Hi. Phone number not working.. Yes, I’m having trouble too with trying to sign in to safelink with my phone number. I am also a safelink customer. I am still working on the issue and problem with trying to figure out how to sign in with my phone number. The saga continues. lol.

Lousy. It takes for ever trying to load the homepage.

Help. I think someone ordered a phone in my name it says I already have a account I don’t have a phone threw safelink yet.

Inconsistent. The app keeps showing not enrolled. Then enrolled, then not enrolled. Not a user friendly app at all.

Useless. Need pin to log in and can’t get one. Each time I attempt to open this app, it asks for my phone number so that it would send me a pin to verify. Then I get a text message that says “keyword not supported “. So I can never login and use the app to check my minutes or data. I’ve contacted Safelink many times. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works and so therefore the app is completely useless to me.

What’s the point?. ”Your balance is being retrieved, check back shortly” …and the circle spins & spins, just like the website. This is mostly marketing, to make it convenient to buy services…for account maintenance, the free 611611 service is way quicker and more efficient.

No updates in a year?!?. Really bad sign.

Useless. Try designing an app that allows you to login to your account. Not that difficult.

App doesn’t work. Spent the entire day trying log onto the app as new lifeline provider. Knew I shouldn’t have switch from standup wireless to SafeLink. Had zero issues with standup wireless when Concerning app. I’ll give this much customer service on phone was very helpful. Specially the last young lady she informed issues with SafeLink. Issues get resolved sooner before later

This App no longer works. I put this app on my iPad to keep up with my data and minutes on my cellphone it worked up until the recent update iOS update then it started to give me a message directing me to check my cellphone messages were I receive a message with a link to the website were you can see your data list and all every time I try to login my account this didn’t happen until apple updated their iOS so I’m not sure if you need to update your App but it’s not working & I have tried to download this app on my phone and it won’t download anymore neither. Fix your App .

Almost. The app worked for me the first few days but stoped it takes 20 minutes to retrieve my data which is the only reason I got the app and it doesn’t work

Balance. Nice app but every time I log on it tell me to ck back later for my balance well have been doing that every day for 2 wks

Links don’t work. Somehow, I ended up finding the FAQ section (no small feat, and they don’t even have that on their website!). I was trying to figure out why I haven’t been getting my minutes and my end date keeps changing. The last time I spoke w customer Svc, they said I am supposed to get my minutes on the first of the month. But my end date is the 11th? Doesn’t make sense and the end date changes before I ever get there. So I downloaded this app to try and figure it out. FAQ: What do I do if I didn’t receive my minutes? “Click HERE for instructions.” Nothing happens when I click “HERE”. Same thing happens for all the different links; None of them work! If we have this app, it should show us not only our service end date, it should explain what that means; tell us what day of the month to expect our minutes so we don’t need to guess; and tell us how many minutes we will receive each month, how much data, how much extra we may have purchased, and how much, if any is eligible to roll over and how much is not. Please stop keeping us in the dark. The customer service reps have no idea, bc every time I call, I get a different answer! Not to mention, I can’t understand them and they can’t understand me. You are being paid for the service we are supposed to be getting, so please give us some GOOD service!

Not Able to check my Balance. Got my SafeLink number about two to three weeks ago. Every time I sign into the app, the app tells me to put in my number, then texts me a link to go to their website. The website does not tell me my balance, and the app sends me to the website every time I try log in through it. Chatted with an agent online, and she told me to text “BALANCE” to 611611 to get my balance, but 611611 never responds to my text. I text Help to 611611, it shows me the options, but when I choose an option, it does not text me back with the information I’m looking for. I told the online agent that 611611 doesn’t work for me, and she said she would check for my balance online, but she wasn’t able to check my balance online either, it would always come back as an error. Website, 611611, and the app all do not work for me.

Worthless. Same message every time : “ An error has occurred! Something has gone wrong. We are unable to retrieve your account information at this time. Please try again later.”

Nonfunctional. Seriously, you cannot even log into this application. I have been on the site, they have my account and all information (the site is it’s own hassle even trying to update personal information. Submission links non functional and the app takes it to a whole other level. Try to sign in with your phone number and taken you a blank screen where it only has a

This app is useless. This app is completely useless. When I login, it takes me out of the app into a website to show me minimal account information which makes the app useless because why did I download an app if it’s just going to take me to another website when I can just go to the safe link website login and see way more information. Don’t waste your time.

Typical of SafeLink! DOESN’T WORK!!. Doesn’t work, nobody at customer enrollment/support can explain why... The main app page upon clicking to open the app, won’t accept my phone number to login after it requests I enter it. It says “ Sorry, this is only available for SafeLink customers.” I can click apply now (for new customers and it will route me to the browser and open the SafeLink website, where I can successfully login after entering my birthday, last four of social security number and a “captcha” code every time, but what is convenient or secure about that method and why have the app???!!! Errrrrr ughhhhh, SafeLink just seems to be so BAD at everything, whenever you have a problem AND there’s always a problem!

SafeLink wireless. SafeLink wireless network working much better and I love it 🥰

Not working... Everytime I try to log in it sends me a text, I go to the text and it take me to a link. I never get into the app. Why is this?

Love SafeLink. I feel compelled to share my review I have used SafeLink since 2011 and the app is such a breeze I read these reviews what a bunch of crybaby’s you log in with your number and they text a code not that hard to do grow up I love sale link

What a mess. I just signed up a few weeks ago and it’s so messed up,but then this is the government for ya!!!!!!

Sprint?. About one year ago, I kept getting notices in the mail, telling me that Sprint took over safe link and that if I didn’t respond within 30 days, my service for safe link would be shut off. They sent me a free Sim card and it worked for about a year and a half with no payments and out of nowhere a month ago. My phone just won’t let me talk text or anything unless it’s iPhone to iPhone. I have had safe link since 2011 and have never had to reapply since nothing changed in my financial status, so I don’t know what that was all about. did I get scammed? Even though sprint gave me a free Sim card and again I had free service through them for about a year or so and then with no notification. I had absolutely no phone service to use. other than that, I have had no problems whatsoever with safe link in all the years I’ve had it

Almost there!. The app works pretty well, I can see balances that I normally can’t see on the Safelink website. However, when app restarts, I am prompted to sign back in every time the app is restarted. Can you please add an option to stay signed in or at least have Face ID/Touch ID authentication?

Cannot sign up. I am tired of it saying this app is for SafeLink customers when I am a customer please fix this issue

All the Time. Why, do I have to sign in to the Safelink (application) service every time, when I didn't sign out of the Safelink (application) service in the first place. And the Safelink application doesn't refresh properly, and when it does refresh it's a blank screen page! And the notification when do they work? 100 years from now! Maybe? And I can't access my account info from the Safelink application too! Is this app for advertising only?

Would be Great if it Worked. Half of the time the app says im not enrolled. I’ve contacted support multiple times but even they don’t know what’s wrong. some times i get lucky and can see how much data i have, but 8/10 times the app is glitched when i open it so i have to guess how much data i have left. Definitely need an update for this app

Frustrating!. I’m so tired of getting “Sorry, this is only available for SafeLink customers” every time I try to login.. I AM A SAFELINK CUSTOMER!!! SafeLink is a colossal disappointment on so many levels.. of course they have a non-functioning app. 🙄

This is crap and you can’t even take it off your phone. I meant to do this through Obama phone on the phone you can’t log in with your phone number so if I can give this a half star, I would, but if I could get directions on how to take it off my device that would be appreciated

Stopped Recognizing Me. App worked great and was really helpful in tracking data. Logged out one day and the next time I tried to log it, app wouldn’t recognize me as a SafeLink member

Safelink is a nightmare. Dealing with the app only all links to website allotment doesn’t update. Support is useless and hangs up on you. ACP takes forever to approve. Still waiting a month later
