Great app !. Easy to used and great when you are in a pinch !

Is this company still in business?. Tried to book earlier this month, heard nothing. Trying to book right now, no response. If they are still operational, it’s definitely not instant staffing. We have used the service twice, but they took a while to find staffers, even when I was willing to pay for the top tier, and there was a lot of back and forth. That said, when they finally did find people, those people were lovely and competent. I’d love to use the service on a regular basis because it’s a genius idea, but it’s not reliable.

Always great service. Have only has the best service using Jitjatjo, highly recommend for booking events. Flawless every time.

Terrible service and broken app. Ordered a line cook and waited 2 hours past the start time for the cook to show up. Was told then by customer service that the cook won’t show up because it was cancelled by the cook. However, we were never notified of the cancellation. Was then told by customer service that this happened because it was a Saturday and nyc restaurants are busy. Perhaps the app works on slow Mondays but DO NOT USE THIS APP ON WEEKENDS!

Great Gig App. Jitjatjo is wonderful for filling those spots you fear you not be able to fill. As a staffing manager who also manages events, i appreciate that they send skilled/knowledgeable talent and not just bodies to fill vacancies.

Very helpful in times of need!. Very easy to book Thru the app. The sooner you book the better, but i was very excited the shifts were scooped up so quickly…especially during a holiday wknd. I’ve had 2 emergencies and both times I was sent quality workers that didn’t take much training to get going.

Great experience all around. Very good overall experience. Easy to use and effective.

First time and loved it. I will continue to use this platform.

Great app, Great service. I heard about Jitjatjo through some of my friends and colleagues in the hospitality industry, so I figured I'd give it a try with my own business: WOW. I really can't believe no one thought of this sooner. Its so simple, and it's already been a life saver! If one of my employees calls out last minute, now I just use the app to book someone right away! It takes me barely a minute. Not to mention, all the people they've sent so far have been TOP NOTCH---very experienced, they really don't even need instructions to get started! Everyone just knows how to do their job, and do it well. All around, I got to say this is a great service. If you own a restaurant, this app is going to save you a TON of time!

Great concept. Helpful for filling in staff shortfalls at short notice. Staff that have been sent have been very high standard, and very helpful with +ve attitudes.

Horrible app, Wonolo is better.. I never been able to search for gig on this app. Since day one I get a message that reads sorry not able to offer me opportunities at this time. I thought maybe, the app was not available in my area. I was just reintroduced to this app yesterday by another Wonoloer, after working an event yesterday. So I redownloaded the app only to get the same error message. I have very similar background as my fellow wonoloer.

Very special!. I am very pleased with the service and employees sent by JJj. The managers are spot on with every request. The website is easy to use. I will absolutely be using jjj to fill in our staff when needed. I discovered yesterday they are as great last minute as they are with 2 weeks notice. An amazing resource.
