Please Return back to the old layout. Originally this would be 5 stars but the new layout is so confusing! It’s hard to make just a simple thumbnail with this app now! Please return back to the simplicity of the old format of designing thumbnails. It’s very stressful trying to create new content while learning how to edit a picture for close to 30mins and I still couldn’t figure it out. Less is more guys! The add-ons can be added without switching the layout to this extreme. Thanks

Add something to the game. I like this game but I was hoping you can add a thing to delete the background like you have to cut it out for those who put a image they have in photos and have a thing where you can draw. I hope you can add them this game would be so much better

Very good .. I downloaded a good 10 apps for thumbnails and deleted them one by one as I used them . They didn’t have features or just had stupid issues like black txt over black background during preview before you can set a color. Silly. This app is the best and it’s the only one I use.

Potential is there, but they can get it together. This app has potential to be the best app, hey definitely got major issues, after fixing something, they brake something else, effects re not working right now, when you want your letter over your figure, when you save pic, figure is over your letters, little thinks if they do, this would be great app, I purchased it, I wish I didn’t, add o capacity to your backgrounds, add shadows to the bots, and please fix effects, but problem is they will fix this, they will screw something else.

It’s okay. Yes it’s a great app but when I want to use a picture for the thumbnail sometimes it won’t let me move the photo or make it smaller so it gets really annoying cause I can’t do what I want with it if I’m paying for it

Working with the nails. When I’m trying to thumbnails it just clicks off and the game is like really unfair there’s nothing you can really do with it I wish it was a picture something it doesn’t really work so I wanna buy some people not to go off game

There was no “X” to click on so I was stuck there unless I payed for a product. If it was a glitch in my thing can someone tell me?

Fix the image resize issue please. I wanted to like it. It has a lot of great features and most of the app is easy to use. My only complaint, and it’s a key core function, is you can’t easily resize or use your own images without the app horribly distorting the image to an unusable state. It resized the image by forcing it into a ratio that stretches or squashes the image and you can’t undo that. Why not just leave the image alone and let us zoom/move the image until we get it where we want it? I paid for a subscription but feel a bit disgruntled as I can’t do what should be one of the most basic of functions that would make this a five star incredible app.

Resize issues. Everything on this app is amazing except for one flaw that unfortunately brings down the experience a lot. Whenever you add your own personal photos or even the stock ones from the app itself it warps and moves the picture around so much that it becomes overwhelmingly difficult to put any kind of photo into the thumbnail. I really hope this gets fixed because everything else is amazing.

Ugh. I don’t like how you have to pay for a membership. I mean yeah not every thing can be free but at least give me more that two or three pictures for each category. I mean you need to make money but give us 12 year olds some peace okay . I’m twelve and need to make thumbnails for my videos can add more things for us cheap people

Great if you’re creative and adaptable. I little hard to maneuver at first but once you see all the app has to offer and use your creativity you can come up With some really nice thumbnails! Thanks!

Beware of scam. Unfortunately I have purchased this app two other times and both times a few months go by and I try to get into the app and it now says “no longer available in App Store”. They create the same app and update it meanwhile getting rid of the last one people like me paid for. I broke down and paid for it a second time. I won’t do it a third time and I wanted to make sure others are aware of what this company is doing. Save your money and find a different app developer for a thumbnail app.

Quality downgrade. was very good when I initially downloaded it now I’ve noticed that the quality of thumbnails goes down once you try to add words, it wasn’t like this before because I made the same exact thumbnail and the second one’s quality was significantly worst

Don’t waste your time on this. This app has more problems than positive things. 1. You cannot zoom in or out on any images 2. There are constant pop ups 3. This is Pretty Good. I would say, this is amazing to work with! It has many things you need and amazing quality! Although there is just one downside to my opinion. Terrible. This app is not user friendly. You cannot frame pictures in your collage correctly without having to recrop the photo outside of the app first. Once you fight your way through that, you are given a very terrible quality collage for your thumbnail. Will never pay money for something so poorly made.

Hit or Miss. This app clearly has some bugs that need to be worked out. When I used the FREE version it was great. Tons of font choices. I decided to actually purchase the app and now it’s not as good- some of the cool fonts are no longer available. I tried importing a picture to edit and the app will only let me choose one of their backgrounds… It’s becoming frustrating not knowing if the app will work correctly or not when I open it. Sometimes it’s ok, other times it’s JUNK. I wouldn’t recommend spending the $ on this one right now :(

Stupid pay locks. You can literally screenshot your thumbnail and draw over the watermark with the built in phone editer, so basically you dont have to pay to remove the watermark

Downgrades image quality!. One Major problem that it has is that it downgrades the picture quality resolution BIGTIME! My 4K images are downgraded to blurry, undefined pictures with very low quality! PLEASE read! :). I got this app so that I could create a cool new gamer pic with my gamer tag on it, but there’s just one small problem. I wanted my name over the picture to be faded so it doesn’t just take up the whole picture. I turned it on very low so it was barely visible, but when I saved the photo to my camera roll it wasn’t faded at all. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or this is just an issue for everyone. I absolutely loveee the app!!! I’m finally glad I found something that isn’t spammed with ads and has some free stuff :) thanks

New user! Glitch after glitch after glitch!!!. Used others that are similar. This one just keeps glitching. I place things where I want them, then save it and it gets distorted. Even when I save it to my camera roll. I have all new updated technology too. It’s a shame and a waste of money.

I like it. I launched my YouTube channel months ago and struggled to get organic traffic. I worked to improve the quality of my content and tried a variety of tricks but the only thing I could find was attractive thumbnails. When I started creating thumbnails using this tool I was shocked to see an increase in my daily viewing.

Poor Export Quality. Looks great on screen then when you export it, the quality drops to being very poor. Tried both high res PNG and normal JPEG and both don’t hold the quality you see on screen when editing. Definitely not a software worth paying for

They only MAKE thumbnails.. These crappy apps only make thumbnails. When I upload the video to YouTube (including the thumbnail) the thumbnail doesn’t even work. I do NOT recommend this to others. I’m sure I’ll figure out how to make them someday. Without using this app.

Amazing app!. It is definitely worth it to eliminate ads. Also useful for creating thumbnails, especially when you've cut out a title but your phone is saying that it isn't able to make use of the image since it's five times larger than its height.

Good product. An acceptable app But there are a few issues that require attention. I purchased the premium version and couldn't get the watermark. There's no watermark but my thumbnail shows a red X on the top right corner. The thumbnail cannot be cropped without cutting away the entire top. This is a bit annoying. If this weren't the case then it would be five stars.

Love the app…HATE the glitches,. I love this app for the ability to create, however the glitches drove me nuts. If I was working on a thumbnail and went to a different app I lost all my work I had started even though I kept in running in background. My stickers on thumbnails would disappear and if I cropped a picture and added it. When I returned to work on it the crop would be surrounded by white. Great! But needs less adds.. I think this is a really cool app that helps me design really great thumbnails, the overlay for me is the best part it makes it look amazing and honestly it’s better than the other apps I have used before.The adds are annoying every time I go on this it comes up, but I know they have to make money so have of me doesn’t care. Failure to save thumbnails/glitching. Every time I attempt to save a thumbnail it ends up turning off my phone and I lose all progress, I’m fully up to date with the iPhone 14 and iOS, but still gives slow performance aswell, wouldn’t recommend unless you wish yo deal with the stress of losing progress over and over again

Graphics. Went from a 1080P thumbnail to a pretty much 340p thumbnail. Y’all gotta do better graphics wise. Other then that. Fantastic!

Barely functional. The first red flag is that you have to pay before you can do anything in the app. This is because the templates aren’t functional. Images distort horribly, and it’s not possible to move them around within the templates frames at all. A total waste of money and time. Avoid.

Keeps freezing. Every time I try to make a thumbnail it never saves the photos onto the template I selected. Once I get to the end of creating and want to save it, everything turns up blank. Extremely frustrating

Too few customization options. The older version of this app had so much more customization options and made my thumbnails have greater quality.

Waste of money. For as much as I had to pay for this stupid app you should at least make it so it doesn’t automatically underline all my text. Very disappointed. You people are crooks

WAY Too Pushy for Subscription. I use this for my thumbnails and besides locking some fonts/features behind their subscription, the free version was fine. This new version of the app is super pushy for the subscription and it makes me no longer want to use it.

Charges. I downloaded this app once. Made my thumb piece and canceled the subscription deleted off my phone. So why is it on my phone showing I downloaded it 3 time on 3 days? And I got billed again? I don’t even have it. I remember specifically cancelling subscription as soon as I was done because of this reason.

Dogcrap. ok so were forced to crop an image so we cant see the full image we can only size an image from corners a simple png costs membership so we have to use jpeg this app cant get adding a image and text for a thumbnail right.

Nope!. This app has just fallen apart the last few months. Just one big glitch after another. Save your money and try another app!

Great!. The only thing that’s missing is the cropping. Other than that, WONDERFUL!

Please return back to the old layout. It isn’t working anymore. When I save my work, it saves in blank now, no pictures, no words, all my artwork is gone, and all I get is a blank picture

It’s ok. The app is cool but there is a lot you have to pay for the thumbnail part is cool but I don’t know how how to put it on my channel just yet but in time

Don’t waste your money. Save your money and get a better app I couldn’t adjust my picture size , the text, anything really! If you wanna use stock thumbnails and not create your own. This app will work for you . But if you wanna have the thumbnails reflect what your video will be about and be creative... then this app is a waste of money.

I dont like it. I tried to do it, but it kept asking me to pay for pro and it showed no X making it impossible for me to use this is just terrible for me. Maybe for others it works but for me no. It is horrible in my opinion because I cant use it

Improvements. You should add cutting out because that’s really good I can help other people with her nail I can help other people with thumbnails

Awful. It keeps asking me to sign up for a monthly plan. I strongly hate when it asks you to buy to keep going. I highly suggest that you don’t get this app. Just because it says it’s free, doesn’t mean it’ll try to make you spend more money.
