Can’t login. I can’t logged n because the “sing up” button is blocked by the keyboard that never disappears and has no hide button on iphone. Annoying. Also my Luma 450 remote won’t pair with the project. Frustrating.

Not user friendly!!!. Sometime doesnot connect. Honestly, the time i spend on connecting the apps, i can do things with remote more easy!!!

Could be good, even great….. Device/app worked great for the first couple of weeks. I actually purchased this to use as an art projector for larger murals. A task that I found this projector is not really that well suited. Then it stopped communicating properly. Could not stay connected via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Very disappointing.

This app.... ..is an unreliable P.O.S. Once it’s connected to the projector, everything is fine. It’s the getting connected that’s the problem. I’m standing within 12” of my Luma and I keep getting “Device not found” repeatedly for 10+ minutes every single time I use it. Which is twice a day every day for the last 2 weeks. The projector goes to the screen saver because it’s idle, waiting for this Kodak App to finally do what is requisite. If I need to hang some chicken bones and pray to a totemic spirit of the Age of Communication to get this app to work reliably, then I will gladly do so. Plaz halp. Again... Please help

Terrible app, wonderful projector. Still returning.. App is so terrible I’ve decided to return the projector, even though the projector itself is great. Can use HBO max through mirroring or app download. Not compatible with many apps. IOS screen mirroring is terrible. Cant play a lot of videos. Kodak, consider hiring new developers. They couldn’t even get a decent looking UI working.

Constant issues syncing. I have lost so much time in my life trying to get the app to work. Most of the time it doesn’t sync, won’t scroll, adding accounts to apps is a nightmare. Great projector, frustrating app.

Kodak failures. Remote won’t connect after trying for an Hour to get it to. App has drop failures too, so Basically your left with navigating through a 4 way directional pad Good luck

App doesn’t work 😩. I’ve installed and uninstalled this app three times and it does not connect to the projector at all. I don’t know what else to do and there is no other options to add apps to the projector. Please fix this issue.

Projector Never Shows Up in App. Subject says it all. I’m sitting right next to the projector, my phone and projector are connected to the same wifi, and with strong signal, but the projector just doesn’t show up in the app.

Awful premature launch without QA testing. All the problems to connect the iPhone to mirror via the screen does not work . It says waiting to connect and never does. This is awful ! Did this device pass the Quality Assurance User Experience before launch ! Awful .

Won’t connect/crap OS. This thing worked great the first 2 days. Now we can’t get it to connect to our phone-remote and the remote it came with is useless. U can’t navigate through the apps, it won’t connect to pairing. The projection is great but completely a moot point since no media can connect or operate properly

Disconnects easily. It’s vía wifi not Bluetooth so there is a lot of lag

Kodak Luma 450. Having difficult adjusting the display from rectangular mode. Remote not user friendly. Not Enough features In setting to adjust display. Time is difficult to set. For the price, I should not be having this much difficulty.

Soooo bad. Seriously Kodak, hire real developers. This app is such junk. It’s nearly impossible to navigate the UI without the app but the app never connects to the projector. Once you do finally get them to connect its like navigating a computer from the 80’s. Can’t download new apps, the apps it comes with often aren’t supported and you can’t screen mirror any movie apps due to copyright so basically this is a $500 projector that only plays home videos. Go back to making film Kodak cause you are not cut out for the tech game.

Useless and Nonfunctional 90% of the Time. I really wanted to American businesses a solid when I purchased the Luma 350 projector. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I was hoping the app would make the OS functional, but I was wrong. Why have Netflix when you are unable to navigate or scroll with the cursor? It’s even worse using this app. Less functional than the awful remote. The app pairs ok, but none of the functions work right down to the power button on the app. Scroll doesn’t work. Just the tap, tap, tap to move a cursor from icon to icon in the menu, and then nothing. This will be deleted and the projector returned. Just awful.

Terrible app. Unstable at best

Screen mirroring. App for screen Murrow always get lost within a few minutes. Don’t know if it is the app issue or phone issue on connection. Kind of frustrating.

Okay if you don’t mind going crazy. Navigating in Prime video or Netflix is nearly impossible.

So much potential, but... I purchased the Luma 350 in hopes of using it to show images with fellow photographers on Workshops. Unfortunately the gallery app only allows viewing of one image at a time. There are no forward or back buttons, you have to exit from the gallery and then select another photo to load. There is zero documentation for this as well. I can connect via mirroring (AirPlay) for audio only, which kind of defeats the purpose. On a positive note I was able to play a movie off of the USB drive. Clicking on the movie file launches a native video app with good features. The Luma 350 is today’s Kodak Carousel projector. Unfortunately the lack of good software and good documentation makes it barely usable.

Absolute garbage. Took this projector on a summer fun trip with family. It took 3 hours for it to update. Then several hours to try to connect to streaming services. Multiple glitches, restarts and another 2 hours, we just gave up. Makes a rather poor paperweight, but that’s about it. Hard pass on this one.

Wow this is bad. App doesn’t connect unless I recycle my connection six times. The response on the touchpad is terrible. The app is just plain horrible. If you bought one of these, just return it

Kodak Luna projectors. Two hours so far, movie going via screen mirroring but volume is not good. No luck connecting to separate speaker via Bluetooth. Poor experience. Should be easier and better given the cost. Avoid this projector.

Useless doesn’t work. I’ve downloaded and deleted it multiple times. It only connected once to the Kodak Luma 350. Once without the app the projector is useless for Netflix since you can’t move the selections with the remote.

Won’t connect to projector. I’ve contacted Kodak numerous times to figure out how to get this to connect to my iPhone. It’s been awful. Please fix it so it’ll connect to our phones, because using the remote or device isn’t easy. Especially when your trying to play a movie for anxious kids

Kodak Luma 350. It took a long time for the projector to connect to my wifi. It does not connect to my phone by screen mirroring and I am following the exact instructions that it shows. It seems to be having technical problems and it is my first day with it.

Connection and app play. This is a good projector but there are too many complicated connection issue in regards to wirelessly streaming from premium subscriptions such as Hulu & HBO ETC.

Unable to pair the remote or the cell phone and wifi will not stay connected.. I read many reviews before purchasing the Luma 450 and everyone had the same complaint; “Unable to pair the remote or the cell phone and wifi will not stay connected.” Because of Kodak’s past reputation, I decided to ignore the reviews and made the purchase anyway but I have come to regret that decision. An error code was received during the firmware installation. I tried installing the firmware a second time and it appears it was successful but when the projector restarted, it kicked me off of the wifi (which by the way is a pain to sign into without a remote control). Additionally, there is a lag time when using the arrows on top of the device. The only fortunate thing that happened is my Roku stick plays without any problems but the volume on the projector must be maxed out in order to hear the movie. And when I’m done using it I have to cut the power because I do not have a remote! The picture quality is actually pretty good but the product is definitely overpriced. I am thoroughly frustrated with the failure to pair the device to a remote. Who in their right mind would invent a projector without a working remote that has to be paired?!…it’s as though Kodak ran out of money and threw in a cheap universal remote from Radio Shack. I can’t even begin to think why they would release an app that clearly needs work. I love gadgets but never have I experienced anything like this. I had high hopes for Kodak but this is likely going back for a refund. Geez! 🙄

Kodak luma. This is a really cool little device that has an amazing picture that shows up even when all the lights are on. However, the remote app doesn’t have the ability to connect right away and you have to go through the entire process of entering the wi-if password to then all the machine to be searchable. Also, this app and machine will only play some items but not all (I’m guessing because of copyright); what is crazy is I was playing a purchased film within the Apple TV app and it played fine, but when I played the same film within the HBO max app it wouldn’t play. Also, when I played one program in Hulu app it wouldn’t play, but yet another program would play. The item itself is pretty cool in what a tiny device can produce, but good luck having it play all that you want to watch.

Screen Mirroring not supported 2021. App is low quality for what you’d expect out of a big name brand. Screen mirroring for apple is not working for either apple or android in 2021. Last updates for Luma appear to 2017.

🤩🤩🤩. This is Awesome very Clear, Bright, Rich Colors it has a Android feel 2 it 😒😒 don’t like that Kodak Upgrade 2 Apple OS Feel, also it Needs a Battery Icon Symbol so we can see how much battery we have left when operating it do like a iPhone Icon 🔋

Bluetooth issues. I just got this and played with it for a while. With a Luma 350. Easy setup, easy connect, easy navigation, the projector is awesome. But if connected to a Bluetooth speaker. In my case Amazon echo dot. As soon as I touch anything in the app. It mutes the sound. No sound from the speaker and no sound from the projector. I was about to order a Bluetooth speaker thinking might be the Amazon echo. But decided to try it again and it automatically connected to the speaker and there was sound as soon as the movie started. Went to move the volume on the app... and wham! Muted. Edit. Went back to try it again and now it works with no problem. Didn’t change anything didn’t do anything different. It just worked. Up to 4 stars.
