Crash all the time. Some time ago this app was almost decent, now it crashes all the time, fix it, do something, this is embarrassing, poor quality app

New layout sucks,. I hate this new layout. I get logged out every time I open the app. It cant even scan my face to login anymore. DOESN'T save any of my login info. Using this app has become pain now. Fix it please, that or I’ll let my company know this is now a garbage app and we need to change it.

Can’t get past login page. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG, I CANNOT GET PAST THE LOGIN PAGE AFTER ENTERING MY CREDENTIALS SEVERAL TIMES!!!! The loading symbol keeps spinning and then stops and I’m stuck on the login page still.

NFG. 30+ years of having a paper pay stub handed to me and I never had a problem with that. Ever since I was forced to get a digital pay stub it’s been nothing but issues. Please fix this. I need my pay stubs.

Used to be good!. This app used to be usable and it now looks like a Craigslist page from 2005. Not sure why they decided to take such a massive step back.

I’m 12 and it’s so easy to use. I really like how it’s really easy to navigate and I can easily get to my statements and it’s easy to understand and that’s coming from a 12 year old with a job

App has lost all convenience. This app has lost functionality and convenience. No Face ID login, no menu selections at the bottom. There is no attempt to make the user experience pleasant or effortless and all you are given is the desktop version of their website. What was wrong with the previous UI?

Hot Garbage. This app has a bottom feeder User Interface. New update sucks. Fonts are too tiny. Doesn’t even behave like a modern day app. Doesn’t use face id anymore. You have to log in multiple times. If I could give -500 stars I would. It’s 2024 and here we are using an app with a UI worse than Windows 98. Apparently this is an “upgrade”

Useless web view. App has become just a web view that does not remember you, and nor can you use biometrics to avoid the need to use an entirely separate application for MFA to login to see this. The app is an active waste of your time. Delete it and use the website and it will be less painful.

No support for iOS. App doesn’t work crashes once logged in

The worst!. It’s the worst! It’s been kicking me out and making me change my password every time I need to login for the past two months. I hate it!

Deficient. The app does not log me on. Other reviews have mentioned that the app does not log them on, therefore I believe this app is defunct.

UI is unusable on iphone. A few months ago the interface changed and the app is now basically a website, with really small font and horrible interface for an iphone.

Can’t get in. I work casually for one employer, so i don’t have to access it all the time. When i tried today, i couldn’t get in, had to bother my employer to send me the link to change passwords because it didn’t accommodate my “forgot password” request. Once i had everything updated, i again tried to go in via the app, and IT WOULDN’T LET ME. So frustrating. I don’t want to keep going through harassing my employer every time i need to access it…🤬 If i could score 0 stars, i would.

Frustrated. Every few weeks you need to reset your password its so frustrating..

How is a website an UX update?. Really? A webpage? Completely unusable with tiny fonts and not touch friendly. It’s 2024, if you can’t maintain usability of a mobile app then just remove it from the AppStore. I can just add the Safari bookmark to my home screen and it will take up less space than this junk.

You need to fix this update. I don’t know what you did with this “update” but you have made this app complete unusable. I can’t even log into see my pay stubs. Pure garbage.

Terrible UI Update. The previous UI wasn’t great, but at least it was usable. This new UI is absolutely horrendous. I’m not sure how this made it past a Quality Assurance or Product Management team at all. The font is incredibly small, the UI feels like it’s just a copy of the webpage and is not mobile friendly at all. The Username and Password are not stored correctly and even with “remember this computer” enabled, it doesn’t. Face ID no longer works at all.

Credentials don’t work after update. Keeps giving me credentials error and doesn’t send password reset link after the update

Terrible UI + “already logged in”. The ui update changed this from being an app to just a webpage in an app icon. Navigation is 10x worse than it used to be. Also, now constantly errors “user is already logged in” despite the fact that you’re at the login page, and no way to kick the existing login out.

New UI ruined the app. The new Redesigned UI is just a browser that loads a webpage, and the Face ID support has been removed. A huge downgrade from a previously, already terrible UI

New web based app is horrible!. The latest update sends the app backwards in terms in terms of usability. The app is now web based and not native any more. And no Face ID! Downgrade in terms of user experience and security.

Update to iOS 18 NOW. Thanks to your recent update without catching up iOS 18 the app is ghetto

Login Issue. I can’t login. Even after I reset for several time. I asked many people, they have the same issue

Re-installed several times just to log in. This app after using it one time does not allow me to get past the log in screen. Thought it was my password at first. Resetted three times. Nothing. It stops working after one log in, and then never allows you to log in again. Please ACTUALLY fix this issue, based on 2 year old reviews it seems like this is still an ongoing issue.

Worst app I have ever used. I can’t believe this is a real app , the mobile interface looks like it is from 2004, it is truly hard to believe, it feels like a joke 😂

new ui overhaul. the new ui doesn't work meaning the login button is greyed out so I can't log in even after entering my credentials . nothing is centeted, font too small and does not look good. Previous version was working just fine please rollback to previous version

Update?!. The update is terrible. It’s not even functioning like an app. Budget version I assume. Do better.

Garbage app. Not sure what they did with this update but it’s god awful and doesn’t work 9/10 times. Figure it out.

4.7 star?. I have been changing my password and saying that I can’t repeat the past 10 passwords. I have to keep my calling my manager to send me the link to reset the password for countless time. Reading all the reviews, about 90% of users rated 1 star. Just wondering where’s the 4.7 star reviews from? Hahahahahahahahaahahahaha. Please accept the reality that this app only worth 1 star or less, nothing wrong if the service/ product is bad but never ever misleads the public. Go back to university to study few more years before creating the app.

Crashing all the time. Loading and crashing.

New UI doesn’t let you press the login button. After putting in my credentials. I am unable to press the Login button. It’s simply text and not able to move past the front page.

Terrible new UI. The most recent update turned the app into a horrendous experience for users. Please consider revert it to the previous experience, the way it’s now is almost unusable.

Worst. Probably the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. Impossible to log in and have to continuously change your password. On the off chance you actually get access, it’ll log you out before you can view anything. I’d rather have my paystub delivered by carrier pigeon

The app optimization is very 2006. Couldn’t find any way to send feedback, so I guess I’ll comment here. Very subpar app and desktop application. Riddled with bugs and I haven’t even been able to pull up any information yet, zero. It’s been 10 minutes that I’ve downloaded this and these are my user experiences. Step up your game, Ceridian.

Garbage since change to integrated web view. They changed it from an actual mobile app to just a type of web view (browser). Your credentials can’t get saved and using the iOS feature to auto fill passwords doesn’t even work. You’re better off using safari to login.

Doesn’t save info. Username and password no longer saves with this update. Has to be inputted every single time. Even with FaceId enabled it just brings you to blank login credentials. Needs bug fix!

Horrible. Constant updates changing app UI. App will not save user name and password. They schedule maint in the middle of the day. Very difficult UI to navigate.
