Great App. This is one of the first Email Spoofing apps I’ve used and so far my experience has been nothing but lovely, UI looks great, emails are received and sent basically instantaneously. I’m taking advantage of the premium they give to students that I’m very grateful for, and so far no negatives about the app, everything works as it should

Love this app! Incredibly versatile and powerful.. Such a powerful and versatile tool. You can easily create, edit, reassign, and remove aliases and amazingly you are allowed 15 on the free plan. Indispensable for managing online accounts, automatically organizing emails, and preventing spam. The random names it comes up with for the aliases also tend to be very entertaining. The app UI is simple and intuitive but very effective, as is the website itself. Can’t recommend this enough.

Privacy oriented. I have not seen lately so good app oriented to privacy. The price should not matter. Its small contribution to one of the best projects I have seen when privacy is in question lately . The setup, the idea, workings. So good. So so good. Try it out, trust me you gonna enjoy.

Very nice. Hide my email is nice but having something I can use outside of my phone is nice and the fact that it’s open source is an added bonus

New design doesn’t work. At least on latest iPadOS this new app design doesn’t work, can’t select a different alias on main screen; right side of screen doesn’t change independently on what alias you tap on. To fix the issue have to go to settings and change layout in Display Mode. Another issue is when using Compact Display Mode is pretty easy to deactivate alias by mistake. This new version didn’t bring a full web like capabilities but a bunch a bugs. Older version worked better and offered same capabilities!

Great service. This has been great so far. I received all my forwarding emails without a problem. I like the option to turn off aliases when I want. I like the option to add notes to aliases. I wish the free version allow you to create more aliases continuously- like only 2 per week. I hate that you’re block from creating new alias unless you sign up for premium. If I find another (freemium) service that allows that, I’ll move.

Great service. But I think it would be better to change the logo of the app like other Proton apps. We Proton users expect Proton to be the world’s leading company!

Awesome. Awesome service, awesome app. I use simple login through my proton pass membership. I can manage my aliases through proton pass or through the simple login app directly.

Promotes privacy and easy to use. Almost nothing gets five stars from this reviewer. Simple login deserves five stars. I’m recommending this app if you value privacy and ease of use. Currently using the free version and pleased enough to purchase SL’s unlimited emails next. Hopefully even more privacy innovations are coming

It works!. I used 10min mail a lot but recently apps/websites have been catching the emails. I tried this app and the first email it generated worked! The onboarding process took time but totally worth it.

Love SimpleLogin!!!. I use it all the time and it’s super useful for keeping my accounts “separated”. It works especially well with Proton, which I also happen to be mildly obsessed with!!!

So useful and simple to use. since using simple login, the amount of spam and phishing has reduced substantially. Now I able to identify which website is faulty. Grateful for such a service

Game changer. Seriously, this app is great. I got this app bundled with my proton mail subscription and it has been perfect the past privacy reasons I originally intended to get it for. Making new emails is so easy and it integrates well with bitwarden so any time I make a new account with someone it just takes a couple seconds from my Bitwarden browser extension to create a new email + strong password. I have not received any spam yet, but what this excels at is if I ever do, I know exactly who either tried selling my data or was involved in a security breach and I can just deactivate that specific email without affecting or compromising any of my other accounts.

Keep going, Simple Login.. Can't imagine my life on the internet without SimpleLogin. I love the UI of this app.

Great app… but could use a safari extension. Great app, but could benefit from further integration with iOS. In particular a safari extension (added in iOS 15) would suit this service quite well to generate email alias on the fly in mobile safari.

Convenient as needed. Makes setting up new emails on the fly easy. Only with I could delete them in the app, rather than need a computer to sign in to.

Premium Is Worth It. The $30 annual cost is worth it. I have my custom domain pointed to Tutanota and the sub domain (mail) pointed to SimpleLogin. The instructions for sub domains wasn’t clear, but a post on Reddit helped.

Give the keyboard the same look as the browser extentions. Currently the functionality of the service is great. But the keyboard app is horrendous. Please change the UI to make it look like the browser extension. Add the per website naming feature as well as the option to name it whatever you want. These two features are the two highlights of the browser extension. Idk why its not there on the keyboard.

Awesome service. Now I can sign up for websites without them knowing my real email address. Also changing over all of my other accounts to aliases too. If an alias is compromised it’s very simple to de-activate.

Life-changing technology. This simple idea of hiding my email address has completely changed my life and upped my online privacy. The app is great and you can add it as one of your keyboards too. Great. Love it.

Bug. Logging in with 1Password was a pain. I had to spam the autofill until it worked. Restarting the app didn’t help.

Great experience. If you want to retake your privacy, SimpleLogin is an excellent service to do just that. Do not hesitate.

Perfect for my use. I found out about SimpleLogin in a Reddit group and it sounded perfect for my needs. After using it for a month I do find it a great privacy solution. I paired it with an encrypted email provider so Google stops reading my email and now I don’t have to give me address to anyone thanks to SimpleLogin!! I use the browser add-in for brave and the iPhone app.

Best throwaway email app. This is the best throwaway Email app I’ve ever used. I’ve tried many. This one is smooth and works great and easy to find, select, and create. I wish the settings screen worked as it generates an error saying “this is not In the correct format” so it won’t open, but outside of that, I love this app. I recommend. Feedback would be to get the setting screen working and allow us to change the settings just like what’s available on the website. Thanks!

Great …but. I’m liking this service. There are lots of masked email / throwaway services available these days (Firefox, DuckDuckGo, even iCloud to name a few). SimpleLogin is for power users. There are lots of features in the free tier and even more in the paid tiers. While I don’t use the custom domain feature, that alone is pretty cool. The encryption stuff is a little out of my league but that’s not something I’ve seen with any other service, so that’s pretty cool too. The main reason I don’t offer five stars is because to my knowledge there’s no browser or share-sheet integration. You have to do everything within the app. It would be nice to have some way to auto-populate email fields on the fly. And I know this is a big deal so I’m not being too critical here, but it would be cool to have on the fly auto-generation of throwaway emails. Like DuckDuckGo: you can just generate new email address all day long. I realize that’s probably a lot of server or processing needs at a large scale so like I said, I’m not holding this against SimpleLogin. Just something to think about …

Absolutely a must have!. If you are serious about tackling spam in your inbox and have a fresh start. Use this app!

Here is why I did not give it 5 stars. When you reply to a message that comes from SimpleLogin it comes from your regular email. This could be really bad if you really need to be private. I had this happen to me. iCloud hide my email will hide my email when I reply to an email. There should be a disclaimer if you are assuming that it works like iCloud hide my email it does as long as you do not reply.

Extremely important for everyone to have!. Never had a problem premium features are amazing more than worth the price this app does everything it needs to and I hope they continue to make it better!

Worth every penny. Using my own domains its just amazing. Very easy to block senders to stop receiving email or just create another alias and move on.

Replying to Emails is Difficult. This app is super helpful, however it is tricky to find contacts. There is no search function, and if a contact is already added, you have to scroll down to be able to copy the reverse alias. Sometimes I can’t even find the contact I’m looking for. Please fix this issue and I’ll give 5 stars!

Legitimate game changer. This is an unbelievably cool service. So glad this came with my Proton membership. My only complaint is that there is no way to block specific sender from the app, only the browser. But honestly that’s a small nitpick when you consider how you should be using this.

Good app, but missing a couple of necessary features. If you have SL this app makes life a little easier. The two things I think are needed are the following. First, you can copy the alias, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to share it (e.g. via Airdrop). Second, the sort order of the aliases is unclear to me. On the web app you can sort by recent activity, which I find the most useful. Add those features and it deserves five stars. Thanks.

Excellent 👏👏. My new favourite toy. Some time ago my primary personal Email address appeared in data breaches, even from trusted businesses who were simply unfortunate victims of cyberattacks. Once your address is exposed out on the web, there is no undoing that. You get spammed relentlessly by malicious actors and it’ll continue indefinitely. The only way to escape is to go through the hassle of making a new Email address and assigning it to your every online account. SimpleLogin changes the game. It works almost entirely seamlessly, doesn’t feel clunky and the customisation is superb. Great website and applications, too. Like a password manager generating unique passwords for every account, SimpleLogin can do just the same for your Email addresses. So, why four stars? Though I cannot emphasise enough how close SimpleLogin gets, nothing’s perfect. A tags and filtering system for SimpleLogin aliases (including in the keyboard, perhaps) would be fantastic for digging around my plethora of aliases. SimpleLogin, you’re on the right track. Keep it up, I am happy to support you with what little I can offer.

Great service. Overall a great service that integrates very well with Proton which is a plus. Only suggestion would it would be nice to allow up to 20 aliases instead of just 10 for the free plan.

Allow aliases to be viewed offline?. I get the inability to create new aliases or see updated email traffic to those aliases, but please allow us to view our aliases offline.

Fantastic app; a must-have. SimpleLogin is very easily one of the best apps I’ve ever used. The ability to create your own subdomains for concealing your true email address from spammy websites is just second to none. I highly recommend the premium subscription, it’s worth every penny being able to customize catch-all email addresses on the fly. I’ve had no problems so far; it’s simple and easy to use, and well documented and great UI as well.

Keeping the spam away. ...and also helping me keep a bit of my privacy by confounding tracking by email. What’s not to love about that? I’ve already used it a half dozen times to disable an address from annoying websites that make it hard to unsubscribe.

Best Email forwarding service. Now i can have the alias forwarded to whichever mailbox i want. On top of that you can use this to hide your actual email address in case of subscribing services, and can destroy the alias if too may spam emails received. This is really awesome.

Keyboard doesn’t appear half the time.. Text fields in certain apps and webpages don’t show SimpleLogin as an avail keyboard. I can always see my two langs and emoji in any field.

I don’t like that email provider. My account was locked because I opened 3 accounts from some platform (facebook )

Amazing - control your inbox. This app and SimpleLogin.io have made my life so much easier. No more giving out my primary email address. Every company gets their own email address for me. When they start spamming me, I just turn that email address off. No more noise! Definitely worth paying for their yearly product as well. Easily best purchase of 2021.

No. Phone is specifically set to not show pop ups for reviews. But this one did anyway. Pretty sure that goes against AppStore guidelines, Apple’s usually pretty strict about that. Guess we’ll see.

Most useful email alias management app. I use simple login to manage email alias. In this way I can turn off those alias when too much ads were emailed to me. Life is organized since then. With simple login, we can keep only one to two emails, but we can register on thousands of websites, apps. Each is with a different email address. Let’s support the development of simple login. I hope that in the Safari extension, we can search alias, and delete alias directly in the future. Furthermore, I hope simple login could integrate with a password manager that automatically generate username, email alias and a strong password.

Take back control of your email!. You’ve just found the right way to do email my friend! Instead of giving out your one address to everybody, create new forwarding addresses easily to give instead, and they’ll all send the emails you get to the same place for you. This gives you much better security, privacy and control over your email. If the company you give the alias to has a breach, you can just replace the alias instead of your whole darn email. If the service you give it to spams and won’t stop, you can easily cut ties right then and there. You can compartmentalize by using different emails for different things, keeping your online profiles from being tied together. Simple Login actually checks all the right boxes: free, open source, easy to use, and bug-free. You can also check out Anonaddy for similar (though slightly harder to use) option, and guerrillamail for temporary emails. Was recommended to me by YouTube channel Techlore, glad to know about this criminally underrated app.
