Crashing. The app is crashing after login, I can not control my robot anymore, I uninstalled and reinstalled, still crashing every time, impossible to use it

Keep crashing. I was able to use this app before but now (after upgrading IOS) it crashes immediately after starting.

Waste of my time. I tried to use this app to connect to my Samsung robot vacuum - about ten times. It freezes during the network setup at 90% - every time. I deleted it - don’t waste your time on it. I expect much better from Samsung.

Unusable - doesn’t get past Wifi connection. There is a bug that makes this unusable - on iOS 14.4 (iPhone 7) it doesn’t let you enter the wifi connection password. The keyboard is up - and covers the ‘Submit’ button. [Return] does nothing so there is no way to submit the password. So don’t buy the Samsung Powerbot-E vacuum cleaner until they fix this bug.

Terms and Conditions aren’t in English. I refuse to accept T&Cs written in a different language than my iPhone is setup with. Perhaps Samsung made a mistake

Who created this app??. I tried to make a new account and it won’t let me, it says “Invalid sign” when I type in my email address which is simple numbers and letters (nothing wonky). This app is a dumpster fire at best.

The Worst. Doesn’t connect to WiFi, so much for Samsung Powerbot

Unable to Register. Unable to enter my valid email. It says illegal sign. Can’t sign up for app if you cannot get past the very first step of registration. Not a good app so far, but cannot use vacuum cleaner effectively, without the App. Very frustrating!

Unable to create an account. The app won’t progress over the account registration, claiming a network error when trying to send the confirmation code. Unable to use the app and consequently unable to fully use the POWERbot-E vacuum.

Absolutely useless app. Like others have said before, you can’t connect to the app. It gets to 95% and then fails to connect. Not having a working app renders the vacuum pretty much defunct for its intended purpose. Fix this, please!

No issues. Connected and customised my schedule with no issues I don’t know why so many people are having trouble

Crashing!. I have a robovac and now I can’t use it because this app keeps crashing! Fix the problem!!

Mis-types one’s wifi password. Well, I’ve now tried connecting at 1m distance and 5m distance, but vacuum will still not connect to app. One thing I noticed is that if your home wifi password starts with a lowercase letter, and you type it into the app in lowercase, the app then applies a ‘leading cap’, so you have to go back into that field & re-edit first letter to lowercase. But maybe that is why people find it consistently fails for some? The software designer has misused a get-text-field routine, by stupidly adding option to ‘convert-to-leading-cap’ which never makes sense for passwords, which are case-sensitive!

Useless..!!. If I could leave 0 stars I would.. was initially so excited to have a robot vacuum which quickly turned to seething. Could not get past 95%, tried everything, eventually returned the vacuum.

Below Par. You’d expect better from Samsung. App used to be ok, nothing more, now it only crashes, sort of goes with the vacuum.

Not worth the time. The app crashes as soon as it gets to the add device screen. iPhone 6+ and MacBook Air2, same result.

Fix the problem Samsung. I haven’t bought many Samsung products and took a risk on the robot vacuum. The vacuum works well but the app to connect it to is one of the worst attempts. Not impressed Samsung and especially you knowing about the issues and not bothering to address them for soo long.

Worst app from Samsung. I can’t believe Samsung got this app in the market. After spending considerable amount of money for the robot, app is not working (connecting) to the robot. It gets up to 95% and doesn’t go further. Pleas fix this as we can’t schedule cleaning unless robot connected to the App. Using IR remote to turn the robot on is old fashion guys. App not working. I open the app and it crashes, every single time, it’s beyond frustrating!

App continually crashes.. App crashes and won’t fully start up. Vacuum leaks water all over the floor whilst charging. Vacuum won’t charge half the time when on charging dock when battery is flat, and has to be taken off and put back on again. Such a disappointment.

Rubbish!. Cannot even use the Samsung robotic vacuum because this app is useless. It won’t even open. Tried to delete and re install, but now can’t even re install. Can’t send it to the charger without the app. ZERO STARS FOR SAMSUNG AND THIS APP!

Very poorly design app. I spent a day trying to connect with the Robot, but it is always fail at 95%. The robot is very stupid. I returned back to store the next day.

2021... we have a 1956 responsive app. In the year 2021 I shouldn’t have to REVERT my internet from 5G to 2.4G simply because your tech is sh#t.. Absolutely astonished a new product has to be dumbed down to old wifi (that doesn’t connect) just to work. Absolutely shameful.

App crashes. App hasn’t be working in weeks, it crashes as soon as you select your device. Tired powering on and off, resetting the vacuum, deleting and reinstalling the app. NOTHING WORKS

Can’t believe how bad the app is.. When you enter the password the keyboard covers the “ Next” button so you can’t progress . If you do trick it and get to Next, it gets to 95% and then comes back with an error code. Worst app ever!

App Doesn’t recognise email address. The app will not register my email account saying it is invalid. Very disappointing for a Samsung product.

App dysfunctional. Doesn’t work. English translation is piss-poor, and process of connecting to the robot vacuum doesn’t work. Terminates with a variety of network errors and troubleshooting is incredibly difficult due to the lack of instructions in clear English.

So far no good. I’ve been trying repeatedly to connect with my device for over half an hour and after it gets to 95% it fails. Every time. Plus, have you noticed the Privacy policy says it allows them to see what else you are doing on your device including sites visited, music played etc. I’ll keep to the buttons on the device and the remote control. Samsung and it’s lack of respect for privacy can go jump.

The app that never works. This app worked for the first few months I had the device, but now it crashes immediately upon being opened and has done for months. The vacuum is programmed to run in the middle of the day and I would like to change that but obviously I will not ever be able to. It’s incredibly frustrating!
