Intermittent connection. Even after pairing, the app itself has a lot of trouble "connecting" to the Indy ANC ear buds. The iPhone finds and connects fine - its just the app. This set has an issue with crackling loud as well. May end up returning. When working, the sound is good. I tried playing music over my stereo to see if it could block it out. Was not able to tell any difference with the noise cancelling enabled. I am hoping I will be able to tell a difference on a plane as that is the reason for the purchase. Hardware seems good quality.

Doesn’t Do Much. Honestly, it’s nice to be able to change to ambient mode but I can’t change the EQ Modes through the app. It’s one of the only reasons I got the app was to be able to toggle Ambient Mode and change the EQ Modes. With the Indy Evo, it is literally impossible to change the EQ Modes. It takes too much effort because the amount of controls that rely on a tap and a pause or two taps a pause and holding or some variation. There’s too many controls and not a great way to learn them that I don’t even use them. I only pause and play on my phone cause I’ve accidentally skipped a song or activated Siri or increased the volume instead of pausing. Please add being able to change the EQ Modes through the app. I can’t do it on my earbuds it’s impossible

My crusher ego won’t connect nor do you have them on the app. I bought these headphones specifically for this feature and your app don’t even have them on there only ear buds did I miss something or do the eco crushers not connect to the app or did I do something wrong because I feel ripped off to be completely honest I know there’s no way to get my money back but possibly updating your app to have the eco crushers would make this customer sure happy I understand your a very busy company but I feel this is pot advertising if I can’t connect them to the app so unfortunately 1 star for me

Works Better than Indicated. With the new Sesh ANC, I have not had the vast majority of problems described by other users in their reviews of this app paired with other headphones. Given the complex nature of the earphone two button press-and-hold command sequence, it’s a good idea to have the EQ selection offloaded to a visual interface; changing the noise cancellation mode is easier this way as well, although having the ability to adjust ANC with the physical earphone buttons remains useful on a daily basis. It would be an improvement if the headphones themselves would remember the ANC setting rather than having to choose every time they are removed from the case and it’s my hope that this can be included in a firmware update. The only major problem that I’ve had with this app is that if it is not force-closed from the iOS background app selection, the right earphone will cut out frequently; this issue will persist through re-syncing and resetting the earphones according to the manual’s instructions. I was almost ready to return these new earphones to the store before realizing that there is no connectivity issue with audio played from the iPhone to the earphones when the Skullcandy app is not running and not connected to the Sesh ANC. The app can be used to change settings, but must be force-closed when finished or the aforementioned connection issue will occur repeatedly throughout my regular use.

Very nice, when it connects. I have an iPhone 11 with the latest software version. Out of the box, the Indy Evo buds paired with my phone, and the app connected without issues. The next day, the earbuds paired fine, the app saw the Evos, but wouldn’t connect. The support desk had me delete the app, reset the ear buds, and reinstall the app. The app connected fine, for a day, then the same issue. I repeated the delete and reset process several times, without luck. The app identifies the earbuds, but can’t connect. The earbuds work great (no bluetooth pairing issues), though the various touch controls can be a challenge. That is where the app would be a huge help, if it was reliable

App has one annoying quirk. For me, the app has one annoying thing that makes me have to rate it lower. When I switch equalizer modes, there is the annoying voice telling me what mode I just tapped on even though I know what I tapped. When this happens, I lose the tone I was listening to and miss the change to the other mode. I can’t tell which sounds best because there is that annoying voice talking over the sound change. By the time she shuts up, I can’t tell what mode sounds better because I’ve lost the baseline. Other than that, the app is fine. I like the personalized sound it set for me after testing, and love the headphones.

Will change if fix the bugs. There is a bug where it won’t keep my Bluetooth connection even if it’s an iPhone it still bugs out on phone calls as well can never hear a person talking I want support to send me an email notify that these bugs are fixed. I just got these for Christmas kinda feel bad to tell my family they wasted money on them. So either get ur bug team on it I’ll write better review cause I really like most of the features it comes with!

Garbage…complete garbage.. Anybody(everybody)else having the same chronic connectivity issues with these garbage earbuds?? EVERYTIME I turn them off and put them up, I come back and ONE side is connected, the other is not synced. Then I have to go through the entire stupid process of re-syncing them…only to move over to my iPhone to have the OTHER side now not synced! EVERY TIME…repeat…EVERY TIME I turn these things on, I have to re-sync them….why?!?! What kind of garbage product is this? These just got thrown away. Good riddance.

works 100% on ventura 13.1. I downloaded this didnt know if it was gonna work being was for the iphone, but it did all the widgets and the bass work perfectly linking and unlink all work even the choices on to choose for music or not and i am happy with this i see all the reviews from a year ago, im can see they fixed everything..

Its okay….. Well I downloaded the app as soon as I bought my earbuds because I thought it would prove to be useful. It wasn’t. The only good feature to this app is that it reminds you what your earbud shortcuts are and thats fine. However, now the app won’t even open. For three days every time I opened the app, it would only show the loading screen. I wish they had a setup feature because when you open the app without your earbuds paired, it just has the plus saying connect. Finally, there are some features that I don’t even know why they are there. Like the equalizer is confusing and hard to understand. This app is only good for the shortcuts.

MOD Earbuds. I love my MOD ear buds. They Lin to my tile app and aver device I have they will even in to my laptop and my phone at the same time. They have great sound I have even dropped the in small amounts f water on the floor and they still wrk ad sound great. I want to test them in the poo while swimming laps, but I like them to much to take a chance of ruining them in the poo water. I listen to mine all day non stop, the battery last for days and more than just a few days on one charge and one are usually a the way up. The rounding awareness is a great feature for when I’m working around others but still want to jam out. The only thing that could make these better is to know if I can swim in them since their water and sweat resistant.

It’s okay, does basic tasks but could do more. I like how you can view things like earbuds charge percentage and turn off and on ambient/anc mode. But the one major thing that I really wish these guys added in was an custom EQ function, because the built in EQ modes just don’t work for me. For preference I use Movie, because it boosts the bass a little bit, the built in Music mode makes the highs too “tingy” in my opinion. If they change that I would bump up my review a couple of stars

Eh- great at first, then stopped working. When I first downloaded the app and connected my earbuds, it was amazing! I loved the in-app features and the easy way to remember the shortcuts for the earbuds. But then I put the earbuds back in the charging case (so they disconnected from my phone) and went about my day. Later I was using them again and wanted to show someone the cool features in the app, but it constantly told me they were not connected even though I was currently listening to music via Bluetooth… this issue still has not been fixed days later and many tries to fix it… now the app is pretty much useless

Pairing.. I bought the Indy Evo. I’m not sure if pairing is an issue with other models, but I’ve only been able to connect to the app 3 times on 4 months I’ve had them. The app is basic, mostly an user manual for the controls. The sensors on the earbuds seem to be the bottom of the barrel of any and all sensor available today. Much rather have a actual button to press than tapping away and have no idea if you did the correct sequence of taps. Overall, if you’re looking for backups, Skullcandy is okay. I suggest going for the higher end of earbuds for daily uses.

New update issues. After App update shows a loading screen of trying to connect and says no product found try again then it goes back to the normal app screen and shows my unpaired headphones. I tap that and they connect fine but the major issue now is it says it can’t find the supported product when you first load the app extremely annoying and takes now 3 to 4 times the amount of time to adjust the settings because of this. Crusher Evo headphones, and this apps been working, flawlessly with it for years.

***FOR HEADPHONES NOT THE APP***. The app wouldn’t connect to my headphones it doesn’t work at all, however the headphones are very cheap, good quality, last long, wireless, have flexible uses, good noise suppression, and a lot more. I couldn’t have got a better deal with the Skullcandy headphones. I use the headphones almost everywhere I go to drown out annoying things and use the headphones when I need to chill out. These headphones have changed my life. Thank you for such a great and affordable product.

It’s great when it works. I have had the Skullcandy crusher evos for around 6 months and they are great the is simple to navigate but most of the time the app does not connect to the headphones and it is really frustrating when they don’t connect because I can’t get an accurate battery percentage or change modes. I truly love the headphones and most of Skullcandy’s products but this one little thing should get fixed so we all can have a better experience.

Awesome earbuds, but the touch controls are horrible. I bought Indy Anc earbuds to sleep in, and fell in love with the sound. Unfortunately the earbud touch controls are needlessly complicated and you cannot turn them off. They keep going into solo mode or skipping songs when my pillow touches them. The app has two cool features, and that’s the ability for the personal sound and the ability to locate them, but other than that the app is basically useless. Why can we switch modes, pause, or turn off the touch controls. Because this app cannot do what I need and I can’t sleep in this earbuds with the current software, I’ll sadly have to return this amazing earbuds.

Never been able to connect to my Crusher Evo headphones. I have never been able to connect to my brand new Crusher Evo headphones to the app, even though they are connected to my iPhone Bluetooth through the regular Bluetooth settings. I’ve researched this issue and Skullcandy’s website states to enable permissions. When I first install the app (I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times), there is a prompt that asks permission to connect via Bluetooth and I click ‘yes/ok.’ But when I click the plus sign in the app, I see Crusher Evo ‘not connected.’ The only other options on that screen are ‘I don’t see my product’ or ‘skip for now.’ I’d love to use the cool app features that are advertised, but this app appears to be incomplete in its current state. Please fix.

Amazing!!!. I have always been a Skullcandy headphone fan, however…these new Push headphones along with the app have made my listening experience far better than any other headphone on the market. I was having problems with the app not meshing with the recent I-Phone updates, but I believe that has been resolved. After going through the app and adjusting the headphones to my hearing, I can say that I am blown away by the difference it made. I am a customer for life. Thank you to all of your team for making such a amazing product!!!

s6crw not supported. Really?. Honestly this is unbelievably! how as a company you will sell headphones for 100’s of dollars and not have app support? Honestly this headphones are just meh, but for the price at least you expect a app or some setting on your phone to improve the audio. NOT for my headphones model. Get SONY, APPLE or maybe SAMSUNG instead. Also headphones just give a lot of Bluetooth problems and audio quality. I won’t recommend this brand to anyone. Thank god this was a gift and I didn’t spend a penny. Otherwise I will “blowing my mind” literally.

This app is useless. I get the feeling that this app was developed because every other headphone company has a app for their headphones. This app falls very short. On the rare occasion that my headphones connect to the app it’s constantly glitchy. My headphone work for every other app on my phone. My Bluetooth shows my headphones are connected. I can listen to music and hear the videos I’m watching. However the app created to pair with my headphones can never connect to them. I’m sure that if this review gets read by the developers they will assume it’s the users fault their product does not work. Even though every other app works with their headphones. Consumers are tired of hasty crap being released just because companies want to keep up with each others image but fail on the execution. It’s embarrassing your app does not work with your own product.

Not compatible with Comcast/Xfinity. I had a few pairs of Skullcandy Indy. They were great when they worked. They were compatible with my Comcast 4K box. I could watch TV without bothering others. But each pair of Indy ended the same way. One side dropped below 50% volume of the other earbud. Skullcandy Grind is not compatible at all with my same Comcast 4K box. It’s a constant stutter of sound. I can’t use Grind to watch TV at all. All Skullcandy earbuds sounded great playing music on my phone - when they worked. Great sound for the price, but useless if not compatible.

One star for the app was appropriate. Ok. Without any help from anyone I powered off the Indy Evo’s (hold each bud for 6 seconds) and then turned them on (hold each bud 4 seconds) and the app found the ear buds. That had to occur. Shut down the misic that I was listening to already through them while creating the post below and while the the app said “Hey we see your Indy Evo’s but we can’t connect to them. Sorry.” Power them off and power them back on again. The Windows Blue Screen of death where IT says “reboot and let me know how that goes.” That’s vendor programmer error. The app is working for me. Woop. —— Previous post—— This app does not work even if you have an Indy Evo. I have an iPhone 11 running the latest iOS and the app is not working and has not worked since install. And if its a mistake on my part as an IT person with 25+ years experience more than these guys then that’s fine but a million others also are not going to get these to work with this app. It’s a fraud. The Indy Evo’s have been great, the app is a sham.

So this is not really about the app but, it is about the wireless headphones. So I use my sisters headphones because I lost mine in at the movies and they bad sometimes like they fall out and at first I thought they were falling out because I had not had them in the right way so I moved them and they still felt like they were going to fall out and sometimes I have the volume all the way up and it is really quiet and one little problem with the case when I close it id hella loud and I can’t be having that when my sister is on the bed under my and and at night she well wake up to me moving and the loud case is not helping that, but over all most of the time the headphones are really good (sorry that it is so long)

Does even connect to App. Ya this app is pointless, I’ve followed all the steps. I have even reset my headphones, my phone and I deleted and reinstalled the app and they still don’t connect to the app. I turned my Bluetooth on and off and try to connect. It works for like 3 secs then it says device not found. Ya I’m not gonna use the app. If I lose them and can’t use the tile installed oh well, I can still use the headphones find and I will still buy Skullcandy headphones just this app is horrible. Ya don’t recommend wasting your time on this app.

Won’t update firmware. Second pair of Indy ANC. First pair was returned under warranty because they stopped charging and was running firmware 0009. Second pair, same model, will not prompt for firmware update and runs 0008. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, unlinked, etc multiple times - never prompts the firmware update which is extremely irritating. Would also like to see an option where it saves the last noise cancelling option so you don’t need to change it every time you use the earpods. I usually turn it off for more battery life - I have to turn it off every time I use them then.

Push active missing on app list of devices. Just bought the push active earbuds. Was very excited to use. Followed all instructions but it would not connect to the app. The app did show a picture of the push active earbuds but said not connected. Tapping the + went to a blank screen with the + and tapping that reverted back to the screen with the picture of the push active earbuds… still not connected. I did all the troubleshooting on my own and with Skullcandy customer service support. Nothing worked. On a lark, I put a different non Skullcandy Bluetooth device in my ear to see what the app would do. It listed the name of the Bluetooth device and this time when I hit the +, it provided a list of all the supported skullcandy devices. Push active was not on that list. Please check that out for yourselves. Customer support at Skullcandy said they have no way of communicating with the app developers. I found that to be very unfortunate. So I’m writing this review in the hopes that someone will address this issue

Useful, with one annoying feature. I’ve used this app to update firmware of my wireless earbuds, check battery level, customize sound to my personal hearing profile, turn features on/off, and toggle sound profiles. The best part about this app is its usefulness. I get a lot done with it, and I don’t have to figure out how to wave my finger over the earbuds to do tasks manually, like change volume or connect to Bluetooth. The worst part about it is the flashing arrows at the bottom when you first open the app. For a few months, I thought I had to tap on them to make them go away before I could use the app. Now, I just ignore them. Maybe if the app was better organized, you wouldn’t need flashing reminders like that.

Push Active doesn’t connect to App. Push Active headphones are great - 5 stars - the app, however, will see my headphones but shows they aren’t “connected” even though I’m listening to music through my phone so I can’t even use the app. Support page doesn’t help much. Tried reconnecting multiple times with no luck. Given up on the app. Headphones are great tho. UPDATE: I updated my phone to iOS 15 and reinstalled the app. This seems to have fixed above issue for now. UPDATE 2: still issues connecting device to phone. 1 star

iPhone 13 Pro iOS 16.2. Have Crusher Wireless, app doesn’t even attempt to connect, selected Crusher ANC and it doesn’t even connect to the app. Still blank. All privacy settings and permissions are good. Still nothing. Absolute garbage. Says online my headphones are compatible. Don’t know what the deal is. Skullcandy used to be good few years ago. Now? It’s quantity over quality. Want good headphones that have good quality and have an app that’s user friendly? Don’t waste your money on a brand that “used to be good” save your money on something reputable and good quality for a bit of the price. Well worth it. At this point consider it as junk. Only bright side is bass control on the device itself.

just a few connectivity issues but it's a good pair of earbuds. The earbuds are pretty nice and comfortable. I like to listen to my music with these, but sometimes it's difficult because the earbuds have huge connection issues. They will turn off the second i turn them on, despite me charging them overnight. I've had to forget the device multiple times and pair it again, just so i could use them for a short amount of time due to their short battery life. I've never had this problem with any other pair of earbuds. In anyway, this means the app won't work good either. So no music for me most of the time now. Anyways, I hope this review didn't come off as rude, these are some nice earbuds. hopefully the connection problems can be fixed soon.

crusher anc won't connect for years. I've had these headphones for years and they work perfectly and sound great. I can't recommend them enough for occasional use and listening to music.. But this app on the other hand i do not recommend at all. It has never worked for me even though I've had the headphones that should connect. I've tried every remedy online that people have suggested aaaand nothing has worked. I also should not have to try every remedy in order just to get them to connect to the APP but here i am. Hope it all works for everyone else but from the looks of it.. I'm not the only one. Update: after complaining.. I finally get it to work but the only real thing you can do with the app is have the manual with you and adjust your volume and that's about it. Everything is still just on the headphones with the physical buttons.. Which is nice but it would be nice to have all the settings you have to adjust physically ALSO adjustable on your phone.

Would be better if it had a purpose other than taking up space.. Works okay with Indy ANC, mostly pointless though. I've written to Skullcandy suggesting that the headphone controls should be user configureable through the app, got a boiler plate non-response describing the "features" that are provided by the software. Would it really be that difficult to let us select which functions we want? Not asking to add new controls, just to toggle existing stuff off and on. I'd like to turn off everything but pause and volume, no track controls are needed for my use and for the love of Pete NO siri or voice control! It tries to open Siri even though "she's" intentionally disabled on my phone and then proceeds to audibly notify me that voice control/dialing or siri is disabled- Yeah, 'cause I turned it off but thanks, goofy robot voice. We should also have a switch to shut the voice prompts off. Apple needs to address the siri/vc issue as well, all headphones attempt to open that talking abomination. 250 megabyte program to deliver 3 preset EQ profiles, ANC/pass-though switch and firmware checks that'll probably never see an update is the best you can do with this? Bloated nonsense. I don't get it.

It’s working again:. It’s finally working again, but you’ll know more if you read the other review on your other app, the Skullcandy IQ app. A little update: on the app, the skullcandy hands-free voice control will be working even though it is off, plus the Skullcandy Push active still need to be louder without having to be turned up, maybe they could be made louder over a firmware update, somehow.

APP, SUPORT, FUNCTIONALITY, ISSUES. The app does not have clear instructions for connecting your product it shows that my product is in the window and then it says it’s not connected and it is connected I’m actually leaving this review using the product microphone. Their support page through the app does not function correctly it connects to a web link that is a blank page mobile page and desktop page both show as blank. volume power and technical buttons should be on opposite sides on the headphones. Button sizes are so similar it’s very easy to make mistakes. Noise cancellation feature does not work well I can hear my TV when it’s at volume number six which is not very loud. I’ve gotten maximum wife of five hours while using them connected to my cell phone. The charging cord is an inch and a half long way too short it makes you think the engineers that designed this did not think about the consumer at all. The microphone works pretty well that’s about the only compliment I can give these headphones. The functions as stated on the box suit my needs but the product doesn’t deliver them very well! Definitely think twice before purchasing!

Wow great. I ended up for connecting this product through the app it works perfectly did an update and restarted everything charged up to 100% did voice call test everything sounds perfect clear and it has a great quality this far can I complain!

Can’t update headphones. I have yet to be able to update my headphones. Everytime I try it keeps saying that it’s been interrupted by a phone call or something and it stops it. Like I’ll push the button to update it with nothing opened on my phone the head phones will say voice control off and then the update stops immediately. It check everything and try again and it just keeps doing the same thing please fix this

Good when the app work, otherwise it is a nightmare.. I have deleted and reinstalled the app about 20 times already. My microphone doesn’t work all the time. For some reason, the voice control stop working on its own, even when the option is still active, so if I want to talk with someone, they are not able to hear me. But, when the app work, then they hear me perfectly. Also, the voice control doesn’t work a lot of time. I keep saying: hey skull Andy and doesn’t listen to my commands. Very frustrating. I’m thinking about turning it back to the store. 😔

Works Fine For Me. My Crusher Evos connected just fine. I feel like those who are having trouble aren’t doing it right. Turn them off, long press the on/off button so it turns on and goes into pairing mode, when the Tile app finds it you need to press on/off AND the play/pause buttons at the same time. Then it will connect.

Doesn’t Support Products. I don’t really understand why the app doesn’t support the products that advertise and encourage use of the app on/in the packaging said unsupported product comes in. Honestly if the touch controls on the earbuds were more intuitive and less hyper sensitive then an app wouldn’t be necessary. If it isn’t going to support all of your products then don’t advertise this app on all of your products. It just comes across as a way to get your personal information alongside an earbud purchase.

Should be able to put battery widget on homescreen. So i really like skullcandy headphones, i have the “mod” ones and they sound really good. However the only reason i really downloaded this app was to have the widget to see each headphones battery life I do like the equaliser but main thing is battery Which the app calls them widgets, so why isnt there a option to add the widget to the home screen Instead of having to open up the app It is useful, but it would be better if it could just be on my home screen

Issues with app connectivity but good features. Every time I connect my Grind earbuds, my phone pops up a notification that “skullcandy would like to communicate with the Skullcandy Inc. Grind”. No matter which choice I pick or how many times I pick it, the message pops up every time, and forcibly takes me to the Skullcandy App if I select “allow”. The choice doesn’t affect the functionality as far as I’ve noticed. I have all permissions enabled. The other problem is one or both of my earbuds will randomly disconnect and power off without warning. I don’t think this is a hardware issue as these problems only started occurring with the last large update to the app. A fix would be appreciated.

Never Worked. Within the span of a year I’ve bought 2 Skullcandy Products that are in the compatibility list for this app and neither of them worked. They had 10 months to fix this app between the times I bought 2 different products that SHOULD WORK on this app and they just didn’t work. Even though it’s flashed on the products boxes that they should work on the app. They never did. I tried multiple times. They don’t work. You’re fine just using them manually. All this app has to offer is helping you control your earbuds and headphones in a way you can do with the buttons built into them anyway. I bought the Indy Evo’s and Dime 2’s, both on the list, both get picked up when I try to register them, both also fail to register no matter what I do. Don’t waste your energy with this app. Just keep your manual on you if you don’t remember how to use them very well. You’ll be fine.

Love the Earbuds but not the app or software. Love the Earbuds but not the app or software, always having issues paring it with the app and the settings are always changing and not saving. I have the SESH ANC MODEL S2TEW and I love them but like I said I been having a lot of issues with the app. Along with other issues, that other users have stated in these reviews. I love the earbuds and I really hope y’all update the app with patches that could fix these bugs please and thank you in advance!

200 dollar headphones garbage. Do not buy Skullcandy products. App on iPad does not have a way to connect to Skullcandy crusher evo wireless. Only lists other products for connecting when they state on website hat this model uses the app. The entire design and reason to spend the extra money was the equalizer. But can’t access it. They have no way to access it on pc, which is ridiculous for any company in this day and age. I tried to download the app on my phone, to see if it was any different, but it won’t let me, because it says it is not compatible with my phone. Only app in the play store that is not. Scummy company charging like they are selling Bose products and it is bottom of the barrel when it comes to product support. Why even try. I hope they go out of business for taking advantage of a disabled person. Will be going on the better business bureau and filing a formal complaint. I always thought the name was all hype and I suspected they sell garbage. Nice headphones, but expensive worthless and inaccessible features.

Minimally Functional. The app does enough - tells you your battery, helps you link your device(s) to Tile, but sometimes falls short. Promised features such as using the App for personalized listening tests and switching between EQ modes are unsubstantiated, at least on iOS. I appreciate the work that has already gone into the app, but when you purchase something and are told you will get features that you ultimately do not, it stings.

Push Active. Just got an early Christmas gift of the push active earbuds- they are so amazing and this app is incredible! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The UI is super easy to use and so cool! I am so glad I got skull candy headphones instead of apple! They fit in my ear so well and never fall out when I am running or skiing— unlike my old AirPods. Super recommend this product to anyone looking for activewear earbuds and a useful app!

Absolute doo doo feces. Every single time I open this application it is a frustrating experience. I have the Skullcandy Mod True Wireless earbuds. Every time I open the app, it behaves like it’s the first time I’ve ever used it and forces me to input a combination of swipes before doing anything else. Likewise, it stores no memory of the settings I use for my earbuds. Every time I want to use the earbuds with Stay Aware Mode on, I have to open this godforsaken application, and go through the tutorial. Furthermore, sometimes it doesn’t even recognize that my earbuds are connected to the Bluetooth and requires a reset which means, you guessed it, a tutorial. There are also almost no settings to be customized. Just lengthy user guides. There are also typos that need to be fixed within those guides. The whole thing is just really disappointing.

Consider Other Brands. The Indy ANC Fuel is really not on par with other products. I only owned the earbuds for a little over a month and the sound started fading in the right bud. It's entirely possible that I got a defective set, but I won't bother replacing it - it's a bad consumer experience and a terrible sign of what's to come. No thanks, I'll just return them. And don't get me started on the app. I guess it's good for one thing, it has a guide to document all the numerous, weird touch gestures. Soundpeats has its own set of problems, but they are better for the price point.

Not compatible. I bought Crusher headphones today but they are not compatible.

Ehh. I just received a pair of hesh evos and the sound quality is amazing, however there is nowhere to connect on the app which is very disappointing.

Doesn’t open. Doesn’t open

lacklustre app. bought hesh anc headphones and they show up on the app but they aren’t able to be connected because they aren’t in the selectable headphones?? app needs a major update.

Bad app and Bad Headphone !!. It’s very bad company .. nothing’s good the wireless headphone is very bad quality .. and the same with the app . I am very sad and angry .. I will return the headphone and take another one, maybe Sony or Pioneer ..

Range of Bluetooth products. Doesn’t have enough skull candy Bluetooth devices that can be connected, like the sesh and sesh evo. Increase the range

Connection issues. Cant connect my crusher evos even though it promises it connects pls fix

It needs a significant upgrade. I am on my fourth pair of Skullcandy wireless buds. One pair of Fuels and three pairs of Grinds. Each has had hardware problems shortly after they were supplied. The app also caused problems by continually trying to link up with the buds when they were stored in their recharging case. I continually got a dialogue box asking me to allow them to connect and for the app to open, even though I was not using the buds. In the end, I had to delete the buds from my Bluetooth using settings and then reconnect afresh when I wanted to use the buds. This is not the smooth operation promised by Skullcandy. It’s a pity, because my previous experiences with their wired buds have been positive. The local distributor was very good and I only gave praise for their service ethos, but I am very disappointed with Skullcandy’s quality control. Back to the drawing board. Happy to discuss if you want to reach out.

App is actually trash. Wdym I can’t use my hesh evo’s that I paid $250 bucks for absolutely stupid

Jib true 2. Why the jib true 2 is not compatible with this app that suck

Issue. I have done all the instructions but the app ain’t letting me in...

Not compatible with Push earbud. It’s disappointing if we don’t find our bought in company priority list thus developer it would be appreciated if you can make it compatible with Push also since it’s already compatible with Push Ultra, successor of Push series.

Issues in opening.. Why can’t I open this app? 🧐

Not compatible with its own new devices. Not compatible with its own new devices

Disappointing. I just brought the Heat Evo love it downloaded the app just doesn’t connect very upsetting and a total waste of time this needs to be fixed

Needs Alot of work. The app fails to connect to Indy fuel with proximity error.

Not compatible with CRUSH WIRELESS. C’mon how are you going to have such good headphones but you can’t connect it to the app This app needs MAJOR development I have crusher wireless and it’s not connecting it only connects with crusher evo, this is very disappointing

Waste of time. Just brought a pair of jib true earbuds and on the package it recommended downloading the app problem being jib true’s are not on the pairing list in the app.

update. as if u they dont have all the headphones on there for us to connect honestly disappointed the headphones themself are really good i love the base best thing about them but they need to work on the app !!

Not working with Macbook M1. I love these earphones but when I use it for uni I dont carry my phone with around and the app for doesnt allow to even pair with the app

h. For the people who can’t open the app it’s says in the description that it is specifically made for the Crusher ANC

Pixel Junky. This app seriously rocks! Obviously been updated since the bad reviews! Personal sound is awesome!

Happy. I am actually quite happy with this, there was a problem i had when i was pairing because i had tried pairing them before getting the app, but that seemed to sort itself out. The app has some really great features, and I am overall very happy with my product.

👍. 👍

Won’t connect. The app does not connect. False advertisement. Buy something more reliable.

Great headphones, terrible app. My Skullcandy Push Actives are great, but the app has a terrible time connecting, disconnects randomly, stays connected when headphones are charging…. It’s annoying.

Won’t connect. Dowmloaded from QR code on package but won’t connect and not intended to work with many models of the buds ir claims it’s designed for. Talk about disconnect

Can’t connect to my earbuds. I can connect them once but after that one time I have to reinstall the app just to connect again.

Bad. Hesh Evo not supported

Won’t pair my headphones even though there skullcandy headphones. Don’t like this

Typical greedy corporation. Won’t recognize my Hesh anc. Headphones are crappy too so what can you expect? I’ll be returning mine for some JBLs asap. This company fancies themselves as players in the headphone game . They are not. Suitable for high school girls who know nothing about high fidelity but then again nor does skullcandy.

Sadly doesnt work on my dime headphones skullcandy. it doesnt support it, they should though

Wont connect. It doesn't support my devices even though they're not old and are from skull candy, I used spoke

Wont stay connected. I’ve had to delete and reinstall this app twice now because it will connect to my headphones and a week or two later says can’t find headphones to connect with !! So I have deleted and reinstall the app just to pair my headphones up again ! No thanks

Can’t connect. Can’t connect my headphones but it has pretty good ui

Needs more options. Please add the skull candy hesh 3 to the app

Can’t connect. Not worth the download.. Can’t connect even if the devices is connected. Sorry but this app is trash

It’s ok, if I could’ve been able to proceed further. I would love to use this app BUT you guys don’t have the Hesh 2 headphones! If it could be possible, PLEASE add the Hesh 2 :)

So Far, So Great. Not sure what everyone is up in arms over, bought the Crusher Evos after researching test sites and reviews. They were on the expensive side but comparatively to other brands they are trying to be on par with, these were the more economical. The app was a little finicky to connect as people are eluding to in these reviews, it took me 3 try’s to connect; however, once it did, it was pretty cool. There is a hearing test set up to customize to your hearing, the base setting on the headphones is extremely cool giving you a club base vibration to enhance anything with a desired base vibe sound. I’m only a few hours into these headphones and I’m already stoked to use them on a regular basis. The expert reviews I saw criticized the softness of the padding on the ear pieces, I disagree, they are soft and comfortable, they fit over my ears perfectly and I have big ears. I would say if you’re looking for a great pair of headphones that aren’t $500 then for around $200 the Crusher Evos are a great buy.

Indy true wireless. Doesn’t have the Indy true wireless buds... could you please add it in the next update? Thanks

No it great. I needed to learn to reset my earbuds, so they have instructions on the app, however as soon as you turn the earbuds off, per the instructions, the information in the so closes as the device isn’t paired anymore. A bit of a paradox. So you need to screenshot the info if you need anything while your device isn’t actively paired/off

HESH ANC NOT SUPPORTED. Yeah, thought the app would support the HESH ANC. Can’t customize how I want my music to sound without having to go through the trouble of searching through my phone. Just wish they could add more products to support.

Can’t connect app to Crusher ANC headphones. I have an iPhone 14. What’s up that I can’t connect my Crusher ANC headphones to the app? Heads are good, but I can’t do the advertised bass adjustment. What’s the issue here guys?

Ok it’s ok. The app is kinda useless and is only good for seeing a pretty 2d picture of your divice and doesn’t do much else

Junk. Junk app won’t connect to my head phones. Music plays but still won’t connect

Great Headphones, Poor App. Skullcandy Crusher EVO's are worth every penny, with every second feeling like bliss. However... The EQ functionality: I select the preset "Movie Mode" as out of the (ONLY THREE!?!) options, it sounded the best to me. SOMETHING happens, which puts me back on the default "music" mode..? Seriously.. Only 3 EQ presets? Assume some people are experienced with customizing EQ's and may want to do so.

Limited connection. This app only connects a very limited amount of their products, and it never works anyway to connect

Good app. Very good app, well made and easy to use. could have more features. 👍👍👍

Spare parts. Was honestly just trying to order a spare mic for my headset but even that is difficult to request. I guess they don’t want to make money. Very disappointing

Very good app. This app is very good. You don’t need more then that.

Not pairing. Wont connect my skullcandy dimes even though it’s from skullcandy

Skullcandy fix your issues!. The Push Actives are a waste of money, I recommend never buying Skullcandy ever again! They make so much money but they can’t even fix there issues! I hope they realize the world of social media talks, and they are getting bad review’s because they don’t care for there customers at all! Got my earbuds a week ago and already the left earbud has no sound! Barely used the things and google says it’s a widespread issue! So spend your money elsewhere, cause skull candy will take your money even if you paid for warranty, and tell you it’s your issue or to widespread of a issue that they can’t help! Pay attention to your 2.1 review rating it’s embarrassing!

Would give 0 if I could.. Would be nice if the app would connect to my Crusher ANC 2s 🙄

Skullcandy is garbage. Bought a pair and it was not charging right out of the box. Everyone told me this brand is garbage but still I wanted to give them a chance. Never again. 🤢🤮

App no longer works. I never had issues with this app with my grind fuel earbuds now this app no longer supports that earbud set and I can’t even get the new one to load why break something that was fine

App can’t connect. Already listening to music with my Indy Evo but the app can’t connect to them ???

Wont even connect. Wont connect

Skull candy. Can you please add the jib true wireless earbuds please in the next update thank you

Hello. Can you add skullcandy crusher wireless please

Terrible - False Advertising. The features shown in the pictures don’t reflect what’s actually in the app, blatant lies. It used to work okay with my Crusher ANC headphones for a bit but would always take forever to connect to them. Now, the app doesn’t connect at all and customer service doesn’t even know how to help me. They say it’s a widespread issue.

No Pairing. Useless App

Crusher wireless. Please make it so the app supports other older products as well….

connection problem. The air buds just will not connect it tries, tries, tries and then says failed. Make sure that it’s charged or close enough. It’s right on top of the damn phone and the app can’t find it go into settings, and it says connected app is worth less than the effort take to write it needs updating.

GOOD. I LIKE UR PRODUCT. also can u add hesh anc to it

doesn’t connect. the app doesn’t support my skullcandy hesh evo headphones. it has been months and they still aren’t supported, what’s the point???

SKULLCANDY!!!!. I can’t use this app with my Crusher wireless headphones, or my Indy true wireless earbuds. But I am hoping to get a pair of Hesh ANC’s. I understand that they, along with multiple Skullcandy EVO and ANC headphones and earbuds do not currently work with this app, but they should/need to, and I hope that you will add more models soon! I will not rate this app one star because I can’t technically judge its functionality without actually using it, and I do not have the compatible Skullcandy models to use with the app. So, instead of rating this app one star because it seriously needs to be updated to work with at least all of the EVO and ANC models, I will give five stars because I hope that it soon will, and mostly just because I really love the brand. 😎👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But seriously, Skulcandy, please add more models SOON!

Wont work. 50$ head phones and this app wont work with my sesh evos im a little bit up set.. seems like a great app but i wish i could try it instead of buying the dime 2 or another pair

You support every skull candy product that nobody has.. Seriously. Get better.

Cassette. My Cassette is not working

Add Hesh Evo please. Can you add Hesh Evo to devices? It’s under skullcandy but my specific pair of headphones aren’t there ☹️

Took a few attempts to pair. After about 4 attempts my Crusher Evo paired. App is good otherwise .

Cannot Connect Crusher Evo to App. I’ve had my Crusher Evos for about a year now and the app had problems before where it wouldn’t connect SOMETIMES and I could deal with it. But as of recently the app just refuses to connect to my headphones even though it is still connected to my phone. I have the IPhone 14 and I have no reason to believe that it is the hardware in the headphones. This app would give me problems before but now it is completely unusable.

Doesn’t connect. Won’t connect with my new Mod.

Useless app, and a bad company. Not only does their app work with nothing good anymore, their stupid products die after 6 months :/ At least my last Bluetooth headset lasted longer than these, and that was back in 2016!! When everything was bad

Terrible connection. My app almost always has issues connecting to my earbuds even when I’m listening to music through them and they’re connected to my phone. Everytime you open the app you have to wait a couple seconds for it to connect your earbuds again so you can change settings on it as well. Just not a very well thought out app.

Worked and then it didn’t. Got for Christmas. Synched with iPhone and loved the voice commands and we. Then for some reason the app recognizes the grind earbuds are there but won’t connect the app to them. Yes they work on the phone but all the reasons to have them for voice command now don’t work. The little button at the top of the app isn’t there anymore. Delegating and reloading didn’t work.

Hello SkullCandy Developers. I like my skullcandy dime wireless earbuds. They were very cheap and good quality, but when I went to the app, I couldn’t connect. It is telling me Dime 2 or Dime XT or something. I only have a normal dime. So I clicked I don’t see my product, and it did absolutely nothing. Could you please reply and help me fix this?

Connects to phone, not app. The Hesh anc connects to iphone but no matter how one pairs the devices, it will not connect to the app. It will show that hesh is discoverable but show 'not connected' . I want to change eq settings on app but it doesn't seem like that will or ever happen. It ls kinda like they sell you tech that would never actually work. I'm embarrassed to ask the person who gave me this a 'return receipt' but I need headphones for work that actually work and sound good. 1 . Can't connect to app 2. Can't change sound settings 3. Sound is worth $25 tops 4. Contact Support looks sketchy with info needed 5. Wayyy too expensive for what it is 6. Noise canceling is subpar 7. Its 2021, get it right 🙄

App doesn’t launch for me as well... help. Downloaded the app and have the loading page, but doesn’t open after, it just quits to the home page... I have IOS 11.4 and the app description said it can be used after IOS 11.0 so I really don’t know why it won’t launch. I think it’s not just me that have the issue, so any suggestions? Anything helps. Thanks and have a blessed day. Two stars for SkullCandy’s effort

Fix this app!. The headphones themselves are really good amazing bass but I downloaded this app and it found my device and everything I clicked the type of headphones I have which are crusher evo which is on there and it won’t connect to it at all. This is very frustrating. I know exactly what product it is and I know it is app-compatible.

Can’t Even Find My Phone. Downloaded app. Can’t even find my phone. The earbuds work fine but stupid app can’t find them when trying to pair with app. Keeps giving Bluetooth connection error and to make sure they are close to phone. I even set them on my phone and no go. But from other reviews it’s probably just as well because from other reviews it sounds like the app is full of other issues even if I could use it.

BUGGY. This app has been so buggy lately, constantly not being able to find my Push Ultras despite them being connected to my phone’s Bluetooth just fine. What’s the point of owning Skull Candies when I can’t access all the features and voice control? I’m also tired of having to do a full reset every single time just to get them reconnected, because I have to redo that personalized sound test every dang time I do also.

Glitchy, annoying "swipe left..." never goes away. This app looks slick but it has been very glitchy for me. 1) sometimes it won't connect at all, 2) has periods where Voice control goes on and off, stay aware switch toggles off but you can tell it's still on on the headphones, and the Personal Sound switch will not toggle on at all (even though it clearly shows i have a sound profile saved).

Why can’t you just change the EQ mode through the app?. It is so difficult to change the EQ mode no matter how much I tap it twice and then hold it for two seconds I don’t know why you can’t just change it through the app like you can ambient mode it’s very unintelligent and annoying.

Not the happiest. My grind fuel earbuds are really nice and the app has a lot of good stuff in it. But my earbuds keep disconnecting with the app. And now will not reconnect. I’ve done everything the app says but still won’t work. So I deleted it and redownloaded it. It worked for a while but it happened again….and again…and again. The earbuds work great but any tips on what to do would be helpful.

Using Indy ANC (in the supported list) and enabled Bluetooth permissions still won’t connect. Well either there’s a giant bug or the app is made by garbage people cause I can hear audio through my headphones the headphones are connected just fine and I’m using Skullcandy inc anc wireless Bluetooth headphones but this price of junk app says “not connected” I rebooted the phone reinstalled the app checked all the permissions etc etc and nothing works thanks for nothing

Earbuds are fine, the app is crap.. The earbuds sound fine and connected easily to my phone via Bluetooth, however the app seems mostly worthless. It recognizes my earbuds exist and can pick them out of a line up, but refuses to connect. I’ve also wasted a great deal of time trying to register the buds to see if that will unlock app functionality, but it is just as futile. I should just be happy with the inexpensive earbuds and delete the app as it just takes up space.

App doesn’t work. I have Indy Evos and the headphones themselves are awesome. I love them and they work great. But every time I try to connect them to the Skullcandy app it “fails to connect.” I wish I could access the EQ and ambiance easier. If this app could actually connect to the headphones this whole setup would be 10/10. I have made sure “Bluetooth is enabled” that’s why I’m able to listen to the headphones, the app itself is just broken.

Very Happy. I’ve had my Indy ANC earbuds a year and couldn’t get the volume up enough, I never had connectivity issues. Finally, I took the time to do some research, got the app and now they’re awesome. I’m so happy.

The update fixed everything!!. Before this update, the app was broken, now it does everything right. Music already sounds better.

Broken. I recently bought a pair of Skullcandy headphones and successfully paired them without an issue. But then whenever I tried to pair them, they would constantly say that my headphones couldn’t connect because they were too far away even though I literally had them right next to my device. I tried charging them to see if they would work then, but they still wouldn’t connect😤

2nd SkullCandy Product Purchased and Not Supported 🤦🏻‍♀️. I’ve always found SkullCandy to be of superior quality for sound and sustainability. In fact I chose to purchase SkullCandy Sesh Evo’s instead of Apple AirPod Pros like I have for my kids for that reason after my SkullCandy Jib XT’s stopped charging out of the blue. I was “crushed” when I found out my Jib XT’s were not supported on this app even after having them for a year, and now my Sesh Evo’s are supported either. 🤦🏻‍♀️Beyond Frustrating! What gives?!?

Very inconsistent.. The app constantly fails to recognize that my Crusher EVO wireless headphones are connected. The only way to fix it is to unlink my headphones from the app, power cycle the headphones, then manually relink them in the app. Based on the reviews, I'm far from the only one who experiences this. I expected more from Skullcandy. Please stop replying to these reviews with useless, generic platitudes and actually look into fixing this.

No sound. I’m eating 3.5 because only one ear bud is working. The story is suddenly my right ear bud loses sound but all the button functions work. The only fix that surprisingly works for me is wiggling around in my ear and sound is there but if I press the button the sound disappears I’m not sure how to fix this

The app doesn’t connect to the headphones. The app finds my Crusher ANC but it never connects, I tried to connect to the app a couple of times a week for months now. Crusher ANC’s touch sensors are too sensitive, while simply walking every few minutes it interrupts my music with switching between bass and ambient mode. Also the headphones are not comfortable on my ears, I love the way the headphones sound but there is just too many aspects that work terrible

I loved it. I don‘t understand the other reviews, but it’s amazing! The listening experience was so much better! You can customize your music settings, and make custom settings, and it made my time listening to music much better! I suggest. Five star app.

The crusher wireless. So basically I’m connected to my crushers and there not connecting to the app idk if it’s a glitch or I have the wrong headphones but if you want more people using the app make it support the crusher wireless because I have them and I have seen many people with them All I’m saying is to make it so u use them with the app and that’s it thx - Danny

It’s Ight. The app is ok. I like how I can switch the ambient mode because I forgot how to do it on the earplugs. I wish I could change the EQ on the app though. And I also wish I could customize my own EQ but it looks like it’s just for the headphones because the option for me isn’t there. Maybe it’s something they can add in the future.

Not sharing. I was happy with this until I bought a Apple Watch and I can’t seem to share it between my phone and watch, so no music for me while working out. I tried everything, I disconnected it from my phone to connect it to the watch but now I can’t connect it back to my phone and no music.

Works as mentioned in Manual. The personal audio test and setting helps sound quality and able to switch between pre programmed EQ’s. Also includes a manual of headphone features. Used on crusher evo.

Connection issues. Overall the app is good it’s just I can’t connect my wireless ear buds to the app even though it was connected to my phone it popped up on the screen but when tap it it did nothing so I tried to Connect it to a different model of my earbuds as that did not work either so you may need to fix that and the earbuds are Jib true

It seems to work for the most part. The only thing that’s annoying (IMO) is the Hands Free operation where you have to say “Hey Skullcandy…”. I have it turned off. But it keeps beeping trying to remind me that it’s there and off. If it’s off it should not keep beeping me that it’s off. Maybe I should turn it on and say “Hey Skullcandy shut the H up!” 😃

Full potential. Overall awesome app! Really pleased to get the full potential out of my headphones now. The pre set EQs are extremely helpful because I have trouble making up my mind like a teenage girl trying to pick an outfit for the first day of school. It’s all laid out for you and very easy to use!

Trash. App doesn’t function. 2.5 stars, what a laughable joke. Such a simple app yet, doesn’t even function properly. Must be incredibly embarrassing. It recognizes my earbuds are connected to my phone yet, can’t find them when trying to connect to the app. For a company that produces 150$+ products the fact you can’t create a simple app that works with your own product is laughable and clearly you don’t care given the extent of the reviews.

Super Duper Impressed. The new version of the app is amazeballs! Being able to control my products via the app and even make a personalized sound profile is next level. I would totally recommend to anyone with compatible Skullcandy products!

Indy ANC. Had my plugs for two months and downloaded this app can switch between options clearer through the app verses tapping ear buds has active widgets and has a ear testing to get the best sound for personalized hearing.. works great for me..

Can’t hear out both headphones. I went through the website and did the steps and described. Tried several times and can’t figure out why it only chooses to play out one at a time! Really heart breaking that I can’t get the full experience

Is it the buds or app bugs. Love Skullcandy headphones specific ones I’m talking about are the ANC IndyI’m noticing that they’re not evenly charging now I don’t know if this is just the earbuds themselves or the app bug I found if it’s a bug please fix it I’m getting worried about my new headset but overall it’s a cool app ohCan you please add a bass boost feature on the app please

wont connect. just the day i got the Indy Evo earbuds they connected to the app and it worked perfectly fine the literal next day the dont wanna connect to the app at all but are connected to my phone perfectly fine, ive forgotten the ear buds on my phone multiple times and reset them but it still says its not in proximity ranger or within the range of my phone when they were right there

Would rate this 0 stars if I could. Have Indy evo. On the box: “download the app…” so I download the app, connect it the first time. Loved the stay aware setting, everything else was basically mute, but I work with music in my ears I like stay aware. Fast forward a few months: tried many times to connect it before work. Again, Indy evo is supported on the app. I’m lucky if it connects 1/15 times. Resetting, pausing all other apps/ music, etc. nothing worked. Most useless app I have ever owned.

Could be better. This app is cool for what it currently can do, what i would like tho is the ability to change the eq from the app instead of having to use the touch controls because the touch controles on my Indy evos doesn’t work anymore, the headphones work and i can turn ambient mode on and off from the app but i cant change the eq which is all i need to say this app is perfect

Nice start but lacking important features. I like the personalized user hearing feature. However, it is a pain to have to carry around the user manual to figure out how to switch between modes, power on/off earbuds, switch Bluetooth devices, adjust volume, etc. It would be nice if those things could be adjusted within the app.

Love the headphones. Hate the app. Great headphones nothing to complain about. but your app is not only useless because as far as i notice i need to be on the app for it to even work for me. and if i don’t use if for a week it doesn’t let me reconnect my headphones unless i unlink and relink them. so frustrating this is my 3rd time. for such expensive products with such high quality you should run that through to all your services.

Music sounds better!!!. Soo i just bought a pair of Indy XT ANCs and wow best idea!!! I also didn’t think of downloading the app til now. I just used the personal sound item and wow; made a HUGE difference in listening to my music!! Skullcandy; you could add more EQs but, I’m more than satisfied with my product.

Modest works well contains manual. Happy with app. First SESH ANC were refurbs that didn’t connect. Replacement worked well and App has worked well Solid little app. Reference to in app manual for the phones is a big plus.

This is not at all accessible with voiceover. This app just got updated yesterday, running iOS 14.4.1, on an iPhone SE, and it is severely inaccessible with voiceover. It takes a significant amount of trial and error, double tapping, turning off and on voiceover, and a plethora of other hacking techniques just to get the app to play nice with screen readers. So I don’t see any accessibility improvements at all, there’s no buttons, or at least the controls are not labeled correctly, and are nearly impossible to use with a screen reader.g

Headphones are very, very good. App is very, very bad. I recently bought a pair of Skullcandy Crushers, and saw this on the App Store. I installed the app, and tried to pair my headphones. It keeps saying they’re compatible, but it just keeps sending me to a screen to select my earbuds. If you can fix this problem, it would, you know, solve my problem.

Switching through podcast mode and music. If you don’t use the app about once a week, the app will forget your device. It’s gotten ver annoying might as well build it into the headphones at this point. Don’t get me wrong they sound amazing I use them everyday, just when I try to use the app… I’ve deleted Abe downloaded the app about 10 times Not the biggest fan of such a low quality design for an app.

Good But Doesn’t Do Much. Edited: changing this to 4 stars because it’s good to have to learn all of the taps when they’re new. —————————- This app is good for what it is but it didn’t really do much after you pair and register it. You can change ambient mode but you can also do that by the controls. And you need to use the controls to adjust the EQ.

Really no point, and the never ending hints are so annoying. Besides how useless the app is, the constant “helpful” hints that never go away while using the app are so annoying that I just don’t want to use the app because of it. If the hints were gone, I might consider using the app, but otherwise this one is getting deleted mostly because of how annoying the hints make the app to use.

I want to like these. I want to like the push active earbuds. They’re comfortable and have good sound but connectivity is bad. There just always seems to be an issue. I can’t just put them in and go. I love the Skullcandy brand but these are not it. I wish there was a way to disconnect the earbuds through the app. I have to go into my Bluetooth settings each time to disconnect. Am I missing something?

NO EQ??????!!!!. In the Soundcore app I can adjust my ear buds EQ, customize whether I want 2 taps to adjust volume, skip track, ambient mode etc. this app is basically a digital manual. Cmon guys I like the sound and fit of your pods/buds but I bet 80-85% of the people that downloaded this app because they wanted more EQ options other Than just Music, Podcast, and Movie. I’m seriously just trying to help when I say that this app probably gets deleted 30seconds after it’s opened. It’s a cool app icon but that’s it. Thanks

A Lonf Way to Go.. I have brand new Indy Evo earbuds. I thought this app as going to be great (especially since the ear tap controls are nearly worthless) . But I have had to uninstall the app, turn off my phone remove the buds from my blue tooth, turn off the blue tooth, reset my buds, reload and reinstall everything repeatedly if I want the app and earbuds to continue working together. In other words, this app is deeply flawed, or the product is. Skull Candy should do better, they choose not to.

App don’t connect. I have a pair of Hesh ANC headphones and when I try to connect to the app it brings up a thing that says Hesh ANC headphones on it but it says that they are not connected. I’ve tried hitting the plus button and clicking on the Crusher ANC to see if maybe that would work but it just send me back to the homepage and doesn't connect it. The headphones are connected to my phone while I was trying (i was listening to music while trying to pair them)

Please wait! Skullcandy app comments loading...
