Confused. Hello Developer . Please I tried to login my accounts this morning it says “ we can’t find anyone with this email . But when I try to create a new account with my email it says user Already exists . And I do get notifications of transactions on my account to my email . That’s crazy to me .Please solve this issue with the bugs wmd glitches on my account. Kinda frustrating for a small business owner . Kind regards

Won’t load. App never loads. Started my own company in NOV. 2023, I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times throughout the last 4 months. Wifi, Cell signal, doesn’t matter. Then when it does load and allows me to sign it, it gets stuck on the home page and doesn’t load any further. Have to log in using website to manage money. If this app worked properly I’d give it 5 stars but the last 4 months had been very disappointing.

Fast and easy to use.. I’ve had a great experience using Quickbooks for my business. It’s fast and easy to send payment requests and funds typically clear within 24 hrs of receiving payment.

So far does not work. Loved everything about the information given for this app signed up and got it a little early then I would have need it then when I started using it my first payment. Was failed for an ACH transfer from my balance to a contractor whom now will not start the job until payment received for materials which is now putting our schedule completely behind for the opening of my business And so far waiting hours for help resolving this issue

Best substitute. Rather than use Cash app or PayPal, this provides accounting/merchants services and can pay vendors from my phone with full documentation for tax records/transactions. You need to continue marketing…including all the benefits. Outstanding… THANKS !

Still on hold. So I just started using this app because a friend told me about it and he said it’s trustworthy so I did and add my bank info and next couple days to check on getting pay my account was on hold and said to call the number on the back of the debit card which I haven’t gotten yet so i don’t know why it’s on hold for. Can y’all tell me why? It’s been a week already and I can’t even see my funds it says it’ll be on there in three days but don’t see anything just said your account on hold.

Please fix. I love this new app so I been working opening accounts for all my business and I think they have a cap on how many you can open under one phone number and that shouldn’t be when you legally can own more than one company.

broken app!. I now have money in an account. I have no access to no customer service to call no idea how to get this fixed. I have a worthless app that opens up has the spinning wheel of death does nothing and then crashes. You would think a company like quickbooks would hire better IT people. if you’re looking to open a business account, look somewhere else because this company is a joke the money by QuickBooks app is a joke. It does not work at all. It is broken. It’s a hot mess. and yes, for all your nerds out there I deleted the app re-download it it reset my network settings updated the app updated my phone. None of it matters. It’s just a broken hot mess

Account closed and I’m out of $280. They randomly closed my account after making me jump through hoops. I verified my account several times including sending in my ID. I spent hours on the phone to get my money back. This account is issued by GreenDot so it’s not a real account. Go elsewhere for your business account. I’m glad I was able to process payroll before they closed it right at closing so I couldn’t call anyone until the next day.

quickbooks. Very great card to use for business. Keeps everything in order and up to date all in eyes view. Takes zhe hard account work off your shoulder. Highly recommended

Disjointed Sign Up Process. I have been a long-time Quickbooks Online customer and I now have a Quickbooks Cash account connected to my Quickbooks Online account. The process of getting of a debit card sent is VERY lengthy, I’m 2 weeks waiting and no debit card yet. The customer service rep I’m working with suggested I download this app to quickly connect with my Quickbooks Cash account. However I am unable to log in with my existing Intuit / Quickbooks account! I get the error ‘Email Already Exists’....yeah, that’s the point! I should be able to log in to my existing account to access my existing funds. If you’re reading this review, I HEAVILY discourage getting Quickbooks Cash or Money for Quickbooks. It is not easy to access your funds, nor pay vendors, or even log into your existing account. This was a very poorly executed initiative and it puts people’s livelihoods and reputations at risk. I cannot pay my vendor TODAY with the cash I got YESTERDAY. I would have to wait 3-5 business days to transfer the money to my regular checking account.

DO NOT BUY THEY TOOK MY MONEY. This company took almost $3000 from me. I deposited my money and they shut my account down with no way to access it or nobody to call. They do not have good customer service. I have called, texted, emailed & tweeted. This is ridiculous! I was forced to file a claim with my bank that could take up to 90 days to “ maybe “ get my money back!! Stay away!! Horrible company!!

Can’t log in to account. So I set up the account and got approved. The app is well designed and easy to use, and I was able to see my account balances. However, now when I sign in it just asks me to continuously reapply for the account and I can no longer go to my balances. Please fix this. I was already approved. Same problem as another reviewer, just hoping the card comes.

Quick book make easy to track business. This app make it easy to run my business on the move any where with easy access to move financial data and resources

Rarely even starts without crashing. I’d love to write a more in-depth review of this app, but it’s actually only started up for me one time. Once inside the app, most sections / pages never loaded any info. Since all my QB debit account info is now here instead of in the accounting app, I have no way to access my account, transfer funds, etc. Unless I’m at a computer. Fun!

App crashing. Be careful small business owners. The application has been crashing for me for the past two weeks. They have no support to call, and there’s no way to get a hold of anybody to be able to resolve my issue. I’m not able to manage my money because I cannot open the application. I have tried on three different devices and it’s still not working.

Rendered Useless. If you already have an account and card, and you select Singh in, you do not go to your account. Instead it loops you back around to sign up for a new card. I have already setup the money account through QuickBooks online plus, so I am not clear as to why I can not just login to the account that I have. So there was really no point of using this if you don’t have a connected QuickBooks account, because otherwise you will not be able to pay eyes on the account or the money.

Got Approved Now I Can’t See My Dashboard. So I signed up got approved and even claimed the free $5 for first time Have an email that said money was transferred after I requested it form Money as instructed Now when I sign in it says I have created a money account has a continue button and that redirects me to reapply and I did and get denied several times due to using same information likely At first I could see the dashboard and my balance aswell as account number and routing number Now I’m locked out of my account it seems I bet the debit card shows up as I’m hoping However there is no customer service number to be found so this is how I’m gonna communicate I give 4 stars because I have only had like 5 minutes to interact with my account and almost added my personal bank account Help how do I use this again and continue Why is happening a glitch?

Promised do-over impossible. When an account is not approved the screen offers a do-over and sign out. Signing in results in the same not approved screen. Clearing cache by uninstall with delete data and reinitializing results in the same nogo screen! Did you test this yse case?? It is going to limit your user base unless you can fix it in software or privide real knowledgable support: my experience was of shuttling between Inituit and GreenDot bank with noone taking responsibility to solve the account status reset required!

It’s so useless🥺🥺. It’s one of the most useless app so far. I use Quickbook online for years until I find this one few days ago I tried it everything was fine until i sent a request to get paid. I got the money on the app the next day I was trying to look in a way and move my money all I got was my account is on hold I should call a number on the debit card. It’s so frustrating I haven’t even move out my money and it’s hanging there. I don’t know how to get this out. I feel like they are scamming people off their money. It’s so useless don’t use it

Terrible. Absolutely avoid using them. I saw the other negative review and was hesitant to use the apps. I’ve been using smaller transactions from an account I own to test drive things and see how smooth the transactions occur. All was well until I placed a slightly larger amount in (under $2k). The money has long since posted from my outside account and is still showing pending in Money with no timetable for release noted. I assumed the delay was due to the banking holiday on Monday, so I sent another smaller amount to verify. It processed the same day. I called customer service, and they were completely clueless about the app and for over 10 minutes, asked for identifying information I don’t have. We both realized the app obviously sent a request for callback from the wrong department. After transferring, the new person was equally unhelpful. They stated “because the amount is different from other transactions it’s under review.” First, their transfer limit is advertised as $250,000. Holding a transaction of under $2k indefinitely is asinine and shows just how much of a nightmare things would be if I were to have used them as my main account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’ll be closing my account with them as soon as the money is returned.

Slick and easy. I’ve been using QuickBooks for many years running my businesses but recently I got an invoice from a vendor and I paid through this new QuickBooks payment app I like it because I can email customers an invoice and it’s pretty much the easiest way to pay for a customer they don’t have to create an account or download an app or anything

The lack of information this app provides is astounding.. I can appreciate simplicity and aesthetics that are pleasing and easy to use. But, I have been using this app for about a month and the fact that I can’t go and find out further details about when I can expect a transaction to post to my Quickbooks money card is astounding. I have been receiving the payments that I receive on my card at around 9:20pm or 9:20am depending on what time I receive the deposit. However my latest deposit didn’t come in at the expected time and there is nowhere online or in the app that I can find out what’s going on with that payment! Of course support is also closed so I’m now stuck having expected funds in my account by now with no funds and no idea when they will be there. I highly recommend no one download or use this app until they sort through some of these pitfalls.

Terrible. Terrible service, 7days for a first transaction hold(credit cards should be instant) they also told me after that 1-2 business days for credit card processing. CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS SHOULD BE INSTANT. I’ll be going back to PayPal, and I’ll be sure to discourage anyone else from using this service. For anyone who wants to download this, I highly discourage you to, and to use paypall. Card transactions are instant(as they should be) they don’t hold YOUR money.

Transfer. I tried to make a simple transfer of $1 to this quickbooks money account to test to see if I wanted to use this. The problem is it’s saying transaction declined check balances in my other account. So yeah I’m not going to use this because I have way more than $1 in my personal account and first impressions are everything especially when it comes to my business.

Quick books User for over 10yrs but after using this app recommend going somehow here else. Decided to try out this app. Interface is confusing and refreshes at a crawl. Transactions are always delayed. When I contacted customer support about the issue they locked my account. Been loyal to intuit for a decade but I recommend looking somewhere else for payment for platform. They definitely don’t care about service, or problems you may have.

This would be better synced with Quickbooks Cash. I was originally excited for a dedicated banking app for my Quickbooks Cash and be able to use them together with my Quickbooks subscription. I think a dedicated banking app is totally necessary. It’s better than drilling through the Cashflow section to get to my banking details. I have the Quickbooks Cash debit card but to use the Money app I have to set up a whole new account. I wish they would just merge Money by Quickbooks and Quickbooks Cash. It’s really confusing and unnecessary.

Terrible service don’t waste your time. This. Is the worst payment company to use nothing is easy to navigate and you get no help I’ve tried to update my information for 10 months now I’ve given all necessary information and I’m still being told something is missing Yet all representatives can verify my information but the resolution center that makes the changes can’t Everyone just passes the buck and tell you to wait meanwhile no one reaches out to you through any method other than to tell you they’re closing your case I can’t cash out because it requires i verify my phone number with a text from the number I’m trying to change because i no longer have access to At this point I’m done calling customer service I’m done clicking links and responding to one sided emails I contacted green dot bank to issue me a refund check for the balance in my account ( you can’t close the account without cashing out to 0 but you need a undated number to cash out ) They’re issuing a check it’ll arrive in 2 weeks DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Don’t Do It !. They have costed me business cause I’m a small business owner and when I get a payment it’s for half down on the light I’m making and after the first payment that took 5-7 days to post to my account they said the next ones would be instant. And yet it’s been 4 days adhd I’m still waiting for it to go into my account m. I would strongly recommend do not use this as your business account.

Closed Account. I truly enjoyed your services till I woke up to a account closure email. I am not going to debate against your company’s policy. I have the sum of $20,000 in your app that I have not transferred out yet because I had confidence that finances are safe with you. I have not gotten any email regarding my funds in your app. I wrote to all the emails I could find online and got no reply. How do I get my Funds in your app to my account?

App takes forever to open. The fact that I cannot get on this app to see my money is a problem. Forget any other issues I may have, as it takes its time loading to open. I previously deleted the app, because of the same issue. Mostly in part, that the app would open but it was very slow to open and eventually would close out. I don’t feel that this an appropriate app for a business account.

Horrible. Made my first sale using this app on April 29,2021 and the funds still have not been released called customer service to find out all they could tell me was go to some website and chat with someone which I did and they didn’t even know what I was referring too when I mentioned this app the agent I chatted with online was with intuit. Turns out the app is run by green dot and the processing is ran by quickbooks they send you back and forth when there is an issue. Save your self the headache and find another service

It works. The product does the bare necessities of receiving income and paying for expenses. But I can’t fathom how a Quickbooks product is not able to be connected to the bank feeds in Quickbooks Self Employed or any other Intuit product. If you are looking to connect this to any online banking product it is unsupported, which means you will not be able to create any financial reports for your business.

All AMERICANS WHO BANK WITH GO BANK, GREEN DOT BANK, MONEY BY QUICKBOOKS ETC ARE BEING SCAMMED. I FILED FOR MY PPP LOAN IN FEBRUARY 2021, THE MONEY WAS SENT TO ME BUT IT NEVER SHOWS ON MY ACCOUNT! NOW WE ARE IN MAY. WHEN I CALL THE BANK MY CALLS GO STRAIGHT TO INDIA, PAKISTAN AND THE PHILIPPINES, THEY GIVE ME THE RUNNING AROUND. Basically they stole my information and took over my account and phone number so when I call my calls go straight to them I can never reach the actual bank. I can never each someone in America that speaks English etc. I hire a lawyer to help me but the situation is still the same, I still have not receive my money.

The 4.3 rating is a scam. Wish I could give zero stars. Be sure to really read the reviews. Don’t be swayed by their fake reviews to boost their numbers. The whole app and banking process is outsourced. You will have delays, lack of explanation and funds upheld. I was just told that they made a “ business decision” on closing my account. They also refused to release the funds to me, or even to return the money to my customer as I requested. Why hold the money for “up to 270 days” according to their associate? Just return it back to the customer. Choose another option, there are many.

Horrible service. Stay away from this app! This is the first time I’m writing a review in the App Store and it’s only because of this horrendous app! The app is minimal and you can’t integrate your acct in Quickbooks and can’t be seen in that app at all! My initial deposit I made of 1k went thru and then the 2nd of 3K totaling 4K for my business they permanently locked my account since 3/7/21 and I have been fighting to get some answers and my funds! There is no support and Green Dot is the bank, it’s with and if you have any issues at all your sent in a merry go round of calls! They said they would return the money to the original bank that funded the account but it’s been almost a month! I’m going to take legal action to get my funds back! I found out I wasn’t alone and people have being fled along with this since late 2020 according to their support page!

Horrible app. This is clearly something new! Signed up Saturday and tried to sign in yesterday and kept being taken to the get started screen. Signed up again and ended creating a duplicate account. If this is a new account and already having issues I DARE NOT put my money into this app. This is crazy then contacted customer service she said she could see I had a duplicate account but didnt kniw ehat options to give me from there. Very poor customer service. AND THE AUDACITY to only have a landing page as their website..... WHEM THE APP DOESNT EVEN WORK. No thanks I just wanted a business bank account but better off sticking with a local bank because this DEFINITELY is not it. You guys have tons of money get better app developers bc THIS IS RIDICULOUS! For anybody thinking about this app DONT unless you wanna lose your money

Not a checking account. This is marketed as a checking account but it’s more similar to a savings account. It takes a few months before you unlock the “feature” of mobile check deposits. You aren't able to access deposit forms or voided checks to verify to clients that this is your account. This will be an issue if clients pay you via direct deposit. There are significant transfer limits that make it challenging to fund this account to actually use it. The account is managed by QuickBooks but provided by green dot bank. Quickbook agents are unable to provide support since it’s not considered an Intuit product but Green Dot doesn’t service it either. I signed up for the 5% APY thinking this was a checking account that would earn interest. I realize now it’s a savings account that I should use in addition to my previous checking account. The APY is still great, just be warned that this is an extremely frustrating product to use and won’t be your only business bank account.

No problems. This is the first review I’ve ever written reason being I was scrolling down all the other reviews and basically all one star ratings so I figured I’d put one in for Quickbooks. I’ve been using it for about four months now I invoice all my customers thru the app and I’m alerted when they open the email and see my invoice and soon as it’s paid I’m alerted and I usually have e the money In my account available to withdraw in a couple hours. I’m a sole proprietor and do about 10,000 a month in revenue and I’ve had not one problem thus far with this app and couldn’t be happier.

Wouldn’t recommend. I initially signed up due to what I thought was convenience being offered but ended up being the complete opposite. I was previously able to send and receive ACH transfers and a few months in they restricted the service from my account with no explanation or reasoning (they said they couldn’t provide one). Deposits took forever to clear. Customer service is a pain, most reps are rude, unaware of how to problem solve or answer questions and just tell you whatever to get off the phone (if you can get them on the line) or just blatantly ignore you. I attempted to delete my account in January they told me it would be and was deleted yet it’s currently April and I’m still receiving account reviews. I’m unable to access my account via email to do it myself since that’s all they accomplished so essentially they’re getting credit for a dead account in my name. Truly wouldn’t recommend to anyone whatsoever.

Garbage. This money card/bank is worthless. I used Walmart Money card for years and it was packed with features. This card has NOTHING. Not integrated with Quickbooks as I initially assumed. Doesn’t have a simple feature to lock transactions that most cards now have. No ATM network for free cash withdrawal that I can find. Just used at the same ATM I’ve used other green dot bank cards for free...got nailed for $3.00. In addition I took out $500 cash and my debit card still shows the original balance...maybe the -500 will show deducted tomorrow???? Lame. Don’t waste your time with this. Switching to NOVO because it integrates with Quickbooks.

Good bank. Good bank but let us change the address on file and phone numbers had this problem for months now

The absolute worst.... So I normally have written zero reviews on products before but this takes the gold. I have been on hold for 2.5 hours, no support, no individual customer service representative. Disconnected twice while waiting over 30 minutes a call. I have had 5 calls to them and in that time span I have sold a vehicle, vacuumed my entire house, prepped a house for sale, and still have yet to speak to anyone. I have had funds “pending” for almost a month. If you are looking for a business solution to match your quickbooks online accounts avoid this sham and save yourself the trouble. It’s way easier to go with square and eat the fees to make it easier and write them off as expenses at the end of the year. Until Intuit figure out on time customer service agents that can take calls this won’t be a solution for anyone soon.

App Freeze or crashes. I’ve been using this money app and business card for almost a year now. I’ve needed to uninstall and reinstall 5 times. Each time the app works for a few minutes or days or not at all. I’ve called support and very little help only uninstall, restart phone and reinstall instructions. Fix this issue please. So frustrating

Won’t let me create an account. I was told about quickbooks by some associates and was excited to try it out, but every time I try to make an account on the app it tells me that it can’t create my account at the time, and to try again later. Not sure why I’m getting this error as I’ve checked and double checked my info multiple times and everything is right and it’s beyond frustrating.

Scammer. I had an account with them and all was going well. Then last weekend they “randomly” closed my account with out my knowledge, kept all the funds I had in the account for no reason and with out even telling me . I asked why did they close my account (all was legit). The rep said “they can just do that if they feel like it , as a business”. Then said, if I want the funds in the account, that I have to call all my customers, have them call their banks as if it were fraud, then collect the funds from them another way if possible. Do you know how inconvenient that is? All the work I gotta do just to get my funds? They would then think I’m up to no good or done. I’m definitely bringing them to court.

Can’t even apply for an account. I complete an application and I get a message that an account cannot be complete with the information provided. No explanation of what information is incorrect. The message suggests applying again but there is no way to do so. The only option given is to log out and upon logging in again the same message pops up with no option except to log out. Thus I’m in an infinite loop of logging in and out. Incredibly there is no option to get assistance either. I expected much better from a large company. This app is clearly not ready for use just yet.

QuickBooks Money is a Nightmare. The app should be avoided at all cost! I can’t imagine a worse experience. I signed up for this service because their advertisements offered quick and immediate availability of funds. I was paid by a client 9 days ago and still have not received a single dollar. I was advised today by QuickBooks that I must wait 5 more business days for access to my funds. This means they will be holding my money for more than two weeks. In the age of Zelle and Venmo, this service stands out as deceptive. Meanwhile, they already deducted their hefty $370 fee for this atrocious service. Their customer service is equally frustrating. The agents who answer the phone can do no more than walk you through their awkward app. I have been furious about the advertising deception and kept trying to get help getting to my funds. In total I wasted over 6 hours on the phone with their agents to no avail. It is a crooked setup designed to charge high fees and hold on to your money as long as possible. STAY AWAY FROM QUICKBOOKS!

ALL PROBLEMS DO NOT USE. They’ve held every payment I’ve received for “review” and when I’ve called no one can tell me why or how long it’ll be held for. I currently have over $1500 being held that every rep has told me should have been released two days ago, yet it has not been and no one can tell me why. This has happened every payment i’ve received. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Use square or paypal or ANYTHING ELSE THIS IS GARBAGE.

No back buttons.. I made the mistake of putting that I got the app for a business account since I have one with QB already and now I am stuck in a indictable loop of opening a new one. Horrible app only 10 seconds in.

URGENT!. This app worked perfectly fine for months and now it keeps glitching up and getting stuck on the same screen and won’t scroll or anything! It’s frustrating especially since it has to do with my money so please fix this asap!!!!!! Cant access any bank info!! Urgent!!!

Can’t log in. Seeming to have same issue as many others here. I cannot log in. Get errors every time i attempt to. I know it’s accurate bc I’m using my dreaded QuickBooks login and it works fine there. Very frustrating.

Doesn’t sync with quickbooks online with cash account. I have an existing quickbooks online with cash account. Used the same email to log into this app, and instead of syncing with the existing account, it created a new one.... now I have two quickbooks online accounts with the same email.

Decent Banking But Can’t Sync to Trackers. It’s good so far for banking. I like that I can link it to Venmo. However, I don’t like that it can’t integrate with any net worth trackers — even ones made by Intuit such as Mint/Credit Karma.

Junk. This app is a joke! I’m canceling this garbage before I even get it setup ! Fix your bugs and issues and you will get more actual qualified users! I can’t even get my funding accounts set up .... your page to add my other bank accounts is frozen. It’s not on my end so don’t even try your excuses! Dam good thing I already have other real brick and mortar business accounts!!!!!!!

Not the same as QuickBooks Cash. This requires you to apply for a new account and is not the mobile version of QuickBooks Cash. QuickBooks Cash is the bank account with the same features provided by QuickBooks online.

Headache. I signed up for the app first and got approved. I then received a cancellation notice with no explanation. Afterwards I logged into my quickbooks account and applied again which I got approved. Now I’m not able to log in on the app which is stressful.

Usability Issues. This app is ok but am not liking the contacts menu. It has no option to remove a contact you created.

Closed my account. This is not even worth the time it takes to set up you can’t nearly as much business transactions as you can on PayPal this quickbooks app is not good at all good luck of you use it

Worst payment app ever!!. I had 4 deposits made by clients and that was 3 weeks ago , all transactions were debited from their accounts , BUT ALL PAYMENTS ARE STILL IN PENDING STATUS AND HAVE NOT BEEN RELEASED. I called Quickbooks, intuit , and every account linked to Quickbooks and everyone i spoke to didn’t have any clue about QuickBooks money and couldn’t help me

When 1st making account... It takes forever to get paid

Half a star. The app does not stay logged in and when I do log in I have to start over signing up after I have provided my bank account information I feel like it’s a scam I need answers immediately

Worst app. Won’t release money paid. I clean houses and thought I would try this out. I had a customer send a small first payment for a trial run. They will not release my money. It just keeps saying it will let me know soon when to expect the money to be available. This was 4 days ago 🙄.

There is no option. There is no option for me to apply for business banking. It said come back, and coming soon. I thought you already have it ready for businesses to apply.

Trouble issues. I can’t login. Because. My mess. On my end It won’t let me login. I keep get this account is not. Working. But go sign up it tells something totally different. That u need sign in lol

Non Functional. The app freezes and doesn’t allow me to have access beyond being able to view my balance

Freezing. This app is currently freezing constantly on iOS 15.3.1 on iPhone 13 Pro. It will launch and immediately freeze. I have uninstalled the app and all data and re-setup and still no change. Please fix.

Great. This app is great when i can use it. Most of the time it freezes. But when it doesn’t it’s wonderful

Needs improvement. Love how easy to use this App is. So far little To no regret from me but My customers are wondering why can’t they add a tip, where can they leave a tip. So adding a tip option would help alot thank you.

The worst. App is glitchy at best. One minute it works, the next update it doesn’t get past the logo screen and you have no access to your business banking account. There is literally NO— I repeat—NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beyond the worst.

What horrible reviews. I saw an advertisement for this card and thought it would be great for my business. I read reviews though and they were absolutely horrible. I think I will stick with my current bank.

Crashes as soon as i open the app. i have money available but each time i open the app, it crashes/freezes. good app but the freezing/crashing ruins it all

No support.. Can’t get any help! Call QuickBooks and they have no idea what this app is. I can’t even sign in. I already have a QuickBooks Money account and the sign in page asks me to sign up, but I’m already signed up, and Yes! Im trying the sign in not sign up.

Signed up once. It makes me sign up every time I open the app even though I have the email saying I was approved and everything..... I’m not going through this......

Confused. I already have a QuickBooks checking account, when I download this and sign in it prompts me to apply for a new account,, I want to login to my account i already have: don’t want to open another account. 🤦‍♂️

Needs work. We need to know when the funds will be released and date and time not “ funds will be released shortly”

Fees. If you are currently using PayPal...Square or another payment source my suggestion is you stay with it. I have used this service twice with incoming revenue of $800 and these guys charged me a total $50 for processing etc. for both of those transactions. Those fees in my mind relate to title pawn interest. If your customers have Venmo you can use that with no fees whatsoever.

Junk. Zero customer support, sign in/sign up is a viscous loop, & now it’s created a different “company” tht has corrupted my QB Self Employed account. Can’t imagine how this made it out of whatever testing it did (or didn’t) get. I’ve attempted THREE calls to what QB calls “support” only to get nowhere in two hours. There is no response to emails, no chat, no solutions.

Won’t allow me to link account. I have the card already but it won’t allow me to link my card. I didn’t sign up for the card through the app I signed up for it through my original QuickBooks account and now when I tried to sign in and link the card to the money app it says I need to get a new card.

Can’t receive money on time. It had received fund from square for my business, but it wouldn’t show in my account. I didn’t know where the money went. I will close my account today and get a regular business checking account from a actual bank.

Payment. I am very dissatisfied with the services that Quickbooks has rendered to ideal Pressure Washing thus far I am am a newly small business owner and financial revenue is very important I am not able to process invoice payment nor direct deposit

Card been declined for 2 weeks straight. My money been stuck on these app for 2 weeks I can’t even take it off I can’t even make a transaction they decline the card They give you run arounds about how they working on the problem I’m still haven’t fix anything I will be contacting my lawyer about this

Password reset. I have issues changing my email and password. How can I do this please

Crash. This app crash too many times it says not sync and won’t let me send invoice or view my account balance. They just increase the fees and subscription wondering what they doing with the money when they app remains unturned and almost useless

Great app!!. Love this app! So easy to use for everyone all around. Fast and inputting details is flawless. My only wish is that it synced with my QBO. Other than than. AWESOME!!!!

Scam,,, don’t use this app. If I can give this zero stars I would. This is the worst, our money has been held for over 2 months and we can’t pay our bills. The customer service is a freaking joke. Don’t waste your time, please don’t!

Hacked. Someone hacked my account and when I tried to contact quick books twice this morning, they hung up on me both times. I gave them fair warning that if they hung up on me a third time that I would leave this bad review. They have the sorriest support team that I’ve ever encountered Goodbye Money by Quickbooks

App Glitches. I have set up an account today and verified all info, got approved, etc. anytime I sign out and sign back in or the app times out it asks me for my EIN, SSN, and all info over and over again. Cant navigate the app without it shutting down.

Closed my account. I’ve seen a lot of reviews and it’s so heartbreaking that my account got closed with funds in it and I still got an email saying my funds has landed and now I still can’t access my account I think this account or website should be reported cos there’s a lot of fraudulent activities carried out by them😤😡

Do Not Download this App for your business. Do Not Download this App to send invoices out for your business. Use Pay pal or Venmo. I sent out an invoice to a client using this app, the client paid the invoice. Quickbooks money app has been holding my funds for 4 weeks now. Beware of this app you guys. I wish I would have check the reviews before using.

Freezing then crashing. It just doesn’t work. I reinstalled it and it worked once now it just won’t work it just freeze then crashes. I reinstalled it again and did a hard reset on my phone and nothing

Mr bean. One of the most useless app I ever seen. Open one then send a request to my client it won’t let them pay but one could finally do but after 24hours of payment it says my account is on hold and I should call the number on my card. Don’t use it they are scammers they need to be brought to book or They just fix the app
