Does not work in iPhone 11. I have an iPhone 11 on iOS 15, when launching the app a pop up appears “app can not be launched” I hit OK and it just closes. Very frustrating. I even uninstalled and reinstalled.

Manager. Associate was very nice and even gave me an expired offer. Very happy there is hood service out there.

I don’t see my favorite. What happened to the Cinnastixs {CinnaSticks}? Those things were my favorite

Great service. Store was clean, staff was very friendly and fast getting the order together 😊

Barcode Scan. The barcode scan used to claim rewards from receipts never works. This is magnified since many stores no longer want to scan the rewards prior to purchasing.

Customer Service. It would have been nice to have gotten the order that I wanted from the sign that at the wall kiosk but I was informed that sign is three years old so I ordered something different and when I went to taste it, it wasn’t what I ordered so I had to wait for them to remake the drink Which afterwards did not taste exactly the way I expected it to

4 locations?. Really nice app. I love the fixes but it only work in 4 locations :(( If the developer sees this. Are we still able to use the app coupons in store?

Can’t eat rewards. App keeps giving me error messages when I try to either scan a receipt or enter barcode number to earn rewards.

Corporate Greed Strikes Again.. To place an order for pickup via the app I was greeted with 2 separate fees. A fee to “pay for the app and the website” and another convenience fee. Unreal. It’s my job to pay for the app, and to pay a fee for the convenience of placing an online order? No. Canceled my purchase and decided not to buy anything. Stop the greed, it’s only gonna backfire in the long run.

Great app, but missing locations.. I just recently downloaded this app and I have to say it’s very user friendly. The only downside is that the search function does not find most of the locations I know are in my area. The only one it does find is NOT the closest one to me. If they can find a way to include more accurate listings of their locations I would give this five stars.

Great clerks at cinanabon. I go in and they are polite and take great care of me every time

App refusing to open. When i click onto the app it shows the little loading spinny thing but never loads

Stores dont accept coupons from app. What the point of this if I can’t use it went to my 2 local shop to be denied at the counter.

Rigged. They gave me a free Cinnabon reward but when I clicked redeem it said I had 1.5 minutes to use it and I was about 2 minutes from the Cinnabon. I couldn’t even try to use it if I were there since there is no cell service inside. This is principally bad app design.

FINALLY!. Cinnabon finally has an app YAY! I love this company and been waiting for them to get a rewards system. As much money as I spend there. Can’t wait to start earning my points!

Delivered cold. It’s cold by the time he gets to Delivered cold&the delivery fee plus the taxes and others fees being almost the amount of what I ordered before those factors were charged to the initial item and exact total. But I love this place so much and if they weren’t cold I would of still given 5stars

Where is my local store?. How is it your store has locations, including at the mall in my city, but the app only allows orders at 4 locations several states away?

Keeps you on a loop. When selecting a location and selecting an item or reward it just send you back to location.

Minor tech issues. For the most part it’s really a cool app if you get a chance to see what’s new earn points and also earn that is sweet delicious Cinnabon that we all crave tap into it you will not be mad only glad Cinnabon eat it up!!!

What Rewards?. I can never scan my receipt to get the points and even if I type in the barcode I get an error message. The only location around doesn’t have the scanner so I can’t even get points at the register.

Best app ever. The download hasn’t finished yet but I know the app will change my life

AWESOME. So my daughter and I walked in to your establishment at 3:18 Aug 13th, and two young ladies greet us with big amazing smiles. The customer service here is so amazing. I really appreciate service like this, This is what establishments are missing warm and welcoming. I wish there was a tip jar every lil bit helps in this time of need. Awesome location thank you…

Don’t work 👎🏻. First time I’m trying to use it but the app doesn’t work. I deleted the account then deleted the app. Usually that helps with other apps and reinstall but this one doesn’t work.

NEED HELP NOW. I place my order on Feb 17 round 5:42 and my order was for 72 dollars from the Altamonte mall Cinnabon and my order was cancelled and I have not received my money I keep calling Altamonte mall but no answer I tried send my request for an refund no response but some more Cinnabon I want my 72 dollars back so I can delete this app because I’m not trusting this app no more 72 dollars is a lot I have email and text message saying my order was cancelled so I need talk to some one so I could get my money back and I also have DoorDash cancel receipt too

Bad Experience. I wanted to order something, but they have many missing locations! I can’t even get anything nearby.

Cinnabon yum but. It’s nice to get a free reward when you can redeem it. I’ve gone to the Cinnabon at ocean county mall and can’t get cause it’s not available. Is this why your giving this reward? Very annoying. Then you get a snotty worker on top of it who hates her job. Jeez Cinnabon let’s get it together.

This app is for ONLY 4 LOCATIONS?. Why does the one and only Cinnabon app only work with 4 locations in the whole US? And they’re all in southeast US? At least call this app what it is — the FLORIDA Cinnabon app. Why don’t the rest of us get to earn free Cinnabon?

Need help. I want to use this app, but I can’t use it. None of the Hawaii locations are in it despite having several on Oahu. I know that other Mainland people have been complaining about similar issues and it’s even more egregious for me because I need to get on a long plane ride to use the app. Is this a feature or a bug, because some apps like the Burger King and Popeyes app only caters to the Mainland and leaves Alaska and Hawaii out to dry and I want to know whether I should delete the app or not. Please respond back ASAP. I will change the review if it’s fixed.

All I want is a cinnamon roll :(. Kinda annoying that it only works for 4 locations, none of which are near me, and maybe email out a different form of coupon for rewards so I can use it in stores.

WORST FOOD APP EVER!!. Now this app is super easy to use just like other food apps but it only has 4 locations. When you get rewards for signing up and your birthday other locations won’t accept the coupon since they aren’t on the app. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of and I couldn’t get my birthday reward. Extremely disappointing !!

This is the worse food app I’ve had, the last three times I was there I have not been able to get my points, either because the app won’t take my receipt later or because I have scanned it the place and it simply won’t find my acct, so she tells me to scan it later, and later won’t work either 🤦‍♀️ bad app

Cannot select drink size. Trying to purchase a drink and there is no option to choose size. It’s missing. Try to add to cart and you get an error telling you to choose the size. It’s literally nowhere on the screen. Looks like faulty design where you should be able to scroll down to further options but the scroll doesn’t work properly.

They need to upgrade this app and make it more Modern. Barcode does not scan you always have to enter it manually it’s 2022 let’s do better.

Not too sure. The had something like this previously but it didn’t work well. And now I see it’s not much different. I didn’t get a birthday a reward and when I went to use the coupon for my download reward it expired before the lady could scan it. Was disappointed with the time setup.

App wouldn’t let me order. Made the trip down to Cinnabon and got there 30 minutes before close. The bakery was open but the app wouldn’t let me order saying the store was closed despite me being at the location and the location was still taking in person orders

What? Only a Photo is displayed….. I deleted the app & then cold bounced my 1TB Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, launched the app again & continue to see only a Cinnabon photo.. Nothing loads & noting changes. Go figure…

Locations missing. There’s a Cinnabon less than one mile from my apartment in Honolulu, at the Ala Moana mall. It’s listed on the company website, but in the app I enter my zip code & the closest location retuned is California? Please update your database.

American Dream Mall Location-5⭐️. Every time coming here great experience my iced coffee’s come out super awesome the workers there are great and professional I feel bad that people don’t leave till May tips for their hard work especially when you have one person doing cashier making coffees plus warming up whatever I’m buying or whatever people are buying. Maybe a raise especially for this location because of amount of people that come over there is ridiculous.You should value your workers. Grate delicious treats!!!

WORST APP. Completed a pick up order to my nearest location, got charged, and arrived to the cinnabon. The manager told me there was no way to check my order because it wasn’t made through a delivery app. He didn’t believe I paid for the food and almost didn’t give me an order. Will never use this app again. For reference I ordered for the Cinnabon in Columbia, MD.

App needs some updates. Just downloaded the app because I got an email saying that for Memorial Day, you could buy one roll and get one free. Well the app would not accept the coupon code from the email. I kept putting in my payment information and it kept dumping the information. Very frustrating! People at the counter said they had nothing to do with the app, so I had to pay for the two rolls. Tried calling customer service (during normal working hours) and they just said to leave a phone number and they would call back. Well I’m still waiting for that call back. All in all, I would say this app is pretty worthless!
