Room for improvement. I recently purchased the Qoocam EGO, and have been really enjoying it. This app is a necessary part of the equation, to upgrade firmware and access advanced settings etc. The app isn’t bad, but there are definitely areas where it can be improved: - There is no way to batch export photos to the phone’s camera roll. Having to view each individual photo one at a time is tedious. Please take a design cue from GoPro or Insta360 and support batch export of photos. - When viewing 3D photos, the only 3D viewing option is “parallel” eyes. Please support a Google cardboard-type experience. - Please support exporting photos as wigglegrams, and as red-cyan anaglyph. - I found pairing confusing at first, and still don’t know how to get my camera to show up under the “My camera” tab, rather than the “Other Cameras” tab. Both the app and camera are logged in with the same account.

Freezes, rendering it useless. Upon starting the application, it says the camera has old firmware and needs an update, which it true, but then it freezes. It also freezes if you try to change from PAL to NTSC (when you aren’t connected to the camera)

Failures all around Can't even take a simple photo. Keeps an uncloseable dialog open demanding location be turned on. Can't make it go away. Can't take photos or videos without location turned on. Was able to get into photo mode by disabling cellular data, but then fails to take photos with a "-200" error or switches to video mode. You claim that you don't collect any data, but the fact that you won't allow me to use the app without giving you location data determined that is a LIE. Frak you a holes for doing this. I hate you and hope company fails and you get kicked off the App Store for LYING.

Amazing except.... It all works extremely well, except that I can't "share" the videos. The trash button is there, but not the share button. Please update!

Bad seam, mismatch settings. The 8k camera has different exposures from front to back and makes unusable past 180 degrees. Can I calibrate or adjust the camera so each side matches?

Good app, manual color correction reques. If this app had a Lightroom feature where we can take the 360 dng and import into Lightroom , color correct, then reopen in this app to reorient the image, tiny planet, 4:3 framing etc.

Needs multi bracketing mode. Need multi bracketing mode Predefine set of 5-15 different exposure times Then keep executing the template upon button press on the camera to shoot series of DNG8s at the different exposure settings Super HDR is not enough for HDRI... ND Filters would also help for outdoor shooting

Worst Product Ever - DO NOT BUY THIS. Apps don’t work - iPhone does not upload 180 3D VR videos to YouTube or Facebook. Windows app crashes every single time I start it so I can’t ever edit or render a single 360 or 180 3D VR video which makes this product TOTALLY USELESS. I will be returning this product. No Super HDR in app. Super HDR is not available in the app. For some reason only Super vlog is available now

Qoocam camera not working properly on iPhone iosx 15.02 or on Android phone. App keep crashing/freezing on both iphone and Samsung phone. Very unstable software and hardware. Wifi constantly get disconnected and could not download a 30 seconds video clip before propgram freeze. Totally a useless piece of garbage hardware

Terrible App, Fix it!. The app is terrible. If you want to replay a video it crashes. If you want to view a 360 photo it crashes. Every time you open it it wants you to download the SAME software update. I’m not sure why the developers won’t pay more attention to their app. Fix it or take it off the App Store!

Unable to keep camera updated. I hope the developers read this because I owned the Qoocam for almost 2 years now and not one time was I able to update my camera using this app. I would have to contact tech support only for them to email me the latest version of the software to manually update my camera but not to fix why I can’t update it via the app. I don’t even own the Qoocam 8K but already have an updated software downloaded and ready to install smh.

VR working with iOS 14.1. I previously gave QooCam a 2-star rating as VR was not working-it served a rapid flicker instead of a 360° experience. This seems it was due to iOS 14.0 NOT QooCam. After updating to iOS 14.1, the app is working perfectly. I have updated my rating to 4-stars. Great app, great camera.

Waiting for completition. No option for 8K flat export! No internal sound! No wired download option beetwen the camera and the iPhone!
