good but could improve a bit more. App is good. Just wish i wouldn’t have to do 2-step verification on every single login. Even have to do it if the app is idle for a few minutes then it logs me out and have to redo it.

This app is terrible. I’m used to the New York app which is way better. You guys only approve of CHEAP non name brand products. Which is ridiculous and sad! Just because we receive WIC doesn’t mean we should only be allowed to buy the cheap nasty things! Don’t mean to be rude but the food quality is not good! Maybe I’m used to the good quality name brand things but it shouldn’t just be a NY thing. You guys need to redo your benefit app because it doesn’t give you a list of what products you can specifically buy on the app like the NY one. It’s like you have to guess and be get the products wrong a bunch of times before you know what food you guys approve of! Then you guys don’t have stores that tell you what item is approved for WIC ! Like get on that !

Too many issues.. I am really glad an app was created so that we would no longer have to use paper vouchers. But I am not impressed and there are so many issues with this app that need to be resolved. It tells me that I can get things in the fruits and vegetables. So there’s some things that I scan, and it says “not available” but it actually is available and i can get. Also, I have not been able to log into this app for the past two weeks for some odd reason since it said they “switched servers”. It is very frustrating and you can never actually talk to a real person when calling in.

Better than carrying a pamphlet around the store. The thing needing improvement on this app is the amount of time before it kicks you off. You have to continually sign in every 5 or 10 minutes.

Terrible after update!!!. So this app was pretty neat at first. I mean it wasn’t completely accurate when it came to what you can and cannot get on WIC but other than that it was very convenient. Well after the update (if I’m not mistaken, it was required) it said my password was wrong so I followed the steps to change it and now it keeps giving me an error message. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling twice & tried everything else I could think of & nope!! I really wish they’d fix this.

Is it down??. Ive used the app since my daughter was born 4 years old. Always been very useful but recently ive had issues 🤔🤔 not being able to log in and see my balance. So unfortunate since the scan item option is very useful. Whats going on???

Frustrated. I’ve had this app for over a year, maybe even two! But now since the update I can’t see my email address when I go to log in, I also cannot see my password as I type it. Needless to say, last night when I tired to log in at Walmart to check my balance, I couldn’t log in at all because of this. Very very frustrating. Do not recommend. Fix this.

It’s good. My only complaint is out of nowhere the scanner stopped working and now I always have to type in the barcode…. Update: it was my fault I didn’t realize I turned my camera option off for the app itself

What happened to scanner?. I love the app but since update I can not use scanner and I have to type in codes. Much easier when scanner worked. Now is not the time for it not to work. As wic has had so many changes what used to be cover is not now. So I like to scan just to make sure. Can you fix app so scanner works again. I’m not only one I see that it’s happen too. Thank you. I plus I do like how it shows you what you have and have left. Also better than paper because you don’t have to get everything at once just what you need at moment.

Wic. This is so much better than the vouchers that my daughter and son use to get back in 2004 and 2012… this is so much better because all I have to do is just click and punch in my information and it shows me what I haven’t used.. the only thing that needs is the face recognition; so the ones that has the face recognition can use their face instead of punching in their email and password information… because some of us forget our password because we have so many passwords..

Eh..could be better.. I mean I’m grateful for this app to help tell me which products are wic qualified and which aren’t BUT the scanner doesn’t work (big inconvenience) so I have to manually enter each barcode for every single product until I learn what’s a yes and what’s a no. So I’ll give two stars and update when they fix that.

Remove second step verification. The app keeps logging me out in the store and making login again and do the second step text message (or call option) verification. I have to scan products to see if they qualify, and keep logging in with two screaming babied that I need to keep my eyes and focus on.

Does not give access. It was working fine for a couple months but now it has been about 2 months that it doesn’t give access it says it will send me a text or a call to verify and I never get a call or a text I have to click forgot password and create a new one so I can access my account every single time

It’s ok. I wish this app had a calculator to help keep up with how much breakfast cereal you have left to buy like the Wic shopper arc has. I wish it also had recipes. I am glad it does keep up with your purchases so you don’t have to take a picture of your receipt even though it’s a bit slow to keep up with updating what is left.

Helpful. The scanner is wonderful for knowing what products work. However, i do wish they had the list of items on the app too. A few things like cereal is much easier to know brand than scanning everything.

The app needs to fixed. Lately the app does not show what brands are available to buy. Also keeps logging out. Even when coming to scan the usual items that i purchase on wic, it says they're not supported by wic. Please fix this.

Same issue as other users. I am experiencing the same issue as other users where I cannot see anything that has been typed into the email or password field and even if I do type it all in then press sign in nothing happens. This is very frustrating when trying to check the balance on my account! 😡

Technical support. I’m not sure what has been happening with the app it’s been working well up until last week but for the last week when I go to sign in it just gives me the loading sign and as of yesterday it gives me an unknown error message and will not let me sign in to scan products, check my balance, or see my transaction history. I’m not sure if this is a widespread issue or just me I tried deleting the app and then re-installing it nothing is working.

So inconvenient. I’m sure others have wrote a review similar to this one, but I must say it again. I was really excited for this app and the new way of tracking your benefits but this app is so inconvenient because when you want to use it, you can’t even log in. Leaves you having to keep track of your balance pretty much on your own

Logging in. I think it would be really helpful if there was an option to sign Marat signed in. Other than that I love the app

After the update stopped loading. It’s such a bummer , I liked this app, liked the scanning option. But after the update I cannot login into my account, it gives me the error message. No matter what I tried , it’s not possible to log in. Please, revert everything to the working version

Great Accessibility. This is really a great app to use and verify what can be bought or not. Saves a lot of time at the cash registers. Definitely recommend downloading this app.

Great use for ewic!!!. Works great! Scan to see if an item is approved or not, see your balance of what you can get and or have left that you can get. Only app I can use for it!!

Turn off the dark mode and turn on the light mode. So I have seen lots of reviews about this app not working with the new iOS 14 update. I was having the same problem until I turned on the light mode the app does not work under the dark mode.

Fix update. New update won’t let me open the app. Every time I open it my screen turns black and takes me back to my homepage. Can’t log in let alone check my balance please fix otherwise I won’t know what I can get or have left to buy.

Love it!. Absolutely love this app! It is a big help especially if I’m at a store and there are items not labeled I’m able to scan and see if it’s approved by the card.

Frustrated. Keeps saying “unknown error, try again” when I try to log in. I thought maybe I forgot my password so I went to change it and the app wasn’t able to process the change. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I’m still having the same problem. I’m able to login through an internet browser just fine but the app was the only way I was able to track how much benefits I’ve actually used so I’m extremely aggravated especially since I’m already guessing half the time what I’m actually allowed to get because the app will say something’s approved and it’s not or it’ll say something isn’t approved and then it will be.

AWFULLY ANNOYING. I live in Illinois. I keep trying to reset my password and it keeps giving an error message bubble popping up saying “unknown error, please try again”. I did this for HOURS yesterday. I finally tried the online site instead of the app andit said I can only reset my password 5 times in an hour. The password reset codes never came to my email. They finally came all at once!! I tried again well after an hour and got the same message. Fast forward to today. An ENTIRE DAY LATER, and I still get the SAME ERROR MESSAGE. It says to call the number on the back of the card but there is no human on the number. Only options to choose from pertaining to the card! The other number is the fraud hotline. I’m very frustrated and disappointed!!!

What is going on. I used the app a lot because it was very helpful to me and when I scanned the foods that’s what I loved I don’t have to keep looking for what food are Wic approved or not …. All of a sudden I got logged out and I try all types of steps to login back in but nothing is working keeps saying my password is incorrect but I changed it to make sure I’m putting new password and I just gave up I cannot use it anymore it needs to get fixed I went online to use the app and now it saying something about the state not allowing me to use the application like what is going on I hope this gets fix asap this is the second month that I’m not able to use my Wic !

Horrible. Cant see to type out email or password to sign in. Takes me 10 times to try to sign in because it’s just a blank box. Had to change my password several times because it keeps telling me it’s wrong.... I can’t see!!! Takes forever to load. No wonder why it has such horrible reviews. Fix. This.

Love this app!. It’s so easy to use! I love how it shows my balance instantly. That’s awesome when I need to check really quick in the grocery store.

Worked until update. I had no issues until recently. I actually really enjoyed the app up until this point. I was unable to login, and got an error message in the app that my login info was wrong. I ended up trying to change my password in the app, but it wouldn't accept my password even though it met all criteria. I then tried to update my password in a browser, which was successful - until I actually went to try and login. Error messages when logging in on the app and in browser. At this point, the app is absolutely useless to me. Like others have pointed out, there is no contact number online-only the number on the card, and you cant get any assistance pertaining to these issues. Please fix this ASAP.

Cannot update phone number- LOCKED OUT!!. God forbid you have to change your phone number. This app and all of its features insist that they verify your identity using a single phone number- they will let you update your password with only your email address- but not your phone number. And when the only way to access your account is to change your password, because you cannot change your phone number- and of of course calling customer service was NO HELP!! They were supposed to reset my account- but I still have not been able to resolve my issue. I have no access to my old phone number and cannot change it without being able to access the phone number! FIX THIS NOW!! I cannot use my benefits without access to this app to know what I have remaining!

Trash. The app was working just fine until 2 weeks ago and now you can’t see or sign in. Something is definitely wrong and need to be worked on. Uninstalling

Can’t log in. Was fine until one day it just wouldn’t let me log in. Says my password is wrong. I try to change it and when I get to the part where I can make a new password it says the password I’m trying to make is wrong ??

It’s awesome, but the app is just.. no. You can’t even log in a majority of the time, you have to keep track of every single purchase yourself. Which is fine, just makes the app pretty useless.

Why can’t I login. I cannot see the letters I am entering to login and it keeps telling me my password or email is incorrect. I reset the password again it allows me in the app as soon as I log out and I try to login again it tells me incorrect password again. I have done this more than five times. I don’t want to delete app and then download again. Please fix this.

Treat the lower class better…. It’s so hard when I budget for groceries. Plan a 30 minute trip one way! To get fresh veggies/fruit and the app just doesn’t work. I CAN’T access my farmer’s market benefits without this app. I’m out $60 plus the gas it took there and back. It’s hurtful to be offered extra help just to not be able to use it. I also called customer service. They didn’t even know we needed to use a separate app for farmer’s market benefits!!

Easy to use. This is a great app to keep up with your benefits and it has a scanner so you can tell if something is eligible

Can’t see to log in. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it still doesn’t show anything you’re typing to log in. You just have to guess. Also, the “locator” is never for the right store which is alright I guess as long as you know what you’re looking for. Plus the barcode scanner still works. But the not being able to see when logging in thing is annoying.

Dimes it works, sometimes not. This app is extremely finicky when, if ever it’s going to work. It freezes a lot. I’ll sign you out as you’re in the middle of doing something with it, in the first place, it tends to be rather on the slow side too, despite having a strong connection to the Internet, as far as the basic operation, it works information a list of yoghurt, is that every brand I scan not accepted. This would save time, frustration and money

PLEASE FIX THE APP. I’m not sure what’s going on with the app but it hasn’t been working since they updated it and it’s super annoying because I can’t login into my app anymore like I use to, I like to keep track of how much I spent etc… the app is really good and I have no other problems except for this one. So as a user that’s been on the app for 3 years please fix this issue I keep thinking that my card isn’t working anymore.

Don’t like the new update. I recently got this app about a month or so ago and it was fine. Now when I go to login. I can’t see my email address or password as I type it out.

Doesn’t work. I know my login … especially since you have to log in every 2 mins or less when you’re shopping which is really inconvenient. But the app has not been working nor has the website at all . For over a month.

Cannot See Login Info. Since updating to iOS 14, I can no longer see the letters for my email or password as I am typing them into the login fields. I have also tried numerous times and it keeps telling my credentials are incorrect. I have been using the website, but it does not very good on mobile device.

app shutting down. This just started recently. Now I Can’t scroll down the view balance page without the app shutting down.

Fix this app please!!!. It’s a hit or miss if it even works!!! It’s extremely frustrating when the app doesn’t work. It’s worked twice all the other times I’ve used it it gives me an unknown error. I cannot see anything and sadly I do not have what I can get memorized. Please someone fix this app!!!

Can’t log in. Like others have mentioned, after you set up your account you can use the app but when you try to get back on the next it wants your email and password again which you can’t see and it keeps saying it’s incorrect - how hard can it be to fix this solutran????

Unable to use. I currently cannot use the app at all. I cannot login even though nothing has changed. I attempted to reset my password, but it says I am using the wrong password.

Impossible to use. At the initial launch of app it seemed to be a good idea but the lack of tech support to fix the login issues is disappointing. Unable to use app, constantly states passwords are incorrect only way to open app is to reset password. You can’t see the login info while you’re typing it in. Absolutely tacky

Wic Illinois. It was working well until it never sends the codes to reset my password. I use the app to scan items to make sure it’s approved to make my shopping easier. Fix the reset password.

Scanner. Great app but the scanner doesn’t work!! I’m new with wic and I have zero idea about what is and isn’t available to me, it would really help if the scanner worked.

Ugh. Need better food options

WIC products are often declined. Things such as milk, and bread, are often declined. When I show the store manager my app which shows we have some on there, they just say, “I’m sorry.” That’s why you often see 2 gallons of milk available on the app, yet we are paying for milk.

Good. I like it it lets you know how much you got left

Great App. This is the best way for me to keep up with the Balance on my WIC. It makes it so much better and very easy.

Wic. Love love love this app is super accurate in right on point it work instantly one of my favorite apps ever

Login. Whenever I go to login it will not show the email or password just stays blank when typing I have even removed and re downloaded it again.

Error Message. Had the app for less than a month before it gave an error message when logging in. Haven’t been able to get back into my account since.

Scanner. Ever since the update the scanner has stopped working and even when I type in the barcode it says it’s not a wic product when I know it is.

Issues. I tried to log into my account and it keeps saying error I have put everything in correctly and even changed my password to see if that would work but it does not.

Reliable. I use it on every visit

Can’t log in. For months I’ve been trying to log in an can’t get in i keep sending a request for new password and I don’t get anything in my email this app is so frustrating

Benefits never upload onto the app on the 11th. I’m so grateful for Wic but this app kills me. Almost every 11th the app never shows I have benefits available. And months like this month the benefits for my son change and I don’t know what I can or can’t get... it’s really annoying.

Bnft. This App never loads. I am always having to reset password and I still am unable to get log in to process it’s always spinning like it’s glitching and I never can review my benefits while I’m shopping to scan my items while shopping.

App doesn’t work. Doesn’t let me log in. All my Information is correct. Just keeps saying “unknown error” this is so annoying. I can’t check what I have available which means I can’t purchase WIC. Fix this asap. Been like this since Saturday.

App is great but intro video is annoying. The only thing I don’t like is that I have to sit through the intro every time I open the app. It’s very inconvenient, other then that I love the app.

As of last week. App will not let me sign in and won’t work it was working perfectly fine then had an update and at sign in it will say “error logging in. Please try again”.

Not working. Been waiting a couple days and trying again but the app is still showing “unknown error” when trying to log in. Before this it used to never give me any problems

Log in issue. I have used the app since it came out. This past update is it allowing me to log in. When logging in it no longer displays what I am typing. The app looks like it is some sort of sleep mode, not as bright of a screen as normal.

Cant see email or password. Every time I log in. I have to guess what I’m typing because the writing is invisible. I locked myself out of this app numerous times because I am not able to see what I mistyped in my email or password.

it won’t let me create an account. I have WIC from North Carolina & it won’t let me create my account it constantly says that the car number I put isn’t allowed to access the app , but I thought the app was also for NC?

Thankful for the app. I like the app. I just wish we could stay logged in vs having to sign in every time we open the app.

Change password is really frustrating. I have several days trying to log in and change my password and it does not work. It keeps giving an error. Don’t understand how you can’t get a single human to help you with this stuff.

Logging issues. Don’t know why it happens, but it’s annoying, this app always logs me out. Not sure if I should be giving this 3 stars. Logging in over and over is not really fun for me.

App crashes. Lately, this app has either crashed while using it, certain features became unavailable and now, I’m no longer able to log in at all. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get it to work. But it just doesn’t.

So thankful. It so easy to have app for benefits. I’m so thankful for help to my family.

Keep the wic for the kids ages unlimited. Great but wish they also does the ages 7 +
