Underwater issue. The game is super fun, but we’re running into an issue when they go underwater. The movement goes in slow motion to a crawling pace where the game isn’t even playable. Any fixes to this?

Freeze. iPad 2 freezes up on this

Recent update issue. After update, when they go into the water, they suddenly go slow motion and unable to progress through the game.

Underwater issues. My kids like the free PBS version so I agreed to purchase this only to find out that most of the underwater features don’t work or are in slow motion. My kids are super frustrated by it and I just wasted $3. Please fix this ASAP.

Water level issues. Game is overall ok, but the water levels are unplayable. Son gets frustrated and I don’t blame him. iOS is updated to latest version and so is app, also tried on different devices. Still the same. So clearly an issue with app developerment. Please fix or I would say don’t waste your money on this app

Lowers me in the ground. When I play as martin and he has the kangaroo power suit when I press the the disc it takes me going forward and then it puts me in the dirt and I can't do anything about it

Toby. My grandson On level 6 in the snowy dash on the ell he can’t get in when he pushes electric button. It opens but the walls make me go down

Awesome game!. Love the game I think it is perfect but would be fun with perhaps a few more creature powers to choose from!

Glitchy. The underwater parts are painfully slow and clearly a major glitch in programming. Please update and fix. Thank you

Unable to play when underwater. Keeps freezing underwater. Huge source of frustration.

Imperfect. This is a pretty fun game for the time you can play it. It's not that long. All you need to do is get three stars on all the levels, register all the creatures to your creaturpedia, including the secret ones, and you don't seem to get any reward for defeating the bosses, so you don't really need to... Also, this game has its fair share of glitches. For example: 1. When you save the wolf, Koki says: "That wolf PUP is free because of you." Wait, what. It is clear enough that the wolf you rescued is an adult, rather than a pup. Also, a similar thing happens when you save the orca. Koki says, "You saved a BABY orca." It's really obvious that it's an adult, yet you just call it a baby anyway? Come on, PBS Kids... 2. Sometimes, while your character is running and hits a slope, or has deactivated their power suit, they clip through the ground. This glitch looks very weird when you see it. 3. Sometimes, when you're done using your bird power suit, it stays activated, being both strange and giving you an unfair advantage. I mean, seriously? At least it's not very common... 4. Prior to the last update, motion in the water was really slow and annoying, especially if you played as the Aviva turtle. Also, the boss stages were similar. It's a good thing this glitch was fixed, as this was probably the most annoying glitch by far. The graphics are also questionable while you're trying to rescue the animal. The sprites are low-quality, and they make the game look a bit cheap for the $2.99-something price tag. Also, this game's creatures only seem to get as new as the ones from season 4, so it would be nice to add some new ones from the later episodes. Even when secret creatures were added, that didn't help much, as they were still as old as the original creatures. Overall, well, this is an okay game, but there's still plenty of room for improvement. If the glitches were fixed, the graphics were improved, and new creatures were added, this game would be much better. I rate this game 3 and a half stars.

okay, really?. I was reading some reviews when i noticed that a lot of reviews were about.......the water levels. So please make FANTASTIC updates. Because somewhat amount of people r gonna need them...

Perfect for my 4 yr old. My 4 yr old loves this game, he loves collecting all the animals and the game controls are very simple for him. He can play with no adult help. 4 instead of 5 stars because there were a few glitches and my son played all the levels and collected all the stars in less then a week time so now he doesn’t want to play the game. Please update and add more levels!!

Fix the water levels!. This game is pretty fun for my kids but the water levels are BROKEN. They progress at maybe 1/10th speed and while most levels take 1-2 minutes, the water levels move so slow they take almost 20 minutes to complete. They also glitch out a lot so that it’s impossible to rescue the animal or impossible to escape the water and finish the level. Will change my rating to 5 stars if they fix the water levels.

Freezes up :(. My boys love the WK. They enjoy this game until it stops and freezes up and then they're just frustrated. I would like my $3 back.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND. App crashes after about 5 seconds. Have gone through all steps on the trouble shoot but still same issue. PLEASE REFUND PAYMENT ASAP otherwise I will do a merchant claim. Apple website not helpful either. I don't want to waste anymore time chasing this. 45 mins of wasted time, you should not only refund me but give me a iTunes credit for the poor experience. Sad PBS and Wildcratts put their name on this product.

Cannot get levels to unlock. I thought I’d purchased this app. When downloaded, only the first level is playable. Subsequent levels are locked and I cannot find information as to how to get them unlocked. Please help!

No volume!. I followed all of the trouble shooting tips and still there is no volume.

Good but one problem with the run. So I love the game I LOVE WILD KRATTS and all but in the African or desert run with the coyote rescue u need the buffalo to smash threw walls but there is not one in the run and the coyote is behind the wall why? Pls respond to this and maybe explain for me what I can do thanks!

Water level broken. My son. LOVES Wild Krafts and this game but he’s frustrated every time he plan because the water levels won’t play, continually glitch out. This is a game I paid for and it should work better!
