Good game. This is a good game, although i wish it was more like a town builder game. Also the user interface is cluttered, busy and kinda confusing - especially for new players. I also think they should include the ability to match pieces into a 4-piece square combo like other match-3 games do. Otherwise it’s a a pretty fun game to play.

Jewels of the wild west.. HORRIBLE ! ! ! Dont waste your time on G5E... They are the worst App company ever. Every time they put out an update the app will either crash or takes you to a black screen and wont load. I reached out to G5E tech support and after them wanting a lot of info from my device they can not figure out why it happens.. I originally played Jewels of Rome and it started with that app. They suggested that I try this app and it worked okay for 3 weeks. Then here comes an update on june 1st and the crashes and black screens happened immediately. I dont think these guys know what they are doing. Dont waste your memory space on any of their apps. You will be sorry if you do. HORRIBLE ..... Itunes......please take them of your app list. I am forced to give them a 1 star rating or else you can not post your review. More clueless activity from a HORRIBLE App.

Beautiful graphics. Wild West has such appealing graphics, they make up for any flaws in game play. The story is fun and allows the player to build a pretty little town while keeping the bad guys at bay. My only complaint is the stinginess of rewards and tools. Hours of steady play can result in very little progress because of this fact.

suggestion. I just started the game and like it so far. There was quite a while before I could sign in. The sign in wouldn’t allow me to type. That was very frustrating. But was able to sign in today. I saw in an advertisement the quest to get a wagon across a river. I was disappointed that there weren’t horses or oxen towing the wagon.

Great Fun, But ...... This a fun game, but like some other games, I became trapped on a page where I had to add friends, invite others to play, log into Facebook, and reveal more of my personal data that I don’t feel comfortable doing, and frankly, with the requests. I like playing the games offered in the App Store, however, I’m not at all interested in the in-app purchasing options, nor joining a team nor giving myself a player name nor selecting an avatar. And, I especially don’t like to be forced to have anything to do with Facebook. So, if I cannot simply play the game for my enjoyment without being harassed by any number of companies that are greedy for personal data, I will be in the process of deleting this game within 5 seconds of sending this review.

Please stop the window collisions. I really love and appreciate your game and I play it every day however would you please stop the window collisions on all of the sales. I don’t even know what I won after completing a puzzle and they’re very annoying thank you

Historical and fun!. All G5 match apps provide hours of challenging games, terrific graphics, and interesting historical gems along the way. The games are intricate, but not slam dunks..some you have to try over and over, but there are opportunities for success. Rewards are good, as are the “side” games; bandits, thimbleriggers, etc…. The updates are free and advance the stories, providing many hours of enjoyment!

Another disappointment. I really wanted to enjoy this game. The graphics are good and the first few levels were enjoyable but once you hit level 10 they have made it all but impossible to get ahead without spending money on the game. Will end up deleting this game just like Jewels of Rome and hidden treasures (the pirate game) Is it so hard to make a game that people can play and progress through without having to spend cash? So many people are using games like this to forget about the state of the world today and can’t spend any additional money. Please consider your audience next time you release a new game.

Needs a way to review how to deal with obstacles. I have played this game for quite a while now, but I still have difficulty in getting rid of blockers like the gray squares with branches and the double chains. I know the info is provided when they are first introduced, but I would greatly appreciate if there was a review page offered that one could visit for a refresher. The number of plays allowed when a window opens is usually way below how many are needed to complete the event. Sometimes I end up having to use boots to get more attempts 5 or 6 times. And, of course, they have to be purchased to have enough to really make any progress. I honestly can’t figure out how the number of attempts allowed is determined. Especially when you throw in those horrid gray squares with vines.

Rules not clear. I really don’t know what I am doing in this game. I see that I want to advance to the next level but not sure how to do that. Also don’t see what all the stuff I am collecting is to be used for. One thing nice in giving you feedback is that this keyboard gives you choices of words to use, capitalizes the I without having to use the cap key, etc. wish you would use this type of keyboard in the Hidden City game. The keyboard there is much more laborious. I have now played this game for several hours and I still do not know what I am doing.

Deceiving. I have been a player of Secret Society; Hidden Mystery for a few years now. While I’m an avid player I thought to try something new. I choose Jewels of the West. I like it so far. I just have one complaint though. When I combine 3 items sometimes it only clears two. There is no indication that it is going to do this. I set it up to clear that space, sometimes using up a few moves and I finally have it all lined up and I drop the item to make three and it only takes two! Leaving me only a few moves left. Is this a glitch?

Well since downloading this game and actually getting the chance or the opportunity to sit for a little bit and test it out and being able to distract myself along with chaotic thinking at the moment I can say that I am HONESTLY TRUTHFULLY POSITIVELY HAPPY THAT I GAVE THIS GAME A CHANCE AND DOWNLOADED IT... THIS IS NOW MY NEWEST DISTRACTION FROM MOSTLY AND MAINLY MYSELF AND MY OUT IF THIS WORLD THINKING... SOMETHING THAT IS VERY MUCH NEEDED AND EXCITED THAT I HAVE FOUND SOMETHING TO EITHER BRING ME BACK TO REALITY OR TAKE ME FROM REALITY FOR A LITTLE BIT AT LEAST... I AM EXTREMELY GLAD HAPPY EXCITED THAT I STUMBLED ACROSS THIS GAME MY NEW ADDICTION!!!!

A little more help please. There are in-game directions given and demonstrated for how to use several items the first time you encounter them, but you can’t ask for help after the first time. Also, some items don’t give any explanation so I either waste them by trying them to find what they do, or I can’t use them at all (thimbles?). Without use of the boosters, it is impossible to win some levels. Also, the levels quickly get harder (next to impossible) fairly quickly. I’ve played for only a few hours, and I’m almost at a halt because the puzzles are so difficult. It seems to almost require a purchase of game boosters to move forward. I understand that the developers need to make money, but it shouldn’t be advertised as a free game if it’s barely playable without spending money. If you just want to do some puzzles a few times per day as your game ‘energy’ is available, then it can be fun (if a bit frustrating). But finishing quests is almost impossible for free.

Too New to Review **Updated*. I like the game but am slightly confused still. I’ve played this game quite a bit now and I actually like it. It’s fun to play the different areas of the game and see what you find in each spot. I’m not confused any more and look forward to playing.

Collection complete oh. This is really time consuming to accomplish as you have to win all the items needed ie, apples, boards, purses etc. Then when you do any surplus stays with that collection not just what was needed for completion. I think any surplus should trickle down into other collections. I feel I am wasting my time and not getting very far. I also never have any boosters to use unless of course I buy them. I feel I would be buying way too often and I am not doing that. Unhappy player who might be moving on... I totally disagree when you say there are plenty of boosters given out free! You might get one or two when you collect from the statues on the field. How long does two last about 2 seconds!! I read that you told multiple people the same thing. If you want to advance in any particular time frame you need to BUY boosters and the other items to help you progress not to mention the rubies that I usually only ever have 3-4 of at any given point. It takes forever to earn those and gone in an instant. No I play a lot of games and yours is geered toward making $$$$$$! Sad...nope it has gotten a little better but you need to reward loyal players more with more boosters and not just drain away any and all energy.

I really enjoy this game. Just started playing, a little confusing at first and the arrows on the map page are too small, hard to read. All that aside, I really like playing. No ads, thank God! It’s a basic match game with a little more creativity and thought went into the game.

Love the game, but…. I really liked this beautiful game a lot. Sadly, it doesn’t take long for it to be pretty much impossible to complete a task with just the free allotments. I think my mistake was making a small purchase early on while learning the ropes, so now it thinks I’ll be tempted to do that to successfully complete a task. As I got a bit better, I just got fewer attempts and couldn’t get fat. I loved the game, but I’m not paying. Deleting instead. It’s just no fun to almost move forward.

Mostly enjoyable. However there are a few boards that are impossible to clear once you get into the higher levels. And no way to skip the board despite trying to clear it after more than 30 tries! Makes it clear some boards are designed just to get you to buy extras. Most can be cleared after a few tries. It’s just those few that totally frustrate as the items are needed to complete collections.

Spend $ or play sparingly & smart. Like all G5 games, it is quality but to advance at a certain point you either Need a lot of patience or spend money. I recommend patience. The bonuses they offer are helpful, and if you have a lot of G5 friends to help you the games are enjoyable to play a few minutes a day- or, till you time/energy runs out, which is fast in the beginning 100 levels.

Enjoyable. I like winning and this game gives you that opportunity. It’s challenging yet it give more than it takes. Some games makes it impossible to pass a level and you remain in the same place forever. It doesn’t make you feel good to lose. People like to be a winners. Good game

Wild west. Well I love the game however I can’t sign back in under my account I’ve changed my password already but this game has restarted on me over fourtimes already and just the other day AGAIN!! I’m not impressed I know it’s unfortunate because I really love this gameAnd again it restarted on me yesterday I’m very upset about this I can’t keep any progress and before I was very far enough where it mattered

Frozen!!. Update 2/6. Here is my original comment me concern: have been playing Gummy Drop and Jewels of the Wild West for a long time, but suddenly, they don’t come up. I have deleted as much as I can in my email and pictures because my iPad is letting me know I need to delete some things, but it has not made a difference. Frustrating. UPDATE Today: I finally deleted both game apps and just put the JEwels of the Wild West back to try yet gain. Third time of starting over! I don’t remember which password I used for the Gummy Drop game, and it. Is just too frustrating to have to delete and download it over and over. I restarted that game three times as well. Jan Richards I’ve been happily playing this game for a few weeks. Now suddenly, it is frozen. Won’t come up on my iPad. If I could reinstall, I guess that would help, but I don’t see a button anywhere to do that. :( Jan I have started this game over for the 4th time now. That is because the system will not allow me to sign in to my previous games. I don’t mind—but now the gems have run out and there are no opportunities to add some each day as I was used to.

Could be improved. It’s a fun and challenging match game, but the rewards are out of balance - meaning the game limits your play unless you buy packages to allow you to continue to play. Then the treehouse which provides gifts, does not provide the keys needed to open the gifts - and there’s not even a package or resource you can purchase to get extra keys to open the packages. So you’re always behind. The amount of keys you get for passing a level should at least equal the amount needed to open the gifts you win for that level - so if it’s 12 to open a gift, and 5 gifts are given to win that level, instead of only earning 21 or 44, you should be able to get at least 60 keys, especially as the gifts appear for more than just passing a level, so you’re always behind. I budget the amount I will spend on games, so I may abandon this game if it’s too expensive to play daily. The other issue I have is that the resources you need to combine items are relatively high compared to the number of resources you can earn for passing a level. You run out of energy long before you pass enough levels to get the resources you need and that is just ONE resource, let alone the three or four others. If it takes so long to advance, what’s the point? The levels themselves are fun and challenging, but it’s too hard to see progress.

Fun game. I like match 3 games, and this one is pretty good! The graphics are pleasant and interesting, and the levels are challenging but not impossible. I have several games from this same company, they’re very similar in play but varying graphics keep them interesting. Kudos overall!

Fun but NOT Fun. This is a fun game but...in the beginning it had a lot of system & bug issues such as linking two of my players together, it took longer to roll out the event, etc but having been a player of Hidden City I am use to it. I was looking for a fun, simple but challenging b/c Hidden City just had too much going on. This game could be that game but as you play the game it gets to a point where you have to spend $$$ to play. Otherwise you get to play the game for maybe 20-30 mins a day & you have to wait 24hrs for in game energy to restore. I understand the need for in game purchases but when you are limited to 20-30 minutes a day due to not enough energy, the games give you no where near enough # of turns, you hardly ever get free gifts & you never have enough assemblers to make collections to continue playing. It’s a fun game but....

Oct 2020 update crashes. EDIT: the Dec 2020 update seems to have fixed the crash issue. It is a pretty fun game, but it takes much too long to make progress. Lots of puzzles are all but impossible without purchasing tools so you use all your energy to win only a couple of puzzles and rewards.

Wild West Review. I stumbled upon this game and thought I’d just give it a try. I was hooked! It’s the first thing I do while having my morning coffee, and whenever I can squeeze it in during the day. Last game I play in the evening. Sometimes it’s a very difficult challenge, just when I’m ready to quit, I finally succeed ! Love the illustrations, the music the characters and their stories. This game is a keeper! Try it, you’ll be glad you did!

Great! Just one tweak I would like.... I play jewels of Rome all the time and I love it. I think this was made to be similar to that game and any little things you could fix to reflect the seamless jewels of Rome game would be appreciated! As of now i only have 1 request to improve the game and I think once it gets played more and people become more familiar with it you may find other small “glitches” to fix (in lack of a better word). A new challenge. Every day I play there is always a new surprise, new goal, new story to uncover. It is not just a game of matching, it is a journey to help and build a town. As one progresses in the game, you meet the people of the town, watch them thrive. With each win you can see your contribution in the town’s development.

Wild West. Pretty fun, but would like to know how to spend my gold! I absolutely HATE the fact that if we win, we still lose a life & have to use energy to play again. If we win a level, we should be able to play again until we lose. Also, I have 90k+ gold. What is it good for? Definitely something you need to change to keep me playing.

Feedback. Since I just started this game today, I am enjoying it. But sometimes I feel that we don’t get enough time or turns to finish certain games. Being a senior citizen and disabled, I do play the games a lot. I just get frustrated sometimes when it seems an impossible task. But I do enjoy the games.

Great App Support. I’ve tried all the apps from G5 Entertainment and this is by far my favorite. I recently had a device issue and contacted the support team. My issue was resolved within two days (would have been one, but I could not figure out what to do). I had the same device issue with another app, different developer, and to this day have not had one response but they still renew my subscription until today. I cancelled it finally. So thank you for assisting me so quick.

Fun so far. The match three part has started as most do, it’s reasonable easy starting out. The premise is cute with the locations and storyline. You get quests to complete which involves “finding” items in the match three locations. They only downside I’ve found in the first two hours of play is the number of quests build up faster than you can work on / complete them.

So far so good.... I just started this game, so everything about it from the graphics to the storyline seems perfect! I just hope that this Find Three game doesn’t end up like all the rest, which is requiring you to hand over your precious money in order to advance!

Typical Match 3 Game. This game is no different than all the other G5 games (and there are a lot of them!). It’s difficult to really advance much without spending real money. Since I am an extremely casual player this is fine with me but for anyone looking for a game to spend a lot of time and energy on, plan on spending a lot of money as well. Other than that the graphics are good and the game mechanics are fairly easy to master, so all in all an OK game.

Not a bad game!. Jewels of the Wild West is a good addition to the jewel games from G5e. Decent enough story line, the moves available in a puzzle appear to be sufficient to enjoy making matches, and like the other jewel/match 3 games G5e offers, good tech and planning went into the game play to offer smooth playing. I have loved playing match 3 games since the beta days of Bejeweled. I think I have played them all, or at least tried them all. I continue to play Bejeweled 2 for one single reason, I never have to pay money to solve a puzzle or have a good time in the game. My main criticism, and why I deleted the other G5e games on my phone and iPad all come down to the same criticism. This is a game, not a college payment. I come to games to escape from the world for a little while, exercise my brain in a different way, and enjoy myself. Not spend a car payment on items I should be able to earn in game play. I know, games are a business, and I support capitalism with all my heart and soul. But, maybe, just maybe, the developers and owners could remember that the players do not have all the gold in the world to spend on a game!

Wild West. I like the game. I don’t like how the sheep that you need to drop to the bottom don’t appear in time to be dropped with the number of moves you have left. I can handle not getting them down, but when they don’t even appear, that is frustrating. I absolutely hate the levels that take 3-4 days to finally beat and you don’t have any powers to help.

Never gets better. This game doesn’t fail in the match three games. I thought that you do not fail in your giving of newer levels I’m glad it’s not just the same all the time and you are doing great at new challenges. Keep up the Fantastically awesome job!!!

Go Wild West, Young Man!. This game is great fun for most any age involved. I’ve played it for a long time and just when I’ve settled in and can just about play with my eyes closed, updates occur that throw things (me!) for a loop and here I go again. I love it and would highly recommend this!

Dont want Medium. I was looking for a non-woke, non-pagan game. It was going well, but then the next building was the ‘medium’s parlor.’ They just gotta add anti-Christian stuff. They cant seem to help themselves. Like, what town in the wild west would add a witch before an actual church? We all know first would have been a saloon, general store, livery, ranches, homes, then church and post office, telegraph, school, drs office, sheriff, etc. church would have come way before a ‘mediums parlor’, if a witch was ever even allowed. I want to re-start this game and never click on the witchs parlor, but it wont allow me to re-start, so the only option is to delete the game.

Entertaining — a little different. You can make fairly reasonable progress with spending a lot of money. To get to higher levels, it’d be hard not to pay for access. But there are lots of different tasks and mini games. It says engaging

Really like this game. I play a lot of the G5 games and the more I play the more I notice a lot of this that make me mad! (1) even when I play everyday it says I missed a day (2) when you use a color bomb or what ever it’s called it doesn’t take out all of them (3) when to move object to let it moves it to the right or other way around Don’t get me wrong it is a great time consuming game gets harder and harder

One of the best. It’s a fun match-3. Lots of story and events. Suggestions: I want to turn off the voice but the only way is to turn off sound. Music can be turned off but it would be nice to have a volume slider so we can listen to podcasts while playing. The sheep are creepy to me but my wife thinks they are cute. The protagonist is very pretty once you get used to her eyebrows. I don’t know what my wife thinks about that.

Balance. I do enjoy playing the game however I will agree with other reviews. It could be more balanced in allowing you to succeed in upgrading without always having to purchase diamonds. The rewards are usually very minimal or don’t relate to what is needed or can be used. Personally I have spent money buying diamonds but I have grown dismayed at the lack of success. Overall it’s a fairly fun game especially if you enjoy spending money

Boosters. I spent hundreds, literally, of dollars buying gems so I could make it through levels before I got smart and deleted the game. The game is addicting! There are some levels you cannot get through without purchasing helpers, you can tell yourselves differently all you want but it’s simply not true. I’ve downloaded again but WILL NOT buy helpers this time. You’re like pushers and I have been your junkie. 😂 LOL. I won’t get hooked again.

G5 games. Download and play ONLY if you want to pay A LOT of money to win. I just played one session 12 times and still have not completed it, because I have no diamonds, hence you loose. I did buy 5$ worth of diamonds and they were gone in one session. Nope, these guys are greedy greedy greedy. I am deleting all G5 games from all of my electronics. And I have PAID and PAID. One game I’ve been playing for several years. DELETE DELETE! These games are well done, have beautiful graphics and are fun to play-if you pay. I’ve paid enough. Shame on you. No children should ever be allowed to download these games- it’s highly frustrating and you can’t win. I am a GRANDMOTHER-and started this to play with my grandchildren, they lasted less than a week. I’ve continued, I can afford to pay, but now I’m done. Goodby G5 and good riddance.

It's your average match 3 game. Like all the others this is just a match three game, I give less than 5 stars because they give a lot of tasks to be done at once and your energy doesn't refill fast enough. That's why it's only 4 stars and not 5 Great if you're looking for up to 20 minutes distraction, not so much if you get into the story lines and cannot continue because you’re out of energy. Fun and challenging like most other games from G5.

Great. I enjoy this game very much. Only complaint-The advertisement for a specific fast food chicken restaurant shows up a lot. You don’t get any gems for watching it. It says you receive gems for watching advertisements but you never get anything from this particular ad. I get tired of seeing the advertisement, so I close the game.

Likeable but irritating. I’ve played this game for a while now. Gotten up to very high levels twice, only to have the game crash or freeze and lose all my progress. I cannot create a G5 account on an IPad. I’ve tried asking for instructions on how to create one, but those didn’t work. I like the game alright, although some of the levels get overly challenging and I don’t believe any of these time wasting games should be that way. My suggestions would be to make it easier to create an account, you know, like any other game that isn’t a g5. And also, lighten up on the challenging puzzles that make you play a level dozens of times before you get actual combinations you can use.

Gameplay is good. but many levels are made too hard and waste the entire energy supply for more than a day. All the gun stuff is really off putting. This game takes a lot of space of my device I wish it was simpler. The stories are lame and I always skip it.

Jewels of the West. I really enjoy using brain power to play this game. Its so much more than just matching 3 of a kind. However, it is very frustrating that you have to keep buying jewels to complete higher stages. Is becoming too expensive so may have to quit.

I like the game and all the different scenes and levels, what I don’t like is the lack of sufficient moves to complete a level then you run out of energy and are invited to buy more or wait hours till it charges. Relaxing. I like a game I can play where I can zone out and enjoy the story line without it being too much. This game does that for me.

Videos. I’m watching at least 10 videos and only getting 1 or 2 gems.

G5games forget. I downloaded this game before checking out the reviews first to see how good it was but if you decide to download it then forget it. I have downloaded games from these developers before and I have found them not very good. They seem to go nowhere and although they have levels showing it seems not to let you go anywhere. I was asked to find a gun in this game more than once and instead of saying directly what I was to do the game just kept going back to the same place. It is so frustrating and stressful that I deleted it. I have one other game by you developers and I’m thinking about deleting that one as well although it is not as bad as this one. Looking for good games are far and few between as we Aussies say. The games you put out are more amid at adults and children who are in early teens who should not be playing half the games that are put out. Two stars and don’t know why as you don’t deserve any.

Crashing. I love this game in fact I loved it so much I downloaded The other two. Things were great the first few months but I am getting frustrated to the point where I am going to give all 3 away as the games are constantly crashing. It is driving me bonkers! Why is this happening? It’s been going on for weeks and seems to be getting progressively worse 😡

Addictive match 3 game. Easy to play, colourful and animated puzzle game, Increasingly difficult challenges with restricted moves as you progress. Quite addictive. If you're determined not to pay for anything, you will quickly use up your limited energy stores once you reach medium difficulty levels and then you need to wait for energy stores to replenish.

I paid to have 15diamonds was given the tick and you took my money but you said error occurred and I didn’t get the diamonds but you kept the money not happy about this it’s like fraud to me. Thank you for getting back to me my money was refunded the next day so eventually all worked out in the end so thank you again.

Cannot Access game. After the zeppelin adventure finished I cannot load the game anymore. The G5 welcome screen shows for a second or two the it flicks over to the main screen on my iPad. It’s there in memory but won’t go any further. Tried refreshing the iPad , no luck. I was enjoying the game. ☹️

Wait and see. So far so good. Just stared playing this game. I’m sick of playing games that cost a fortune to keep playing. I end up deleting so many games. Hopefully this isn’t one of them.

A bit disappointed. Honestly, this is a fun game at the beginning , however, I am only at level 12 and I’m already at a point that if I don’t pay real currency to get items, I’m literally can get nowhere, not worth the time anymore

Interesting match 3 gameplay that isn't too repetitive. I like the variety of match challenges that fits well with the story line. Just wish that there were more boosters that could be purchased with coins rather than with rubies.

Good game BUT. I have played several G5 games and they are all good. I must admit when they updated the puzzles and new locations had really bright, harsh colors, so I couldn't see very good. But they are fun and you get hooked. I delete games after I loose the same puzzle more than ten times. I am playing a game, not building a new universe and I do not pay to play. Bye

Excellent game ruined by forced update. The forced update in July 2022 completely changes the difficulty of the game. Levels are much harder and more difficult to beat. This is same scam all these developers run. Game is easy enough to earn thousands of 5 star reviews, then difficulty gets adjusted. You can still play this for free, just expect having to replay levels a lot more times.

My thoughts. I’m new at playing this type of game, however I’m slowly figuring it out. Sometimes I’m not quite sure what’s best to do next to solve and move along quickly. Many options pop up on the left. Im still enjoying.

More Energy options.. Hard to play without an easier connection to get more friends. No friends = no energy, no assemblers, and you lose players with levels that require using up their tools to win. There is no tool bar to update on the profile !!

Great game but nothing new.. The game is fun with a lot of stuff to do. It’s great for what it is, which is why I gave it four stars. For me to give a fifth star a game has to bring something new to the genre. It has to be innovative. While being fun to play, this game is not an innovative game. Good time killer though.

Great way to settle my mind. I’m one of those people that has 50 tabs open in my brain as well as my actual desktop. Chaos is where I thrive. But when I need a recharge, playing this game gives me the focus I need to jump back into the madness.

Typical Bait and Switch. This the same thing over and over. At first fun, then in order to actually advance, you would have to pay real money for pixels. Sorry, but with what is going on in the world, pandemic and a lot of lost jobs, nobody needs to pay money to play a game. If the developers need money, then have us pay up front so the game is ours. Otherwise, they will probably do what I am, deleting the app and looking for really free games.

Wild West Jewels. So far so good! Very engulfing and have recommended to my cousin who is of my age (early 60’s) enjoys a lot of word games to keep the aging mind sharp but relaxing finding this awesome match 3 that is more than the “Match 3” but like another game within a game and not a boring one at that!Two fun games in one that intertwine with a story to boot!!!!

Fun, but quickly becomes a drain. I’m a pff, there aren’t ads so the only way for them to make money is for you to spend it. I would rather pay for a game than be nickeled and dimed. I’m level 15; unless I get a good run, I can’t finish a game without using items. Yes, you get items, but slowly unless you buy gems. I play to relax and enjoy a game. Interesting game. I am enjoying this game so far. I would rate it higher but, of course, it wants you to spend money. As a disabled senior citizen l don’t have a lot of that. It is a relaxing game as long as I don’t get frustrated by how hard some sections are. I was playing a similar game but it became too hard to win without spending money for boosters.

Everything has a game cost and some of us don’t have spare cash to drop on buying things. A freebie now and then would definitely set you apart from the vast number of competing games out there!

Great game. This is a great game to just sit and relax. I just wish there were more opportunities to earn gems. Well in response to your advice I’m not one of those people that do social media so it’s really hard to get gems just by playing the game.

Needs to be retuned. Love these games, been playing Jewels of Rome, this one is too difficult too early on, needs more turns. I burn through energy way too fast because the initial difficulty is too high. If they offered an all day play, unlimited energy, option I would pay for that, but at the energy burn rate now it’s too much of a money grab. I like all these games and this one is good,it just needs tweaking.

Obviously they want you spend money. I shows very quickly that the game gets harder very quickly. You have to use assistance to complete puzzles. Too few of turn to complete without assistance. Need to use the earned help icons too early

Great game, but……….. The rewards for arresting bandits accessed via the map seems to be rigged. Instead of the chests being loaded before one selects them giving an equitable chance of getting helpful assets, it looks like the contents are determined after selection. The remaining chests always seem to me to contain superior rewards.

More Rubies. The amount you have is to small for the amount of money you want me to pay 😠 Stop making the levels so HARD to win it only makes me want to delete the game not pour money into it🤨 I really like this game but I would really like to enjoy it!

Jewels of the Wild West. So far this game is pretty easy. Graphics are beautiful and beginning stages are fairly easy to master. We’ll see how it gets further on. I really like being able to complete collections and such. Let’s hope it doesn’t get so hard it’s not any fun to play

Try to force to buy. I played this game AND RECOMMENDED IT to my friends because did not contain the demons and things the other games have BUT BEING ON A FIXED INCOME we all can buy a little around the first of each month only, will probably be dropping this game. Reached lv 7 and now can not win the match 3 without buying extra jewels.

I am addicted!. I have been playing game for several years. Love the game, I get mad, spend too much money, swear off for a time then back to playing. You can win many rewards. You have the opportunities. The game always has something new and special to play. Try it…you’ll like it.

Keeps you busy. I found this game one night at work and it keeps my mind busy and stays interesting without too much focus because at my job i have to be able to stop and continue at a moments notice.

There's a new sheriff in town -. - a gorgeous sheriff! Exceptionally beautiful characters in this game, amazingly real. I especially love when you complete a Quest for the sheriff, she does this wonderful little sighing thing with her eyes, her smile and her body, to let you know how grateful she is for your efforts on her behalf.

cannot register on the G5 board. When prompted to register I cannot type in any of the fields. I cannot even report a problem because the fields will not accept my typing.

So many different aspects of this game!. I love the variety of this game and the choices it offers you to take different pathways to move forward! The storylines are interesting and the challenges are ‘doable’.

Fun puzzle game. I love puzzle games…and this one keeps my brain occupied. My only issue is there is lag sometimes, as well as I am just tired of all the games that don’t allow me to buy a “full version” so I can quit with all the ads. Such a waste of my limited game time.

So far so good. I have only played for a week now, so it is a bit premature to say a whole lot. At least there is no annoying ads so far. That is a huge plus. Still trying to figure out what the different functions do. Will let everyone know after a while.

Fun. Fun to play. Never finished any of the events because I will not pay for anything. I do think there should be more variety when you explore or open a treasure because most of the time it’s the same old things.

Some problems. I’m love this game but it is impossible to advance without gems. The best way to get those is with a Philosopher’s Stone. I have played this particular game for years and the Stone pops up randomly, but fairly often until this latest event. I have not seen the Stone since this event started. I received one in another G5 game but not in the Wild West. As a result, I don’t very play much anymore.

Pressure. i was playing the game and starting to enjoy it. Then I get a big ad that says in order to keep this game free I must sign in and agree to tracking so it can stay free and I I can continue…. there is no way around it . I did find a way, I delete the game. Sorry no tracking. Plus I won’t be pressured so you can track me. Advice to others there’s other games that you can play and they don’t pressure you.

Doesn't load. Since the latest update with the new seasonal game, the game will not load. Gets to the "continue to the game" then when you try it completely shuts down

Not working right…. Ever since the latest updates, I can no longer earn the gems to help with getting through the levels. This is true for all three of my games, Jewels of Rome, Egypt, and The Wild West. Love all three games, just hoping we can get this resolved.

Bright and colourful. The graphics are excellent; they extraordinarily bright and colourful. The game is easy to play. I enjoy two other games under the G5 family. Thank you for helping me through my quarantine period. Keep up the great work!

New player likes the game. As a new player I like this game hoping it does better than some other games by this company. If this wants me to restart from beginning after I am caught up to the creators then I will delete like I did mahjong sheriff.

Can’t play. Just downloaded new version. Have been playing past version for a long time. When I open the game it only wants me to open a new character but won’t let me. Can’t access anything in the game. Help! I miss playing.

Entertaining. Fun to play with many facets to the simple sounding premise. It’s addicting to start and the icons are just different enough that it makes the play more challenging to spot matches. It does get aggravating to find one piece of an objective at a time. Silverware set? Each. Fork. Each knife. Each. Spoon. Really?

Entertaining. I’ve been playing this game for awhile now, actually I play every day 🤗. However could someone tell me the use/ purpose of the coins? I have over 200,000 accumulated and don’t know what they’re for or how to use them !

Go Wild West, Young Man!. This game is great fun for most any age involved. I’ve played it for a long time and just when I’ve settled in and can just about play with my eyes closed, updates occur that throw things (me!) for a loop and here I go again. I love it and would highly recommend this!

RIP OFF. Started out fantastic. Then it got stupid hard to clear a level without a booster. Actually, near impossible. I don’t think I have cleared a level in 2 days. Have to spend a TON of money to get anything. I don’t mind spending a little money on a game to pass the time, but this is RIDICULOUS. I gave it 2 stars and a bunch o money before I decided I am done with it. Very unfortunate because I really enjoyed the game. Greed ruins it every time.

Wild West. This game is relaxing for me. I enjoy the story, the different challenges, and not racing against time. I play both the match 3 and mahjong. I’m not into team play, and competitions. Games for me are to unwind, play while I watch tv or listen to music.

Fun. Just started playing. So far the match games are doable on the first try, but if this is like other games of this kind, I am sure they will get harder. From the ads, I thought it would be more than just match three. But overall, would rate 4 1/2
