If you’re on the fence, just try it out. Install was much easier than I thought it’d be and I’m enjoying the trial period so far, so we’ll see what happens!

Does not work. Recently learned my cell phone company is going out of business. Got this to see if Cricket had good signal where i live. Many companies do not. I tried the sign ip process and it said my phone number is not valid and use a different one. Which i do not have

Refused to allow me to Keep my number. Deleted my number and wouldn’t allow me to port my number I’ve had spoke for over two hours on hold waiting for a human being to be told I can’t keep my own number or port it they wouldn’t allow me to use my number I had before them over a trial basically ruined my phone

Won't let me get esim. My phone is completely esim compatible and I tried to use that option last night but it wouldn't work, so I closed the app and figured I'd try again today. Now everytime I open the app it just says activate sim and make sure trial sim is inserted. I never ordered a sim and I haven't gotten one o just want to try out the esim.

It’s good. Downloaded this to test the AT&T network in my neighborhood, very pleased to see that i get 3-4 bars all around my house and neighborhood and even getting 5G+, but I unfortunately wasn’t able to really test the speeds of the network due to the 3GB limit as i run speed tests and would tear right through the 3GB limit. Hopefully there’s a higher data limit, or maybe even unlimited. Other than that, everything worked flawlessly.

Issues With App. I would love to try out this network, but there is issues with setting up! Getting issue of characters exceeds fields and done everything but will not go thru! Any suggestions so I can try this service out?

Disconnect from WiFi first!. So, I downloaded the TryCricket app to give Cricket Wireless a spin but it constantly errored out saying to make sure you are not on a VPN or public WiFi. I was at home and on my home WiFi network at the time so I couldn’t quite understand why the exception was being thrown. I disconnected from wifi and it worked. I can only assume there’s something that my ISP is doing that Cricket/ATT doesn’t like. Just wanted to get this out there in case anyone sees the same problem.

Refreshingly Easy Sign-Up. Out of my usual service area and without an existing plan or having to wait for a sim to arrive in the mail - I was able to get back on the grid with this app’s eSim trial within minutes of downloading. I didn’t know it could possibly be so easy!

Be sure to install the eSIM. I didn’t complete eSIM install when prompted and there’s no way to restart the trial/install so I burned my opportunity to try Cricket. Once you start the setup see it through to the end.

Won’t even let me sign up. everything shows to be accepted then i type my name in and it says max numbers exceeded 50 so i tried many different things and nothing has worked

Review. I have been back with this company for two years I have had many ups and downs and recently been disappointed with the quality of bridgepay and bridgepay extensions until I came across try cricket which is a lifesaver in my current situation I would like to say it is a blessing!!!

Satisfied. I had to get a SIM card sent to me. Cricket sent it to me super quick!! I got it in a day and a half and the service is great so far!! Thank you! I will be switching over to Cricket after my trial C:

BEST LINE EVERRRRR. I’ve been trying to turn this phone on for the longest but, lines are so pricey!! THEN CAME CRICKET!!! 14day free trial just to see if you like this network is amazing, and the best part, 0.00 so grateful. Now I can’t wait to fully get the plan

Not working. I tried it from both of my phones different emails multiple number a lot of times but does not work

Confused. Installing this app and getting started were quite easy. Cricket found that my 14 pro max was compatible with their service and proceeded to set me up for the free trial. Once I was assigned a number and activated the esim, I received a message that my device is not compatible. Which one is it? Either my device works with your device or it doesn’t. One star for ease of app use. Zero stars for services rendered and mixed messages.

Amazing. Really good for if you just need a few days of service, almost makes me wanna switch over to cricket

My experience. Fast, efficient, effective

Walk it. Love the fact that Cricket is give free trial with no train wheels. That send me a SIM card 3g data use on it to see how it will work for me in a real environment. In the day where everyone is just copy each other- they are do something different. Also show me right off the way it worked seamlessly a lot about it. So day 1 I try it out so far so good no matter made me fan already.

TryCricket. It’s awesome I recommend only if your phone is unlocked!!

TryCricket. I signed up got the esim set up literally everything was working I thought it gave you a 14 day free trial didn’t know it would only last 14mins right after on the same day as downloaded app

Trial sim. I received my trial sim card , installed it and it said 14 days free trial something like that on app then restarted phone and then came out that trial had ended…. That really got me upset .. so what was the trial …. Not happy about it .. tried calling support and no one awnsers … i really wanted to use trial .. how dissapointing this was . Not even a minute

5G not working. I’ve noticed that 5G didn’t work and I have tested it, 5G doesn’t enable even though I’m near a 5G tower

Why iOS 14 not support. I want install this application with my iPhone, but need iOS 15, my phone run with iOS 14, so I hope cricket can support iOS. 14. Thx:)

Horrible. I put it to send me a card to me and I waited for 2 weeks nothing came so I went into the app and it said that my trial is over when I never had it I tried to see if it was Esim but it wasn’t this is not good I tried reaching out to you guys about it but no one responded

Cuts your service when you try to join. I’m on the Affordable Connectivity program, and I am trying to connect to the service cricket uses, but the second I try to, even though I have no service otherwise, cricket cut my service when I clicked ‘join cricket’ To try and add the connectivity program account to my roster. Now I can’t do anything and I have no way of calling anyone to verify anything

GREATEST INVENTION EVER!!!. I was in a real bad position and my phone service with Verizon had so many fees adding up, AFTER I PAYED THE FULL BALANCE DOWN TWICE, and I recently got laid-off after having the “new” Covid and still trying to make the bills on time but Verizon keeps screwing me and then THIS APP CAME OUT OF NOWHERE and it turned my service on and now I can keep pushing to find a new job on Indeed. THANK YOU TO THE CREATORS FOR THIS BRILLIANT IDEA!

A dud. Won’t load at last step. After entering my data, app keeps going to “o no! Something went wrong!” No joke. Tried it on another iPhone 14 too - same result. A dud. NoPlace to seek support on the site or app either.

Try MyCricket. The trial was so easy to get started, works great so far and I am excited to see if this is the service for me!

Unable to log in. App won’t let me use my current account or sign in, the first page that pulls up on my iOS device I have to establish a new account with all personal info

Can’t Cancel Trial. Thank you for allowing us to test drive your system to let us realize how bad the service is in my area. However there is no option for need to cancel the service. I would not recommend a service that is deceiving like Cricket/AT&T

Love. How can I change from ordering to esim

Can’t cancel the trial. I was on trycrick but I have 0 days and I switched to cricket but they can’t activate my esim since I am still on trial mode and I been calling and no one can’t help or activate my esim since I am still on trial and the app don’t have a cancellation button and I pay 64 and can’t used the service

Good first effort. Service works but some shortcomings compared to Visable trial which offers more. AT&T should at least offer what Visable is offering for their trial as Verizon does have a stronger nationwide network. I wanted to test the AT&T network on my unlocked Verizon iPhone 13.

Great phone service. Completely free no credit card required great deal the only thing I wish though is that it only has 3GB of data so If you use it to much it will just send you at text that you have no more data and I wish that it was a unlimited so I could try it out more but besides that very fast reliable network and has great 5G coverage

Why does this need access to icloud and drive?. I have drive disabled and the app refuses to work without it. I don't know why this app, out of every single app installed on my phone, needs that in order to work but that's a big no from me.

Smooth process. Cricket app is very user friendly I had zero issues signing up for the free trial.

Only 3gb of data? Seriously???. Never tried at&t’s network before, if it works and the price is right I’d switch but with only 3gb of data there’s really not much to test drive… Verizon gives you 50gb and T-Mobile is unlimited for 3 months on their test drive trials… I run speed tests using ookla and I can use 3gb of data in 10 minutes…kinda makes you wonder who decided on thinking 3gb is enough to really get the full experience on AT&T’s network…. Tisk tisk
