Charged me and doesn’t work. I thought this was a free app, but Apple charged me $6.50 for it! Not only that but it doesn’t do anything. It just shows a cartoon photo of the Organised mum and that’s it!

Brilliant highly recommend!. A brilliant app for getting control of the housework so it doesn’t control you!

This is brilliant ✨. I’ve been using the app since the beginning, bought the book (gave it to a loved one to inspire them), and have been using TOMM for a few years now. This app is so easy to use and it’s more than worth the small fee. (I love lists!) Thank you, Gem and Mike for creating this. It’s a game changer ♥️

Not worth it!. Purchased this app last week and regret it. I tried re downloading bc app doesn’t open to daily task every time I log on. So I can’t use it. I hope I can get a refund.

Fantastic. This app is fantastic. You can adjust your lists, the playlists are fabulous, and it always works. The TOMM method is pretty fantastic too.

Was great but now it won’t work :(. Every time I open the app it says there is an error. My phone is updated as is my husband’s and the error is the same on both devices. It automatically puts a link (to who knows where!) into the password section on both devices and when we try to manually enter a password or reset it doesn’t work. It seems the app is a bit unstable now, hopefully that will change in time and maybe one day we will be able to use it again and not have it be $5 down the drain. When it was working it was wonderful and motivating! I have been a part of team TOMM for over a year now and it keep the chaos out of my house and makes cleaning so very manageable! I was so excited about the app.

Update killed the app on my phone. Zero content or function. Just a logo page. It was good for lists previously.

Doesn’t open daily tasks. I would love to use this app however I can only get the daily tasks to open about 10% of the time. I tap and tap, refresh and Nothing! This app needs some major work because It’s of no value to me. I wasted my money.

“Bad Request”. It’s not letting me register so I can’t even get into the app to use it

You have to pay to download the app. You have to pay to download the app and you don’t even know if this particular program is going to work for you. Buyer beware. They play music and tell you what to do but not show you what to do. Also, you have the option of playing your own music so why pay the $3.99 a month to play your own music. I don’t get it but all I know is I wasted $5.99 to download the app and no refunds. Not for me.

It’s a scam, save yourself!. I wish I could get my 5$ back. It does exactly what the review above said it does and which the developer promised was resolved. Phone is newer and update and app keeps uploading another site and trying to get me to subscribe. Total scam. Uninstalling.

Love it!. The problem with being a “mum” buying this app is that you also hand your spouse $5 and then make them download it on their phone as well. But that’s the only problem I have with this app. I wake up in the morning and instead of making a list of what needs to happen so that my house is clean and presentable, I check my app! As long as I spend the 15min plus 30min I know that all the nice things I have spent my money on - carpets, couches, curtains... - will stay nice. Thank you Gemma!

Life changing. My neighborRecommended this app as I work from home full-time and also watch my one-year-old. Housework was just too overwhelming for me, I would start some thing in one room and then walk into another room and start some thing else. This app has helped me focus on one room a day, and my house feels clean regardless of what day of the week it is. I love that it is customizable, and I find myself adding items to the list daily. One suggestion I would have is the ability to roll a task to the day prior, just like how the app offers to roll it to the next day.

Great App!. Most useful App on my phone! I work better with lists and this app helps because I always lose my paper lists! The playlist keeps me going and my house is getting cleaner by the minute!

Love it!. I get so much done and enjoy cleaning more using this app. I’ve tried many “clean with me” apps and videos but this helps me the most. Gemma’s kind, supportive talk throughs are lovely and keep my ADHD brain from wandering too far from the task.

Love it!. This app and the guided cleans have been so helpful. I did not think I’d enjoy guided cleans, but they have changed my cleaning routine. I stay focused and really enjoy the guidance. It’s the perfect motivation for getting things done!

It was a god app... Looks like there was a major update and refresh on this app and since then it had been much less useful. I see the daily list option but it doesn’t specify rooms the way it used to and now there is another feature in app that is of course paid for. Kinda bummed about the new update.. feels less organized than before

Ads. So disappointed there are ads in an (expensive) paid app.

Love it!. I’ve been a long time follower on instagram and the blog, so far I’m loving the app! One little bit of feedback I have, is that I would like to be able to back fill past days if I haven’t had a chance to tick off the jobs on that day.

More than others. As a paid app I really expected to get more from the app rather than it just being a central place that links to all the free things. Like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify.

Advert overload. Really disappointing how many ads there are in this app, which was a paid product.

The best of its kind. This is a fantastic app that has already been a game changer. I have tried different programs and schedules before, as well as other clean along podcasts. But this one is truly remarkable. Gemma is really great at helping you clean efficiently, and thoroughly. I feel I can get so much done in half an hour. Her voice is soothing, upbeat, and friendly. It feels like cleaning with a buddy. I also love how I can play my own music with the guided cleans.
