False advertisement. My daughter absolutely loves this app. So why did I give it only one star? Because even though it says you can use family sharing, you can not in fact share anything that isn’t already free for everyone to get anyway. I did not find this out until after I purchased full access to the app on my phone. Before doing so I checked for the family share emblem. It wasn’t until I attempted to transfer that purchase to my daughters iPad and failed that I discovered the fine print saying that “inapp purchases” could not be transferred. This effectively makes the family sharing nonexistent and is an end around that functionality so that they can have the emblem but yet not actually provide the service. I will be asking for my money back for my original purchase.

App Support. Non existent or not easy to find for the customers. Tried every link and place any other app would provide support. Not this one.

Great app but disappointed. My son loves the YouTube and this app BUT I hate that you have to buy the SAME app for ever device. I have a tablet for my son. I downloaded and paid for this app on my phone but when I opened the app on my tablet it was in demo mode!!! I have never seen this with any of my other apps. I will never buy another Dave and Ava app if I can’t share on the same iCloud account and different devices!!!

Hidden in app purchases. Tells Children to hold colored button to unlock all letters. Even as an adult it is not clear that this is an in app purchase. Very shady. I deleted all of these apps immediately. Very sad as we love the Dave and Ava cartoons.

Only numbers 1-3 are free!. Looks like a great way for kids to learn IF, they only need to learn 1-3. Then it’s $2.99. Felt mislead. Very disappointing.

How do you get money back. Can’t transfer app to other ipad, and its all under same apple id. I want my money back. I would repurchase on ipad instead of my phone. App is good, but should be able to share.

Doesn’t support family sharing. Wonderful app and I absolutely love the product. HOWEVER it says it supports family sharing but does not. Had to re-purchase on multiple devices. Only app I know like this. Scammy business practices.

Recurring charge!!!. First you tell us it free. Then you tell us we need to pay 2.99 to get the full app. Then when I see my credit card it says recurring charge of $3.25. Recurring charge!!! How many time I need to pay for this app. And how much! Tell me at once.

Very educational and enjoyable app. This app does not drive me crazy. The animations and songs are very cute. My granddaughter loves to sit and watch it with me and she loves to dance to the songs. She's a year old and learning a lot from the videos. We usually watch them on YouTube but it is great to be able to use the IPad to view them and play the games while on a trip.

Can not trace. I paid for all of the Dave and Ava apps so my son could trace his letter only to find out the tracing doesn't work on his iPad

Perfect except need IPad 4 app. We love all Dave and Ava apps and vids. I have twin 3 yo with autism and they have really taken to using the D and A apps and have figured out how to use them! I’m so proud of the. They love the tracing of letters/numbers. Unfortunately, they have iPad 4s cuz, let’s face it, they are 3 yo. I can’t afford buying two 3 yo the newest tech available. The tracing part of the D and A apps don’t work on iPad 4, and that part just shows a white screen. They do however work in my iphone8+...but I can’t very well let them have my phone whenever suited then as it’s, you know, my phone. (Plus I only have 1!) I don’t imagine it will ever happen, but I’d be sooo thrilled and relieved if somehow they hade the apps filling compatible with older iPads.

Good app but family share is misleading. App claims to support family sharing, it does not since you have to purchase in-app to actually use the app for more than three letters.

Gets frozen half way. It’s alright in the beginning then not long after that it gets frozen with a white background and the green i(information)? button on the top left and the green sound button on the top right to mute/unmute I don’t think I’ve never had this problem before. My son always gives his iPad to me every time it freezes. Can you look into this and fix this bug. I’ll be looking forward to an update

Does not go to tracing. I paid for in-app purchases but the app won't work completely. After coloring in the objects and counting the objects, it doesn't proceed to tracing the numbers at all. Can you fix this?

Restoring in app purchase. Restore app purchases does not work in the app.

Family share not working. Says family share I bought for my twins only unlocked on my sons Ipad not the other one. I shouldn’t have to pay twice. If issues fixed I’ll change my rating.

Same problems as ABC app.. Have the exact same issues as the abc app. No animations and no tracing. And still no fix. Avoid it and find a better app. Expected more for the price. There are free apps that work better.

Dave and ava. Numbers

They will not fix. I paid for the unlock for all the letters in the abc tracing app, and no matter what I do I am not given access to all the letters. Same with the numbers. I download the apps, then try to purchase the full version and it will not let me. Even if it’s on the same device. My in-app purchases are enabled too. Tried to contact them through the developer website and nothing comes up. They will not contact me to try to fix the issue. It’s really too bad, because this could be a great app for kids if they would let you access the full version.

Paid twice. Purchase for my two years old on an iPhone. Now she got a new iPad and I want let her play on the iPad instead. Guess what restore in app purchase does nothing and I have to buy again on an iPad. Not going to buy a single app from Dave & Eva again. Was planning to buy the other apps for my two years old. Going to look elsewhere.
