Access to everything I need. As an employee it is so important to be able to have quick access to my paystub, request PTO, and view my benefit information from anywhere. I can do all of that and more with the Ascentis app and it is incredibly easy to navigate!

Look no further. This app has it all. I could go on and on about the feasibility, and ease of use, but honestly most importantly having this app has made my life significantly easier. Finally an app that is user friendly and takes care of my every need. My coworkers and I all talk about how much better it is than past apps we’ve had to deal with using. Stop the search and get ascentis!!!

Issues. App has so many issues and bugs that at times is unusable.

One of the worst apps utilized for timekeeping.. This app has so many problems when just simply trying to punch in/out for shifts. The main issue is that it NEVER loads your GPS location to allow for tracking but instead just continues to display the loading symbol indefinitely. I have had to delete and reinstall this app at least over 30 numerous times already just to try and attempt for it to work.

App Does Not Contain the Features Stated in Description or by the Sales/Implementation Lead. App settings were supposed to mirror the web settings. They don’t. Do not want to show ER health contribution memo codes in the pay summary. Time off balances section not working Pay period summary section not working Cannot view any past pay stubs Cannot view any attachments Tax withholding not allowing changes Cannot request time off or view timesheet at all Signs out immediately when multitasking Registering device is not needed Benefits view is not present No admin functions work at all pkw003

New Look and Feel. Love the new look and feel of the Ascentis App! Ease of use makes it stand out against competitors. Great work!

Very User Friendly and easy to request PTO!. The mobile app is very easy to clock in/out and request pto! Also love the notification when my paycheck is available!

Makes typical HR activities easy. Ascentis app makes it easy to execute common HR activities, such as requesting time off, punching in and out, approving and reviewing pto requests, etc. The recent refresh made it even easier to use

Excellent App. The upgrades make the app much more functional. Toggling between my time and benefits is smooth. Plus getting a notification the day before pay day is kinda nice.

Love it! Easy to use! Technology!!!. I love the feature that I can clock in and out using Bluetooth beacon. It is also convenient that I don’t need to line up in front of the clock with everyone especially during this pandemic. The recent UI update is awesome!

Very useful. I started playing with Ascentis app and looks pretty good. I’m glad that the navigation is very intuitive.

Very nice. I love the ease of use of the ui. Like to use it for giving Kudos and check leaves. I recommend it.

Quick and Easy. I love that I can quickly and easily check my paycheck details and benefits. The app is simple so I know exactly where to go for the data I need.

Pay button issue. Anyone else get kicked out of the app when they hit the pay button? It happens to me every time.

App is pure garbage. This app never works on iPhones! Never! Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work once out of 100 times! Don’t waste your time tell your company to use another paperless company for payroll this app is trash!

Check Paystub on Phone is Awesome!!!!. This makes life easier for me. Thank you Ascentis!!!!!

Supergirl helpful. I love that I’m able to access everything I need from my phone. I can request PTO, view my paycheck, and access my benefits whenever I need to. My favorite feature is that my org can send me notifications directly to my phone when there are important company updates so that I don’t have to check my email. Its been very convenient to have!

Easy to use!. So easy to request PTO and check pay stubs! This app is so user friendly!

Great app!. The Ascentis app is very user friendly and I love that I am able to easily access important information when I need it. As a manager, I can view employee records and I receive notifications that allow me to review/approve PTO requests on the fly. As an employee, I can access my paystubs, W-2s, benefit information, company directory, request PTO and even access online training.

Not the best. This app is cutting my hours 30min a day and it’s super inconsistent, I can’t even see my pay like the bottom row is missing

Sales. Love how I can my paycheck as soon as it comes in!

Time off request a breeze!. Leave management is so easy on the app - I can check status and accruals with just a few clicks!

Easy to use anywhere. The Ascentis App allows me the ability to view my timesheet, request time-off, check my benefits and view my check stubs any time I need to. I also receive paystub notifications. Very easy to navigate. Great product Ascentis!

Keeps Crashing! Fix ASAP!. The app crashes every time I click on “Pay” no matter where in the app I click on it when it tries to load that part it crashes.

So easy!. I love this app. While it was easy enough to log into our ess page, I found I only did that while at work and from my computer. This app provides me with a quick and easy way to view my info, pay stubs, etc.

No way to see my paystubs. I have no way to see my paystubs I see that some of my coworkers can see there paystubs and rate of pay as well as W2s my app doesn’t have the button or link for that so I have no way to see my paystubs 😡🤬😡

Easy Mobile Manager. Ascentis Mobile makes it easy for me to approve PTO, view my team’s schedules, adjust time cards, and view my own paycheck. I love how the notifications keep me on track with urgent matters.

Great for validating my paycheck.. I enjoy getting the push notifications about my pay check. I don’t have to log into my bank to see the direct deposit amounts. The new interface is way more intuitive too

Awesome!. This provides an awesome way to get all of my information in 1 place and see my employees as well. I can approve, change and edit information all from the app!

Really cool app. I love viewing my Paycheck.

Very versatile HR app. More than just verifying my paycheck, I can request vacation, and even take assigned training classes, including the video. I’m relocating, so having the luxury of accessing this while moving is awesome.

UNRELIABLE. I’m so tired of staring at this stupid app not loading when I’m trying to clock in. I often begin opening it 3 minutes ahead of time to give it time and still end up clocking in late. It’s not fair to have my time docked or my supervisor frustrated because there’s always an adjustment to be made because of its lack of reliability. I’ve tried with and without WiFi.

Nothing functions properly. Nothing appears correctly on the app. Still unable to submit PTO almost a year after my company took on Ascentis. Unable to properly view pay stubs. The list is endless.

Has the essentials!. The app has the essentials and works as expected. Which is a lot better than most out in the field. However, it doesn’t remember my login (not even just username) or allow Face ID/fingerprint for authentication. Not sure if this is an administrator option or the app is not fully setup to do this. It didn’t impact my rating. The app has the essentials and overall works as expected.

So easy!. I love that I can do everything I need right from the app. I request time off, review my paycheck, and even complete my training activities. Oh and I am loving the new UI!

Requesting time off. When requesting time off It would Be helpful if the calendar listed the number of requests for time off for a specific day. The desktop version does this ,

Resources at your fingertips. This app makes managing my personal information, time and attendance needs, payroll data and more so easy to use! The design is user friendly and continuously improving. Definitely recommend!

Worst App for Field Employees. The app won’t work. You have to delete it and re install to clock in. It freezes and crashes all the time. Totally a piece of trash!
