Fit for purpose. I’ve had these hearing aids for several months now and the remote app does the basic operations one needs quite well. While it’s not the height of sophistication it is well fit for purpose

Does all that is promised. I like it. Simple to use and great to change the bass treble at noisy restaurants. So good to have full hearing again 👍

Very basic app. Hearing aids through specsavers. My main issue with the app is it doesn’t remember previous settings. So every time you have to manually reset. It also seems to “lose” my hearing aids and they don’t just Bluetooth in the actually need rescanning in.

Are you kidding. Update the app on NYE rendering volume useless while I am at a loud party no stars for you

Very average. Overall very limited range of controls. Not user friendly at all.

This app is not working. This must be my 10th review. This app is not working. It doesn't open. I have deleted it and reinstalled it a few times but still failed. I need help because I have paid a big amount for my hearing devices and I need to adjust the volume constantly at work.

Needs Lots of work. I have purchased Advance hearing aids from SpecSavers and this is the app the works with them, and it is pretty poor. Controls are sliders that don’t slide well, when you restart the app, change settings and then change programs it does not remember the previous settings, every time. I wish I could get another app that actually works, unlike this poor attempt. Perhaps the developers should use it in real life to see how poor this is for those of us that have hearing loose and dependent on these devices.

Wonderful app. I’ve had my hearing aids for two months and am super-impressed with the app. I run an iPhone mini12 and find the app indispensable. I’m retired but spend a lot of time in my workshop using all manner of power tools. With sound-canceling earmuffs over the hearing aids I just have to mute the aids through the app. Simple. Volume controls are easy to use when I’m in a difficult noise environment. The Bluetooth synch to the phone is amazing. Nobody hears the phone ring except me and I can answer and make calls on the run. Biggest bonus is streaming Spotify and other platforms straight to the aids. A true one stop audio shop. Love it.

Hearing aid app. Does not work on Mazda car software. You can ring out but can’t answer incoming calls with the car. You have to answer on the phone then transfer it to the car. Works on Kia software. Other than that it does control your hearing aids to their ability,

Expensive hearing aids with dreadful app. Nothing good to say about this app. I bought my aids from specsavers and am told I have to use this App. Am researching to see if there’s a better option.
