Not user friendly. Confusing payment process, confusing values for autopay setup and that Dark background doesn’t help the user at all to be sure of what you are doing.

Awesome place. I’ve lived her now a little over a year and absolutely love my apartment. I am on the third floor so not sure about noise below, although I have asked the tenet below if I was annoying and she said she may have heard me once or twice. The grounds are kept extremely well kept. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I love champion. Champion is way better than other community portals in my opinion everything is quick fast and easy. No lags or mess ups:) I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Darn Good. No cap, best residential pay portal I’ve ever used. Very simple design, quick and user friendly

App review. This app is very slow during the payment process. It usually takes multiple attempts to to get the transaction processed. I get kicked out of the payment process multiple times and usually have to wait a full day or even make my payment in person at the office.

Excellent app. While there is not always a follow up email or confirmation, the maintenance team definitely gets the job done.

Decent. Still prefer Henri. Henri had a lot more use from the community and was better accepted. Plus didn’t spam “leave us a review” every time I opened the app (which is the only reason I’m writing this).

Unnecessarily difficult. The app won’t allow me to make changes or change my card info. Whenever I try to pay my rent it says “your complex won’t let you use a debit card at this time.” Or It says the app doesn’t accept “visa” 🙄. So I just went and got a money order. Unnecessarily difficult…

Easy, self explanatory app. I’ve used different apps for my previous apartments but this one is the best. It pretty self explanatory and I love that I can set up Apple Pay to pay my rent.

Have to login every time. On the login screen gives the option to remember me, but forces you to enter your login every time.

Could be better. There should be a frequently asked questions thing. Our profile should show our guest key codes, and there should be info for package delivery. All balances should be labeled.

These guys are no joke!. I’ve never submitted a service request that wasn’t resolved the same day and handled in professionally by going above and beyond. We’ve been here for almost 2 years and they never change. Amazing!

.. Needs updates. Doesn’t remember email when you click on the ‘Remember Email’ button. Wouldn’t mind being able to see the lease, breakout of rent/payments, and more info on building.
