Unclear or incomplete information.. The questions I have are never clearly and completely answered. The information discusses my concerns right up to the specific information I want and stops before answering my concern.

The remote works the settings don’t. The controls for the hearing aids works although they removed the tone control which makes it less useful. The settings part of the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize the Bluetooth connection despite the fact that the remote works through the app’s Bluetooth connection.

losing connection. has anyone else have problems with losing their bluetooth connection to their iphone. very frustrating. happens daily
