Light At The End Of A Tunnel. The light at the end of a tunnel is how I feel about my life now. As I read and study it gives me hope for my future. I just have to believe that God knows what is best for me. Trust in Him and obey Him. Follow what God wants for me NOT what I THINK is best for me. God and Alcoholics Anonymous gave me another chance to do the right thing. These tools made available through the AA program are wonderful. Every time I read and study these materials I am renewed. I just have to do do the work and help the next person.

Best AA app Yet. This puts all of the AA apps into 1 and for me it’s the best one I have found.. It has everything I need to work on my steps and always have my Big book with me without having to carry a big book with me

Those ads. I understand the ads are necessary for income to keep the site going—BUT some are too pervasive and nagging and some seem questionable for a site oriented to the 12 Steps. If you have any control over advertising content I would appreciate you using it. Thank you.

Crashes. Crashes when you try to add a sobriety date.

Guidance to stay sober. I love the way this is structured for a alcoholic like me. It answers questions I didn’t know how to ask, and gives simple to follow guidance

Cannot change time. So the time seems to be a different time zone than what I am in. I can’t find a way to change that at all. I noticed while doing my gratitude list.

Easy does it. Makes working the steps much more practical and easy to go through. Especially like the moral inventory and night inventory tools

Sharing not available. Can’t share step 11 nightly inventory that’s the one I needed to be able to share can share step four but not 11 that don’t make sense it’s insane

Best recovery app. This app has everything I need for my daily recovery. I get to do a check in on my mood, remind myself of the tenants of the program and record my gratitude list. Its connected to the daily reflections, and has all the steps, traditions, and main prayers right there. Using this app every morning has become the best way for me to stay focused on my recovery.

This app is awesome & a long time coming!!!. This app should be promoted as a standard 21 century AA tool. In these days of a pandemic and online meetings. This only makes sense! And it was very well developed.

Extremely impressed with the support. I just want to give a HUGE thumbs up to the developers. I was having issues with errors and the ability to log in, send daily 11th step statuses and morning journals to my friends via iPhone. I was discouraged and about to cancel the app I have been using for over a year. I reached out and they responded quite professionally and, although it took some time, they fixed the issues and kept in constant contact with me. I am beyond impressed and am going to commit to another year of service. Kudos to you guys! Keep up the good work. I am suggesting this app to people because of the quality and service you showed! Disappointed. Have turned off all notifications in the app and on iPhone with no luck. The hourly notes are silly, often misspelled and aren’t related to recovery. With this many issues it shouldn’t be a paid app, especially $15. Wish I could get my money back.

Daily reminders. I do not understand why these flash in my screen but I cannot find them when I look for them in recovery box ?

Bug fixed fast by developer!. Every time I clicked on my sponsee, the app crashed — so i reported it. The bug was fixed in less than 24 hrs — with an email sent by developer. Awesome service. Thanks for being of service Bhagat.

Meeting in a pocket and digital sponsor in lieu of humans. This app is free and awesome. It has it all. A meeting in an app. Each of the meeting readings; the preamble, how it works, the steps, the traditions, the promises and even a complete big book - for free!! I really like that it breaks down each step and one can put the date each time the step was completed. It can be used with any 12 step program and even has a gratitude journal. ***ideas to make it better might be to add standard page numbers to the big book so that if this app and phone is brought to a BB study meeting, finding the exact location without scrolling aimlessly and missing half of the reading- would be nice. Or at least a search function where if a sentence was read aloud that word or sentence could be searched in order to find the same spot in the reading on this app when they say page 69 in chapter How It Works and one could find that page and sentence starting point quickly if it’s begun mid way through a chapter. ***an additional idea would be that on the page with the meeting readings there could be an “other” page to write in our own for unapproved non conference approved literature that some meetings read or are specific to other twelve step programs or ones adopted in AA but not official like the 12 Principles / Virtues or 12 Characteristics or 12 Promises (idk if that’s official or not). Page numbers and A blank type in option or several would be cool to make this truly a meeting in a pocket and a digital sponsor. Otherwise this is amazing and it gets 12 stars! I have told many people about this. Especially since I read along with it and some people think One rudely using the internet during a meeting when One may really just be adding more to the experience using this awesome app!

Too many ads. I just downloaded the app 5 minutes ago and have had 3 pop up ads and 2 requests to purchase add ons. I don’t need this kind of aggravation on an app that I will use to stay sober. Deleting now.

Recovery. Excellent app

Name and logo change. Love the app grateful in fact uses it weekly if not daily. Small note the name and logo change made it less interesting less unique doesn’t stand out and the name to wordy! Perhaps just a preference!

Awesome App. I am in recovery and really appreciate the simplicity and benefits of having an app that health me organize my thoughts in order to fight this disease.

Great Idea, Poor execution!. Everything about this app is fantastic, except nothing work consistently. Hourly consciousness reminders crash the app. Reminders don’t always remind. Consistent error messages and the app developers website for support has vanished. I have a paid subscription and none of the main features function. Attempted to trouble shoot by logging out and now I am unable to log in.

So much to offer!. Love this app because there is something here for different stages of my day and program!!

Keeps crashing. The app keeps crashing

There is no need for subscription. Great app. Paying $64 a year for this app is ludicrous and greedy. Unnecessary. A large portion of that money should be going to the AA program to which this app is profiting from. A ONE TIME purchase of $50 would be still be steep but I’d go for that over a subscription.

Not AA approved.. This app is not AA approved. It is also expensive at $15/3 months. Also not secure. Would you like your 5th step available to hackers?

A Recovery Essential. This app is a must have for anyone in recovery or struggle with a life controlling issue. It literally has the complete AA program on this app with references, worksheets, and accountability tools. I highly suggest this for everyone. You won’t be disappointed!!

Hourly Reminder feature.. I really value this app. It has really allowed me to structure my daily recovery practice. The Hourly Reminders are a great feature and help me stay focused. Unfortunately, the quotes on the reminders are often cut off in mid sentence, making them nonsensical. Now the feature is not opening up at all. This is too bad as the hourly reminder was the specific reason I purchased the app in the first place. I have emailed the developers a number of times but have heard nothing back. I hope this bug is addressed soon. Jen UPDATED REVIEW: I should have done edited this review months ago. My problem with this app was addressed by the developer and fixed. I have used this app to successfully structure a strong daily program. It is really working out well and I have been able to keep it going for longer than I ever have before. I have a sponsor through this app and am sponsoring others all over the country. I really recommend this app to anyone who is struggling to be able to work a stronger program. Jen

Great App. This app was created perfectly, although to utilize it correctly and effectively it will require the purchase of membership so that it allows more space for writing. The free version only allows minimal characters/words for each step and inventory.

Awesome app. I love this app and all the cool features it has from a list of inventory to the Big Book to speaker tapes and gratitude lists, which is the feature I use the most. Pricing is reasonable for as many features as it includes.

A little issue. I really like the app, and I love the concept. However, my app shows the time as being 5 hours ahead. Which would not be an issue if time was not a crucial element to the sobriety clock. Overall I like the app, just wish I could adjust the time.

Best Recovery App. I believe in the spiritual tools of recovery. Love that you set reminders to do nightly inventory, prayers and meditation; 86-88, it includes two other wonderful tools, a gratitude list and journal. Action and more action!

So helpful. Love this app. Just starting in the program, there are so many new things I need to learn and do. Thank goodness for easily accessible tools to help whenever I need it. Love how much information it has. Keeping me happy, healthy and sober!

One of the best apps out together for recovery!. This has everything needed to begin or stay with recovery. Haven’t seen a more useful app.

Ad won’t close and no response from support. Tried to read from the Big Book in a meeting using the app, and it freezes on a Quicken Loan ad. There’s no way to close the ad, and it bounces into Safari to their site. Does it every time now. I’m not going to bother emailing support, because I never heard a response from a prior email about other problems the app has since the last update. Used to be a great app. Don’t spend any money now. I paid, and now it’s not honored.

Great but far too many ads. This app is great, however on the free version there is so many ads it’s to the point of distraction from focusing on recovery and readings which is what I’ve come to the app for. I definitely expect ads in a free version but there is a huge amount and at every click. And they’re all for addictive repetitive games that addicts don’t need repeated exposure to.

I’m doing my steps!. I just love this app. I have always had a hard time doing step work, now I just pull my phone out and add to my step 4 anytime anywhere as things come to me. I have never stuck to step work like this before! Thank you!!
