Disappointed. My son lost 1 letter I can’t move forward to next spelling

Great toys. I bought the piano for my son and it was great so I bought the other plugo and it’s is superior toy I loved it and my son love it .

Bad. Horrible

App is terrible. Good concept, when we first got it my daughter loved it. Downside is it requires an adult to login every time, it needs to sync every time you open the app. Worked initially, now it gets stuck syncing indefinitely rendering the app and the product useless. Update.. its not frozen, just very slow. About half hour syncing now and it has made progress. Just very slow at opening. My internet speed is 200mbs on the iPad currently.

Plugo. I’m loving plugo!

Kids enjoy. This is pretty awesome my kids build things play on pianos and do math and words. They really enjoy it and it’s very easy to use. I to sure what the other people who have left only 1 or 2 stars have had issues with because we have had great experiences with this Ap and the game pad and items that link to it.

Broken. App can never connect to Shifu servers. Tried every WiFi and lte connection on God’s green earth. App never connects to shifu’s servers. App should say, ‘shifu servers are never online so don’t bother buying our product.’ Reached out to support and their response was that it’s my isp’s fault... except that I told them I’ve tried multiple connections from multiple isp’s. Sadly, Plugo is exactly what you should expect from children’s hardware/software - busted broken garbage. Don’t waste your time or money.

The shifu Plugo is barely a demo.. This app has less functionality than some free software out there. Waste of money.

Buggy Software. For the price of the equipment, the software still leaves A LOT to be desired. The English language translations are often clunky, the verbal request for an answer to a problem or puzzle repeats endlessly and we end up muting most of the time. The algorithm that choses difficulty levels seems a little random offering too broad a choice of problems to solve. The spelling is the same every time you visit a lesson and doesn’t provide a fresh set of words to spell each visit. The plus side is the equipment is very well made and all has a nice feel to it. It is pretty colors and the design is perfectly cute for kids. I really hope the developers put a lot more effort into smoothing the bugs out of the software otherwise it would just feel like I paid too much for this system.

Teaches subtraction incorrectly.. Example: The voice on the app says, "Subtract 6 from 2." The correct answer is -4, but the app states that answer is 4. This is confusion and incorrect, it should say, "Subtract 2 from 6."

Slingshot is unusable. As the title says we are hardly able to use it. We are yet to be able to clear the first screen. There is no rhyme or reason to when and why it shoots. Counting one is great though. Real shame.

Glitching. It doesn’t work like it used to. It doesn’t register what she’s putting on the mat. Incredibly frustrating.

Educational app. It is good for learning new things. I really enjoy the game but the spelling is kinda hard. But after all it is all five

Issues. UPDATING TO ONE STAR- Not only were the complaints I have valid and important- they went ignored. Showing up to reviews pretending to care but not to work on the issues is bad business. You all have the audacity to be adding languages and have still neglected to offer people of color more avatar options, something far simpler. Not one issue was addressed despite multiple updates and so called improvements. Will definitely bring this to the attention of others since it’s clear it’s not a priority to the devs. And no we should not have to send you an email when you can clearly see the problem on the reviews! We are doing our part by leaving feedback. Why do you need to be told twice? ——————————————————————— I love what this app is for children however I have issues- the first is the poor attempt at diversity- being a mom of 3 boys, they all have the same profile picture because there is literally only one avatar for people of color for both the boy and girl. There is a variety of white/non black avatars - different tones and styles but only one of the people of color. This would be fine if there was only one child on the account. Please give us the option to at least use our own pics if this is the extent of representation to be offered. Or make the shirts different colors, SOMETHING to distinguish it as a separate person. My second issue is that there does not seem to be a password on accounts. Anyone with your email address can log into your account, if you have one. I know that it’s not a bank app but that’s a serious lack of security and respect for children, parents, and our collective privacy. My third issue is that this is an education app that teaches odd and even numbers yet this is the so-called security criteria for getting into the parental settings. Literally all they have to know is what an even number is to have access. This is very poor logic and casts doubt on the learning potential of the app if my child is not expected to know what an even number is in order to access settings. I don’t really know how these things were missed? Other than that I am glad to have the app and I look forward to what I hope will be swift improvements to the above.

Not great. We received this kit brand new missing letters. We tried to play with letters app but alas once it came to a word where we need the missing letter it didn’t have an option to skip. You can’t skip anything... even the rollout mat prompts. If there was a skip option it’d be better. And the fact that it doesn’t randomly pick words and started with the same word each time is annoying. Couldn’t use it passed the word GOOD, which is the first word...

Great when working!. 4 stars only because the game wasn’t loading correctly for about a month. However, after calling the number, I received a prompt response within the hour and the app has been working accordingly ever since.

Won’t install never could get it working. Androids better. I wish it would work but apple store is famous for slightly changing OS and then bricking previously developed programs.

Grade level. Although grade level is set it still starts too easy for my kids To add profiles are customized and it does not matter. Also it need an update every time we use it. It takes a long time then the app shuts down and we have to wait for it to update again. While my son was using it today the app closed then asked for another update.

Needs lowercase letter tiles. This is great for learning letter sounds, but wish it came with lower case letter tiles, it gets confusing for young learners when the letter on the screen is lower case but they have to use a capital letter tile, disappointed in this.

Excellent. Kids gonna love it

Very engaging. My 5 and 8 year old can’t put these games down. Engineering is loved by my 5 year old. They also have fun with Grammar, Music, Math and Tacto. Learning piano using the iPad is quite fun way to teach to use all fingers, fine motor skills. Once we found the correct angle to align iPad we have not had a moments problem. I recommend these because they are entertaining and engaging games but learning all the while.

Doesn’t Work on Apple Devices. Bought it installed it on iPad and iPhone made sure iOS15 was loaded, cannot get pass screen asking for camera access. When you go to settings there’s no option for camera. Because this step matters it won’t work.

Doesn’t work on tablet, troubleshooting broken. Only works on iPhone. Won’t work on tablet. Troubleshooting just leads me to sign up again and there is no option for support. Wish I could return this. Huge waste of money if my kids can’t even see it on their tablet screens. My iPhone is too small.

Good ideal but not quite there. For the money not worth the headache with the software itself. Often times does not register our letters being put down causing a restart in the whole system. My kid is super excited but losing his patience with the glitchy system and software recognization issue.

Kids loving it!. My 5 year old and 3 year old are glued to the counting game! Elder one likes to teach basic math to the younger one all the time with this. Overall very good interactive and fun game for learning math! Story driven math games are well thought out and done.

This game is so bad. My kids aren’t learning anything just delete this game it’s not good

Great concept. Like the STEM theory of the games. Almost 6-yr olds and 8–yr old are getting into it. Support, if needed, was prompt and friendly.

Plugo. Loved It

Faulty App. Love the games and interaction but the app constantly crashes. It’s gotten to the point where we can’t even open a game before the app quits. Very frustrating. Also, the updates take forever to sync.

Awesome. My 5 year old absolutely loves this. He was hooked immediately and completed 20 mystery shapes when playing for the first time.

Never got this to work. My daughter got this as a gift some time ago and I could never get this to work. First it got stuck on the first word “good” and it wouldn’t recognize the second “o”. We also couldn’t skip past it so we’ve never been able to get past the first word. I put it aside and then some time later tried downloading it on a another device (apple product). It went on an endless syncing cycle and after a long time without completing the syncing process I just gave up. I put it aside to donate it, but decided to give it one last go (it’s been at least 6 month but maybe more). I tried it again and it took several times for it to recognize that the letter kit was placed on the pad. We got to the word “good” again and once we were done, it did nothing. There is no other button to submit or proceed, only a help button or reload from the beginning. Reloading from the beginning means we have to go through the painful process of placing the letter kit and hoping the app recognizes it. Clicking help requests that we have to enable the camera. By that point my daughter was completely bored. Maybe I got a defective kit. Unfortunately I can’t rate the learning experience, but the installation process was 0 stars- and like I said, I tried it 3 times and on different devices.

App won’t start. Well, this was a Christmas bummer. Can’t get past the Farm start screen. Tried the stuff I know how to do, restarting my iPad, etc. The app just doesn’t recognize its own farm base…. Sad for my kiddo.

Fun educational app, great customer service. Great idea, and engages kids well. I had some trouble when we first installed it, relating to use of a phone rather than a tablet. This led to some frustrating mixed messages for my kids about what was or was not right. The Plugo team was incredibly engaged and helped me resolve the issue, probably involved changing some app settings on their end even. I have been slow updating my prior negative review and feel badly about that, this team deserves a lot of credit for this great educational app

Blames internet for not connecting to their servers. Worked great the first couple of times. Now requires a sync every time however it never syncs. Always displays sync error message saying my internet will not allow connection to their servers. Have tried on multiple networks with the same error message.

Fun and educational. Fun way to learn basic fundamentals of piano and music.

Grade levels are way off. I set my 2nd grader’s level at 3rd and the Plugo Count kept giving her counting and lower or higher number. Even though I set the curriculum to not include those and only include addition, subtraction and multiplication. For some reason it just keeps giving her kindergarten level stuff. This is mainly an issue on the Monsters Can’t Count game. Plus, on that game keeps mistaking basketballs, hoops and balloons for frogs. It will say, find the missing number of hoops to complete this pattern, but the screen only shows frogs.

Kids love the game if you can get it to work. My kids love this game…. If you can get it to work. We started with a fire tablet. Glitchy. Had to reinstall more than once, used on our apple phones. Eh it wasn’t great play experience lots of deleting and reinstalling the game. Eventually got a iPad (it’s under 6 months old) and now the game keeps saying to turn on camera permissions. Well they are on and I’ve closed the app and reopened. Reinstalled the app. I’ve restarted the tablet. But it can’t register that it has permissions to use the camera.

Kid loves it when it eventually starts.... App is fun and kids love it however why does it need to do 15 min of “syncing” & “setting up your games” every time you start the app? It’s crazy. Like every single day. We’d like to hop on and do a quick learning session but it has never worked out that way... lots of waiting. Other than that 👍

Unmetered. We are busting to use this but have no sound. When the app loads there is a speaker with a line through it on the middle right hand side. When we touch it it says to slide a slider to unmute....but there is no unmute. Using an iPad a1474. Please help!

Frustrating App. Purchased this game and downloaded the app for my daughter. The app is difficult to use. The updates rarely download the first, second, or third time we try to download. Also, grade level is off. Has my preschooler doing multiplication.

Sound Setting. Says to go into settings and turn on sound. There is no sound option in settings.

App doesn’t launch.. I just got this app for my daughter, but the app won’t launch. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but it still didn’t work. I’m just getting a black screen.

Need multiple kids Plugo app. I have two boys ages 5 and soon 4.I have two of the game systems( math and spelling). I have learning session that I have for them and both but as of now, they won’t have their own iPad or amazon Fire for quite awhile. I was hoping with installing the App-on my phone, that I could have the ability for them both of them to have an account so I can track both of their progress. Leon is more advanced so I don’t want his little brother to play on his as he won’t know the same stuff. I could find a way to have another user. ALSO with the math system it doesn’t ask to put in the numbers that make the total on the addition or subtraction, only asks for the total…? Kinda wish it mixed the questions up more.

App crashes constantly. I am 4 for 4 on the app crashing hen I try to play. Will need to return device. Update: developer replied very quickly and was able to help resolve issue.

Don’t buy. Poorly designed app. Got this today and tried to set it up with my kids. The app asks to place the yellow piece on the two middle spots and then freezes there. Had I seen the 3.3 rating before I’d have not gotten this. Very disappointed with this product.

Not worth the money. Way to advanced for my kids, much better apps out there. Also not very fun. Wish it was better, because it was quite pricy😣

Grrrr.. I just bought this for my son and it says I can’t download it on his tablet. He has a Samsung tab 7 I’m just going to send it back and get my money back. I’m thinking about getting the Osmo this is just ridiculous.
