Unusable and slow. The app does not show everything if I have larger fonts. Sometimes feature would disappear randomly after an update and reappear again after they realized the mistake. Why is everything so slow?

Posh Coupons. Great in theory poor in action. It’s obvious at set up that the discounts are for unusual and pricey products. And a lot of them are …apples. Let’s see how it stands up over time.

Shopping on a budget😞💔. We were excited to find out about these savings cards, but once we got them and registered, we realized that the discounts are on the expensive brands, not budget friendly stuff that will help your average Medicaid recipient. Example: save .10 on up to 5 cups of Yoplait yogurt. Even with the discount, we can buy generic for at the very least .10 cheaper than that. Example #2:Apples on the card are expensive and rarely found in Walmart and other stores in our area, but the discount would be helpful if it could be applied to the apples we get they the kids will eat and are far less expensive. Y’all need a reality check and a trip to the store with someone who shops on a real budget!

Bill pay. Why does the bill pay not work. I love using my card but it would be nice when things are tight to be able to use the bill pay.

Healthy Savings Rewards. I set up my card last week when I received it in the mail. I checked my balance and then tried to use it at Cub on my fruits and vegetables and it didn’t work. That was embarrassing and frustrating. I have tried calling to get assistance. I am on hold for a long period of time. I gave up that afternoon. Disappointing.

Terrible- Walmart charged me shipping. Your site says they would never charge for shipping. They charged me twice. I have made calls to you and you always says you will fix the problem. However 2 weeks later- no resolve

What a joke. So what store can I shop at and receive benefits/ use this card? Walgreens, CVS wow. Come on, no one grocery shops at these places. If they do, I am not them. Can we use it at a farmer's market? No, can I use it at a local coop? No. From this point of view, it looks like you want to track people, and also, it feels like big pharma is in bed with our food distributors. Just a joke…..

Not worth the trouble. Nice idea in theory, but after a couple of years trying to use it, I’m giving up on this whole thing. A lot of the food isn’t even healthy, or it’s stuff I don’t want, and cashiers usually can’t even make it work. Over the course of the first year, I saved a total of about $20. Not worth the hassle

Easy to use at my favorite grocery stores!. Such an easy way to get my favorite discounts each week!

Cannot place order. Tried many times many ways and still cannot use this!

Healthy savings. I greatly appreciate any help I can receive with becoming permanently disabled back in 2009, however I feel the use could be far easier if it was not only available on a few foods each week which are not always available. I hope this could help make changes.

Don’t listen to these bot ratings. I got this insurance thinking it would help me save on fresh produce but the only fresh produce that offers a discount is for expensive apples and maybe carrot sticks the cheaper brand is still less expensive than the expensive one including the discount literally a waste of time.

Buggy, Bad UI/UX, Few Coupons. The options for selecting a store to load the available coupons are: 1. Using Location. This yields no results, despite me living 2 blocks away from a Kroger. 2. Entering a location manually. This has worked once, but not since the first time it worked. Upon successfully loading and selecting the store that I do most of my shopping at, I was shocked to see that there were only 33 coupons available. This was kind of surprising to me as this program was advertised as having up to half of the stores inventory in coupons. Additionally, the coupons that were available were for more expensive brands, that barely made them the price of store brands or generics. No loose produce like lettuce, tomatoes, carrots. Only fruits available were a bag of Sunkist tangerines. Tremendously frustrating and an irritating waste of time. Read reviews from the past year with similar issues, surprised that these issues seem to be persistent. Was genuinely excited to use this app and program, hope it improves with time.

Grateful!. With prices so high, im sure i wouldn’t be buying fresh fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately its very expensive eating healthy…

Disappointing. Although it’s a good program I find it confusing and difficult to understand why there are two parallel apps to meet the same needs. I have “Healthy Benefits” and “Healthy Savings” one, Healthy Savings (HS), seems to have removed or replaced the Healthy Benefits (HB) app. For now, the only way to access the HB app is to go to the list of apps, as I can’t seem to get an icon onto my screen anywhere.

Customer Service. Thanks for all the help today, especially to the first worker who was on the phone w. me for an extended length of time. You are appreciated ~ all of you. Let’s hope this works !

False Advertising. The information I received about the Healthy Savings program claimed that I would be able to save roughly 60 dollars a week on healthy food items, like produce. I was so excited because I primarily only eat fruits and vegetables. However, the products offered by the program are mostly useless, and they are too expensive to justify getting for the 50 cents or dollar you might save. (A dollar off a $40 pack of soda? No thanks.) The only “produce” I have been offered so far are expensive apples with only 50 cents off and dried fruit packets that aren’t even available at my local store. There have been no offers on vegetables at all. I save nothing with this program. I feel scammed because the only reason I went with my healthcare program (which offers HS) was to access the Healthy Savings program.

Typical Corporatist promotion of over processed food. As someone who really eats a lot of produce, this app is a joke. It’s supposed to promote healthy savings, but in typical corporatist fashion it promotes branded self-proclaimed health foods. I scrolled through the entire app and found only one coupon for real, actual produce: baby carrots, which are actually heavily processed. So if I want to buy whole fresh fruits and vegetables, the items that would truly be health-promoting, I guess I’ll be paying full price. No wonder Americans are among the unhealthiest people in the world. If a bunch of “experts” think this stuff is healthful, we’ve got far bigger problems.

Longtime member. Not an easy app to use. Practical had to reregister just to look at app. Husband who is completely separate from my account can’t open his app at all!

Agree with false advertising!. There are few options, and none of them are available where I live. I want discounts on fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables. Also brands of healthy food brands generally available, i.e. oatmeal, cereal, etc. Those are never on the app. I do appreciate the yogurt.

Swing and a miss. I’m sure ya’ll are a well meaning group of people, but you just made an app that helps with grocery costs for the HIGHEST cost stores. I already don’t shop anywhere this program is valid because they are already too expensive. If you want people to get onboard, make it valid EVERYWHERE groceries are sold.

Stores Won’t take it. I have tried at grocery stores target and others. No one will take the card. I activated the card and looked up the balance. When I finally found a store to take it the card said no balance found?? Waist of time! Humana’s card was simple and easy and accepted everywhere

Wow I want to thank you. … I do I want to thank you for the most worthless piece of plastic I keep in my wallet. Everyone gets one of these is either on disability or Medicaid, or both their own fixed incomes. They expect us to go buy these things on here. If I were to take my budget and use them and buy the things they want me to buy I can get about four mil a month but I would save $26 so I feel good about that. I wonder how much money the Medicaid company gets for this card I wonder what kind of kickback they get it just shows you how out of touch these people really are.

Not useful where I live & needs filter. I know this is just a pilot program, but I’d have to go out of my way to an Acme to actually use it. I also don’t like that I have to click into all the offers to find that they’re only for a bunch of stores I’ve never heard of. It should only show me offers that will actually work at stores within a certain radius of my location. I wish that fewer of the products featured were sugary processed foods—to be able to filter by dietary preferences or at least by product category would be helpful.

App Not Useful Now. I am using the App on a current iPhone with the latest iOS. The scanner does not work. For the OTC items, the app no longer list products that are available at stores. The online ordering at Walmart does not list the items that can be purchased with the benefit card. The food items listed are of dubious health value, I.e., various carbonated soft drinks. Or are discounts that do no bring to cost of the expensive designer items down to where they couLd be considered competitive with low priced options, I.e., eggs are eggs. It appears to me that the insurance industry is teaming up with some corporations to prey on Medicare beneficiaries.

“Add to Apple Wallet” not working. I seem to always have trouble accessing my digital membership card while in the store (lack of wifi?) so I wanted to add it to my Apple Wallet. The “add to Apple wallet” button is non-functional. Could a developer check into this? I’m tired of missing out on savings because I can’t use the digital card!

Doesn’t work. I have never been able to use it because it just sits there loading with circle icon indefinitely. Nothing can be selected even though you can see options in the background. It would be nice if it actually fid work because having to go through the website is such a hassle.

No need for coupons!. This app is so convenient and easy to use! I constantly save on my favorite healthy foods. The scanning feature is so handy! The reminders are also a nice touch. They let me know when my favorite products are running. I highly recommend this app!!

Fix favoriting and add search. This app does the most infuriating thing: when you favorite an item by swiping, it automatically jumps you back to the very top of the list. Then you need to scroll back down to where you were, getting so frustrated that this is the 5th time you’ve had to do this that you scroll too fast and end up at the very bottom, past the place you wanted. Also, there’s no search feature. That would really improve usability.

Saving?. Where is the savings? I logged in and opened the app to find 18 coupons. Only 2 were possibly usable. When I got to the store the coupon brands weren’t on sale and it was just cheaper to get the normal store sale than to use this app. Says fresh fruit but there was not one single fresh fruit or vegetable coupon in the app to use. Also since when are dried fruits full of sodium and added sugar healthy? I was excited when I saw this since I do like to save money. I also like to save time, however this app does not neither save money or time. Seems like it’s just another person trying to prove they need a job and come up with another pointless thing.

Happy customer. I love this program through my insurance. I have gotten so many items that I use all the time. That saves me a lot of money each month. Food and health products.

Very satisfied. My husband does our grocery shopping and is always pleasantly surprised (as are the checkout staff) at how much money it saves us on food. We primarily buy fruits, vegetables and dairy products, and always have a significant reduction in the total purchase. I don’t understand how others think it doesn’t save them money. We are very happy with the program!

Wish it worked with Apple Wallet. This is a great program with great savings, the only downside is that you can’t integrate your saving barcode into the Apple wallet. It would making using it more efficient.

Please add Fresh Thyme stores. This looks like a great program and app but I do all of my shopping at Fresh Thyme which is not one of the stores listed. Any way this store could be added?

Program good , app is bad. This app needs work. I can not find the product scanner anywhere. Nor is there a store finder or about page within my app on IOS. It took weeks to get a password reset sent to my email finally. When you go to FAQS none if the links are clickable. App deserves zero stars for uselessness. The whole point of apps is convenience, more options and to not have to pull up a website

Horrible fulfillment company. I placed an OTC med order on 4/6. Yesterday, 4/16, I received 1 item though I had ordered 7 different things. The app shows the other items are still pending. This is not the service I am used to getting from United Healthcare before they changed to a new app and probably a new fulfillment company. Good thing these are not life saving meds as I would surely be dead by now waiting for them. Very disappointed!

So misguiding. This is an app to confuse the elderly and that they’ve got some funds to buy healthy stuff from certain stores and all it actually is that you can only get what they are promoting in the app and nothing else and upon inquiry you get a very confusing reply as if no human ever read the message.

Useless & False Advertising!. They advertise healthy savings but this is completely false. They have 6-10 items listed that you can save a few cents on but it’s products that I would never buy. So frustrating!

Not really “healthy” food; hard to find items in CA. The coupons are NOT for HEALTHY food. This is a load of crap. If you want coupons for Zevia soda as opposed to Pepsi and want to pretend loading up on energy drinks, protein shakes, wow-butter and sour cream is healthy, because the healthy savings app is calling the items healthy, get this app. I wasn’t going to write a negative review until the new item this week is full sugar trashy energy drinks. It’s the same brands every week and all the coupons are for processed garbage. Yes, you can get one dollar off 4 healthy items: eggs, chopped kale, apples or carrot sticks. THAT IS IT. That is if your local Albertsons carries that specific brand, which mine has the eggs but not the produce. Throw this app in the trash with your microwave popcorn and TV dinner where it belongs.

Frustrating to use. Absolutely difficult to use. Face ID does not work at all. After logging in, there is no options in the settings to set up Face ID. The app is also not accessible. If you have large font or zoom, good luck using this app.

Reasons. It’s use to work well before the update ever since then I can log in and I also have my finger print to unlock it and all I get is session timed out even when I exit and try again same message I get ughh fix it already

Disappointed. I was so excited to receive this card but after downloading the app and reviewing the discount offer’s, there isn’t any fresh fruits or vegetables. Super disappointing to find only a couple of discounts and nothing fresh. There is high priced soda, cereal, granola bars, sour cream and toilet paper. A couple other processed junk items but nothing useful. What’s the point here? Don’t waste your time.

Program is a joke. 25 cents off sour cream!? Seriously? That’s what I downloaded this app and got all the hype from my insurance company? Benefit my eye. PS granola bars and dried fruit snacks aren’t healthy. They’re just carbs and sugar. If you don’t know these things I can’t help you. Speaking of no help did I mention this app and program are a waste of your time? Just read your weekly store ads for way better deals on food that’s actually healthy. Can’t believe somebody got paid to make this lame “savings” program.

Limited options. Food options are limited and not many to choose from. And lots of high carb items and also gluten. And when clicked for fruit It wasn’t available at my grocery store. To be able to select a favorite grocery store so you only see options for that store vs a store you’ve never heard of would be nice. Also the savings isn’t much

The card problem. So far nothing is covered on this card the cashier told me it was not active I came home to check so I don’t think it has to many items in my area going to try it again this evening

Frustrating App. It is impossible to activate account with mobile app. The keyboard pop up covers everything and u can not see what your entering. So frustrating not worth the saving.

Boo hiss. I haveTried using this app several times, it’s complicated, not user-friendly, and I usually end up just deleting it. It’s too bad, because it sounds like a great idea and it be awesome if it was simple quick and easy to use!

Ok. With getting the app on my phone

App won’t let me add birthday. I’m unable to sign up. When I try to put a date in it jumps around to another date. Frustrating

Unreliable. The app is great when it works. It has been offline at my grocery store at times. I get kicked out and need to log in even though it is supposed to stay logged in.

Not worth the time to download. There are no real savings on healthy foods. Just pre packaged, already overpriced snacks that I don’t use. Very disappointed. I thought this was a great idea to persuade people to eat more healthy, but sadly, it is not.

More stores. I wish you would add more stores in my area. I go to Target a lot.

Bad coding. The way this app resets to the top of the list when navigating back from a details page makes it frustrating to use. I am done using it.

Can’t get passed Login. Terrible Login process. I try to type in my email and a password, but it does nothing. I can’t scroll up to see even if it’s accepting my info in the input windows. Never experienced any app that makes the log in so difficult.

Not worth the time.. That was 30 minutes of screwing around that I’ll never get back. The app is Buggy and inefficient. Worse, the Healthy Savings program seems to have little actual value.

What happened?. I’ve been using & enjoying these offers for a year, & suddenly I can’t see the offers anymore. I’ve sent 2 emails in the past 2 weeks & haven’t gotten a response. What’s going on?!?!

Glitchy. My app isn’t showing any offers. Also when I try to login it automatically send me here to the play store to review the app. It’s really glitchy

Doesn’t work. Cant tap anything. Deleted. Redownloaded. Tried similar app. Rebooted device. No luck. Not useful if can’t scan items in store to see if elegible product.

Unbelievably bad. It’s hard to exaggerate how “buggy” and difficult to use this app is. We should all complain to our insurance providers. They have to be able to do better than this.

Gave up before using. All of the negative reviews are accurate. So many bugs during sign in and test, that I decided to remove it before using. 1. Field is hidden while entering card number. 2. Buttons cover text explaining app features. 3. Can’t enter text in search field. 4. Tapping a store icon does nothing. 5. Scrolling the product list does nothing. Etc. Etc. Etc.

2022. Still shows year 2022. Does not show all available items for OTC benefits.

Great Program. This benefit has helped to offset the groceries with healthy choices.

Gotten worse over time. Less and less items each week. I would love more stores in my area. I wish there was a way to suggest stores to add. App feels cumbersome overall and a lot of quirks.

Slow working. Don’t care for this app

I have three kids. I registered one card. But it doesn’t allow for me to add cards due to there is more than one child in the home.

Never works.. I haven’t had this app work once. Not once. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it never works. It’s so frustrating.

No savings?. I’m not sure if there is something wrong with my app, but there are no savings listed. It says there’s no savings available. It’s been like this for a couple weeks

Beepfrog. Bought Crispy Greens Freeze Dried fruits 4 packs $1.00 off coupon did NOT work

Submitting card number. It’s impossible to submit card number etc. when the keyboard pops up to input the numbers it covers up the screen and then stays there indefinitely.

App always down. This app is consistently not working and not loading. Promise of savings but if you can’t use while shopping, that promise is broken.

Poor service. Took me two months to get in website even called several time. App wouldn’t let me on even after changing password several time!

App not working. Was great till latest update in which it now does not allow signing in

Healthy Savings. I use the fresh produce discount every month. Keeps me healthier!
