Love that you have an app. I use to have to write a check or the online site wasn’t very user friendly on my phone. I appreciate how simple this is

Efficient and direct.. I have no experienced any bugs with this app and everything is straight to the point so you don’t get lost.

Don’t trust the Autopay. The last two months the autopay that I had setup (then re-setup after the first month) just ceased to exist and found out when my internet got cut. Works fine for payments if you set up a reminder to go in but I’m out $100 on late fees as a result :/

Best app for my rent payment and needs. This app makes it so easy and simplistic to go about paying my rent and having service request sent. You can also do plenty of other things in see upcoming events. They make it so simplistic

Easy to navigate and use!!. Makes communicating with the leasing office very easy. And making rent payments a breeze!

Easy to use. This makes maintenance requests and rent payments super easy, and it uses facial recognition if you have it so you don’t have to type your password every time. Super ease, super convenient

Maintenance. The app is good for paying rent I guess but clearly the maintenance feature isn’t working. I’ve had a maintenance request in there for months that they still haven’t fulfilled and they continually ask the same information every time I remind them about it even though it’s clearly listed in the app.

Please remember my login. I’ve been kicked numerous times and when I use my login credentials, your system forgets I ever existed. Quite literally. Even when I add my info in Forgot Email, it says my credentials don’t exist. I’ve had my manager help me set up my account twice now because she had to do some things on her end.

Convenient & simple. Easy to use. Have everything I need at my finger tips.

Unsafe Living Conditions. They won’t fix reported mold and water damage. They won’t fix appliances. Emergency maintenance will not come even if there’s flooding from storm damage. They rent out units that are hazardously dirty. And that’s only in the first 2 months. Hopefully people see this in time so they can look elsewhere.

Its alright but a few things. 1st my friends and I were on separate leases but it still lumped our sums together which none of us particularly wanted especially since sometimes it didn’t show who’s late fee was for who. And most billing details were under recent activities instead of balance details which was a bit confusing although not that much of a hassle. It is easier and cheaper to pay online that with a money order although

Easy and convenient to use. I use this app to pay for rent and submit maintenance requests. Easy to use any time of the day. Plug for maintenance crew at The Quarry: These guys are the best! Quick to do great work. Peace of mind knowing these guys are here to take care of things. Thanks!

DTN App. Lousy app. Needs much improvement and needs to be user friendly. I doubt many people want to login and pay my rent for me.

It could be more descriptive. I believe the app is good but it could be more descriptive and separate your fees so you can know what you’re paying and for how much and why

Easy to use. The app makes it easy to pay/see balance and also submit work orders. Also great reminder of the perks since I tend to forget about them until I see the option to look at them!

Good App. Love the way the app is set up. It loads so slowly though. It also will quit working after a minute or two of use.

Bull. I’m so tired of this unfair service with you guys I pay my rent on time every month and I live in a subpar apartment because there was a good amount of stuff that still need to be taken care of in my apartment and I ended having to do it myself and now I have been having the same issue over months now and you guys take notice when other people there have issues but my issues are brushed aside and my vehicle gets broken into and you guys don’t answer the telephone at all when I call but clearly assisted other people that same day that isn’t ok I will be going to city about this at this point because I’m a paying resident and I deserve what I’m paying which is just some simple service at this point

Work order system works well!. I like the app. I would really like it more if the events were posted on here, too, instead of just on the doors to the community building.

DTN app. The app is super convenient! The charge for paying online is super low, like less than a dollar low which is awesome. Loving the app and DTN management so far!!

Horrible. Hard to navigate app. Doesn’t have a “divide rent” option when there are clearly two signees. DNT is overall bad. Management is rude and exploitative. This apartment should not cost this much. Everything is made of particle board. Not a piece of real wood in the place. Trowbridge lofts is a scam and DNT needs to be put in check. They control too much of East Lansing. It should not be this expensive to live here.

Wonderful. Amazing app and easy to pay rent

Very easy to use!. Being able to do pretty much everything you need on this app is super convenient! It’s also really user friendly which is great as well!

Saves so much time. It’s much better to do everything from the app instead of walking to the office.

Parking. Easy access to make payments

Payment Portal combines fees. My #1 issue with the app is that it combines all roommates’ fees in the Payment Portal. While these are usually labeled, it’s hard to tell who owes what, the payments are NOT applied to specific charges (my roommate’s rent payment might cancel out my technology fee and then erase the utilities from the amount owed, but leave that amount as unpaid rent so that I don’t know what I owe or even what it’s for), and incorrect or doubled charges happen too frequently. While the app is handy for making online payments or submitting maintenance requests, it isn’t useful when trying to determine how much one owes. It very much comes across as DTN trying to take advantage of busy college students who might not have the time to track down all of the mystery charges that pop up and so they just pay what the app says they owe.

Maintenance Request. Trying to make maintenance request confusing. Looks like you need to go into Maintenance History” which is not what I’m asking for—it’s maintenance request. I did eventually find where to submit request. But I also found the request form to be difficult to complete on the “Priority” portion. Looks like only option is “work order” which doesn’t make sense to me. I thought it should be like high, medium or low. Thanks.

Maintenance requests are complicated. I had a lot of trouble getting maintenance requests to go through on the app, so I just use the website.

Just okay. Paying rent was easy, but it won’t save any changes I make to my profile. The name is wrong, the phone number is wrong, and the vehicle is wrong, so I went to change them and it will not allow any of it to be changed to what is correct. Quite frustrating. The website does the same thing.

Great Alternative to the web portal. Overall, this is a great app, easy to use in comparison to the web portal. Only a couple a couple of things that I do miss is the ability to pay with Apple Pay and the use of Face/Touch ID (not sure why these were removed about a year ago), but those are small conveniences in comparison.

Worst company ever. Worst landlord!

DTN is a scamming monopoly company. They own the wifi company, gas company, water company, everything. They say rent is 650 a month, until they charge you an extra 300$ in utilities on top of it. Go live at the hub for a 1,000 a month versus this dog crap company.

Broken. Payment doesn't work. Gets stuck on the debit card screen forever loading.

Hogwash. How is it possible that the app disallows one time payments and autopay right before rent is due? Absolutely ridiculous.

Raised my rent by $1/month. Which is effectively what a service fee for online payments is during a pandemic.

Service feeee?????. Okay DTN needs to get on their stuff. $10 each transaction is criminal and you guys definitely need to check yourself. Stop trying to steal our money through sue and scammy ways

Need more options. Add more options to the maintenance requests. Or just add custom categories and then I would be happier.

DTN is no good. This app is not great, but my real problem is with DTN. They’re dreadful, and they refuse to address even the most basic of concerns in any useful fashion. They’re predatory and despicable

Barely works. Lots of pop up errors and no Face ID or Touch ID compatibility. Same reminder every time you log in.

Terrible management. Scum of the earth honestly, they don’t corporate at all and threaten to take you to court over literally everything.

Terrible Company. They have a monopoly and do not try to improve anything at all. I hate this company.

If you’re reading this it’s too late. The app works fine, but it won’t help you escape the nightmare that is renting with a supermassive leasing company. Huge mistake.

Won’t stay logged in. App used to stay logged in now it logs out every time. Very unnecessary.
