Slow. Keep being told files won’t upload and the app won’t even open on my iPhone 6….whewwww.

My mistake. I had given this app a poor review due to thinking I had lost all my photos when I had to reset my phone.Turns out I had logged in with a different email into the app. Logged in with right email all my pictures are there.

Decent but still no google photos. It’s ok , but I hate that there is no way to view on a PC like with most other phone apps.. hope some say you can implement this feature.

I love my photo vault now ,I don’t have to worry about storage.. I love this I don’t have to worry anymore about my photo’s or videos I have the space I need I am so happy thanks.

Doesn’t work well. It doesn’t save the photos completely so once you have them deleted off your device, the photos will only show blurry on the app and you can’t redownload them into your phone

App stopped backing up photos in mid April.. Was working fine until mid April, then it stopped backing up photos. No longer usable app.

No one-time code. I switched to Cricket and received MyPhotoVault with my subscription. I put over a thousand pictures in my vault. I bought a new phone to upgrade and I haven’t been able to recover my photos/account. I can’t get my photos because when I tried to get into my account it asked me to put my email in and then it would send me a “one-time code. I’ve been trying for over 4 months now but it doesn’t send anything to my email. Please help me if there’s anyone who knows how to get into your account.

Downloading doesn’t work. I can’t get it to download all my pictures everything but 50 pictures gets downloaded and I can’t get it to download rest

Download took too long!. It’s been over a week since it was introduced to me on my iPhone 12 and took a week exactly to down load all of my photos seems a little excessive for my taste!

It’s a great app but lot of glitch. Please! Fix this app. It’s awesome but need to fix it. It doesn’t sync and to close the app to sync each photo also crash when you are looking for something in about 3min more or less. It doesn’t recognize all the faces on the album. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you so much!

easy and useful. i really love that cricket offers this in their plan. it’s actually super easy to use and so useful too.

Crashing. App is unstable

Clunky. Whenever I tried to look at my pictures it was downloading and took forever to update. Sometimes the picture I wanted to see wasn’t available because it was still downloading. Just too cumbersome.

Horrible App. Doesn’t allow you to permanently delete videos which will eat up your free storage limit.

Great App. Backed all my photos up plus it was really quick

Slow loading. I like having extra storage but if it won’t load my saved photos to view them, it’s like not having the storage to begin with. I downloaded my photos and it prompts you to free up space on your actual phone but then when I go to view these photos in this app, it is extremely slow and doesn’t load hardly any of the photos to view them. It needs revised.

My Photo Vault Opus. MyPhotoVault is good I say. I am so happy I do not pay. It comforts me when I am down. Looking at my photos all around. It does not make a sound no it does not. Unless a notification appears on top. That’s when I deployed a little bot. To turn off the notification and knowledge I’m a cop. #fedtimeontheline #wegotlondononthetrack #telephonenumberswizkhalifa

Location services. Why this app needs to use my location 84 times in a matter of 3 days i have no idea, the app is useful but difficult laggy and over all just feels clunky.

Can't see or control backed up photos. I downloaded this app to, as implied, store photos short term. I allowed it access to all my photos, and before I could realize what was happening, it started backing up all my photos without giving me any control of what was to be stored and what left alone. To try to control it, I gave the app access to only some of my photos, the ones I wanted backed up, and then I couldn't see any of the photos that the app had already backed up. I went to return to the app after I had deleted my photo library from my phone (why I was looking for cloud storage in the first place) AND I STILL CAN'T SEE ANY OF THE PHOTOS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SAVED! It says I'm using 1.3 gbs, so I know s something is there, but it is really just annoying as heck. Overall, this is a solid 1 star experience.

My a photo vault. I love that I can create albums to locate my pictures & videos easier - without having to scroll through hundreds, thousands of them to find what I’m looking for. However, there’s an issue with the delete feature - It’s not deleting all the images I do not want or need. This is a storage concern which can & will affect device function at some point. I take a lot of screenshots for temp use that I need to remove from my device. Can you fix this?

Don’t even try it. It’s just a waste of money and time

New art effects. My 4 year old daughter and I ❤️ love to play with pictures with the new effects!! Keep them coming new ones to try.

Just for the person name in the account?. My husband and I have had cricket for a few years now, can’t complain! Now with this offer of the 150gb cloud storage is it just for him or for the both of us because his name is in the account and not mine! He entered his email and it’s works, I entered my email and I can’t further!

Deleted all my photos. I’ve had this app for 2 years and have used it to back up all my photos and i’ve never had an issue with that. Yesterday I go to open the app and i’m logged out and when i’m logged back in, all my photos prior to January 2023 are GONE. I’m devastated. I had over 15,000 photos and they’re just disappeared. I should have stuck with google photos.

Years of pics gone.. I uploaded thousands of pics on May 7 2021 I don’t use the app much so it was sent to the cloud. When I recovered it every darn pic and video was gone! This app is terrible. Thanks cricket. Eat a d.
