Not connecting to remote control and phone. I was really excited but it won’t allow me to Bluetooth to control the light. I’ve been using my phone for the first few days to control the light through this app but it has stopped working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled by scanning the QR code on the light but still won’t control, please help

This app. I think it’s a good app

So poor functional. Is it so difficult for you to give a second-year programming student a task to write the correct algorithm for switching diodes in the "magic" mode? Terribly done!

My Light. I love my light but the app does not work for it .

Disconnection??. It worked yesterday but today it’s like the lights aren’t connecting to the app. I NEED HELP

Does not work. I thought maybe I got a bad string of lights so I ordered it a second time and it didn’t work on that string either. These are really great lights and I wish I could do more than just four settings that you get on a button that’s part of the port.

Thumbs up. I gave 4 stars not showing maybe will. So far so good.

No brightness. Doesn’t allow brightness changing

Use LotusLamp app, it works.. This app doesn’t find the Bluetooth lights. Use LotusLamp.

Poor connection. The device scan is poor. Better to show the status of the scanning. There were times got disconnected and I have to reinstall the app and not sure how to get the light connected again.

App. The App doesn’t connect to the light! Why even have one if it doesn’t work?!!
