Does not work correctly right from the download. Downloaded this app and purchased a year subscription. The app does not work properly with the newest iPad 8th gen with everything uptodate. Freezes and sometimes does not load everything as well as the app closing on it own

Not working without connection. I downloaded the app for use out of the country for my daughter. Every so often the videos won’t play without connecting back to WiFi first..

A few problems. My baby loves Dave and Ava and would be on this app all day long if I let him. There are a few glitches though. The background music for the menu constantly plays even when you’re watching the nursery rhyme videos (it is lower than when you’re on the menu but it’s still noticeable). Also, random videos don’t play but it’s not consistent. Like the videos that are downloaded but don’t work on the iPad aren’t he same videos that don’t work on my iPhone. Also, it’d be nice if you could pick to delete the ones that don’t work because you can’t you have to delete the whole app to delete all the videos then download them all over again. I wish the developers would just fix these few issues. I’d pay the full price for the actual app if they would. But other than that it works great. Love that you don’t have to have signal to watch these videos.

I love this my brothers learning so much. With David eight for you can you do ABCs 123 and watch videos I love beat because my brother and other brother are learning so much thank you Dave and Ava.

We love Dave & Ava!. Both of my boys love Dave & Ava and the huge variety of songs! I just wanted to thank you for all of your hard work and how quickly you’ve been creating new ones lately!

Scam. If you use the free trial, you get ONE animal that you can press 3 buttons for. For only 30 dollars a year (subscription service, you don’t even get the app) you unlock 3 more animals that you can press 3 buttons for. Get something better for your kid. There are a lot of apps available that you can get PERMANENTLY for a lot less than $30/year.

App is a rip off!. I purchased this app last year. It was ok until i logged out for whatever reason and was never able to log back in. Oh before that I wasn’t able to log in any other devices but one!!! I wanted it on her tablet and my phone! But anyway when i looked for where it says to log in there is no place! You have to purchase again! Who made this app?! That is so stupid! Im really upset bc they charged me again in March when she hasnt been playing it in over a year bc we cant LOG IN!! It was on autopay but i quickly stopped that this time! I just gave away $30!!! Smdh

Can't Delete Videos. The app size ballooned to over 7GB and we can't find a way to delete downloaded videos short of deleting and downloading the app again. Can you add the ability to delete videos (or, automatically limit the local cache size to a configurable value, like 2GB)?

Not working puzzles. I downloaded the app on my phone and the iPad. On the iPad doesn't work at all. The music does but not the number and the letter doesn't. I been trying to get someone. Don't know him any time I sent an email and nothing. Really bad app.

Unable to share app to iPad air 2. Bought app on iPhone 8splus and family shared-downloaded to my wife’s iPad Air2. It opens as a new app and unable to unlock paid features. It says “please wait” when I try to “restore purchase” forever until I close the app. Deleted and installed app multiple times to no avail. Any suggestions would be of great help.

Happy but mad. I love this app but I hate the fact there is no sign in option. I have it on my phone and subscribed, got a new phone and had to subscribe again! Now that I brought my son a tablet I will have to subscribe again and pay double to keep it on both devices!!!

Perfect. Is there a Spanish version? I absolutely love it but, we are a bilingual family and we speak Spanish to our son at home. I would really love to have it in Spanish.

Excellent content. My 22 month old daughter love the songs and the games. The contents are very educational. I’ve downloaded the app and subscribed on my iPhone, however the subscribed content don’t show on my iPad.

Great but one annoying glitch. My son loves this app but there is an annoying glitch that bothers me. The background music continues to play even while the videos are being played. You can still hear the videos, but the background song is still there layered underneath and it annoys me so much! I’m not sure my son notices, but I do.

An up date is in need…. My son loves this app but he is on the spectrum and uses multiple devices at once and you have to pay per device. Nowhere to sign in and use on more than one device. Will give better rating if you fix some glitches. Please and thank you kindly…

Please fix bug. We love Dave and Ava! Especially my autistic daughter. She has loved watching every song and collecting the treasures. In song 91, trick a little treat a little, we can’t collect the pumpkin glasses. We’ve tried so many times on different devices. Please fix it so my daughter can move on with her life. My Toddler’s First App. My toddler is Dave and Ava’s fan and has been for a while. This app is helping him learn and so much quicker than I expected. Please, add more animals!! Also, the number portion of the app was crashing on number 5 and When clicked next to go to six the app completely crashed. Please fix!

Subscription got deleted!!!!. App got deleted by mistake. My montly sub also got deleted. Is there any other way to unlock my account???

Numbers and letters. The songs are great and my 22 month old likes interacting with the animals. However the numbers and letters part don't work. For example After the d screen, the screen goes blank while you hear ddd dance. Then nothing else happens. I didn't realize there was more (animation and tracing) until I opened it up in my phone (but I have to pay for a second download). Bummer. That part looks like fun. It is an older I pad (purchased in 2013), but up to date o.s.

Great App! Only One Suggestion. My son loves the app! We are still exploring. He is 13 months and already knows how to get to his fav videos🤗 I wish there was a way to change the face color of Ava and Dave so that all kids can say “oh, they look like me.”

Need a way to filter videos. There’s one video where Ava lies to her mother twice and then they both have a big laugh about it as if nothing happened. I don’t approve of the video, and haven’t been pleased to see my three year old recite it from memory. I paid a lot for this app, but will be uninstalling it until a filtering feature is provided.

Glitches and crashes. We love this app in theory. However, the app crashes frequently, and the abc game doesn't function properly. Once the picture has been revealed. The screen goes white but the audio plays. This is a bit disappointing considering the abc portion was the primary reason of interest. To be fair, we are new members. I've used the app a total of maybe two hours. If the problems aren't resolved with next update. We'll be canceling our subscription.

Not working after trying to reinstall. I bought it before this subscribe thing and when I tried to reinstall the app i can’t get past seeing days of “reconnecting” while trying to restore purchases. What gives?

No Family Sharing. In the AppStore it says subscription eligible for family sharing. This is not the case, which I learned after paying. Why would I pay $70 just so that my son can play on my husbands iPad when he goes into the other room? Fix this or remove the family sharing advertisement from the AppStore. False advertising.

Download. My daughter loves Dave and Ava and so do I for her but I took off one star because it would be nice to have the nursery rhyme library without having to download each and every video. Downloading is great for watching offline but while home I do not want to use all my data to download every video for her to watch here

Love but problems with update. I love the app and had no problems using it, but since the update I get an error message when I try to download videos on my phone and iPad. The intro music is also merging in the background with the songs. Need help fixing.

Fantastic Videos - Some Issues. Dave and Eva videos are easily some of the best children's videos out there. They're bright, colorful, and sung well. The art is fantastic. The characters are adorable. And the videos are safe. No question that the videos are A+, five stars. The app is pretty and affordable. There's really not much to the games. My three year old mastered and lost interest in them quickly, but we use the videos every. single. day. Thank you for having loads of them so I don't lose my mind with the same songs over and over. However, that blessing is also a curse and the reason this app loses stars. The videos are downloaded onto your device. For my son, it's a 16G iPad. When all 80+ songs are downloaded, the tablet's memory is near maxed. And there is no way to unload the songs. I frequently have to delete the app and then download the app and the songs again. I do it because the videos are worth the hassle, but it *is* a hassle and sometimes not a small one.

Love it but. My kids love it but I wish it included lowercase letters. Just has uppercase. I also wish it was easier to navigate the video sections. When one stopped I wish another would just start playing automatically.

Very disappointed does not support family sharing like indicated. We are very upset/disappointed and are working with apple to get a refund. My son loves Dave and Ava and we are avid watchers on YT Kids. However we purchased this two weeks ago and it will only work on my devices even though we have family sharing! My wife and I have been in touch with Apple and our family sharing is properly turned on. We have 3 adults set to make purchases and yet this app does not respect true family sharing! Don’t purchase! Okay. Theme song plays CONSTANTLY in the background of all the videos. Can’t remove videos once downloaded. Games are a bit too advanced for young toddlers. I have a 1.5 year old who struggles to maneuver thru the letter tracing, etc. And please for the love of God shorten the mouses speech at the beginning of the videos!! My kid loves the cartoons but app could definitely be improved.

Kid crack. Wonderful children’s songs and videos. My daughter loves them. I turn it on and she stops throwing fits. I get her to eat certain foods by telling her she can watch it later. I wish there were more color learning songs and I wish there were bath-time songs. She hates bath time and if I could show Dave and Ava at bath time it would really help her try and enjoy bath time. I also so wish I could buy Dave and Ava dolls for her. She’s not even two and does great with singing the alphabet and drawing the letters using this app. It also makes our plane rides a breeze!

Love it but want Family Sharing. Our family loves Dave & Ava. We’ve been watching it for 4 years now and love the apps, but wish Family Sharing were on option. We don’t want to pay multiple times so that the same kid can play it on mom’s phone, dad’s phone, or the iPad. Please, please, please, make Family Sharing an option!

Letter drawing feature barely works. Love the app, my 3 yr old loves Dave&Ava ☺️ My only issue is that after he reveals the picture the follow up game rarely works. (Where you drag the ladybug to follow the letter) and by not working it will either be a blank screen with nothing on it or it’s just the outline of the letter with no interaction. If there’s a fix I surely love it since my little man loves the app and when he can get that part to work iPad Pro Version 14.6

Cancel subscription. I wanted to ask if I paid to unlock all letters and numbers why can’t I access them now. It’s as if I never paid to unlock them. Is this pay 2.99 to unlock them for just a day? This is misleading and I didn’t pay for that. I need a refund and clear idea of what you offer when you ask for a purchase to be made.

Started playing at 18mo. My Granddaughter loves this app. She is now 22mo sings along with the nursery rhymes, can recognize both her numbers and the alphabet and knows all the animals and their sounds. Would love to see a game with shapes and colors added Overall it’s still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Animations not working. After purchasing the full subscription, the animation of all animals stops and only sounds come. It worked just fine for a couple of few times but now its completely useless. Is there a way to fix this?

Can’t not share on the other devices. I purchased on my iPad, and it’s not sharing on my iPhone. I downloaded App on my iPhone and it tells me to make another purchase. I wanna cancel, where should I go to cancel it.

Only one small problem. I absolutely love this app and so does my son but there needs to be a more secure way to keep the videos downloaded for up to at least a year since I’m paying yearly my son has deleted the app three times on his tablet and each time I have to go and download each and every video so he stays happy that’s my only problem with the app other than that I love it I will continue paying for the app yearly especially if I do have anymore children this is a good app to teach them awesome songs even my 10-year-old daughter loves listening to the songs with her little brother but there just needs to be more of a secure way of being able to keep the videos downloaded in the app as long as the person is paying for it so when the kids do accidentally delete the parents don’t have to go and hustle to download all the songs again for their kids trust me it’s not easy like I said it’s happened three times very frustrating

Fantastic learning tool. We have our 2 year old great grandson three days a week and this has been the best, high quality, learning experience we have encountered from the App Store.

SSL Error message. My daughter loves this app and I would have rated 5 stars up until this point. Our subscription was just renewed in August & we noticed some of the actual nursery rhymes videos were not downloaded. When we attempted to download the videos we get an error message, SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server can not be made. We have contacted Apple support and they tried some troubleshooting however they stated we would have to contact the developer. However, there is no customer service number. Any solutions or suggestions would be welcomed. Since I posted this review, the company has resolved all issues! 5 Stars! Thank you, happy daughter, happy mommy.

Family sharing. We bought the abc and 123 apps and we have family sharing but it wouldn’t share and we had to pay again for them on our other phone. We want more apps but paying multiple times is crazy to me. How can it be fixed? We have ios14

Incredible !!. Such a good app for childrens since the first year to show them beautiful songs with the sparkling colors. My daughter had year and half , and she loves it!! She is starting to memorize the songs and learning some words. Thank you so much for the incredible quality !

Great but.... We have had the app for only 2 days and our little one loves it! She has loved the videos previously. Only issue we are having is that about 40% of the time when tracing the letters the “bug” doesn’t appear so she has to move along without being able to trace the letter.

Kinda rip off. I downloaded it for both my younger sisters. You can only watch one of their videos, play with JUST the cat but you have to pay quiet a lot of money for the full version. I’m highly disappointed.

Cannot be downloaded. After buying it, none of the song can be downloaded! Disappointed and waste money

Freezes. On my phone this app is perfect. I currently downloaded it on a tablet and it freezes CONSTANTLY. especially the animal match game. My toddler screams because she flips it to be correct and all you hear is the sounds go constant without her tapping anymore. Very frustrating. Please fix this bug as I see it in many reviews. Disappointed, especially if I had to pay for each tablet separately. I’m hoping my canceled membership on my phone only charge me for the month I used it or I’ve been charged for two one years for two separate devices.

A pleasant and fun way to introduce ABCs and 123s.. My toddler loves the fun games and she really enjoys it when I play along with her. She loves the interactive item counting. I personally enjoy seeing my daughter strengthen her fine motor skills and tactile abilities. The videos make long car rides all the more enjoyable too. However, I don’t believe the contents are worth a monthly subscription. I think a one-time-purchase would make more sense unless they altered the content and mixed things up more.

Just a subscription. Just a scam. You download the free app, just to sign up for the subscription. Waste of time!

Waste of money. At first the app was working well after downloading a few songs..then after a few weeks I downloaded a few more songs. I started noticing some songs would play and the others wouldn’t. The screen would be completely dark, then I would have to keep on clicking next until I found a video that actually plays.

Almost Great. This app would be great if not for one issue. It will often not load the bug on the letter which means that the letter can’t be traced. It does nothing. Choosing another letter fixes it but it happens every second letter.

Restore purchase. My kids love Dave and Ava and I got the app on my phone so they can listen in the car, however for their birthday I’ve got them tablets and I can’t get it to work even if it says restore purchase…keeps loading and nothing happens and because of this I will have to cancel the subscription because I’m not willing to pay for kid subscription if I can’t share it / make it work on their tablet. Doesn’t have all the songs. My sons fav song from their YouTube channel isn’t in the apps. It’s the apples and bananas one with a, e, i, o, u sounds. I’m on the free trial right now but won’t likely pay for it if we don’t get all the songs. Very disappointing. Otherwise the app looks nice which is why it got two stars instead of one.

Good app but…. It’s a great app by daughter loves it. We have downloaded the music for car rides and what not. But lately when opening certain downloaded songs all you see is black screen and nothing works. But others downloaded songs work flawlessly… also when we open the app there is something wrong with the graphics. Pieces of the graphics is missing and just grey blotches. Other than that my kids loves it

Good but not good enough. 1) the background theme could not turn off when playing music videos. Two layer sounds very annoying. 2) some downloads music videos can’t show. Great but storage hog. Love the app, my toddler loves tracing the alphabet and numbers and claps along happily when successfully completed. Only down-fall is in the video section where you cant seem to upload videos back so your stuck with Holiday clips in rotation all year round as well as more space off your device. FIX THIS. Refund. I did not know my son subscribed and i canceled the subscription as soon as it showed up pending on my bank card and I still have not seen a refund to my card.

Videos. After purchasing the full package, the nursery rhyme video won’t download no matter what I try.

Don’t waste your money. Half of the songs downloaded will not play. Very frustrating for parent and child as you have to unlock the app screen to fast forward past the blank screen.

Videos always give ssl error. While the app is great when it was working, the app constantly threw ssl error and the videos could not be downloaded.
