Can't login. I can't log in to my account The wheel keeps spinning and just refreshes Cannot pass the login page

App not working. I upgraded my phone and I am trying to log in and I cannot. It says password is incorrect so I change it. Now it just loads forever and than stops. I cannot log into my account. I try and find a place to email or message about the issue so it can be fixed but there’s nowhere !!!

The app optimization is very 2006. Couldn’t find any way to send feedback, so I guess I’ll comment here. Very subpar app and desktop application. Riddled with bugs and I haven’t even been able to pull up any information yet, zero. It’s been 10 minutes that I’ve downloaded this and these are my user experiences. Step up your game, Ceridian.

Garbage app. A curse to setup, locks you out of your account, and doesn’t even load. Garbage app

Garbage. Every time I need to login i have to reset password, when trying to log in no indication is give it your password is correct. Can’t even reset password with out locking account. This app is absolute garbage. 0 starts

Very bad app. As some reviews here, i can not even pass the login page even if all my credentials are correct! 😔

Deficient. The app does not log me on. Other reviews have mentioned that the app does not log them on, therefore I believe this app is defunct.

Won’t even open. This app is horrible! Crashed immediately! My background photos disappeared! I restarted my phone, my background photos reappeared but as soon as I open an app the background photos disappeared again. I don’t know what this app does to your phone but it messes it up that’s for sure! Whoever designed this needs a slap! The fact companies depend on this is pathetic! I called the customer service line…. Absolutely zero help! Good luck actually speaking to a human being! They have no intention of actually helping you! This company should be closed down! My job needs to find a different way to dispense their pay stubs!

Frustrated. Every few weeks you need to reset your password its so frustrating..

Terrible. Never let’s me login. Every time I need to see a paystub or get my t4 I Have to go to my employer request they send me a link to reset my password then I can reset my password and login.

Terrible. This app is terrible. It doesn’t work at all. I have changed my password far too many times now and every time it shows an error and doesn’t work

Can’t even use. Unable to access paystub’s because I had an account with a different company before. Completely irritating and infuriating either fix the issue or please help me out

Never able to login. This is the worse product I have every seen, every month you have to have your administrator help you log in because this never works, I have change my stupid password so many times it is ridiculous. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT.

Stupid App. The most annoying app. Never let me in when I need it. “Password reset”, “contact payroll administrative” why? What is the point of this app then? It was way better in epost. Was so easy. This stupid app sucks every minute. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Not happy with it .. Would like to see my earning statements. Every time I try it says earning statements are not available at this time . Is there any way to correct this problem?

Recent update bricked it. Been using this app for work for the past 3 years never had an issue but ever since the last update the app is not useable ( at least for my phones ) on both iPhone 13 and iPhone 11 the app just has the spinning loading sign then doesn’t do anything, at first my account got locked up so after dealing with that I got it working on my work computer but when I want to check on the go I rely on the app hope someone can clarify what’s going on and fix it

Hard to set up. My staff struggle to get set up on this app and I am constantly having to reset them and start over. The welcome expires too quickly.

No one helps you. I contacted customer support and no one will help you. They want you to talk to your employer or former employer even if the relationship sucks for Ceridian to maybe try and fix the problem. This is a rip of considering this is a paid services.

App not working. I haven’t been able to log into my app. The app either closes or gets the spinning wheel then nothing happens. I can’t log in on the website because it says I’m already logged into the app.

Can’t get in. I work casually for one employer, so i don’t have to access it all the time. When i tried today, i couldn’t get in, had to bother my employer to send me the link to change passwords because it didn’t accommodate my “forgot password” request. Once i had everything updated, i again tried to go in via the app, and IT WOULDN’T LET ME. So frustrating. I don’t want to keep going through harassing my employer every time i need to access it…🤬 If i could score 0 stars, i would.

Garbage. Never works. I haven’t been able to check my pay stubs in MONTHS! Crashes every time I try to open it, even after deleting the app and docs, and restarting my phone. Fix it, or replace it!

I’m 12 and it’s so easy to use. I really like how it’s really easy to navigate and I can easily get to my statements and it’s easy to understand and that’s coming from a 12 year old with a job

Literally does not work. Try to sign in and a progress reel spins… then nothing. No amount of updating, password changing or reinstalling changes anything.

App doesn’t login. App is terrible, doesn’t login. Just stays on login page. ADP is a much better product, never had any issues with ADP and their interface is beautiful. To not have a working app in 2022 is unacceptable.
