Toast. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t understand why you have like 12 different websites. And they all send you to a different form. It’s very frustrating to try to check my pay stubs. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Paycheck whenever. Honestly the ability to get paid out for the money you already earned whenever should really be an all jobs thing.

This card is literally the worst thing I’ve ever used. I can’t use it to buy things online. Like it won’t work with PayPal or anything. There is also zero help on how to fix that. Anybody involved should be ashamed that they’re advertising this system

Ruined Christmas. Card was hacked. Incredibly hard to get money back. They said I had to wait till the pending purchase was cleared. Then had to dispute the purchases in writing and then I might get my money back after 7-10 business days if the accept it. Meanwhile I have bills and its Christmastime. Not happy. Be warned. You have zero protection. This is not a bank.

Eh. I use this app for work and tbh it doesn’t cause issues it just only has three buttons and i feel like could have more information about my paystubs and profile. Its stupid

Great App for Tip Sharing and Transparency. This is the first place I have worked that uses this app. It’s excellent. I get updated tips and hourly wages to expect on my paycheck nightly. We don’t use the debit card so I can’t speak to that, but it’s excellent for any establishment on a tip pool.

Update changes. Prefer the old format so much more.

Bug Issue Trying To Get Payout. I’m Trying To Payout My Earnings But The App Is Not Allowing Me To Confirm The Pay Out Please Fix This Issue I Can’t Tap The Button To Confirm The Payout

Make it easier. I’m employed by 2 different places that use Toast and I can only log into one. Ridiculous!

Problems. There are way to many problem as in it take 72 hours to get my money that i transfer to my account

DOES NOT WORK WITH CASHAPP. TLDR: Bank account and card it comes with doesn’t work with outside payment apps and only allows 2 monthly money transfers. I Tried to connect it to my Cashapp, bank account, Venmo and even PayPal and it doesn’t connect to any of these services because they see the Toast card that the account comes with as a “Prepaid card.” It’s very unfortunate because the app advertises that you can access your tips and pay early but in order to do that you need to have direct deposit on for the Toast card. However if you do have direct deposit to the card you won’t be able to add your card to any official outside money services like Apple Pay or google pay and if you want to move money out of your account it’ll take you 2-3 business days every time and you can only do it twice a month. Also you need to use their desktop website in order to change your direct deposit to anything else (which I highly recommend doing if this is your only way of getting paid.) THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO DO THIS besides maybe calling the company yourself. The only use this app has is allowing you to see how much money you’ve made daily and that’s about it. If you are a company I recommend using a more convenient payment app for your employees. NOT this one.

broken app.. When i log into the toast app, it tells me i can’t experience anything due to “new updates” but it’s been 3 weeks, and it’s the same.

Horrible. Horrible customer service

Horrible. It’s a terrible way to do pay for tips “same day”. My payout was 60% available for pay out and i didn’t hit payout right that second. Closed my phone and went back into it and guess what?! It DISAPPEARED. So i cannot access ANY of my money i made LAST night.

👾. A good Idea can be display the total amount that you have already earned, on top of the Weeks totals Section. So you don’t have to click each day to do the math.

Bad Experience. I have the correct log in info but it keeps sending me to a “you user isn’t apart of any restaurant” screen. I’m trying to gain access to my W2’s which is on Toast. Been struggling for days.

Unfortunate.. It is unfortunate that people are having to participate in an app like this. With 24 hour service that isn’t helpful that just sends you back to a number that either isn’t in service or the availability doesn’t fit within what their statements are trying to convey. It’s just overall exhausting and disappointing. There are so many contradictory within the policy, it makes my head hurt. If I was a patent lawyer, I would have a field day. There are so many errors and other issues with this company/app that should’ve been fixed before we release it for public use. I’m already used to disorganization in the workplace. I shouldn’t have to deal with it when it comes to my money as well. it just all seems a little shady.

CANT SIGN IN. Ive been trying to sign in and it says my password is wrong and that my account is locked now i tried to send a password reset from the app and it doesn’t work so i tried to sign in on the website and GUESS WHAT?! IT WORKS MY ACCOUNT WASNT LOCKED AND MY PASSWORD WAS NOT WRONG APP IS LITERALLY BROKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t get the roast card. Never ever get the toast debit card. You can’t used it for nothing. No Venmo, No Zelle, No Apple Cash

Difficult to add direct deposit. Been trying to figure out how to add my direct deposit for weeks…this shouldn’t be that hard

Login is a joke and customers service. Can’t login because they updated it regularly and when you try to login it says Your user is not active in any restaurant; please contact your restaurant admin or Toast support if you believe you have received this message in error. And it says my password incorrect I’ve changed it multiple time still doesn’t work I even call customer support they couldn’t even figure anything out how to unlock my account and I couldn’t hardly even understand them

Haven’t been able to log in for weeks. Every time I try to log in it says the password is incorrect even though I JUST reset it. so then I have to click forgot password and have them send an activation link to my email which I NEVER receive. Horrible app.

Horrible Application and Terrible Customer Service. If I could give 0 starts I would! Toast Pay Card is one of the most horrible things to happen to my work place, Toast customer service is just as bad. I never have ever written a review but I am getting on here to write one because I am tired of the trouble it has not only been giving me but my coworkers. To start of, there are random fees added to your purchases at random times (I paid $33 at Cracker Barrel and was charged $43 on the card, it allowed E-PASS to process $60 worth of charges and then took MONTHS to give me my money back and the process was terrible). Customer service has no idea what they are doing, their “developers” are just as bad. Have had to describe what is my problem and why it’s not working several times only to be transferred from department to department because no one knows what the heck they are doing. I absolutely hate the toast pay card service and would not recommend My Toast to anyone I know, not even my worst enemy.

New update 😡. What happened with the new update? My pending shifts and previous shifts are gone!!!

Difficult. And also I don’t have a freaking pin to take money out or anything. So weird.

Doesnt Let Me In. I’ve registered my account, had no issues logging in for about a week, and then forward was not able to log in. I’ve reset my password and everything. I log in, and then it tells me to set up face ID (which i have already authorized) and then it resets no matter what option I hit. Long story short, I signed up to be shown the log in page rather than my pay. I also haven’t got my paycheck, but that could or could not be related.

BEWARE. App is garbage. Not only is it useless but the design is awful as well. Don’t expect to get paid. It will show your hours worked, but doesn’t tell you payroll dates or even organize what days are in the payroll period. This will be the second week of no direct deposit. Meaning 2 paydays missed. Highly inconvenient and VERY frustrating. Doesn’t show you your paystubs either. Stay far away from this app

App keeps crashing. I deleted and redownloaded and it still keeps crashing. Pls fix

Helpful!. My company doesn’t use the card, but all the other features are very useful to me. Site is very easy to navigate.

can’t switch locations. i just left a job where we used toast and started a new job where we also use toast, but the app does not allow me to switch locations. the password i use for my payroll with my new job doesn’t work to sign into the app so i can’t view any of my current job info because it’s stuck on my old job and won’t let me change it. i can access everything in a web browser but the app is trash and won’t let me switch locations. there’s also no where on the app to contact customer service.

Employees that work other places with toast. Employees who work at other places with toast can't log in with the same email. Or when they do their other job info comes up. Can't there be a way they can have multiple jobs and be able to see their paystubs from each job? If Toast wants to expand they need to figure this out. Frustrating for me and them!.

Money Transfer Unavailable. Unable to proceed past the phone number verification to transfer my funds to my bank account. This is rather problematic. There are two remaining transfers this month.

Password reset does not work. I need this app to see my paystubs and make sure i’m getting paid accurately, and I’ve been trying to sign in with the password that I am 99.9% sure is correct. When I try to reset, it just gives an error message. Never sends an email. I’ve even tried the “organization name” or whatever and that doesn’t work. Even though it’s the one the company gave me. Been struggling with this for months and hoping they fix this bug.

It’s good but won’t load my paycheck page. It’s a good app but it will not load my pay page to see all of my paycheck and period documents I’m not sure what the problem is but it seems to load the days I’ve worked in the week might wanna take a look in to that.

Broken app :(. I made an account online on the Toast Payroll website and to make it easier, I thought it would be better to have the app. But nah. Whenever I try to log in, it says “there is no account associated with this email or password…” like, what?? Either they NEED to make a Toast *Payroll* app or they need to fix whatever problem it is they have with the login process because this is ridiculous, seriously!

Great app but. It’s a great app but the option to get same day pay needs to be able to change the amount, instead of the take the full amount. If there is already way, I haven’t be able to figure it out. As for the card I feel like it need more control options like other apps, And lastly it is not compatible with cash app unfortunately. It does woke with PayPal tho

Can’t use the app. Every time I open the app to explore it says you all are making changes and will not allow me in

Pretty intuitive, mostly great. The app itself is pretty streamlined, and pretty intuitive. The same-day wage pay is a nice feature, but you can’t choose the amount. It shows ATMs in the area that are “free of charge” and then it charged me a $3 fee at my own bank. I’m curious if Toast gets some incentive for you to use the toast card, such as collecting data. It is a great app for keeping records of work statements, which is nice. I’d love to see integration of apps like cashapp or Zelle. Or even just transferring my money directly to my bank account. I haven’t found that option yet, but maybe that’s user error. Looks great, and has the potential to be great.

Terrible. This app is so bad, i cannot believe they are still in business. I have had to change my password 4 times and i still cant see my paycheck. What a joke

Decent. app does what it should but I wish it would give me an estimate of what my paycheck is maybe even after tax, I did the math and I’m fairly sure it includes cash that I’ve already been payed

Login. I’m the only employee in my company that can’t login to the app. I’ve been trying to login for months now. I’ve called customer service, sent an email and tried changing my password. I don’t get a recovery email when I try to reset my password. Customer service can’t seem to figure out why I can’t login. Emails don’t get responded to. I’m just confused on why nobody else has had such a hard time with this app besides me.

Can’t sign in. Recently my job has switched over to toast and it’s really useful for guest orders, clock, and pay. But unfortunately I’m not able to sign in on this app due to the app not having a company code option on sign in. I can only use the web version of toast payroll and I don’t really have access to a internet browser. If this can be fixed so I feel organized that would be great.

THE WORST WAY TO RECEIVE PAYMENT. 0 stars! Not user friendly at all. If your job wants to use the Toast card as payroll RUN. Not only will you be missing money, you won’t know when to expect your money and/or won’t get it on time! Finding a new job because of this travesty

Worst Payroll support. Trying to log into this app as an employee to do the most minimal tasks such as change your password is near impossible. I keep deleting this app because it’s basically useless. I can’t log in and there is zero support from Toast.

Hours per Shift. It would be very helpful to be able to see how many hours one was clocked in per shift on the app. Or if that can be included in the pay history - instead of it just being that total hours worked. I would like to see an option with per day clock ins that are available after every shift.

Login doesn’t work. App is not able to log me in. I know I have the right email and password. App is bad

Can’t even login. LITERALLY just got off of the online platform with the ability to login fine, including FaceID, and now my account is blocked on the app after getting sent an email (I never received) to reset my Toast password. That’s not what I wanted to do. My password online was obviously fine, whether typed or with FaceID. Such a let down.

Can’t reset password. Keep trying to reset my password but the recovery email never showed up in my inbox. I resent it multiple times but still nothing. I then tried logging in with what I thought was the password a few times and was told my IP address was now blocked.

Change it back to how it was before latest update. Fix the iPhone app - coworker has android and his app was much more user friendly and cohesive

This app is broken. I have tried multiple times to log into my account on the mobile app on my iPhone. It has said every single ducking time that my email is not set up for payroll. It gets better. I go onto safari, chrome, firefox. Each one of them allows me to log in completely fine with not a single problem. Seems like you have a lot to fix. Please work on this so I can get paid.

I just need an app to check sales. I can’t log in because we don’t use Toast payroll… I’d like to be able to see the sales for the day on my phone but I guess I can’t? It also made me use captcha 10 times before it told me it didn’t recognize my email.

Awful. Have to repeat the captcha 20 times sometimes just to log in. Supposed to get paid early but this card takes longer to get paid than banks that have nothing to do with toast. Can’t buy anything online because nobody accepts it. Worst debit card I’ve ever had.

Hole Captcha, Batman!. Well, I feel like this app might be useful…assuming I’m not accused of being a robot 25 times before being able to log in. I thought I was doing doing something wrong, but the reviews prove I’m not alone. Boo 👎👎

Useless paystub. I’m unable to easily export a paystub proving my employment

Prove you’re not a robot.. The proves you’re not a robot functionality to sign in on this app is absolutely ridiculous. I spent five minutes proving that I wasn’t a robot.

Not usable.. Would love to review this but can’t access the app. Sign-in just puts me in an endless loop of captcha. Verifies and right back to sign-in and captcha. Absolutely useless.

No access to PTO. Cant access

No way to transfer money. Cant use this card on Apple Pay, cashapp or Venmo.
