Broken App. At first it was working, i spent $119. It doesnt expire until next year. But now, I cant export any documents. Its recharged me 3 times. Ive signed in with my email and cant write to any developer. Im frustrated. It keeps asking me to pay then it wont let me send or export the document and ive only used it twice. Canceled in Apple ID subscription, even though it had me logged in it kept saying to check email of fix email and nothing was sent to my email. Disallowing me to do anything about tech or general support. It still wouldnt export. I want my money back.

Great useful app. Not bad-multipurpose service available. But now a am not finding any PDF file. But why!! If it is available I will give it 100 stars and that is gladly. Overall it's amazing and it's features are so good.

A must have!!!!. I am so excited that there is finally a PDF opening app 4my iPhone. it makes things so much easier to open, read, copy, import, export, edit & save for PDF files...& the huge plus is that it is free (at lesst for a few days)... Heaven sent!!

Fill the shining star. Fill is always there for whatever project or thoughts I am working on I know that Fill always has my back. I do feel like Fill is a family member with ups and downs

Not worth having. I did not see anything about how much it cost. I very upset about that but that’s not really the biggest issue. I filled out everything on a document and when I printed it off everything was blank. Definitely not worth the money. I didn’t realize I only had seven days to cancel but I guess that’s my fault but when I canceled I should get some money back. $128 is a lot for one unfilled paper. Will not be using it again. Definitely won’t be recommending it.

Confused. The app itself doesn’t seem bad compared to other pdf editor apps. But I’ve been trying to check on the status of my subscription and it is nowhere to be found. I also can’t contact the publisher because according to the prompt I always get my email isn’t setup which makes absolutely no sense. If I’m charged for this nonsense before I’m able to cancel my free trial I will follow this up with my bank.

This app is a scam!. I used it about 5 times then it mad me purchase credits at what I thought was 15 credits for 99¢. They immediately charged me $1.08 then followed that charge with $130 charge for a yearly subscription that was no where in the fine print of purchase. To top it off the image I purchased, for $132 and some change, exported to my gallery distorted and with the words overlapping each other! I immediately called iTunes and asked for a refund. They were kind and understanding and issued my refund, but now I have to wait up to 30 business days for my money!!! Worst app ever!!

Happy to use     . Now my clients are really happy with my work. Now I can provide them scanned documents within a short time.     

Almost perfect but missing key feature. I have tried a lot, this is the best in options and speed. Just wish to have the option right to left navigation two pages display just like other pdf apps

DO NOT PURCHASE. I downloaded this app for paperwork and ended up going a different route to accomplish the task and forgot about it. Fast forward 6-7 days and I was charged $130 dollars for a year subscription. I don’t need and will not use the app. I reached out to customer service through their portal and got no response. There’s no number to call and you’re just out the money. My bank also declined to reverse the charge. Lost a whole day’s pay for an app I’ll never need. Only download if you’ve got lots of mobile paperwork or you love throwing away your loads of extra cash. Buyer be ware!

It is a trap don’t fall on free trial. It is a trap. Don’t fall for the free trial unless you really need it and are willing to pay it! Not like Adobe photoshop that you get a warning and option to choose or continue your subscription. This one is just going to charge you right away without giving you a notice or even a receipt till you realize your credit card charged you. I did not even use it because it failed me everytime.

Great app.. I work in construction and this app is great for keeping my paperwork and plans in one location with easy editing. I just wish there was a windows compatible version for my laptop.

A life changer. This program is really helpful to work with pdf documents, specially when you have to take notes or write on them.

No cancelation and huge charge. Wish I read all the reviews on how they don’t let you cancel but I was in a rush because I had to sign a paper for my attorney. But the app couldn’t even be used correctly. Most the 5 star reviews are people complaining hoping for the company to see but obviously the company hasn’t. When you open the app it says to try the free week trial with easy cancelation. Once I realized it couldn’t do what I needed, I hit the cancelation button. It opens an email to customer service, I filled it out, and once I sent it said “feedback sent”. But then 7 days later I was charged $128. So I have emailed them multiple times and no response. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

Many things wrong with the app. Can’t edit text after placement, there’s problems resizing text size and after completion and placement of text the entire document shifts and it just looks horrible, asked myself multiple times who designed this stupid app

Amazing PDF app. I never thought I would see an app that is free and completely ad-free, yet brings amazing tools that helps in annotating on my Ipad. Thank you for making such an amazing app that lets you view, annotate, and highlight PDFs!!

Signatures don’t appear in pdf..... For the past 30 mins I’ve been trying to export my signed document to google docs or pdf. Whenever it shows up in those applications my document has none of the signatures that were applied via the Fill app. I paid $.99 twice because the first time it wouldn’t let me export. Why did I pay to export a signed doc if it shows none of the signatures??? Please clarify.

I’m happy for the first time. Headache after headache until I found this app I’m so happy because every publication I play on my smart device is because of this application

Too hard to cancel. I only needed the app to sign one pdf. I downloaded the app in a hurry and agreed to the free trial with the $120 subscription later, planning on just cancelling the subscription right after I signed my paper. It wouldn’t let me cancel within the app and kept wanting me to send an email as feedback. In a panic, I finally came back here and found a review that said you can cancel your subscription through the App Store. I was able to do this thankfully but I do not like how I couldn’t just do it in the actual app. Because of all the hassle, I’m giving it 1 star. Also, I think it’s strange that all of the negative reviews that people have left have 4 or 5 stars. I don’t know, seems a little weird to me.

Don’t get it - they keep charging you and you cannot unsub. Cannot unsubscribe and will keep charging you Customer service doesn’t work at all. I am not sure how they receive their ratings.

DO NOT GET THIS.. I got this app, and went for a free week trial since you can’t do almost anything with the free version. I cancelled this trial, and mind you I only did the $15/month subscription. This app has been trying to charge me (and failing) for a month and a half for the HIGHEST subscription, which I did not subscribe to and does not mention a free trial. I had to cancel my subscription AGAIN, even after I had already cancelled it the week of my free trial. It didn’t even show up as a current subscription in my settings, it showed as an EXPIRED subscription, so I know this was not my error, it was them trying to take my money.

Good but... The app itself is good but just FYI outside of the trial window there’s a monthly/yearly fee. If you’re consistently working with docs this app definitely makes it convenient and very easy. I just wish there was a free version for those, like myself, would barely need it and only need it every now and again. I don’t see it worth it in my case to pay a monthly/yearly usage fee for only it maybe a handful of times in a year.

Terrible App - Basically a scam. I wanted to quickly sign a document on my phone so I downloaded this app. It won’t let you use it unless you put in your credit card information and sign up for the free trial so I did thinking I could just cancel it immediately after the one thing I had to do and not get charged. However, any time you try to cancel your subscription or use the contact support option, it comes up with an error message. I’m pretty sure they did this intentionally so that YOU CAN’T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. On top of that it DIDN’T EVEN WORK when I tried to do it - it goofed up the file I uploaded and the page that I had to sign was replaced with a copy of a different page. USE DOCUSIGN - it’s free and much better. This was a huge waste of my time and I got scammed :(

Excellent App. This app is excellent it works great, and has become very useful especially during this coronavirus with social distancing, once downloaded you will want to keep it

Makes life easier. This is a great app. Helps me with my student with vision challenges. We take a picture of the assignment, blow up the font, and student is able to write on it with the stylus.

Excellent PDF app - drag n drop incredible!. The app is fast, offers annotation tools, has Files integration, supports RTL documents, and the support is responsive and helpful. It has been my daily driver for handling PDFs on iOS and seems that it will continue to be.

No other app compares         . I think this app is its best. I tried so many scanners and the apps also, but I never found such excellent results that this app provides me.     

Not user friendly. After subscribing to sign and export an important document, the app will not allow me to “send” but instead asks me to subscribe for a full year which I did beginning a month from now after my month subscription ends.. STILL unable to export, just continue to receive the same messages. No customer service number to call.

This app is horrible. This app claims that you can cancel your subscription at anytime but doesn’t have any option within the app to do so! In some of these responses they claim you can cancel your subscription in the Apple store and do not offer any further explanation on how to do this. This is also untrue because I called the Apple store and they say that the company is responsible so if I am charged I will be following up with my bank. The way they are trying to take advantage of people with their lack of customer service and transparency is ridiculous.

Great app. This app has custom search which let me find PDF easy and download multiple of files. It's also support create PDF from a web page then edit with rich annotations. Recommended for documents gathering.

Overpromised undersold. Promised significant ability never able to execute. Extremely glitchy with no support after purchase Don’t be fooled: they will tell you that they will extend your license until they fix the concerns, but in the end it is just a ploy for you to file a claim against their poor product, promises and business contrac. stipulations past the window of contesting the product. Integrations with google and desktop? Laughable. Stay away UPDATE TO DEV RESPONSE: WALKTHROUGHS WERE A JOKE! They walked me through and found the same inherent bugs I found! They promised resolution, only to continually delay beyond the window Apple or my credit card company would permit for contesting the charge. Creating others users was faulty. Certain field types fail. Accessibility to content across devices is only a dream with this app DO NOT USE THIS APP if interested in multi user access, google workspace integration, use ofthedektop app at all.

COSTS >$100. First week is free, but if you forget to cancel in time they charge you over one hundred dollars. They also make it difficult to cancel, so I would opt for a different app if you’re looking for something like this. It’s not the only signature app, and I can’t imagine they’re all making their money off of screwing forgetful customers over. I should have just bought ink for my printer. Even if you just need it for a single use, go with a different app so that if you do wind up getting charged you don’t get hit with such a high price.

Way Over Priced. For little bit more than you get charged for this you get all this offers X 3³ and you get helpful customer service that walk you through completing your projects even suggestions on how to make yours pop. Again way over priced for what you get.

Charged Me Even After I Unsubscribed. I emailed the help center wanting to unsubscribe so not to be charged after the free trial. They only gave the year option to pay. Received a ticket email saying they resolved the issue. Well after that I was still charged the money for the year subscription. Unclear on how to unsubscribe and how much it costs. Find a better program if you can.

Impressive PDF viewing and editing. Like the Files integration, and multiple viewing modes. Although I have other PDF viewing apps, I find myself turning more and more often to this one.

Good app. This is a great pdf conversion app. Have been using this for a while. Going to recommend this for all my friends. The UI is great too. Hope to see more features.

SUBSCRIPTION. Hello everyone, this is actually a very useful app especially if you have to do everything from your phone! You do have to get a subscription in order to send or export any files which I find it hard to see why they offer it to be free when you have to get a subscription that you can’t cancel from app BUT you can go to your phone settings then click your Apple cloud with your personal info at the very top then select subscriptions and from there you can cancel or even change how much they charge for example I changed it to a monthly subscription of $14 I believe instead of the $130 they try and charge you ! Pls be aware of that that’s why I give 3 stars

Unable to cancel.. As with previous users this app seems great at first. However upon use I noticed it doesn’t play well with word documents. And even with all info entered it does not allow me to cancel my subscription (over $100), or message the developer regarding general information. Definitely wasn’t what I was looking for, and unless able to get fixed will have to dispute this once charged.

Better than Ipad PDF converter. This app preserves the photos which often do not appear in the resident Ipad converter. I prefer it when I preserve recipes in iBooks. Definitely use it to make handwritten notes on PDF’s.

Has many amenities, but lacks critical functionality. It's a really nice app, fun to use, has many cool features, like you can change the font and the text size can be increased or decreased in small increments, saved words or anything you use frequently is available, and I thought the signature feature was superior. The form I used was a tight, complicated medical form. The thing I noticed first that I didn't care for was that it didn't snap to the line in a form that is not designated as a "fill-in form," nor fill-in check boxes with a mere touch like Adobe Fill & Sign does. The issue I found the most troubling, though, was that it lost data upon saving. This is critically bad. I followed the directions and entered the information and completely filled out the form, saved it, and upon reopening it, half the information was missing, like my first name. At first, I thought it was my fault, that I forgot to press "done" after each entry, but I went back filled everything in that was deleted again, pressed “done,” and the same thing happened, more or less. Different things were missing now. This was crucial to my decision to not move forward with this subscription especially considering you cannot pay monthly or weekly and must pay $120 per year.

No cancel button. I got charged $120 for a year. Yesterday was my cutoff for my “free trial”. Tried for 2 days to contact them but “contact us” doesn’t work. I finally managed to unsubscribe thru settings on my iPad. But now I’m stuck with being charged the $120. Very frustrating! Hoping developers will read this and refund me. Beware on downloading for yourself, I will update if they do a refund but as of now…I feel like I was scammed

Impossible to Can el Subscription. There is no way to cancel the subscription. Very frustrating when you no longer need the service but can’t cancel the expensive subscription. Will change my rating if they cancel my subscription before my free trial ends because the app is very good. But if I am charged simply because they won’t let me cancel, then I would rate this 0.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOURE SMARTER THAN ME. I used this app once when both my printer and WiFi weren’t functional but I had to send paperwork to my employer. I thought I had canceled my subscription through the app and considered it solved. Part of it is my fault, as I didn’t cancel the subscription through the App Store & my Apple ID directly, but I thought through the app would be good enough. I was wrong. I was just charged for an entire year’s subscription ($130) despite using it to sign TWO documents a WEEK ago. And their customer service options are a joke. No phone number to call, only an automated email. STAY AWAY OR BE SMARTER THAN ME

Phenomenal tool. I am a creative director, and this app gives me the ability to edit on the fly, make changes to project designs, even drawings. This is one of the best apps I’ve ever downloaded.

Don’t get unless you KNOW you need. Customer service button in app doesn’t work and there’s no option to unsubscribe anywhere. So, it’s going to automatically charge me $120 a year after the free week trial? I couldn’t even export the doc I needed to sign so this is completely bogus to me. Trash. App is absolute garbage. I should’ve read the reviews. And y’all have the unmitigated Gaul to be trying to charge people $120 for a year and not the monthly price. I was able to put 2 check marks on my document and my first and middle name. It wouldn’t save anything else so I must’ve typed in my last name 20 times and then the font started glitching. Charged for free trial and no way to cancel. I cannot find any link or details in this app to cancel the subscription, it says it’s a free trial yet I have still been charged. There are name, address, date and signature details but no access to manage or cancel the subscription

Terrible App. If I could give it zero stars I would. The free version is so difficult to use, not sure if the paid version works better but I don’t use it enough to buy it. It does stupid stuff like the other day I was in the middle of filling in a form and it pops up with ‘bugfixes available update now’ and the only option to click is ‘download’. I literally had no choice if I wanted to continue using the app but to download an update in the middle of filling out my form and of course when the update was done my form was gone so I had to start the whole difficult process over again. Couldn’t recommend this less.

Avoid this app!!!. On multiple occasions during their ‘free trial’ period I followed the steps to unsubscribe and cancel the subscription beginning as the product is not suited to my requirements. Free trail?. I was on my second day of my one week free trail and then I had to pay to send a document. I had to edit and send a one-time document… very unhappy! To top it off I can’t even contact support! The app won’t let me.

Helpful. I came upon this app almost by accident, and have become a devoted user! I use it almost every day, to upload, review, and edit Pdf files. It’s incredibly easy to use, and gets the job done! Congrats to the developers!

Ripped off. I cancelled this subscription the same day that I started the free trial and have now been charged a years subscription. I will not be recommending this app.

Crashed several times even after reinstalling. Needed a PDF editor decided to trail this one after to attempts entering a paragraph and adjusting scale the app crashed and after closing and reopening just kept crashing when the doc was reopened . Reinstalled and tried again . Same issue . No use gained out the app

Bug fixes. By tapping the wrong button I am now locked into this. You have sent me an email praising me for my subscription but when I wish to unsubscribe an “oops, check your email “ banner is displayed and I cannot even contact you to sort this out. Not happy at all. BJ

Cancelled subscription was not successful and yearly subscription charged on account. Hi Team, I tried checking for your contact information but I am unable to find a customer care number. I downloaded your app last week, but this did not meet my requirements and hence I cancelled the subscription for the same and deleted the app in my phone. Unfortunately the cancellation was not successful and I have been charged a yearly subscription. I no longer require this app and have cancelled the subscription now. $159 a year for a signature?!. Why do I have to commit to $159 per year before even getting a chance to TRY the app. Already deleted.

Took nearly 200 from my account. When I wrote to explain that there was nowhere for me to cancel the “ trial” it just kept telling me I needed an account with an email address to access- and that the money was removed a month after the trial ended- the app response was that refunds were not their problem and I’d have to contact Apple. Really wretched thing for a company to do. Poor service all around. Now I’m stuck with an app I don’t want.

Total scam!!!!. No option to cancel and unsubscribe. This app should be banned from apple store so people don’t get scammed. I have sent request to cancel multiple times when they say someone will contact me back. No one has. They don’t have a contact number either. Don’t get this product. Don’t subscribe.

$159 a year is robbery. The interface is terrible. If two texts are next to each other, you can’t resize one without selecting the other one. Scam. These people are scammers. Charged 180 bucks for a yearly subscription. Requested refund shortly after later, have not heard back. Make sure you read fine print and cancel well before free trial ends.

Developers are Thieves!. So it looks like I just got scammed and I am totally the wrong person to scam. I DL’d this app as I had a medical consent form to fill out. As I was going through the process of downloading I saw after a trial period I would be charged hundreds of dollars. I tried using the app but it’s so poorly designed I couldn’t even fill out a simple medical intake questionnaire PDF Questions like: Weight, height, do you suffer from any of the following..... all questions that need “Y/N” or simple answers. The UI for this app was so frustrating that after trying to complete this one simple form a few times I just gave up. How these developers came up with that price point for a simple PDF editor is mind boggling. How these developers could right royally screw up the development of a simple PDF editor app to the point were it is dumpster fire unusable is unbelievable but when I went to cancel this ridiculous subscription ten minutes into my misadventure I got it. I can’t unsubscribe, you’re trying to prey on consumers by allowing them to download an app for free. Say that after a short trial period they will be charged a fortune for this piece of garbage, but that they can cancel at anytime..... except we both know they can’t can they? Let me quite clear I am totally cool with apps that have the “it’s free for a trial period but after that you will be charged X” model. What is totally unacceptable and quite illegal is enticing consumers with a free product for a trial period, informing them that if they proceed with the purchase they can simply cancel said service at anytime before the end of the trial period and then making that cancelation process so convoluted, so unintuitive that your subscribers are unsure if they cancelled (and often didn’t actually complete the cancelation process) or just making it impossible for them to cancel by using a closed loop cancelation or unsubscribe process. There are two points within the app that appear to allow the consumer to unsubscribe from the service. I tried using both to unsubscribe, both times I was transitioned to a page where I could submit my feedback. Despite the buttons that led to this page were labeled “Cancel” the rhetoric once landing on the page all points to leaving feedback for your developers. Not once did I see any contextual feedback for me the consumer that I was canceling the service. Undeterred since good design and sound UI/UX is clearly not on your development radar, I completed the Feedback forms stating categorically and in no uncertain terms that I wanted to cancel the service immediately and why I wanted to do this. I submitted what I hoped was the cancelation and all I got back was an on screen pop up thanking me for my feedback..... that’s it! I have received no feedback, no indication that my cancelation request has been received is being processed.... nothing. I think this is how you want to make your money. Build a crappy App that is poorly designed, unintuitive and general garbage. Make it free for a trial period, state that consumers will be charged hundreds of dollars after the trial period. Those consumers go to cancel and are directed to submit feedback but never actually cancel because you intentionally made the cancelation process so convoluted, muddled the waters so much that consumers submit feedback thinking/hoping they canceled. Next month you charge them $180 and when they complain you get to legitimately say “did you receive a cancelation email or notification confirming your cancelation?” .... “ohhh you didn’t, you submitted a feedback form instead, and it clearly said you were submitting feedback. We can cancel you but we are going to have to charge you for the month” Congratulations, you just scammed another consumer and under the guise of legitimacy, this is the only way you are going to get away with those crazy fees for this garbage. Incase you couldn’t tell I’m onto your thievery. I’ve seen crooks like you try to scam folks who are more trusting and nothing against them more gullible. I’ve also dealt effectively with con artists like you before. I fully expect you to respond to this from behind that thin veneer of legitimacy you have that although poorly worded my cancelation was processed. That’s fine you’re crooks who have the plausible deniability card of “we are dumbasses that screwed up the wording on the cancelation process” to hide behind, we both know that’s a ruse but playing it means there is zero reason not to fix the process immediately, so you can no longer accidentally on purpose steal from people, right? So here is what is going to happen: You will provide me with a written documented response by the end of the week confirming that my subscription has been cancelled. You will make any and all changes necessary to your cancelation process in app so that all future users have a clear and intuitive cancelation process that leaves all parties under no doubt that they have canceled their subscription. These changes will also be completed by end of business 5pm eastern / UTC-4 this coming Friday. Failure to complete the requisite items mentioned above within the time frame specified will result in a swift response to cancel your shady and illegal business practices. Trust me a Zero Star review here is about to become a distant and hazy memory of better times if you don’t clean up your act.

Design is really good. I am very pleased with this app and it has satisfied my needs. I would recommend that a person use this app as opposed to spending large sums of money on a wordprocessing program that does no more than office suite.

No option to cancel. Terms and conditions say you can manage auto renew from account settings - I cannot find any option to manage auto renew - I will be blocking this app from billing my credit card.

So simple to use. While I have used the application for 6 months or so, it has made a significant impact on my work. The ability to not carry documents around while performing my inspections is a tremendous asset.

Don’t. You cannot really edit the text, it’ll write above it with a really horrible resolution. It’ll ask you to pay $150 everytime you use it.

Glad. It does exactly what you need. Glad it’s free, but they need some kind of award and a prize of 5 billion dollars because this is so useful.

Don’t bother. App deletes other edits to the PDFs, making it difficult to have 2 people sign a document. And when your try and contact the developer, you’ll find that the only thing to can do on their contact page is buy it again. Worth less than nothing, in fact I’d say that they owe me $ for the wasted effort.

Con. I did the week free trial i had one document to sign that was time sensitive and it works. But i tried to cancel the trial and it just kept saying oops there was an error and i tried to contact someone and could not get a hold of anyone. Just dont do it. Im assuming im out $200 every year now.... ill be contacting apple or something

Refund. I got charged $120 for a year subscription for an application that I have had for 7 days. Application was used one time when downloaded and was unable to find where to unsubscribe. I have no use for this application therefore should not be charged for the year subscription fee. There is no way to contact customer service. Please help

Need cancellation ASAP. Just downloaded and want to cancel immediately. Every time I attempt to communicate it says to check my email setup and I have done so multiple time. I do not want to deal with an app that is so difficult to request assistance and more importantly cancelation before the $120 charge

Rip Off. As other reviewers have mentioned BEWARE!!! I went through the cancellation and it still billed me for the highest amount plan. Apple does not allow me to request a refund. I tried going through my bank and that didn’t work.

The app won’t even open. Just downloaded it after checking the reviews and the app won’t even open for me. It just keeps loading. I’ve tried using my WiFi and using just my cellular data and both are the same result. I’m going to try and delete it and redone load but also going to just get another app.

Did not work/couldn’t move between boxes. I thought this would be a great app but it is very expensive considering I could not finish one form with it. I downloaded a cheaper app and it worked easily. I have contacted support with no response in over a week.

Good pdf editor!. I use it to write note on my textbook. It is really convenient as it can access iPad’s document directly. Good!

Rip off- no real customer service. I tried free 7 day trial then paid for yearly subscription. App worked great during trial. After free 7 days it reverted back to free level of functionality not the premium level I paid for. No help through customer service after multiple emails. It was as if responses were from AI, they never addressed my issue. So irritating!

Scam. This app does not work very well at all and they attempt to automatically charge you $112 for a years subscription after a 1-week free trial. I tried to fill out a document and the mechanics are awful and there is no way to adjust text to how you need it. This should be taken off the AppStore.

Wouldn’t Let Me Cancel After 1-Week atrial. Do NOT get this app! I canceled my 1-week free trial after two days because there was another free app I found. But the company did not cancel my subscription, and then I was charged the full year subscription of $120 a few days later DESPITE having canceled my subscription! I’m really upset. I’m a college student and can’t afford things like this. I have tried contacting customer support about four times this week—-nothing. No response. I will change my rating if the company contacts me and rightly refunds me this money. Very upsetting.

I looked at my bank account with $124 in it and now will have $4. Not enough to buy formula or baby food for my kids! Rents coming up I need that money please fix! Can’t cancel. I got the 7 day trial, the app won’t let me cancel and I got charged 110 dollars. I’ve tried different ways to contact them but for some reason there’s always a problem. It says is the settings on my email but my emails work just fine. I would give “0”stars if I could. This is not okay!

Beware. I downloaded the wrong app. I meant to download a video editing app. Next thing I know I’ve been charged $260 for a service I never used. Contacting anyone Is difficult. If they are reputable, they will refund me & I’ll delete this review. I’ve never used it & have no need to use it. We’ll see.

Trying to cancel. The app is fine but it is a pain to cancel a subscription. The email for cancellation doesn’t work and there is no other contact info. States a seven day free trial, but actually charges on the sixth day and it will automatically sign you up for a year subscription. I typically do not write negative reviews but this app has me beyond frustrated.

Unethical business practices and they know it. I have contacted my bank as well as the company through the cancellation tab within the app. Waiting 30 days for $120 to be refunded is absolutely unacceptable. I expect my refund in full within the next 48 hours or I will be seeking further legal action. This is wrong on so many levels.

Best app I've used. Simple UI, no gimmicks, simply does what it says perfectly. Just what I was looking for. A basic app, that can come in handy.
