Bait and switch. ATT says you get this for free with the business elite plan and sends me a link to download. Ended up getting charged. Good racket if you can get a few hundred thousand clients to fall for the scam.

Hidden Fee. Not an honest app. You are told it is included in your plan then you sign up to find a $1.99 per month fee, I am deleting it.

Works amazing!. This app works very good. It makes me fell assured that my data is safe.

Connection issues with vpn. I only get lte and vpn symbol instead of Wi-Fi and vpn on Wi-Fi hopspots. I hope this is not a waste of money because of the issues please fix this.

Good, except it thinks WEP is safe. Like other reviewers, I wish I could enable VPN manually. The network where I am currently living is deprecated WEP, notorious for being outdated and easily hacked. Private WiFi deems it safe, therefore is not activated. This is a huge drawback. Other than that, I am satisfied when it activates at the airport, etc.. Update 3/12/19: So far, this app is useless. VPN has yet to activate and I have been through at least 4 airports and many public Wi-Fi connections that are deemed ‘not secured’ by ATT. Any help/advice from customer support is welcome. I did get earlier feedback from ATT re: how to update router security. Thank you.

Ditto. Also wish for enabling option on “secured” WiFi networks that may not be secure

Potential. So far the vpn is great, but only works with a non password wifi. Just because a wifi is secured doesn’t mean it’s secure on the inside. Please allow us to turn it on whenever we like, since we have to pay for it.

HATE IT!. So I wanted a vpn so I can have Wi-Fi but I have to Pay!! I am only a 8 year old kid and I only use money for Robux! But I don’t want to be grounded so watch out y’all !!!

Was a great app, stopped working. I just bought another month on this app after mot using it for a while and I can’t get it to connect. Will try again later but i am very unhappy. I tried uninstall and reinstall app still didn’t work

Not working right. On top screen show LTE vpn. In the app show green safe and connected but looking I use my LTE . The iPad connected the same WiFi it’s working great .

Why?. Why doesn’t this app allow me to enable VPN whenever I want to. If you’re going to charge me why can’t you give me the freedom to do this? App will be flawless once this feature is enabled.

Not working properly!!!. I love the idea but for some reason when logged on to a Wi-Fi it says connected but the Wi-Fi symbol disappears and doesn’t show on top of phone that vpn is connected with Wi-Fi... but when I delete the app the Wi-Fi indicator pops up on top of phone.

Tremendous app. I’ve been using Lookout for years and have always been a fan. I love the VPN feature which wasn’t available in the standard app. With Safe Wi-Fi and a VPN I feel much more secure when I travel

Give me the option to enable. The app has a lot of potential. It works as advertised but if would be so much better if it was more flexible. Please give us the option to turn the vpn on regardless if the wifi network is open or not. Not all public wifi networks are open but just because they are protected doesn't mean they are safe

Supposed to be free for our business account.. Per the review title, after repeated calls to support, it still wants to charge us every month for each phone on the account.

Good start. I agree with VINE301 review. This app should also be iPad compatible.

Does not work anymore. This was a great app but it just doesn’t work anymore. Canceling subscription.
