Great idea, great game!. If you haven’t played Minit, you need to. You know a game is brilliant when the concept is so solid, it can be ported BACK to the 80s Commodore 64 computer. Super fun in bite-sized pieces — gameplay sessions run, I’d say, roughly, a minute. Heh. And once you finish play it again to find all the secrets! Definitely deserves all the awards in the universe. I bought this for the second or third time as an app here!

Great game. Been a while since I played a fun, simple, challenging new iOS game, love it! Just wish there was cloud syncing between devices.

Great Game. I played through Minit over the course of about three days, and spent around 3 hours completing the game itself. Sure, it’s kinda short, but I thought it was completely worth the $1.99 I payed for it. Every puzzle and challenge you face in the game is fun and not overly difficult, which I liked. It took me a fairly long time to find the 7 coins to purchase the fast shoes, which I now realize are not really required to win the game. However, they are required to get a heart at the end of a maze in the desert temple...so maybe the time I spent finding those founds was worth it. Anyway, I might play through it a second time to find some more items, hearts, and coins, but as of right now, I’m very satisfied with the game.

Short But Sweet. Despite its length, the game provides a wonderful experience of adventure. The player begins their journey by picking up a cursed sword, limiting the player’s life to 1 minute excursions to find a way to lift said curse, dying when time runs out. But do not be discouraged, as each excursion builds upon the last, pushing the story forward to uncovering the mystery. A thesis of quality over quantity.

Easy to pick up, hard to put down.. Minit is a cute, unique game that’s easy for anyone to play. The story starts with the protagonist picking up the sword and journeying through the game one minute at a time to return the cursed sword. You meet cute little characters along the way and work to progress through simple but fun puzzles. I enjoyed the game with its cute graphics and it’s fun music. My only qualm with the game was that I got finished with the game relatively quick (around 2 hours), but even then, the game was definitely worth buying, I enjoyed it a lot and will be recommending it to my friends to play. Even when you finish the game, there’s still some side quests worth completing.

Fun game! Stick with it!. This game was a lot of fun. At first, the one-minute limit annoyed me, but I came to enjoy it as part of the challenge. The puzzles were quirky but with their own logic. The gradual increase of difficulty felt just right. I enjoyed exploring the world of Minit, and I’m sad that it’s over.

Jolly mobile application!. So one day I was sittin on the toilet, just sittin there, then , all of the sudden, I was downloadin this game , now I dont have no reception so I was confuzzled on how I ‘‘twas downloadin it; “how am I downloadin this mobile application on my iPhone 4” (I ‘twas confuzzled] 😔🤯. This mobile application is a grand old time though; always keeps me bubbly with interesting entertainment. Yes we can do this on a Sunday night and we will go get a ride home from the house or just go get it and then we will have a good; is your birthday and then you have a couple hours to get your stuff. Great mobile application!👍

Fun for the first 2/3rds. Starts off strong, but by the end there are way too many things that are impossible to figure out on your own, even if you unlock hints. So you either give up or cheat. Disappointing either way.

Excellent Game, Awkward Movement. Really enjoyed playing through this game although the movement could use some work. The joystick is not the best. Otherwise, it is a very unique experience.

Suggestion. Thais game is absolutely amazing and all.. but my problem with it is that I had to scroll the screen just so get the character to move to the direction I want... my phone screen is small and it would be so much helpful if you add touch controls instead of scrolling scroll... many thanks to this awesome game

Pretty awesome. I got this game yesterday and have beat it 5 times already on normal mode. It’s really fun with its time limit twist and fun characters. I would would recommend this game to anyone who has been looking for THAT adventure game.

What to do?. Seems like a fun game, but unfortunately I never have any idea what to do. Frustrating.

Don’t buy this. Paid $4.99 and the game doesn’t even fill the screen...it’s so tiny I can’t even tell what’s supposed to be happening. RIP OFF! Beware

Awesome but.... Amazing game. Enjoyed every Minit of it. But I’m having an issue. I started a Mary playthrough and my saved data is not showing. It pulled up one time when I clicked New Game and showed it but when trying to continue it will not show. Now whenever I go to start a new game it is only giving me one option to start a new game over my saved profile. Not three options like when I started the Mary playthrough.

I don’t usually like being forced to do things quickly, but. I don’t mind it in this game. It becomes relaxing having to do things in limited segments. Controls good enough for my tendon problems. Fun game.

Fun concept. Fun concept, but short! Completed it in an hour.

Good but the controls.... It’s a very good game and very fun by the controls on iPhone, I don’t know if it’s my phone but sometimes the Controls won’t listen to my movements. I hope you fix this bug or maybe it’s a problem on my phone

Good concept, fun play, poor controls. This can be fun and the concept is perfect for mobile. Unfortunately the controls are poorly thought out. It uses the awkward d-pad + button combination that never worked in all early touch screen games. It’s not tragic but is a drag on the experience.

Horrible controller makes for frustrating game play. The in app controller is not very precise and yet there are several puzzles and fights that require precise moves. And what is worse is that he have mere seconds to get the controller just situated correctly. It makes the game more about precisely lining up things than exploration or fun.

Beware - Always on Home Bar.. This game need to be updated to properly dim the Home Bar. The inaccurate screenshots do not depict the alway on Home Bar.

Incredibly fun!. Don’t miss this game. Wonderful retro RPG action.

Need sounds off option in Settings. Please consider putting a music & FX on/off option in settings. Lovely game but prefer to play with my music playing in the background. Thanks

Best. First of all this game is number one on the App Store ( My Opinion ). Second of all I finally found a new game I like on the App Store. It’s filled with lots of adventure, action, and puzzle stuff. I recommend this game if you’re into this kinda stuff. I am also a fan of your other game Downwell. Awesome stuff Devolver Digital makes.

Epic. This is a great game with an awesome gimmick! I loved some of the scenarios you might end up in... It was so nostalgic as well, reminding me of The Legend of Zelda and other top down dungeon games. Great characters, and also great progression! Totally worth the $4.99! I would probably buy this game if it was $10! I’m glad it was ported to mobile since it’s perfect for a short break! 5/5

Wonderful game with compatibility issues. This is, by far, a brilliant game, full of whimsical adventure, a unique game mechanic, perfect sound, and wonderful, antiquated graphics. Paradoxically, the time limit in each 'reincarnation' is unnerving and also relaxing, as you know whatever discoveries you make shall carry over to your next jaunt into the world. An immersive (despite its seemingly limitations) Zelda-esque experience that does not disappoint. My only complaint, which influenced my rating, is that although it states it is compatible with iOS 8, it constantly crashes on the title screen on both my 2nd and 4th generation iPads, outdated devices which, nonetheless, have the requisite operating system. This is only a concern as I believe the game is better appreciated on a larger screen, of which I do not possess a newer device.

AAAAAAAA I CANT GET ENOUGH!!!!!. Legitimately best game on the App Store!!! I have a gameboy, and often enjoy Zelda, so this is like an somewhat familiar, nostalgic, game, with a modern touch. Thank you, Devolver, for the best game I’ve played in a while. :)
