It’s ok. App works fine but when dark mode is enabled the text within the app vanishes… the app has the be open in the background for you to find your phone with the double click method… no background refresh option here…. Guys FIX IT

This company tracks and stores your data reporting back to China. Below is the privacy statement that is linked on this page. Read it and see that this company openly admits to tracking data, storing it, and sharing with China. The same page that says that this company does not track data to report to anyone. Way to fail Apple.

Good app. This app is pretty decent. I am usually on the fence with Onn Products. You can find your items if you can’t find them and I also like this that you can make alarm if you go out of range. I have to give it 4 stars because the it is not dark mode friendly. If you have dark mode enabled. You can’t see all the text. Because the app is in a light mode which makes the text white and unable to read. So Onn or app developer, if you are reading this, please fix this problem.

Batteries, batteries, batteries. Batteries were already dead when I first open the package. Replacement batteries only lasted three days. Other than that they seem to work the way they are described.

Crap. Worthless piece of crap. You have to leave the app open in the background in order for this to work.

Won’t even let me connect my first tracker. Stupid app is so underdeveloped that I can’t even add my first device. Want my money back now it’s so ridiculous and so unsophisticated their app is just so depressing and sad how undeveloped it is waste of money waste of time trying to tag them to the app I’m so irritated I’d rather have tile and spend extra money unfortunately I don’t have the money but my children lose their many times.

Absolute garbage. The tags that go to this are cheap and the batteries leak. Had mine for 20 days and they stopped working. I opened it up to see if the battery needed to be changed but the battery eroded the entire tag so it’s useless now.

Wow, who’d have thought…?. Device: iPhone 11; iOS: 15.5; Trackers: 3 - rectangular shape, 1 black, 1 mint green & 1 dark blue; App version: 1.1.2 (This darn review won’t stay spaced so it’s understandable, so please forgive the lack of proper spacing to make it easier to read? Thank you!) So, the way my day’s…well, year’s been going, after reading all these bad reviews, I fully expected my trackers & the app not to work for me also? Strangely, they all work?! Well, technically, all the batteries were dead & I had to change each one, but, luckily (& I DON’T have good luck in the past few years), I happened to have exactly 3 new ones of that size/strength. The only problem I’ve had is in the app’s settings section: there’s an option to “Double Tap to Record” along with a toggle button. I toggled it on & double tapped where it literally said “double tap” & an alarm started going off, I had no idea what it was supposed to be for because there’s literally NOTHING about it in the instructions that came in the package or the ones in the app & I wasn’t able to get the alarm to stop & had no idea what to do? I finally started clicking (double tapping) all over in the app & the alarm went off & as soon as it did it took me back back to the screen that’s white & all lined, like a piece of paper, that double tapping the “Double tap” toggle took me to & there was a file with a date then “.wav” as a file extension, but I deleted it because I thought I was supposed to record a message with my voice or something? Well, I think it was supposed to record that alarm that went off when I double tapped it, but it won’t do it a second time. So, since I have NO idea what it’s supposed to even be for & the rest of the trackers all connected to the app & are working fine, I figured I wouldn’t push my luck any further, after the way my day’s been going & all the problems the other reviewers had! So, as much as I hate to be the “bad guy” here, it’s working great for me? Sorry guys! I needed a win this time, though, so please don’t hate? Oh, I haven’t tried dark mode, but I don’t care for it anyway, so if it affects the ability to see in the app I’ll just turn it off. Lastly, the developer can’t do anything about ANY of any of you other reviewer’s problems if you don’t list your device type, iOS version & app version # - just something to consider? I’d save myself some grief by adding it to ALL my past app reviews & reviews in the future? It saves you from having to email them regarding your issue(s), so it saves you time & helps you AND the devs. And I only gave 4 stars because of the dead batteries.

Eh. Could definitely have used more common knowledge when creating this app. While it’s useful, it’s complicated. Blank areas where text should be make it almost impossible to successfully utilize close to if any functions. Also the tracker itself broke in less than 3 months. It would be worth it to pay the extra buck for something better.

Garbage product. I was hoping these be similar to Tiles (quality), but every time I open my Photos app the alarm goes off as though I’m trying to ping one of the Onn trackers. You get what you pay for.

No words. The app works properly but all the functions are wordless: I use the manual to understand what I’m doing because, even if the screen is wordless, the buttons works. The only written part is the one related to the tones. Without this issue, you would have had 5 stars. Bummer!

Bad isn’t even the word. Straight junk don’t pair can’t find can’t add can’t do nothing. Basically I threw $20 out the window

Need to take off clicking when walking off. I would give it a 5 star if you could make it to where I can connect and disconnect without it clicking like if I have lost it. Not bad for price though

ONN item tracker. Can’t get the damn things to pair and how do i know their names or id numbers ugh

Keeps closing out. Whenever I try to use camera or access photos it closes out😩

App worked until I needed to find my keys. Now the app comes up and everything is blank. No update needed. What a bust.

Astonishingly Bad. Where to start? As other reviewers have noted the app itself is hilariously buggy — the app’s own thumbnail often doesn’t show any logo, dark mode makes all the text disappear, the toggle options have opaque names and no explanations, the double-click feature to make the connected phone ring also inexplicably initiates a recording feature so you can listen to bad recordings of the app’s ringtone later, the graphics are super low-res and fuzzy in a “I’m 14 and only had access to torrented Photoshop 7” sort of way, etc. That’s all bad enough if, but might be worth suffering through for the savings if the trackers actually worked. But they don’t. Out of the package I’m setting up now, one never worked at all, one worked for a few moments but lost and never regained connection, and one appears to be working “normally,” though clearly that’s not saying much and I’ve no idea how long it will last. Obviously I’ll be returning the whole lot of them to Walmart; they aren’t worth even the hassle of having them replaced under warranty. A truly awful product that might as well be a scam.

Wow. Not every toggle has text next to it. There is just an empty space and a toggle I can switch on or off. But I don’t know what it does! It’s by Walmart so you get what you pay for. Tile would’ve at least had an app with text showing up where it needs to.

I wish I bought a Tile tracker instead. I bought the tracker at Walmart. This thing is bulky in my wallet, and has an annoying beep instead of the tune like a tile does. I can’t close the app without my wallet going off, I even checked in the settings to see if I could change that, but there’s no words, only switches to turn SOMETHING on or off.

Get a tile instead. This is so bad lol. the quality of the app is so bad and there are no words or descriptions for multiple “on/off” switches on the app. Not worth the money. Walmart shouldn’t even carry this garbage. They disconnect from my phone if it’s more than 10 feet away from me and don’t stop beeping until you walk close enough again. So incredibly annoying... this is supposed to be a helpful device, not a bothersome burden. please read your reviews and fix your device and your app omg would give it negative or 0 stars if i could

Doesnt even work. It will allow you to Click your tag, But there is litterally no rext at all, Plus im pretty sure it tracks you.

Bunch of bugs. Lots of bugs and what not the app was literally not prosessing literally most of the things that are labeled in the instructions aren’t labeled in my app it’s just a blank white space also it wouldn’t connect to my item tracker it’s was just bad all around I can’t say there was any good in this and I never leave reviews but the entire app was like down or something

Apps junk but that doesn’t matter. With apples more extensive “find my” app which works with the onn item tracker and utilizes half of the worlds phones as a way to connect and report your item items location you’d be stupid to use this app. Your onn device appears as if it was an AirTag in the app on the same screen. The only advantage that AirTags have over the on tracking device is that it has precision location tracking. But for a price tag that is twice as much as

Epic fail. I don’t know why I thought Walmart was going to start doing decent electronics. This is the worst final product I’ve ever seen!! Amazed to see it’s existed for over a year and the app is literally unusable 😂 amazingly bad

Meh. I guess yeah you can find your stuff but the app is literally a blank screen. It’s such an easy fix I don’t understand why they haven’t corrected the problem.

Don’t waste your time. This app doesn’t work. To get started just turn on the device then go to the “find my” app any apple iPhone and add your device there.

Doesn’t work!. The app will not show tags when trying to add them. Also the settings are non functioning and no text shows up under each option. This app needs to be repaired and updates immediately.

Earbuds constantly pause themselves and this app does not help. Garbage app for garbage products, do not buy these

Functional but not much else. It could be a decent app but for some obvious missteps in design. In dark mode the text disappears but otherwise the app doesn’t change which makes it mostly useless at night unless you turn off dark mode. The graphics are fuzzy around the edges not a hinderance to functionality but amateur none the less. Like another reviewer said, it’s a Walmart product so you get what you pay for.

Won’t connect to tracker. This app gets zero stars. When I open the app and have changed battery in tracker redownload the app still can’t get the tracker to connect to app.

Doesn’t work. Ugh, the device won’t even show up in the app so this is completely useless. Why did they bother to roll this out when it doesn’t even work?!
