Doesn’t work. We just received this as a gift for our son’s birthday, and it got to the screen to line up with the Brachiosaurus star, and it freezes. Will not go any further, so we can’t even access it. We were very excited for this, but disappointed now.

NO SOUND. Why doesn’t the sound work on this App? Tried everything, it’s not my device that’s the problem.

Cannot get past brachiosaurus startup screen. Just as other users have said, I cannot get past the setup, majorly disappointed :(

Does not work. The very first step is to center the globe and point it at a brachiosaurus and it does nothing. I have tried to reload the app and Nothing. So disappointed in this. Would def not recommend the headache it brings to the parents of kids who are excited to use it and can’t.

Doesn’t work w iPhone 13 pro. Kid is bummed the new bday present is a bust so far

No sound????. What makes these toys and apps appealing for kids are graphics and sounds so I’m disappointed it has no sound at all! How do you expect a 4yo who cannot read to do these games????

Dino globe. After getting it for my son for Christmas I was scared it would not work due to the reviews. So far the sound works and he loves playing it! He’s 5 years old! He loves it! Great present from Santa

Got it in 2020 on Christmas Day I was so happy because I am a kid and I am a kid who loves dinosaurs and dragons and animals I loved it I still do it is in my room last Christmas in 2020 was cool cus I got the toy globe it was so cool to see all the dinosaurs I and still do love it❤️💛🧡💚💙💜

This app is terrible. This doesn’t work at all, on any device. No sound, freezes. Super annoyed and disappointed.

Does not work. Keeps getting stuck and won’t work. The app just doesn’t go fwd and is stuck.

Sound never works. My son has this app and the Tacto app. The Tacto app works just fine but this one, the sound never does. It makes it way less fun for my son when he wants to hear about the Dino’s and their sounds etc.

Sound issues. I bought this for Christmas and the sound on the app all of a sudden stopped working. Why did this happen???

NO SOUND!. I read the previous reviews and tried the developer fix. Still no sound. When I try to send them an inquiry in the app, I fill-in all of the info including the msg and get and error msg saying I need to enter a msg when I try to hit send. There should’ve been a lot more regression testing before putting this into production.

Can’t even get it to load. iPhone 13 pro is supposed to be fixed to work on but it’s not it wants you to center the globe but never finishes loading the page so it just sits their.

Very good. It is so fun and my granddaughter enjoyed it.

Good tool but glitchy and limited. My son loves this. I just wish it was a little less glitchy. Overall not bad though. Some of the areas can be limited and would love if they added updates to expand activities that can quickly lead to boredom and not give the knowledge or interest it could deliver for more of the dinosaurs.

Doesn’t work. Same as other reviews. It takes you to the page where it ask you to match the brachiosaurus to the star but it doesn’t allow you to do that or move past that page.

Lots of activity. Lots of activities for kids. My son love dinosaurs. For some reason sound doesn’t work on my apple phone, not sure why, volume is on max and still no sound. No problem with tablet

Great way to explore Dino’s. Both of my children, aged 4 and 7, love going on adventures with the Orboot globe to find clues about dinosaurs or to just find out facts about them. I think this is a great product and am glad we purchased it for our kids

Does not work.. The sound does not work, despite multiple attempts to delete and download the app over and over again. It worked the very first time we used it, and now just continually disappoints my children. Very frustrating and I wish we had never purchased the globe.

Doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work with iOS 15.4.1 on iPhone 13. Ive installed and reinstalled and the app doesn’t load past asking to find the brachiosaurus. It freezes up every time.
