horrible. i’ve had my snap touch for about a year and it used to print from the app fine but stopped working. i’ve talked to customer service and waited over 3 months for it to be fixed but still doesn’t work. i want a refund for my camera so i can buy something that can print from my phone. i’ve exchanged email MULTIPLE TIMES AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED BUT HERE WE ARE OVER A YEAR LATER. thanks a lot polaroid.

Greattttt apppppp. I have the camera it helps so much I get photos off my phone so I don’t have to take it every where !!!!! It helps adds so much 5 stars easy to unconnect and reconnect now my room looks so good with all photos

Bluetooth photo transfer doesn’t work. The app doesn’t allow for transferring images from the camera to your iPhone. The error message says: “Please change Photos settings to All Photos in order to save Snaptouch images.” I enabled All Photos when installing the app and confirmed it’s correct in Settings. Called Support and they couldn’t help me.

Unable to print pictures. PLEASE, fix this App!!!!! I am considering switching to another portable printer due to not being able to print pictures from my phone! Very disappointed!!! Loved my Snaptouch until they updated this App!!

What an amazing fresh update. Just got a notification to update the new Snaptouch App. And I must say, good job to the guys at Polaroid! It’s a nice new App with easy to navigate. I’m really liking all the editing that I can do on the app. On a side note, it also pushes a new firmware to my camera that also changed the whole camera screens design which are very nice as well! Thanks

NOT WORKING. Why did I buy this expensive Polaroid if the Bluetooth function doesn’t work!?! You can select a picture from your phones camera through the app, use a small selection of editing options, and then click print to your “connected camera” that will show a quick download but nothing actually prints.... like whaaaatt? Please fix this problem! I’ve searched it up and everyone who has bought the camera in the recent months has the same problem! Print my Bluetooth pictures!!

Awesome app, it’s a must have!. Not really sure why this app got negative reviews. I downloaded it and connected Bluetooth with no issues at all and printed a photo out instantly. It’s really neat. When I first got my snap touch for Christmas I had no idea you could print pictures sent from your phone to your camera. This is by far one of the coolest features! Way to go Polaroid !

The app doesn’t work. Got this as a Christmas gift and have wanted one forever. I was very excited to be able to print photos from my phone only to find out it doesn’t even work. What makes this so frustrating is that one of the main featured selling points of this camera is to be able to print pictures from your phone and you can’t even do that. If you sell a camera in hopes of getting people to download your app, you need to update and fix this and make sure this is accessible and working across all mobile devices. This would be very nice.

Update your phone!. Originally I was getting very frustrated with the app especially after reading the reviews. However, all I had to do was update my phone (iPhone 7+) and everything works great. Printing is speedy and they look great! Merry Christmas to me! UPDATE YOUR PHONE!!!

The app simply doesn’t work. Can’t print, can’t update firmware… the app is grossly dysfunctional: Bluetooth is on and the printer is paired, the app sees it (and my iPhone is up to date) but nothing seems to work at all. When I try to print, the app says that the picture has been sent to the printing queue but nothing ever comes out. If I try to update the firmware, the data is supposedly sent to the printer but the firmware is not actually updated. Considering the number of other similar reviews, it looks like the app has serious issues that Polaroid needs to address (instead of suggesting that customers call their support number).

Finally works!. After the latest update (app version 1.5) the app WORKS! Like actually works the first time, easily, and makes sense. New firmware (v2.0) is also more intuitive. About 8 months late, but this is the way this camera was supposed to work!

Terrible. This is literally the worst app I’ve ever used. Even when it’s “working,” I have to disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth after EVERY picture I print or it will freeze and not work. Even when I do that, it gives me an error about half the time and won’t print at all. It takes me about an hour to print 10 pictures. I am not exaggerating. Seriously, Polaroid? This app is an absolute disgrace.

It works great. I dont know why people are saying it dont print from the lates ios ‘ download the app and seriously i print it one of photos under 1 minute after connecting via bluetooth

Doesn’t work.... UPDATE: I updated my phone to the newest IOS (11.2.2) and it finally worked! The app is still buggy but I’m happy to finally be able to print photos from my phone! I was excited to get my Polaroid Snaptouch for Christmas, as the idea of printing photos from the camera and my phone would’ve been fun. I download the app to start printing pictures, only to find they won’t print. My camera will pull up the downloading screen preparing the photos from my phone but when it’s complete they never print. It will then say the printer is busy if I try to print anything afterwards. Very disappointed. Please update the app! It’s upsetting to see a product advertised in a way that turns out to be unusable.

Updates do not work.. I wish the creators left it at the 1.4 update. It actually worked. When it was updated to 1.5, it didn’t print anything. All it does is load the pictures. When I realized the 1.6 update came out, I was so excited because I thought that maybe it would work. But it doesn’t. It still doesn’t print anything. I just want to print out my pictures.

Back to crappy, dark pictures again. When I first got my little printer a few years back, it worked great. Then they updated the app and it was terrible. After a long wait, they fixed it and I was so happy to get decent photos again. Now it’s back to crummy dark photos, and trying to lighten them with the editing features ruins the already sketchy quality of the print. I can’t tell you how many pictures I’ve had to throw out, the first one is always bad. Either too dark, or I’ve over corrected. So disappointing.

The app doesn’t work. When you attempt to print an image it doesn’t print it just says it’s printing and if you then try to print something else it says the printer is busy (busy doing what i don’t know it’s not actually printing anything). The camera works fine but the app well it’s honestly trash and doesn’t function at all. I don’t know what happened with this app but it needs more than minor updates and bug fixes.

It will not let me print. I saw a lot of other people had this problem too. When I try and print something it says the printer is busy or it says downloading on the actual camera but then never prints. If you could fix this that would be amazing. But the only reason I gave it two stars is because I love the new updates, besides how I can’t print, but it it made the editing a lot easier to do so thank you for that. But the editing doesn’t really matter if you can’t print. Have a nice day!

This app is broken. The camera itself prints okay quality pictures, but the amount of bugs in the app makes it not only unbearable to use a main function (printing from your phone) but also impossible. The app freezes often, force closes itself and when going into the printing stage the PRINT button is hidden behind other options. Get it together Polaroid.

Thank goodness for v 1.6!!. Beforehand, the app was basically useless. It was so broken. I have an iPhone X and the app was not optimized for my screen size. My camera that I have had for a year now has never seen an update because the app would always crash on me before I could update the camera. Photos wouldn’t print, the user interface wasn’t extremely friendly. BUT, with the update it seems everything has changed and I am so happy! They completely redid the app and user-face is beautiful now. Had no issues printing so far. :) Suggestions- would love if there was a faster way to go through photos (maybe iPhone photo albums) rather than scrolling. Be able to change the time stamps.

Nice to have to capture and print memories.. It’s a great gadget to have to capture and print memories. There are a few firmware update glitches. Like for example when downloading the updates it takes so long to update that it times out. Other than that, I’m happy with it .

Rubbish app rubbish product. I have been trying so hard to get in touch with you Polaroid people! I tried everything i could do! The camera DOES NOT print from this app after the so called “downloading”. I have tried numerous time to UPDATE your so called firmware following your repetitive email instruction and it does not do Anything!!!! I am super frustrated with your defected product. It is so rubbish. DO NOT BUY THE SNAPTOUCH GUYS. I will NOT recommend this to anyone.

Works great. I don’t know what problems everyone else is having but for me it works great! Very easy to connect and got it figured out and printing in under 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Problems with photo size for Erin Condren Life Planner. Does anyone know how I can print two pictures on one page that will fit the Erin Condren Life Planner squares? I use the planner as a memory book for my son and used to be able to print two photos on one page that fit the boxes exactly. Since the Dec/Jan update now it only allows me print two photos that are too long/vertical. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? I keep emailing the support desk and they keep saying they are working on it. So frustrating!

Please Fix !. It’s not working again I guess Polaroid needs a few phone calls because it has been 3-4 months that it hasn’t worked properly complete incompetence

FOR IOS USERS!!! I KNOW WHY IT WONT PRINT!!!!!!. I’ve been looking at the reviews and I know why it doesn’t print!!!!!! You have to go to settings and tap BLUETOOTH SETTINGS (make sure Bluetooth is on!) make sure your camera is on and it will pop up as “Polaroid snap touch” tap on it and it should say connected now go to the app, set it up and it should work!

Worst app ever. Why would you sell a camera with the promise you can print from a phone when the app never allows you to actually print anything. It is truly the worst app. Doesn’t work for updating firmware either. I will be returning the Snaptouch and going with a different brand. Sadly very disappointed in the functionality and the print quality of the camera/printer.

What is going on with this app?!?. Someone needs to work on it. I keep checking back for updates to see if it fixes the issues but I can’t finalize collages before printing and I keep having to get out if the app to add more pictures because my gallery doesn’t show all of my pics on my camera. It’s pointless. Please fix all the issues so we can continue to use this device like it was meant to. Thanks!

Please fix this app!!. I was prompted to download this new app when I opened the old app today. My camera can take pics and print them but this app does not connect with the camera so that I can print pics from my phone which is the main reason I purchased this camera. This needs to get fixed ASAP. The old app worked fine but now I can’t get that to work either. How can you release an app that’s main feature (connecting phone to camera) doesn’t work??

BS. Polaroid owes me a refund because I thought something was wrong with my camera so I went out to buy a new one . Just to find out it’s the apps fault . Who the hell makes an app , where the primary function of the app (connect to phone & print pictures) doesn’t even work !? What is the point of the app then? Worthless junk . I got my Polaroid last Christmas, it worked fine up until I tried using it today to print pictures off my phone . It said the picture would download, & then it would go back to the camera & the little printer icon would be green, but it will not print . Give me my money back .

The Camera is AWESOME! The app? Not so much.. I was so excited to receive this camera for my birthday. I had been wanting it for the nostalgia and it exceeded my expectations. However, this app feels like it was either an afterthought and/or severely rushed. It disconnects from the camera after printing a picture every single time. The design is clunky and features often take forever to load. Eventually the app either crashes or becomes unresponsive until it is manually closed and reopened. Please take this back to the drawing board and try again.

Waste of money. The app and device are so extremely finicky that they rarely ever work. Even when the device and phone are connected through Bluetooth, the app itself cannot find the device. It crashes whenever you try to print more than one photo at a time so you have to constantly open and close the app to be able to print photos. A lot of work is needed to make this product usable. Since the update the app has been completely unable to print to the device rendering it completely useless. Total waste of money, I recommend printing photos from literally any other service.

The BEST. This is awesome because I could share so many photos I love it but the most exiting part 4 me is that not only can you take photos but you can take videos too so yeah that’s all thank you Sincerely:hollerhome

AMAZING! IMPROVED SM!. This app used to not work and i put away my camera :( one year later i pulled it out and started taking pictures... then i remembered there was an app! i pulled up the app and updated the app and my camera. I WAS SO EXITED TO FIND OUT IT WORKED!! thank you for fixing this app! it has such great camera quality and printing is faster ! pictures are coming out great! In conclusion, THIS APP DOES WORK... SO GREAT!

Stopped working. I’ve had this app for a while and it worked great. But now I try and print it gets to the print and then it doesn’t ask how many prints it just keeps loading and loading and doesn’t work anymore! And now that I have a handsome baby I can’t print any pics. That was the main reason for this...

Still busted for iOS 11 / iPhone X. Almost a month after I emailed their support inbox, and the app is finally updated, only to still not work. I’ve been able to connect my iPhone X via Bluetooth and successful print 2 out of the 12 photos I’ve attempted to print. The app on an iPhone X is horrendous with buttons (like Print!!!) hiding beneath other icons. I would LOVE to get use out of this app and the camera I spent all that money on. Please just update the app, install it on your test devices and make sure it works before you update it. Until then, it’s still useless and a one star app. I’d gladly give a five star review if it just worked!

Disappointed.... I received my Polaroid SnapTouch for Christmas in 2016, and it worked at first. I could print out a bunch of images from my phone on the app, but now it won’t work. Every time that I go to print an image, the printing icon appears, but the picture never actually prints. This is very frustrating, as I bought an extra 20 packs of zinc paper, only for it to be an absolute waste... I hope that the developers of the app actually update it, but for now, I’ll have to wait.. :/

Please fix this app!. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I think we all know that the Zink paper tends to darken the photos when printing. My solution for that is to brighten the images in the app while editing under the Print Preview section right before printing. It tends to get the job done, and messing with the tones and colors of the image also helps out! But lately the app does not save the tone/color/brightness changes right before you print the image and it is so frustrating/annoying. Please, please, please update and fix this error. The photos keep coming out horrendous, it seriously needs to be fixed.

What the heck?!?!?. I do not understand how this app made it to production. Frequently closes after connecting to camera. If it does manage to connect selecting a photo and clicking print results in an infinite loop of cycling the the set copies and print button screen. If your fast enough to press the print button it will show data transfer on camera but the app will display data error “printer is busy” in another loop. The app settings to check and update camera firmware loops display of the download-sync-install button for about 30 seconds and then displays download. Clicking download does nothing. I haven’t seen an app this poor since the days of palm pilot and windows mobile. Every level of qaulity control made an epic display of incompetence with this app.

Great, but my photos just don’t turn out. I’ve tried contacting support a few times for help, but I haven’t received a response. My camera is working, but since I bought it every pack of Polaroid zink paper I buy and print, my photos print faded, pail and yellow. I’ve tried so many things, but I just can’t seem to figure this out. I love the overall concept of this camera and especially paired with the app! I just wish my camera would cooperate properly.

Won’t print from phone. Pretty much what everyone else is saying. It doesn’t print after pretending to download, or saying the printer is busy, only to have you want to throw the camera against the wall. The worst part is nothing has been done. Now I want to throw the camera at the developer 😁😂😫 Update: as I was taking pictures of the steps I’m taking to print with no success, I saw someone else’s review. It said to update your phone. I did the latest update and the app worked! It still closes on pictures sent from someone else’s phone, but I took a screenshot and I was able to print. So I don’t feel like throwing the camera at anything or anyone anymore 😁😂😉

Best gift ever!. My boyfriend got me this for Christmas and I love it! I still use mine from 2015, so this is a major upgrade. I love how you can connect to your phone and print photos from your gallery, Instagram and/or Facebook. It’s so fun to play with! I love taking pictures anywhere I go, so this is perfect!

Love it!. I got the Snaptouch camera a year ago And I didn’t really like it. I couldn’t do much with it until I figured out this app. I can print out all of my favorite photos and edit them way easier than I could before!

Allow video sharing via Bluetooth. I love that this app is capable of uploading pics that I took on my Polaroid to my iPhone. However, I wish the same thing could be done with any video taken as well. I see a lot of room for improvement and expansion within this app. I hope it continues to be updated and new firmware continues to come out for the SnapTouch.

Just update ur phone!!. At first when I was trying to print pictures off my phone my camera would not work. I was frustrated because I had the camera for a few months, and the main reason I wanted it is because of that spadix feature. After I updated my phone, my camera started printing. I think you just need to update your phone and make sure that you’re connected to Bluetooth.!

Works well but... This app runs a lot more smoothly than its predecessor however in the old app you could choose to print a photo without the white bars on the left and right side, no cropping necessary. Now in order to print a picture without the white bars you must zoom in and due to the singular nature of zooming on the app you sacrifice length, cutting the top and bottom of your picture in order to have the proper width. I love my Snaptouch and it’s printing function is amazing but the choice to use it as a printer is quickly becoming more of a hassle as the editing process requires more and more time. Also it would be cool if when you zoom you could crop but not just to center, thats really limiting.

Uploading pictures from camera to phone. I never had this problem until recently. Well it started after I took out the memory card to transfer the pictures to my computer and it didn’t work because it said files not available so It was whatever but once I put it back into the camera, all my pictures were gone. So I’ve been trying to upload my pictures from the camera itself to my phone and it just doesn’t work at all. Also, I never had a problem with the cropping or how I adjust the images to print. I’ll do a full picture and it’ll print out with one of the sides being white or just a bunch of lines. I never had this problem til maybe about a couple months ago. Don’t know if it’s the app or if I just need a new camera but if I do need a new one, it for sure won’t be a Polaroid camera.

Fake reviews beware, app is just ok. This apps works ok and the camera has a lot of quality issues and crashes a lot. It is clear the reviews being posted here are not real. They all say the same thing slightly different. There is no way someone is writing, “ I love this app”. Based on the grammar it seems like they may be the same person as well. App is ok but nothing special. It works ok but the camera is cheaply built for the cost and the software on the camera is terrible and crashes often. The pictures that print are fun but the quality is very poor. It is a novelty, not a real camera or printer.

Constantly Crashes. Useless, along with the Polaroid Snap Touch Camera!

Snaptouch. It is a good concept but the just haven’t perfected it. With a couple of updated it could be my daily driver.

Cannot print from app. What’s wrong with this app?? It lets me select be pic from my phone and when I hit print it asks how many print. Then I hit print again and nothing happens. The printer icon on the camera screen shows it’s buffering but nothing happens.

Won’t print photos from app. The camera itself is great, but this app doesn’t work to print photos with the camera. I can select, edit, and choose the number of copies I want. But nothing happens after clicking print. I watched videos on YouTube to see how to do t and what’s supposed to happen and I’m doing everything like I’m supposed to.

Very Annoyed - Company should read reviews. What is going on with this app.... I have my Bluetooth clearly on both my phone and camera and have tried multiple other phones with the Polaroid SnapTouch App to be able to connect and print via my phone and nothing will connect. Very annoyed... my phone takes much better photos and now I can’t even print them.. I do not recommend Polaroid SnapTouch. Better to buy a portable mini printer for HALF the cost. Cheaper, lighter, smaller, charge last longer ... or a FiJi (cannot edit photos but candids are in)

Holy Moly. The concept of this app is great, but it always glitches. I can't even print pictures because every time I try to it just crashes and takes me back to my home screen. Or if it does let me in to the app, something goes wrong. For example the other day I tried to print something and when I printed it there was a buffering sign printed on top of the picture!

Fix it. Does not work at all :( very disapointed with the app!! If you want to buy the camera to print photos from your phone, don’t.

Dissapointed. Extremely disappointed I paid almost 300 dollars for this camera which is fine I wanted the “best” however I cannot describe how frustrating using this app is to print pictures via Bluetooth constantly crashing and error messages like crazy after restarting the app and camera fifteen times I was able to get 3 pictures please fix this Polaroid you guys don’t want your legacy to end like this please fix and will 5 star rating if the app worked I would have no complaints

Bought a product and app makes it useless. I don’t understand why they haven’t fixed the glitches in the app. Always crashing, unable to edit orientation, no print preview - collage layout doesn’t print properly. It used to work when I first bought the Polaroid zip 2 years ago. We spend so much money on the product but it’s useless because it relies on this horrible app. Please fix!!

Crashes. Bought the camera mostly for use with app and printing from phone. The app crashes as setup with camera is done (even if you press setup later it crashes when trying to load the next screen)

New update looks much better but.... When I try to print from the app it doesn’t do anything. I can only print from my Snaptouch. I’m using the current iOS on my 6s.

App does not work.. The only thing the app does is connect to the camera. It does not upload from the Polaroid to your phone neither does it print from your phone. This would be such a great feature if it worked.

Not pleased.. I don't know what's going on with Polaroid but I definitely expected more. The app glitches, freezes, shut down, doesn't go through the entire update before crashing... It's awful. Figure it out guys.

Disappointing app!. I updated the app to it's latest version and now my camera won't print pictures from the phone! The camera is just fine but the updated version of this app has some bug/issue. Please fix it!

Terrible app, disappointed. I’ve yet to successfully print from this app. Clicking on print does nothing, “checking for update” does nothing. BS excuse of an app, I hope they fix it bc I was really looking forward to using it.

Still buggy?. Please fix the issue of the app crashing shortly after connecting the camera to the phone. I go to print a photo, and the app will crash. I loved the app before when I could print photos, and then it updated, and now it won’t print but only one photo.

Polaroid snap pic. I live everything about it . Just got the price for the Polaroid snap touch I was expecting for the picture to be more clear. My older Polaroid has more of a clear picture then this one

Big mistake. I just got my new snap touch and i have been up all night last night trying to print one photo from my phone! It’s been 24 hours, no print yet. Is it the app?! Sure beats my purpose of buying this thing to begin with.

Jumping on the hate train.. I never write reviews for anything, but maaaaan this is depressing. App doesn't work, as you've probably read by now. I just gotta express this anger/frustration. Hopefully it gets fixed soon? Like an update? Idk man. 0/3 would recommend.

Teenager. My daughter got the Polaroid snapshot for Christmas. I use it to print out pictures from my phone. I like it, very convenient.

Worst. Might be the worst app I’ve ever used. Crashes, closes, and freezes frequently and I’m pretty sure it broke my Polaroid camera. Will be selling my Polaroid if it doesn’t get fixed because the print via Bluetooth feature was a huge selling point for me. Hate this app love the camera.

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!. Concept of APP great, real world application.... non-existent. Crashes every time you try to sync new content to camera. Crashes/freezes every time you try to update the firmware of camera. Looses connection to camera for no reason. Needs a major overhaul....

FIX THIS APP. I wanted this camera for the sole purpose of being able to take and download pictures with this camera. You need to fix this app so you can print pictures from your smartphone, like it’s been advertised!

Doesn’t work. My snap touch camera doesn’t offer a pairing mode to let my iPhone see and pair my iPhone and Snap touch camera together to allow me to print photos from my iPhone through my Snaptouch camera as advertised. :(

Doesn’t work. Every time I go to print a photo the app crashes and I’ve tried to delete and re-download multiple times with the same results I’ve also tried updating through the app itself but the app still crashes when I try to print . It worked the first few times but now it just doesn’t.

Keep getting data error. We have tried to print several pictures from my phone. Every time I try I get a data error or connection error. Then the printer stays in busy mode and you have to turn the camera off.

App doesn’t work on new iOS. I had an opportunity to get my Polaroid signed by one of my favourite artists (Tove Lo). I took the picture with my phone and I simply couldn’t transfer it to the camera. The app crashed about a million times and the opportunity was gone. So screw you guys and this goddamed outdated app.

Doesn’t even print anymore.. The app doesn’t work anymore. It won’t print photos from my iPhone which was one of the main reasons I paid for a Polaroid snap touch. I’m taking this camera back and going for another brand that actually works.

It doesn't print. I keep trying to print a picture from my phone with my camera but every time i hit "next" it just stops and doesn't do anything at all. Ive already tried updating the app but it still does the same thing.

Wont work. This app is the only way to print pictures from my phone and it glitches out anytime i try to use it

Can’t print from iPhone 7Plus. I’m using iPhone 7 Plus iOS 11 .. and it doesn’t print from mobile at all ... photos downloading process goes to Snaptouch but doesn’t print at all. Whereas ... it prints from MI mobile phone easily .This is huge bug .. please update asap.

Does not work.. Every time I open it. It connects to my device, but then quits me out of the app before I can even print my image. Also the pictures come out very dark and at the warm side of the hue. Disappointed.

Not working. Im having trouble with the app, Im not able to print the pictures from my phone and now I can’t even connect the camera with the app on the phone ! Please fix the problems!!

Won’t print from phone. Won’t print from phone. The camera says it is downloading image and then it just returns to camera mode. Never prints. Attempted to update, it just fails. I think I may have to return it... Waste of my time. I’ve spent two hours trying to make it work.

Can’t even print using the app. Can’t print it keeps saying printer busy. It’s really irritating considering the amount of money I paid for this thing...I wanted to be to print pics of my newborn but I can’t since the app doesn’t work.

It broke my camera.. Latest update makes the app say to allow access to “all photos” in order to transfer from camera. But it already has those settings on! Now my camera is useless! Can’t update or connect to the app anymore!

🤪. This app is amazing if you have a Polaroid camera! There are so many cute boarders and filters! This app has made my pictures 10x better! ❤️

Won’t connect to my device. I’ve had the Polaroid Snaptouch for two months now and I was super excited to start using it. It hasn’t been able to connect to my device and I’ve tried updating my phone and the app many times.

It works! Go to setting - Bluetooth - connect device first!. Works. Not bad.

Kool. It’s perfect except Bluetoothimg it to your phone. Well worth what I went through to get it! Get 1 now everybody.

Why does it never work?. I connect it to my phone through Bluetooth and the app does not recognize the connection. It NEVER wants to print my pictures. So upsetting considering this app is the only way the device works. Worthless; pointless... waste of money. So sad. :-(

Still isn't fixed. Was excited when this update was released, and was promoted to update my firmware which I did, tried to swap extras and it crashed and tried to print which I believe was the reason for this update and it still doesn't work.

Can’t print photos, the app’s only purpose. This app tries to get my Polaroid SnapTouch to print. It successfully transfers the photo to the camera. The printer icon on the camera changes color to indicate it’s printing. But it never prints. If I print a photo from the camera’s internal memory, it prints just fine.

Does Not Work. I got onto the old app and was prompted to get this app. However, it does not connect to my phone. I was hoping this app would work better than the last one because it was just as difficult to use. Please fix.

Why?!. I never had an issue before and suddenly they change the app and issues galore! Camera won’t update or sync and it keeps shutting down every time I try and print. These products (camera and sink paper) aren’t cheap and we can’t get the free app to work! It’s saddening

I don’t like it. I miss the old app. I can’t edit a lot of things when I try to make a print out of two pics. The old app was finally fixed and I loved it and now they make us download this new one and I hate it. I can’t use the old one because it keeps on closing on me every time I try to edit

App doesn’t work.. App doesn’t work, doesn’t connect. iPhone software up to date. Restarted everything. Checked Bluetooth connection. Everything fine so I guess everyone else is spot on about this dysfunctional app. Save you the trouble of reading responses from the Polaroid app developers cause it’s all the same: call their help service Monday through Friday.

Needs to be updated for the newest iOS. Pictures can NOT be printed from this app if you are using the latest iOS on your phone/iPad. It took us several hours of trouble shooting and talking with customer service to figure out why it wouldn’t operate as advertised. Hopefully, an update to this app will come out soon.

The Snap touch Camera/App. Love the camera. The only negatives are the camera quality is not the best. And the filter can tint your photo a little too red, but other than that it’s wonderful and cute.

Really Disappointing. Just got a Polaroid Snap Touch for my birthday. Was really excited, but now a little dissatisfied with the whole App that goes with it. It won't connect to my phone nor the app. Really hope you guise fix this problem. So I don't have to return the camera.

Bad bad bad. I havent been able to print from my phone (something that I loved doing) what happened?! I used to carry my camera to print from my phone, I’m about to give up on it and ask for a refund.

Confused??. This app is confusing every time I go to print something from my phone it just pulls up the word downloading on my actual Snaptouch and then absolutely nothing happens don’t know if it’s the app or my camera but I just got this camera so I doubt it’s the cameras fault
