App good but mild problem with features that need to fix. I love phomemo and using this much for my work and other reason. I am proud owner of 3 different phomemo devices. It is great gadgets for everyone to have! But one problem is struggling with “save files” that keep failed on M110 device. I tried to save my works but it keep say failed to save, try again. Please fix this

Work in Progress. Great idea, poor execution. Software doesn’t perform as it should. Formatting won’t center, some characters print with extra space. We shouldn’t be the testers. Update, add a star, improvements being made, support is first rate, always a quick response. Still could add some improvements, such as more fonts but for the price it can’t be beat.

The best. 100% would definitely recommend very easy to maneuver through the site or app should I say just straightforward no complaints at all. I’ve had it for about a year now works perfectly fine.

Good hardware but App is hard to figure out. I got this to work with the Phomemo printer which is very good but the printer only works with this App - so this review is for both the hardware and app. The hardware Phomemo M110 is excellent and very compact. Print quality is also excellent. The App is OK for single labels but complex for multiple labels from data. Once we start talking about using excel data or other inputs (actually only Excel), it falls apart. There is no way to know what is going to print if many rows of excel data is available. It doesn’t show it in the preview or it’s not self explanatory. I am taking away 2 stars just for this. Other than that the App is stable on iOS 15, connects well with the printer and hood for single label printing.

Barcode goes out of screen view(print view). Anytime adding a barcode to a label, the barcode goes out of screen view(print view) and can not be adjusted by reducir the font size. Please make the barcode restraint to the screen view(print view) and make font adjust it accordingly. So far is the only issue we have after last app update. A feature that we think is should be add it, is to be able to close the app while the printer still printing. Sometimes when we are printing lots of labels we have to wait until the printer finishes in order to do shomething esle on our phone, because if we close the all while printer the printer stops printing. Suppot page is in Chinese so no way to comunicate directly with app support.

App was great until it started crashing all the time!. I have been using this app for well over a year with no issues. Starting this week it crashes every few minutes. I’m labeling hundreds of items and it’s making it super frustrating to use. I hope the problem is fixed soon!

Great little printer - super convenient. This little printer takes up almost no space. It’s portable, you can print labels anywhere, lots of options when it comes to label sizes. The label printing quality is very good for being basically a mini laser printer. I’ve been using it for various projects, events for about a year. It’s still going strong. Great buy!

Very poor upgrade from my old manual label maker. The label maker itself performs well, but this app is buggy and impossible to use to make custom labels. There is no way to increase font size to make use of the entire label, app may or may not place text on multiple lines, print area can exceed the label if you’re not constantly adjusting layout. I wasted three labels to print one simple text label because the app isn’t smart enough to see its mistakes. This complicated, poorly designed, buggy app really makes me miss my old dependable label maker without all the bells and whistles that don’t work.

Terrible performance. When I first got my printer 8 months ago everything worked fine. However for the last 5 or 6 months it has taken nothing short of a minute for the app to launch and continues to struggle once opened. I can’t even get it so do things like change the font style or add an icon as the app gives me a message that says “Nothing found here” after it has sat loading for a while. I have done everything I can to fix the issue on my own but have had no success. Disappointed is an understatement. 😞

Wow, I am impressed again by this company.. What can I say, I just purchased my 3rd Phomemo label maker, am I addicted to them, maybe…. I actually purchased my first one years ago that I use for larger labels, then I bought one for my friend who kept asking to borrow mine, and then when I needed to just print out smaller labels for files I went and purchased a D30 and really enjoy all the things I can do with it. The only issue I have with it, is that I can use it in every room in my home, and bc it is so small I am constantly having to remember where I left it last. If Phomemo were to ask me how they could improve it, I would have to tell them that my only request, would be to see if they could make it beep and work with “find my device” on my iPhone. 🙏😆💜

Decent. The UI can be a little unwieldy but it’s not the worst thing I’ve ever seen. I wish it supported MO2S but I guess it’s on me and my poor memory for buying a bunch of circle labels that won’t actually work in the MO2S. Seems like there’s a lot more than the basic phomemo app too which is kind of weird? Good but wish it supported my printer.

Small business owner. I absolutely am in love with these machines I have two different kinds of label makers for my Kittleson Care and Wellness Company it has brought so much ease and joy to my days I can print any label from my own bed and I love all the features it has. This has made my world so much easier.

Good but needs a tweak. Hello. This label-maker software is pretty great. I really need the app to auto-turn to work in landscape with my iPad so that I can use my external keyboard rather than the touchscreen. It is too slow and fiddly to have to dissemble my iPad in it’s normal use and tap letters on the screen. Thanks, hope you will consider making this possible.

No longer works with most recent iOS update. I’ve had this LabelMaker for a while and when I updated my iOS to the most recent update, it no longer recognizes that my Bluetooth is active. In the settings of my phone there’s no way to allow the app to have access to Bluetooth. I put in a ticket with the company, trying to get them to fix it, and they told me that they would be releasing an update which they did 9/24 but it did not resolve the issue. So I can’t use my LabelMaker at all.

Landscape would be so helpful. This equipment is great!! The only problem is not being able to use the keyboard dock or having to use the app sideways because the the app won’t orient in landscape mode on the iPad. An update for this would be helpful.

Recent update ruined the options. I was able to search for saved labels, now you have to scroll to try to find them. Some were just removed for no reason. There is no longer a recent tab for quick labels you didn’t have time to save or didn’t need as often. I like the new text styles but not as much as the functionality you took away.

enable screen rotation for iPad users. I have no issues with the development of the app. The only issue I have is that when you open the app is that it automatically rotates portrait mode and we don’t have the option to work in landscape mode. It’s just a hassle trying work to constantly rotate my screen. I’m an iPad user so it doesn’t make sense to have it only on portrait mode vs those who use the app on their phones so obviously they are going to on portrait so I am giving this 3 stars until it’s fixed.

The new update is terrible. Opened up the app yesterday and the app had been updated, and I hate it. It was so much better before, and it also caused me to lose most of my saved labels, and there is no longer a history tab that saved recent labels I didn’t save. Everything used to be on one screen and was very convenient. Now, I’ve gotta use this app that makes my work take so much longer. All I needed was a simple app to quickly print labels as I need them for my retail business, several customers have remarked on how simple and quick I used to be able to print labels compared to the dumpster fire of an app I’m now forced to use. Too bad there’s no way to go back to the old app. Please fix the app

Had for a month and app dropped all fonts. I was really happy with the ease of use and great quality of the labels. BUT all of a sudden, all of the fonts disappeared and only allowed “default font” and stopped giving an option to use a different size label. All options have disappeared. I would be willing to pay for a subscription to use the app as it was when I first got the maker, but I am left with zero options and only half of the label prints.

Useless app, constantly has connection issues. I will be checking to see if my label printer can use any other app, otherwise I will be retuning it. This app is literally useless, you cannot connect a device without it disconnecting before you even have a chance to print a single thing. I tried several times and had no luck. Was able to print a single label within an hour. This app serves no purpose as it does not work.

Why can’t I access my printing history?. I love this label maker when it works. But my print history disappeared, then came back, and now it’s gone again. I worked for an hour to create a label (because it’s REALLY difficult to create a multi-line label), and now I can’t even use the template I created. I’ve turned my phone on and off, tried cell service instead of wifi, and fully charged the printer. Nothing. So disappointed. It’s also impossible to use all the available space on a continuous label. Strangely, I could print using a larger font without issues on the short labels.

Great App but has some flaws. this is a great app but it has some flaws, the picture quality is too blurry/faded even though i am using high quality photos, also the label settings you cannot save, please update this app so we can save our label settings. Thank YOU ❤️❤️

Need more clip art. I love my printer and this app is easy to use. I am giving 4 stars because the clip art is extremely limited. Please add more icon choices. Using photos does not print the best, but their clip art prints really well, it is just way too limited. I really hope we get more icon choices soon, it would make the product so much better.

Surprisingly good label printer. The only thing I’d request is the ability to search through icons by text (search “light bulb” to filter down the icons containing that name) instead of having to guess categories and hope to find something.

Awful App. Right off the bat the app takes a full 5 minutes to load. Then, after you manage to create a label it takes another few minutes to find the printer. After reading the security information it seems that it could be relating all of your emails, txts, and personal information to the developer. Why doesn’t Apple let us block this in the settings? They only let us block notifications and cellular data, not access to all other parts of our phone. It’s time for Apple to step it up and work for their customers and not shady developers.

Updates Remove Features. When I got my two printers (D30 and M220) I left a five star app review and pointed out some bugs to fix. Things were good and seemed to be on track to get even better. But that hasn't happened. Changes keep making things more difficult, removing font choices, layout flexibility, and make saving labels difficult. And privacy issues are becoming more severe and worrying. A great hardware product is slowly being ruined by the downward spiral trajectory of its software. These printers, and the whole Phomemo brand will soon be extinct unless the company takes immediate and drastic corrective action. All of us can see in plain sight tbe slow motion train wreck in progress,; yet the company seems oblivious to the great harm they are doing to themselves..😢

Exceeds expectations!. Being old school, was thrilled how easy and successful to set up and quickly understand & use. The stickers are a perfect balance of sure stay and able to remove if you want to change. I love it! Been using alot and still havent reached the end of the roll! My daughter picks great Christmas gifts!

Will not work with my Bluetooth keyboard all of a sudden.. I use this for work every day to make labels for certified letters. It has worked with my Bluetooth keyboard for months. I went on vacation for a week and went to use it today and it won’t do it, the screen looks different, it no longer says ‘keyboard’ next to the font options. If I can’t use this with the keyboard it is useless to me, it is hard for me to type on my phone due to my arthritis. I tried to go to the app help button on this and there is no option to translate to English so it is useless to me too. Very disappointed. It is too late for me to return it.

Phomemo printer. Just what I was looking for. A small easy to use printer that gave me several lines of printing capacity. Although room for improvement for the price it’s really quite remarkable. Anyway I’m extremely happy I purchased it and will buy another one or two…

Love!!. I really love the app! It has been amazing! Only reason for 4 star is that the fonts on app have no names! All are listed as “printer” So I can’t use same font for other applications like business cards, web site, leaflets…A little annoying when you want your business fonts to be cohesive. Other than that really good and worth every penny!

Saving Template Bugs. I am on my second printer and easily downloaded Printmaster to my new printer. It was working well, and then I tried to save a template. It was “saving” for hours which meant my label making project was interrupted. I finally removed the app and reinstalled. Hoping that will solve the problem. This was the same issue I had when using it with my first printer.

Perfect!. It’s great for small labels, which is exactly what I needed and I love that it uses heat instead of ink to print. The fonts were missing when I opened the app to use it today, but naturally after writing my review stating that (and trying to reboot the app multiple times), the additional font showed back up, so I guess that was just a weird a glitch. It seems to be working now.

Entering text for labels is difficult. I use the app for typing plain text and printing labels, usually 8-15 lines long. The text tool only exposes two lines and trying to write and edit the content is very difficult. I've emailed support and no response. Also, I don't know if this is software or hardware, but the top line or two ink skips and so much is missing that the words are often unreadable if less than 26 (I usually need to set it at 21-23)

D30 label maker Software. The Phonememo D30 is a good small size label maker, and Printmaster is the app that powers it. There is a basic choice as the first step — which mode to use: Lite or Creative. Selecting creative allows you to customize your labels and is the one I use all the time. The navigation is slightly confusing (I looked for a “submit” or “next” button for a bit before seeing the checkmark near the top of the screen. That’s how you move from one screen to another while making your labels.), and the instruction manual could be more detailed, but once I figured things out—a quick process— everything worked very smoothly. I’m pleased with the labels and the only problem I’ve had after the first couple of minutes of confusion, is figuring out where on the website I can order rolls of labels with the cute cartoon cats on them. 😺 I can recommend the printer and this app without reservation. It’s a good deal and a very functional label maker. Thanks, Phonememo! You’re helping me get my creative room organized!!

Great software… one caveat. Update: Take your time to learn how to use the app. It can be overwhelming to some. It is a really really good app. If you think it’s broken because it appears not to open, use patience. See the rest of my comment below. First- app works great. Very flexible. Using it with Phonemo label printer. The options and features of this combo are very impressive. Hopefully my data is protected from prying eyes and foreign players. Second - the Caveat It take on average 1 minute and 7 seconds to open. this concerns me for security reasons. What is the application doing during this period of time? when I hear back good reasons, or better, a solution to the slow start time I will give it an additional star.

Has Potential. At first, the app was amazing. A true victory for small businesses to help with inventorying and labeling . The issue I have is the barcode stays the same for each new label I create even if I have it changed. I cant successfully keep inventory organized if all the labels print with the same barcode number. Seem like a bug or something but it’s extreme frustrating to say the least. Then the printer is compatible with any other app. Let’s fix it !

I give it 10 stars if I could.. Great tool to have. Primary use it for my oil stickers when I do oil changes or any maintenance work. I also use it to put phone numbers on my business card. And of course to label anything and everything I need. It is super super, and the battery lasts for a very long time. Overall great little gadget to have. Very useful I’m very impressed.

D30 printer. App not intelligent enough to show options for device selected. Also, ads in app indicate sale of supplies but when you pick a label it says Uk and Germany only. Shouldn’t be showing USA dollar prices then when you open to see details swap to uk only. Shop has banner at top not movable and blocks view. Fonts look a lot a like. Proportional fonts but apostrophe takes up 3 times space on several of the fonts. Others complained about characters leaving extra space obviously they do not care enough to fix. Basically the fonts are unusable if you care about how the label looks.

Life saver. This is absolutely amazing for my purpose. I collect succulents and use to label each of them, this is more than perfect, I don have to replace ink and had a lot of funny graphics. I use them to identify each charger on my house. This had also a variety of size and designs.

UI is a little weird - but lots of powerful features!. Yea - the UI is a little strange, (but not too difficult to figure out) - and don’t even get me started on their mastery of the English language - but the software is pretty jam-packed with every feature you will probably ever want, it’s fairly easy once you get the hang of it, and seems to be updated very regularly.

Easy to set up and use. One of the quickest and easiest devices to set up and use. The app loaded on my iPhone in just seconds and found the Bluetooth connection immediately. The software is intuitive. Haven’t tried to purchase additional labels yet, hopefully they are reasonable.

The app is trash.. I’m sure most of these review are fakes and it make sense since these are Chinese products. I have the D30 printer and the printer itself works fine when it works. The app in the other hand is a piece of junk. Took forever to get anything load up. The “label setting” shows nothing in there so you can only use the 12x30 default setting. I spent $$$$ on the label but am unable to use it unless I want to use the default setting. Again, the app is unusable and without, the printer itself is useless.

Kudos to the developers.. I’ve been using this app for the past year or two and I’ve lived through the ups and downs. Started with an app with lots of bugs which eventually grew into an fully functional app only to then be upgraded to a app with bugs again. The cycle repeated over and over. I almost lost faith in using this application. However I decided to reach out to the developers pleading for help with fixing the application. I went so far as to do my own testing trying to recreate bugs to present to the developers along with my idea of how it can be fixed. To my surprise they were very welcoming of my suggestions and eventually resolved all of the problems I incurred. They even implemented features that I requested over time. So I gotta give them props for this application. While it has had its ups and downs. One thing I can honestly say is they have been dedicated to making it thee most fully featured one stop app for all your inventorying and labeling needs. Thank you everyone!

Phomemo Inkless Printer. I must say, I wasn’t sure what to expect with such a tiny handheld printer. It has been wonderful and I have printed hundreds of labels in the quality of print has never changed. I operate a very small in-home cottage bakery and it has succeeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

Use to be iPad friendly. To use this app now, I had to install it to my phone. Originally I was using my iPad for all my Phomemo printing needs but sadly this app is useless. Only a portion of the app now appears in a square. Unable so see anything below the banner area where it shows the selected printer. It is disappointing since past versions of this app DID WORK on my iPad, and now it isn’t the same. The three stars rating is for ease of use on the iPhone. Zero stars for its lacking state on iPad.

Previous Version Was Much Better. I have the M200 printer and do most of my work on an iPad Pro. Updates generally improve apps. But, this update is several steps backward. The previous version finally allowed me to work on labels in the landscape view on my iPad. This latest version dropped the capability. Please bring it back. There are other issues with the iPad version which have been stated by other reviewers that were not issues previously. That’s why I give it only 3 stars at this time. I would have given the previous version 4 1/2 to 5 stars, this version, as I stated is a step back. Also, it would be nice, for the U.S. version, to convert meteoric to inch measurements. It would make it easier to customize labels if we had a choice. Please fix the app.

Please, we want landscape. I have the M220 and I LOVE it. It does everything I can imagine and more! The app is easy to use and is very user friendly. I love being able to save my past work so that I don’t have to start from scratch each time. The only thing that I would like is to be able to use the app with a landscape view from my iPad. I use a keyboard case to work and it is rendered useless when using the Printmaster app. Since I can’t work on the app in landscape mode, I can’t use my keyboard as intended. Please please please, update the app to let us use landscape!

Slow and the app wants too much of your info.. The printer works fine, but it takes a full minute for the program’s label screen to come up on my iPhone 12. I assume this is because I won’t enable tracking. There is no reason that a label app should be trying to get this much information from users. I’ll probably just get a different label maker because of the privacy issues.

Please add a search icon bar and more icons. Please add a search icon bar and more icons! What you have so far is great! I love the fact we can upload our own icons, but I would love it if you had these two features in the next app update.

Ignore the low reviews. I don’t understand what all the low reviews on this app are for, one popular thing I saw was having trouble making an account, however if you just Sign in with Apple it’s makes an account instantly, people said the the app was buggy and I completely disagree with them, it is one of the most responsive apps I’ve felt and it sends it to the printer instantly. Additionally connecting to your printer is surprisingly fast, unironicly I can connect this printer to my phone faster than I can connect my AirPods, a product made by Apple specifically for their phone. Great app, great product, definitely recommend.

Rubbish. Printed HALF my one word label and then the screen froze with Saving…… . I cant do anything with this now , I cant even reload the app .

Paid app I didn’t agree to. I downloaded the app and didn’t even get a warning it was taking $13.99 And I’m trying to find a way to cancel it but there’s no option

Printer. I absolutely love it just what a wanted a good quality product

The app itself is great, but missing one major thing. This app and my D30 label printer are great, compare well to my other “name brand” labeller, actually easier to use, connects better, holds connection, doesn’t drop out… I just really wish I could print a string of different words at once with the pre cut labels. For example if I’m labelling spice jars, I can use my template but have to print each one individually, I.e. change the word > press print again > specify the copies and position > press print again (with waiting time between each step) > then go back to change the word another time etc. It’s not efficient... I’d love to be able to duplicate a design and change the word, then print a string of 5-20 labels at once all with different words.

Limited. It stopped saving after saving only 4 simple labels. It just has the mushroom to let me know it’s “saving” but after many minutes, it still has not saved. Pls try to fix this. Also, very limited and basic features to choose from. Overall, it’s decent quality and prints fast, but I do prefer to use Canva for creating logos and labels.

Madonna. Have used the printer to do all my labels for pantry and workshop. Love it!

Near perfect. What a great little machine. I only wish the screen for typing in an address or other was much larger.

Love Printer but App a pain on IPad. I love this little printer. I is exactly what I need. However, I work off an IPad Pro with a keyboard and the fact the App only works in the vertical position is an absolute pain. To type my labels I am looking at the screen sideways. Please can you adjust this so it works horizontally too. Thanks.

Print master. Cette application fonctionne très bien. Facile à utiliser

Wish it were compatible with more printers. I love this app but I recently bought a LFPERT printer I find better suited for our needs but unfortunately the app does not support.

App not Opening suddenly. Was good and then stopped working

Awesome Labels. I love this app and the little labeller that it works with. My only request would be for the different fonts to have names so it would be easier to remember which ones I have used and liked in the past.

The 1.0.1 note. Good thing i saved my tag before the update otherwise i wouldn’t be able to find the tag i wanted as easily as 1.0.0 shoutout to save states But think about all of those people who didn’t saved their tags and are struggling to find their required tags to do their stuff due to the changes you did I still like the update It helps us get more stuff done But try finding a way to navigate more easily incase they did not saved their tags

Sens de l’appli. Aujourd’hui en 2023 je considere que les application doivent fonctionner dans les deux sens, sur mon ipad je trouve ca ordinaire que l’appli fonctionbe seulement a la vertical, beaucoup de personne utilise des ipad comme support, ce serait bien que l’appli tourne a l’horizontal.

No saving... Nice label maker. But saving my label crashes the app and I lose all my work.

Great!. Previously the app stopped working and wouldn’t load and I had to delete and redownload the app to get it to work again. Since the most recent update this issue has been fixed and I haven’t had any other issues! Great label maker and app.

APP. I can’t seem to download the APP itself. Can’t use the label maker not good!

Nothing found here. Everything I try the app just says “nothing found here”! Pretty much every screen is blank. The app takes five minutes to start. I can only use the labels that came with the printer, even though I’d like to use a continuous label all in all this software sucks.

Hate it after upgrades. I bought this thing to print labels on my tools and equipment. It worked fine and creative enough for my family to do fancy stuff. Since the program upgrade, I can’t even use the thing. It’s messed up. Want a simple, normal, black printing label maker. I don’t recommend this one.

Reverse the new update. I LOVED this app before. I have actually purchased 6 machines just so they can all hold their own label so I don’t have to keep changing them. This morning I went on to use it (it was fine yesterday) and the app has all been changed! Very difficult now to print labels correctly. It used to give you the option to view horizontally or vertically to fill out your label. Now it only shows it one way and when you set the label up the printing doesn’t match the app view. Also, my saved labels would all show by scrolling down my screen but now they show in a tiny strip horizontally across the screen. This view is too tiny when using the app in my phone which is what I do 90% of the time. I have only been on the new version a few minutes so I will probably find other things I don’t like. PLEASE REVERSE THE LATEST UPDATE.

Just Okay. This app works okay, but every time they update it, something else stops working properly. This last update makes it so you can’t change the font. Annoying and a waste of time.

Interferes with opening DOCS & PDF. The label printer itself is awesome, but this program interferes with opening any other document

App crashes. I can’t even print, the app crashes as soon as I start typing anything. It used to work, this is very frustrating and makes my label printer unusable.

No Landscape on iPad and No Batch Printing. Kindly add the feature for batch printing so multiple texts can be printed together. Also add the support for landscape on iPad.

12x15mm label option not avait. The device I purchased came with a roll of 12x15mm labels however the app doesn’t provide that label size option

Great little machine. I love this little machine for my application The labels are easy to make /edit pretty easy to navigate

My favourite secret weapon. So happy I bought this ! I keep finding more ways to utilize it . The app is easy to use and lots of choices . I also orders more rolls which was easy to do and reliable.

Always Lagging. Sometimes it works fine, most of the times it stops working and lagging!

Excellent product!. Love this little printer - I do not have to turn on my large printer to print a label plus I can save the addresses for another day! So very easy to use. Job well done be!

Works with iPhone but doesn’t connect to iPad!. Limited value, as you have to use your phone. Won’t connect to iPad as advertised, and definitely not IOS….sloppy

Convenient and compact. I love this LabelMaker with the only exception being the advertising that pops up. As well when you want to change font size it often shuts down and restarts and then you have to pick your font size again and restart typing your label.

Nice app for label printer…need more icons!. Love the flexibility and versatility. Will you be adding more icons and more subject categories? They are very useful and fast to create unique labels! This avoids user having to find icons & clip art to use. Much appreciated…keep adding more icons!

Like Magic. Small and portable, the printer is easy to bring along on tasks, and leaves a trail of neat uniform labels. Immediately, you will feel, look and be better organized.

Worked great for a while. This printer worked great for a while but now it only prints half of a label and then it seems that the text fades out…. And I haven’t found a place to contact anyone for customer service.

Couldn’t connect to Phomemo M220 after update. My Phomemo m220 worked great before the latest ver update (3.11.1). After updating, the app (in iPhone 13) run slower in startup screen then searching for connection with the printer. The app couldn’t find m220 even after I tried so many times included reinstall the app. It’s so frustrating as I need to print some labels today. Please fix this. Thank you.

Labels won’t calibrate. There is no way to calibrate the printer it will print one centered and the rest off. It printed fine for the first while.

Stop to work. It just stops the connection between phone and printer, do not save the labels, the time I’ve lost writing the label, then I cannot print and lose because it doesn’t save. Without the phone connection the printer is worthless!

No proper alignment tools. There are centring and edge alignment options, but no arrow keys to nudge objects or fields to adjust size or position numerically. Makes it very difficult to get things aligned properly.

Ever since I signed up, I’ve been getting spam. I really liked this app at first, until I created an account through it to save my designs and labels. After creating the account I’ve been getting spam messages, and I would really like to delete the account I made, but there is no option on the app to. Is there a way to delete my account on the printmaster app, I would really like to!

Label maker review. I have been using the LabelMaker for several weeks now. I have learned the process through trial and error and everything is working great it does a great job and I am glad to be able to use it.

Easy to use and quick. I can a lot and bought this to label my jars. It’s great. The only negative is about the app on my iPad. It does not rotate so I have to hold it up sideways while trying to type info in sideways on my keyboard.

Have to Delete & Redownload Every Time. Every time I try to use the app after having already downloaded it it simply will not open and force close itself until I delete & redownload it and have to go through the login and printer connection process all over again, also deleting any templates saved. very frustrating.

Where are the simple borders?. Just got a D30 thermal label printer last week and I love it! The app worked great and I printed several labels. Then, today, the Simple Border option just vanished from the Creation Mode. Can only see the Cartoons Borders. Deleted and removed the app from my iPhone and iCloud. Re-installed and no luck. How can this be fixed?

Everything good except…. The app is smooth and easy to use however I encountered an issue when I try to share or save a label the mushroom icon appears and keep jumping on the screen while saying saving but the app freezes like this when I force close and reopen the label is not saved.

Lost content in last update. I love this app, it was exactly and simple easy to use for my label needs, just sad that since the most recent update all the border options are missing. And it’s having errors now figuring out the proper paper/label style. Hope they do another update to fix it all again.

I love the app but I wish it had more. I love PrintMaster But I wish for the Labeling stuff would have more things more different types of people and more specific things. I love that is quick and easy.

Just right. I find it easy to use and so much better than other means like using tape or a marker! the tape u need comes in all colors and sizes too!

Quick tool. Easy to install and do labels as soon you open the box. Excellent tool to any type of label. Goodbye to downloading templates and templates and test aligning to every print.

I will diffidently recommend it!. Very good quality and less hassle for a person who is very organized at home, office, business and school. All household must have it. This is portable that you can bring everywhere.

Stopped working. It worked great in the begging and suddenly stopped. When I try to add a vector image the app crashes and it will not let me print anything. I have the most updated version of the app and all is settings are correct on my phone. I contacted customer support using the help function on the app and got nothing. Extremely frustrated with the app perfomance…

Can’t save labels. Over the last couple weeks, I’ve created labels multiple times, rather than being able to save the ones I’ve updated. Each time I click save or save as it just times out with the bouncing mushroom, and I have to close the app to start a new label again and which my previous one did not save please fix.

Phomemo M200. This app is quick and easy to learn. Alot of functions that can help format the label. Very convenient. However, I wish there were more options on the font styles and lettering as well as on the photo image edits. Overall, still a great purchase and download.

Phomemo M110. Love the printer and use it a lot. My only complaint is that it does not turn to landscape. I use my iPad with a keyboard so it is awkward having to turn my head sideways to look att the screen. If there is a way to change that please let me know.

App suggestion. Products are excellent. I would like for each Phomemo printer (I have 5) to all use the same app instead of each one needing its own. This uses memory on all my devices to the point I have deleted them all and do not use them anymore.

Love this little printer. Easy to use and I can easily use the labels for my sell items that I have at a local market. Also I label all my cables and many charging cords. Oh it has a memory that make it even easier to use!

The easiest Bluetooth set up ever. I’m not sure why this only has 2.5 stars. I had the unit and app up and running in less than one minute. And the app works great.

Easy, great size. Easy to use, quick to connect and be printing. No idea how long the charge lasts because I’m still on the initial charge at 2 months. (I only use it for ~25 labels at a time, 2-3 times a week)

Handy and convenient. This is the cutest little label maker. Great to use anywhere; spices in your kitchen, retail shop, or just organizing. Just made life a little less messy. Thank you.

Can no longer access. I was able to use this app to print labels using my iPad up until today and now once the printer connects to the Bluetooth, I am not able to get past the home menu. I’ve tried clicking on Lite Mode and Creation Mode and can’t get past that. I’ve tried clicking on the VIEW HERE on the operation guide and nothing happens. How do I access the app to create labels now???? Since update nothing works!

Great label printer!. Easy to set up and simple to use. Prints quickly. Has many fonts, borders and pictures. Works with different size labels and colored labels. The options are only limited by your imagination! Wonderful device!

Was working great for two years now it’s not. crashes when I go to print the label every time. but when I use my desktop computer, I can print the label direct from my computer. No need for iOS app that does not work. Apple removes this app it serves no purpose. I was hopeful after the last update five days ago it would fix the printing problem, but the application still crashes upon printing.

Don’t bother with this one. When I first got my printer and started with the app it was great. Would have recommended it to anyone. Then there was an update for my phone and everything went downhill from there. Nothing seems to work - created an account but can’t get in half the time. Saved my labels but again it’s a 50/50 shot if they actually saved. Beyond frustrating.

Love!. So much better than others I have had. I have made several different labels in a short amount of time and the speed in which I was able to do it was amazing.

Ugh. I wanted so much to love this printer and the accompanying app. I was willing to overlook the lack of font options. But that’s where I drew the line. As a small business owner I need to save and print many labels. I’m not sure what happened recently but the app takes forever to open and I keep getting an error message every time I try to save anything. I guess I’ll be buying a different printer… so disappointed.

Terrible app. The printers good. This app is terrible. Nothing loads. Very few functions work as intended if at all. I can't even change label sizes so I'm stuck at the default size. If you have to close the app it'll never restart until you've waited like 2 minutes between crashes.

Won’t Pair, Not Supported. Got the cute little label printer today that goes with this stupid app and when I tried to set it up with my phone it said it was not supported. How am I supposed to print when the app that goes with the printer isn’t supported on my iOS?! And when I try to register it tells me my email address is wrong and never sends the confirmation on my phone number. Absolute garbage

Phomemo. It’s fun to use ,it’s easy to use & it really helps in organizing I do wish the first sticker isn’t wasted when you load a roll of labels & that there was a larger assortment of colors

Much better than I expected!. I’ve been using this non-stop to create price tags for the merchandise on my kiosk! Much easier than hand writing and its wuick and easy to use!

Used to work, now has major issues. this app used to be perfect for creating custom labels. with recent updates now my templates take forever to load, often failing to load at all. i don’t see the point of using this product if that basic functionality isn’t working.

Why does a label app collect emails/text message and audio data?. I was about to buy the label maker and want to check out the app. It's my first time scrolling down to privacy section. Big question is, why does a label making app collection emails, text message and audio data and it's under "Data linked to you". Think about that. I compared other label making apps, they don't collect such data or even none.

Easy to use. Love it. The only thing I don’t like is it will feed 1-2 more blank labels through after I print one label which is a waste, but it doesn’t happen all the time

Almost perfect.. I really like many of the features of this handy little printer. If it had a feature to change text to all caps instead of having to individually capitalize each letter when making a label it would be perfect.

Recent update ruined the options. I was able to search for saved labels, now you have to scroll to try to find them. Some were just removed for no reason. There is no longer a recent tab for quick labels you didn’t have time to save or didn’t need as often. I like the new text styles but not as much as the functionality you took away.

Great Custom Label Maker. Extremely user friendly! Can easily make a simple label in seconds or create a fancier one in a few minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at a small label maker

Pretty good.. Pretty good little printer. Prints nice clear labels. My only complaint is that a app freezes frequently and I have to restart my phone, but overall, I would recommend. It does what it supposed to do.

Slow, Fonts Disappeared. The first time I used it, it appeared to work. Now, the second time, it took 5+ minutes to load. More time to find the printer. 2 more minutes to actually open the “Lite Mode.” Then, there were no fonts available. It only says “Default Font.” I updated the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still, very very slow and no fonts available. Label Maker D30 works fine, I just wish there was a different app.

Auto-update time and date?. Would really love an option where you could put time and date in a template and have them auto update when you open the template. Thinking about hall passes for school…

Needs more features. The app can get a bit boring with the limited fonts available limited images and I have not seen any new things really added since I had them so I feel like some misleading took place about updates. More templates please.

Quirk. When I transfer a note to file on my iPad, the note opens in Print Master and is not able to be opened in the file app. Deleting the app allows the file to open properly. However, the Print Master app works fine creating labels.

Pretty quick set up to print. The set up was pretty easy. The only issue was getting through some of the in app purchase/advertising.

Labels kill it. Labels are expensive and lately I keep getting rolls that won’t peel off without immense frustration If this keeps up I’m throwing the whole thing away I don’t have time for labels that won’t peel They also fade really fast incase you want to use them for any length of time on products

Best Label Maker Ever!. I bought one for use at work and for my home office. Labeler is super easy to use. Love the Bluetooth connection and how it works with my phone. Love the variety of label designs and tapes that are available. Simply, a must have!

Pretty basic/simple. Save multiple templates in Creation mode. Pretty easy setup and install. This doesn’t seem to be in any documentation, but to save MULTIPLE custom templates, you can only do so if you created the label in CREATION Mode. LITE mode will allow you to save, but it overwrites the last label you created in Lite Mode.

M220 Phomemo Thermal Printer. This little printer has been the highlight of my label making. I make homemade stuff and this printer is so easy to make a quick label and take it on the go. Best investment I’ve made!! I highly recommend this printer!!

Loading issues. When I first downloaded this app, it was great! It does everything that I need. But recently, whenever I try to load the app, it just sits on a blank screen. I’ve tried restarting my phone and turning off wifi. Nothing works.

Love this label printer. I love how you can transverse the print. Select different stickers, make borders change the font. I am a school teacher and I love labeling different things.

Easy to use. I have been using Phomemo products along with this app and it works flawlessly. Plenty options and it has an undo button which some apps don’t.
