TECHNICAL ISSUE- Kart racing erases your progress. HUGE TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH RACING GAME. In the last several months, THREE TIMES my kid has had her progress in the racing game completely erased. All of the tough and hard races she had unlocked and the new racers, all gone. It took her so long to work for it and finally on the third time she ended up in tears that she had worked so hard over and over to get there, only to have it erased and her start at the beginning. And there doesn’t seem to be any way to report it. It seems to have happened with one of the recent updates. The other games are great for the most part and I highly recommend them. But this glitch needs to be fixed immediately.

I love this game because I played it when I was four I deleted it because I thought it was for babies but then I was like I loved PBS Kids so I’m gonna download it again because it was so fun and it’s so cool because if there’s no Internet you can do the download and then like you get new games a lot so you can play them and I loved them so thank you for making this game I love it Thank you for reading 📖

Fun Games for young children thoughmany bugs. My son has been loving playing games in this app since pre-k. Over the past couple of months, we have tried updating the app but no matter what we try, we cannot get any sound to play in the games. We have tried a few games and nothing works. Sometimes the scroll on the right side of the screen sticks so we cannot select different shows either. I would have loved to leave feedback within the app instead of in the app store but could not find a any place to leeave feedback. Once these issues are addressed, we would love to come back and play our favorite games again! Aside from these bugs, I highly recommend this app for your child!

Recommend!. Love this app for my 3 year old. He can do many of the games himself, I sit with him when he tries a new one out to help him understand how to play, and there is a few apps he is still to young for and needs my help. Love the variety and the educational aspect of it! Definitely recommend this app compared to other single game apps. If your kid’s tablet has the space, increase the app’s settings to 5 GB for offline storage for travel. Definitely worth the download.

Awesome but something happened after downloading it.. So we always watch pbs kids here and we are big fans of pbs so I just wanted to say after I downloaded it . So I played for one day and the next day boom….. I tried opening up the app and the game was literally loading for like a minute or so and I know I’m supposed to be patient but the loading was oddly slow loading so I tried deleting the game and downloaded it again but it still didn’t work! PS : I am not saying that you guys are terrible at programming or anything, like I said, we are a big fan here so if you could fix that flaw that would be awesome! PSS: that’s also why I gave you 4 stars but it would of been a five if this wasn’t a flaw.

Great App but has it’s Glitches. This is my daughters favourite app - she lives that we can change up what games are on it and download different ones to make things new (I keep it at a 500GB limit or it doesn’t work properly). All was good until a couple months ago when the app stopped loading unless we are connected to WiFi (I have data turned off for this app). It had previously worked fine and we used it all the time in the car and on the bus. Please fix the issues with the app loading and also with the storage!

Great games but very buggy and freezes constantly. My daughter loves the games. I just wish some of the games didn’t constantly freeze up or slow down. The Odd Squad Sector 21 game is her favorite, but it starts to get buggy pretty soon after playing it. It’s painstakingly slow to move the character through the terrains to find creatures, or the markers (like rocks or trees) you’re supposed to get to aren't even there (but you can still search in that spot and the animal can still be found - you just can’t see the animal either. It’s disappoint because the app has such great content. We’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times. Our iPad and iPhones that have the app on them have plenty of space and we run the most current iOS.

Getting better but still frustrating.. The last update seemed to have fixed the problem with the games deleting, but now the thumbnail picture for each game won’t show up unless we’re connected to WiFi. Which would be fine except for the fact that we don’t have WiFi in our home. Even if we did I wouldn’t hand my toddlers an iPad that was connected anyway. It makes them frustrated not to be able to see which games they want to choose. Usually after a minute or two they just close the app and play something else. Sad, this was their favorite app for so long.

PBS. I have just discovered this app from the PBS kids and I love it! I remember watching Sesame Street as a child. When I had children of my own I was weary of what they may be exposed to when they were going to be outside of our home. Equally I was concerned about television and what was going to be off limits for them also what I was comfortable with them watching especially when I might not be able to watch it with them in case they have questions etc.. Now here I am a Grandma in a world where there is nowhere that a person isn’t subject to social media and/the internet no matter how young or old. I am thankful for having PBS. They are always there helping to give a hand in the social education of all of us. I like that they do not push any specific views or opinions. They simply try to bring awareness of the world around you. I think they would be an excellent tool for everybody no matter their background to help in the development of a child to become responsible peaceful happy adults one day! Three generation and counting they have been an influence in my family’s raising children into becoming the best adult we could hope for! Praises to PBS!!

Disappointed with continually having to re-download games. It seems that the frustrations I have with this app are the same ones that parents were reviewing about a year ago - losing downloaded games at random and having to re-download. I have set the space allowance high on purpose to supposedly not have this happen, and yet whenever I have updated the app we lose games, which is super frustrating for my five year old and me as well, especially as we live in a remote place and don’t have the best internet access all the time. On top of this issue, the interface is such that when scrolling through the games my child often accidentally clicks them which begins the downloading process, which can not be stopped! We currently have over thirty games attempting to load which have been going nowhere for weeks. If I was able to at least pause some of the open downloads we might have some success but I have not found any way of doing this. My daughter and I loved this app at the start but it has become so frustrating she barely chooses to play on it now. If these issues were fixed, this app would be very highly rate in my opinion, but with the current issues, it’s only mediocre. If I’m missing something that fixes these problems, please let me know.

Wonderful, but last update.... My son and I play these games together regularly. He loves them, they give us lots of new things to interact over, and they have seeded some new interests for him. Thanks to Cookie Creator, for example, my boy got very interested in all of the measurements and following instructions in recipes and even makes some predictions about the kinds of cookies we’re making based on how much of the ingredients we use. The good games are really good, engaging, and help to develop key skills, and most of the games are good. Everything was fine until the last update. We were playing one of the games yesterday, and he wanted to switch to another, but all but four of the games we had downloaded had disappeared, including the one we had just been playing. (We generally play offline, even when a network is available, to keep things limited to the age-appropriate games I have selected for download.) Later, when I got back online to download the games again, it clearly has reset the storage limit, and I can’t for the life of me find the “grown-ups” settings menu to set it back. After about ten minutes, it also changed my home PBS station, which I had previously set in settings—perhaps because I am on the road?

I love the high quality free apps! But the sound stops working quite a bit. My two year old loves this app. I love that the games are free and you can play the whole thing without having to buy more access. But the sound has always been buggy (if you switched to a different app and back you'd have to close all the way out of the app to get the sound back). But since a few days ago the sound is completely gone from all the games! I tried updating and then deleting and re-downloading. No luck. Help! We need to make tacos in the Cookie Monster Foodie Truck!

Poorly designed game queue. My kids love the PBS apps but this one (Games) has one huge frustration. Maybe older kids can pace themselves on loading games but my littles don't understand that the one they chose last will have to wait for the 15 (or however many) others they clicked first to load. It either needs to not let them choose a new one until the last one gets done OR allows the user to pause or end a game from loading. That way when they see one they'd rather play, they aren't stuck waiting on games they no longer want. It'd also help if you knew which game was next to load. I've even closed the app and reopened hoping we could start the "load queue" over but it remembers and resumes with the long line of games. Once the games load it's a great app! My two just rarely wait around for it.

Monkey Mayhem. So my kid loves PBS everything. Especially this app so he can play along to all of his favorite cartoons. His favorite game ever is Wild Kratts Monkey Mayhem and for good reason.. it’s fun! A few weeks ago all the control buttons disappeared off of the Monkey Mayhem game on our iPad and we haven’t seen them since. If I open the app on my phone they game works but for some reason it won’t work on the iPad. My son checks every time he opens the app. I waited for the new update and still nothing. While we love the other games, we miss monkey mayhem. Please help.

Best kids app ever. I can’t recommend this app more, it’s great. I have it for my kids to play to keep them awake in the car when necessary, and it’s been great for ages 2 and up. They absolutely love it, there are so many games to choose from and they’re all different, interesting, and educational. Very occasionally it gets a little buggy, but I still give it 5 stars and would give more if possible! The best part is there are no ads, so nothing gets clicked accidentally (or purposefully) to take the kids out of the app.

Complicated for little ones to navigate. My son and I adore this app. I love that it is free, and I love the variety it has and the fact that it’s an app that can grow with him. I love that it is safe, and there are no ads or links that can take him anywhere I don’t want him to be. It’s so wonderful that it’s free, and I’m so grateful for that!! I haven’t found /any/ other app like it. But I have one tiny suggestion that will make it significantly better for us. There are so many games on this app, and a lot of them are meant for older kids. My phone is always connected to WiFi, and so when he plays by himself, he tends to download games that he just can’t understand, and then he gets stuck in them and frustrated. And so I was wondering if you could add a toggle switch on the grownups page, to toggle between “Show all games” and “show only downloaded games” on the home page. That way it will be easier for him to choose his own games and only play the ones he knows how to play, but when he gets a little older and gains more skills, I can see them all and choose new ones for him. 5 stars, if someday there is that option. 4 stars for now, because it’s just too hard for him to use.

Application good, but has problems. My grandsons 7 and 4 liked this app. I think some of the games are a little strange, but maybe that’s the limited instructions they give. To figure out how to play them. One game, appears backwards to me-you have to move items to make a course with a conveyor belt. On my Kindle Fire HD, the app won’t load anymore. Deleted app and reloaded - still didn’t fix it. On my IPad, some of the games don’t do anything when you press the play button (Wild Kratt’s Under the Sea to name one). Both these problems just started happening on the devices.

Awesome app!. This is an amazing app! There’s so much to see, play And there’s so many adventures that you can play, I love this app And that it has every cartoon Games, It’s very amazing I love about it that you don’t have to Buy or purchase anything so yah there’s games you Can play if your bored And I play the games when I’m in zoom class. it’s really entertaining to See! If your reading this Then thank you because this app is really fun to play And see soooooooooooo please get it It’s for free then if you make your apps free people will Purchase it more! but if it’s for money Not much people will get it because they don’t wanna waste money just on games. But this app is amazing please make more games like this!

OK. Well for starters it’s not the best game but for young children it’s amazing I loaded this game for all my children and well and really all the young ones with crazy over it 😂😂 I don’t not recommend this game for older children probably past the age of 7 The games are the best either some of them are fun. But mostly all the games are boring😴👎🏻 I mean I do you consider loading it if you have young children past the age of seven but mostly it’s not the best game I love all of the games well most of them😒 some of them can be very annoying and drive me crazy😡 it also freezes a lot which is very annoying😤😤 I mean overtime your kids will most likely get bored of it my kids only lasted about two months before they all deleted the app soooooo Great game find for a little kids but Meh fine I guess 🙄🙄

There’s a real child writing this review. I don’t know if you know this but I have a friend who is going through the process and I am trying my hardest not only for the last couple weeks to see what she can come out of this and I will let her now and then but she has to go to work tomorrow and then she has a lot to go on so I’m not really worried but I’m sure you can figure out something that she needs and she will get through this with her in a little while but I’m not really concerned with the rest I know it’s hard for her and I’m just worried that she’s not sure if she has the time or if she needs help

Good;multiple games have multiple problems. I love this game but it has A LOT of problems. Odd Squad: In this game, sound is important. Without it, you can hardly get the instructions. However, this section often has the noise almost fuzzy, meaning that it becomes annoying, so I either mute it or turn it down till I can hardly hear it. And on the last area of Sector 21, almost all of the area that you couldn’t walk on was red instead of showing the trees and rocks. And on both that area AND some of the areas before that one it didn’t show the animal, a thing on that level, something else, or a mix between!

Good idea, poor execution.. For an app meant for small children, this needs a lot of work. Some of the games are super cute but my toddler can't understand what is downloaded and what isn't, and many aren't appropriate for his age so I don't want him downloading games that are too difficult and wasting data. There should be a setting where little guys can only click games that moms and dads downloaded for them. The other issue is, at first I couldn't even figure out how to get the games. If I accidentally click on one I can't turn off he download. It won't let me delete one app at a time either. Now I can click on them but it just sits there and won't load (months have gone by and no new games load).

Could be so much better. This app is so close to being awesome, so I’m sad to give it such a low score. The app has a lot of really great individual games. But there are so many silly things holding back the app as a whole. 1. I can’t figure how to access adult settings. Other reviewers have mentioned some kind of menu for adults, but I can’t find it on iPhone or on iPad 2. I should be able to download every game if I want to. My iPad has plenty of unused storage space. Even if I can’t have or don’t need every game available from this app, I should at least be able to choose which one gets deleted to make more space. Right now the app automatically removes the one that was downloaded the longest time ago. There are some I want to keep available at all times! 3. The app should have the games sorted by age level. Some are for toddlers, some are for preschoolers, some for kindergarten, etc. I shouldn’t have to test every game so extensively to know if it’s appropriate

Meh. I got this for myself when I was little (like maybe 4 years old) and 6 years later I still have it! It’s usually because I get bored and have nothing else to do, so it takes care of my boredom, but there are issues! I downloaded a game and when it looked like it downloaded, it actually wasn’t downloaded! I had to download it again! Another issue is when I played a game, like Agent Checkup, form Odd Squad, it would freeze! I am still a kid and really enjoy this app, but I think you need to fix this! Maybe I’ll even have this when I’m older! I enjoy the game and it’s very fun! My little brother likes it to! I’ll probably have this game for a long time! I also watch the pbs kids videos! I also learned a lot when I was young with this game! That’s pretty much it and thanks for reading! 👋👍🙂

Please read this. This game has 2 problems: 1: freezing 2: Donkey’s Froyo Stand I’ll start with freezing first. So, I got this game for my 3 year old brother. He was playing Arthur’s Top 20 when all of a sudden the app froze. Of course, it went back to normal after a few seconds, but I’d still like it to not freeze at all. It also froze when we were exiting a game, I had to close the tab and go back to the app. Please fix this freezing thing. Ok, and my second problem is Donkey’s Froyo Stand. My brother was playing it, and it was the same order every time! That’ll definitely get plain and boring. Overall, this app is good. It’s very educational and fun. My brother actually laughs when he loses a game. You know why? Because when you lose a game on this app, they don’t make it sad and boring, they make it funny and enjoyable. Of course, it can get a bit annoying when he loses purposefully 😂 but hey who cares? I love PBS, I love their TV, and their contests and their apps. I actually joined the PBS kids Nebraska writing competition. Anywho, please fix this freezing problem. And please make it so that every froyo order is different while playing Donkey’s Froyo stand. No sound on iPad app. A while ago the app worked great. Now I can hear a ding when a game downloads, but NO sound within the app. Works ok on iPhone but NOT the iPad. Update: Received the following from the developer and it works! “Hello, and thank you for your review! We are aware of a change on iOS devices that affects sound in our games, and we are working towards a resolution as fast as we can. We have found that toggling 'Silent Mode' or 'Mute' may temporarily resolve some users' issues. Some iOS devices have a small switch on the side or top edge, which can toggle this mode. Toggle the switch to unmute audio. If your device does not have a physical switch that controls this mode, you can find this toggle in Control Center. For older iPads, swipe up from the bottom of the home screen. For newer iPads, swipe down from the top-right corner. Once the Control Center appears, find and tap the bell icon to unmute audio.”

About how good pbs kids is. So far with pbs I’ve had so much fun with all the games on there .there’s Rosie’s rules wild Krats all the games are so fun I might keep this still when I’m a grown up whoever made this games is good at making games I mean I’m may be only 7 years old keep up the good work peploe I love playing on it it’s the best game and I also have pbs kids videos I know I know it’s a lot but I’m being serious if anything in the whole world would be playing pbs kids with the rock Spaud girls and their names are Gia Faye pega anis Nayeli jazzi

I love PBS it’s perfect. One thing I do not love that it is very making me upset because one difficult issue is that I have to reload it and stuff it’s very tricky like a my daughter gets really mad she has a frustrating break down and I don’t not like that I lovePBSkids and she does too and sometimes we play games together and sometimes she’s happy and then we have to play different types of games but I never looked but I really love PBS Kids for her she also said she loves it just above watching cartoons🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰🥰🥰😟😭😭😢🥺🥸

Okay but some problems. So, I had this game on my IPad but it never really worked so I got it on my IPhone. It was great at first but then it started freezing up as I was playing and the screen would turn from pink to white to black and then it would go back to the page where you click start after clicking on a game. This one game called Cooking School from Ready Jet Go! Is constantly freezing and it will only let me make the first thing! After I make it, it always says “Here is someone biiiig book of recipes. Let’s make this first!” But thing it tells me to make is the thing I just made!!!

FIX!!. 1: When I was little I played one of the odd squad games called Cases. But I went somewhere (I forgot most of what I thought of saying) and all the tubes were filled up I and something came up and freaked me out so badly that i turned off my tablet and never played cases, 2:a another game I played called The Monster At The End Of This Game had a glitch (this problem wasn’t as bad as the odd squad Cases one.) and the glitch was after you wait a while, you cannot tap any of the buttons(except the exit game one). 3: the kart kingdom racing game was fun but had many problems one problem is that a level called lively bones is so spooky and still scares me EVEN THOUGH IM 9!!!!!! Another problem for the kart kingdom racing is that the levels are so advanced or even HARDCORE! One level took me 60 DAYS TO COMPLETE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So please fix

Wonderful app, with one suggestion.. I LOVE this app and so does my son. However, one feature I would request is the ability to reset a particular game. Clearing the local game storage from within the app does not fix all bugs. For instance, this most recent update included Rosie's Rules games. Awesome! My son is so excited for this show that he dances to the promotion trailers. So when the games came out, it's all he wants to play, specifically the slime game. But the game can dead end you by allowing you to run out of both money and ingredients, leaving my kid crying because he can't play the game any more. Exiting the game or app, force quitting, nothing fixes it. I wind up having to completely uninstall and reinstall the PBS Kids games app, it gets tiresome. So please guys! Maybe allow the game to reset entirely when you exit out of the game or the app. My only ever hiccup I've experienced, otherwise I recommend this to every single parent I know.

Pretty good, but needs a little fix. Whenever I get a bunch of games on it before I’m going to trips it always justs Makes the beeping noise and then later when I look at the games to see if I like them I always just make some like deleted and then after press the thing again, so I think that needs to be a change. But this app is super good and I think it’s super fun stuff. I just think that some of the things need to change. The things I said, and I think that this is a great app for kids and stuff and even grown-ups like it😱😱😱🤯🤯🤯I think that this app is a great way to use the Internet and please get back to me as soon as possible. Sound issues revisited. The pbs video app always works, but half the time the sound won’t come on for the game app. Really frustrating for the kiddo! EDIT to add my idea: the problem hasn’t been fixed yet but I added a star because the developers obviously care. I totally appreciate that. My idea is that this app opening needs to begin with the little PBS Kids jingle just like the video app, that way parents know IMMEDIATELY if there is a sound issue, or if it’s too loud, if it needs to be restarted, etc. Please add this feature it would be incredibly helpful with the sound issues.

It is amazing. I’ve been playing this since kidAnd I’m still playing it I give it to my iPad to my cousins and they always pick this certain app they have so much fun with it but they’re too impatient I have to download all the games before I give it to them if I don’t download any of the Pinkalicious game they will get mad at me and start screaming and crying but overall this is a very very very good game I recommend this to any parents it educates the them End it has fun games for them when they’re done and if you get a video one it is awesome too and thank you for reading this bye

14,000,000 kids are awaiting for a reboot.. I am 11 years old and need to tell you guys a little something. Back when I was 3, I found the game that would forever change my life. The best games out of all games, Kart Kingdom! I was a goddess at the game, with my user being Mcqueen321 who inspired a kart! A few years later, on a school day I came home from school to go on the kart kingdom website when I saw the horror! It said "Kart Kingdom shut down October 1,2020. Thank you for five great years!". I was so sad to the point where I wouldn't go outside and stay up for weeks at a time and I was even failing all my classes due to the shutdown of kart kingdom! My parents tried continuously to cheer me up but it never worked. And another year later I was a really bad person until my teacher told me to check pbs kids games. I saw a new kart kingdom! I was really excited until I saw it was only racing and got sad again. I gave it a try and felt a true taste of nostalgia with 3 main characters, but I was sad it wasn't full version where you got to customize your own character, decorate your own clanky caverns, comment on the blog, and so much more! Please reply I've spent hours making this review and please bring it back for the sake of 14,000,000 other kids and me.

I hate this buggy app with the fire of a thousand suns. On some of our iOS devices, this app has no sound, and on some, it crashes frequently. It works (usually) on my wife’s iPhone, and (sometimes, crashing often) on my iPad, and (sometimes, crashing a lot) on my old iPhone; but not at all on my brand-new, fully-updated iPhone. Reboots, toggles, settings, reinstalls — nothing fixes it if it doesn’t work: Take it from a programmer that this app is just *buggy*. The sound issues are widely reported online and have been for *years*; I wouldn’t expect them to be fixed soon. If I could rate this app zero stars for all the screaming fits it’s produced in my household from preschoolers who don’t understand why their games won’t work, I absolutely would. Don’t install this; you’ll be glad you didn’t.

And. Guys for real I love this game I’m in the 4th grade I’m literally 9 year old and I was going to make a game called classy baby and it’s was a read, writing drawing,games,math. And thank you but a game called classy baby what the heck. Great free app!. My 4 year old son loves this app and can always find new games to play. It keeps his attention and he learns which this momma appreciates. The Sesame Street game “Show me the Cookies” has a glitch. There is a part of the game where you have to match things that go together (bee to hive, frog to lily pad, etc). We have tried this game on two different phones but every time the picture won’t let you drag it. As soon as you move it, it goes to the middle picture on the right. Over and over again. Just wanted you to know. Aside from that we haven’t had any issues. Thanks!

This app is great, but…. So this app allows you to play games. I love the Arthur games that I can play on this app, but there used to be an app titled Arthur’s Big App, and basically, you would play mini games to unlock characters from the show. If you won a mini game, you would earn a star. If you lost a mini game, you would lose a lucky pencil. Lucky pencils were basically your lives in the game, and players could keep playing the game until they lost all five of their lucky pencils. Once you earned five stars, you would unlock a new character. The only problem is that the game got removed from the App Store a few years ago, and I would really appreciate it if someone would bring it back to the App Store so that people who never did get a chance to play it, but still wanted to play it can finally play the game.

Please read developers very important!. Hi! I’m 9 and I just want to tell you I love this game! It’s very educational and I love how you made it educational! It’s so fun, and I love wild Kratts, Rosie’s slime store, and secretly 🤫 Daniel Tiger. I love all these games! But however their are some problems… … … … … … … … … an that is no problems! Lol tricked ya! And it’s very educational and they teach you animals, feelings, even math kind of but it’s fun! An anyways, I just love PBS kids. And I’m sorry about the last review I made. I said to make the game more fun. But now I play it all the time! It’s so cute and it’s so cute! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰!!!!!!!! So the ages basically should not be 4+… it should be 4-100! Generally well done. Not sure when it happened, but now the levels in the rover builder game don’t unlock after completing. My child has a fit when he has to restart each time. There are a few games that freeze and annoy my child and daddy has to fix it, but on the whole very appropriate and engaging activities for my youngest child. I wish the grown up settings were lockable or a separate app. That one child keeps clearing or reducing the space and wiping the downloaded games; then has a fit they are all gone. Which takes me about a half hour to redownload.

Very good app but a few problems. This is a very good app but i suggest you add More games to Xavier riddle and the secret museum and other tv shows but i have something to say my brother also plays this and he is four and it takes so long for the apps games on his iPad to load and he cant control his wait time cause he is only four And on iPhone it loads very quickly i suggest you put the same speed on iPad and iPhone So more people want to play and my brother plays this after we get home on Thursday Friday and when he finishes school work on Monday and Tuesday Wednesday.

Love, love, love!. This is an awesome game! It is great for children to learn more about different subjects from all places. There is math based games, writing, creative imagination, and what I love about that is that all the games are made from kids favorite shows on PBS kids or other channels that you can find them as well. Your kids will love playing this game all the time! The best age range in my opinion is 3-8, but if an older kiddo also wants to play it, then they might find a great game for them too! My 10 year old had this game since she was little and still sometimes wants to play it! 100% recommended. 😀

I love this app but. Your newest game for Arthur Cinderella I didn’t really like it all that much at first I liked being surprised at the choices but then it went to bad so I was thinking maybe add some more fairytales inside like Little red riding hood and the three little pigs and maybe you should add more characters from Arthur that would really make the actors easier so i’m just asking please add some stories to your brand new game it’s amazing but there aren’t enough stories in it so maybe just call it the fairytale Arthur game like once upon a restaurant and please add more stories that’s all I’m asking otherwise this app is fantastic

Good but imperfect. I haven’t had the app long but I and my 2 boys like it so far. I just have one complaint. They love Word Girl and so like to play Pretty Princess Magical Rescue. Not the most educational but at least there’s a tiny bit of vocabulary at the beginning. However, each time they reach the end of a game scene by collecting the 5 flowers, a man’s voice says there is a riddle to solve and then nothing else happens. Nothing comes up or is said further. We can’t find anything to click on except the X to exit. It’s like it just freezes there so we can go no further in the adventure. I am hopeful this can be fixed and maybe there will be a little more vocabulary or educational component with the riddles too! Otherwise we just only get to go through the first stage of each scene.

AMAZING. This is so much fun I have been playing it since I was five and I'm 10 now it's so fun there's so much fun a entertaining games on there was an ad on PBS kids one day and I decided to download it it happens alot where I'll download it play all the games stop playing it delete it then after a while I'll download it again but if you are looking through the reviews to see if you or your child should download it. I definitely recommend this app for either you or your child.

Great app! But…. Hello! I am 10 years old and this app is great, but I have a suggestion. I think the app should have an option to sort the games from things other than the shows. For example, age or difficulty. Also, I would like to have the original version of Kart Kingdom back. I have not found out why it was removed in the first place, but it was my favorite PBS game to play. I was so sad when it got removed, and never forgot about it. Then, when I saw it was back I was so excited, only to find that it was missing everything except racing from the original version. I loved that in the original there was Clanky Caverns, mini games, quests, and more. You could also create your own character and play online with other people. Now, none of those things are there. You can select a character from out of 3, and only race against fake, computer people. I would like to have the original Kart Kingdom back please, or, at least, know why it got removed. It needs a few changes it’s been hard so I suppose you make it so it will have like the app downloads with games and apps and I suppose you make it download faster like taking 4 minutes or less and I suppose that you like make the games easier for little kids and a button where it says easy, hard and medium then all of the bad reports will turn into good reports I have one more change please make it so people will not have bad reports it makes me sad that the bad reports are kind of slowing down your business so if you make those changes people are going to love this app so much they would like to play it all the time so do those changes then no bad reports will send to you so do these few changes so everyone will love this app and wish that they never sent those bad reports so those will turn to good reports

Kart Racer game is broken!. The new Kart Racer game is broken! Every single time I try to play Greens Hill, the guy Flash beats me and I get in second place. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME, so I’m assuming it’s a bug. I’ve been stuck on Greens Hill for a long time, trying to get first place. That’s a bummer because you have to get first place on every race to get to the next level. Games that are a copy ever single time you play them are NO FUN, so please fix this. Help. Our son loves the game but on our 2 iPad 7. The app is stuck at the first splash screen. It flashes white for a second and then goes to the splash screen with the loading icon spinning. This game is keeping our kid sane and us by association. Please help🤪now it’s only working on our phone so he keeps trying to steal my phones on me because it won’t load on either one of the iPads. I have to uninstall the app completely and reinstall it and then it only works for a couple days if I’m lucky please fix the bugs.

Lags. It lags greatly in the mornings…you know when like every kid in your school district is getting ready before the school bell rings. Doesn’t matter which cellular carrier or how old or new your iPhone is…sporadically just lags when waiting for it to load the homepage. Doesn’t matter if you have the newest or previous app edition. Wished it would function better with a cellular internet connection that’s busy / clogged. It’s need to have some offline capability if it can’t function well while connected.

Favorite kids game app. This app is head and shoulders above almost all other kids game apps, including many expensive ones that require MONTHLY payments. My kids are 6 and still spend more time on these games than any other app. They love the games and that content updates regularly. I love that I can trust the source of the content and the games are centered around learning and positive content. Must-have for families.

Wonderful games. My son absolutely loves this app. Only question is recently some games are no longer working. Some are not loading anymore while others, the cave game with adventure cat or river raft with the dinosaurs for example, no longer works for some reason the control buttons for movement do not appear. If anyone has fixed this please let me know,as those are on top of his list for favorites and he is autistic and does not want to accept it isn’t working

AMAZING but may need a few more things….. I've played PBS kids since I was a four year old boy, but I'm shocked some of the games are NOT there, for instance, for Odd Squad, the agent checkup game is not there anymore. Well,I don't know why, for goodness sake, I'm only 8 and three quarters. And I also noticed some OTHER games are not there but I have bad- very bad - memory. As you can see, I love this app, but I'm not being RUDE; I would never do that, but this game needs to get a fresh start.

Great games with some bugs. This is a great collection of fun and educational games. However, there are a handful (very few) with bugs or quirks on tablet. Some are clearly from an incomplete or broken port from a desktop browser version. As minimal of a complaint as that is, it can cause some strong aggravation my kid when he can’t progress simply because a button isn’t registering in a game. I would suggest a QA audit or offer some bug reporting from the parents’ tab.

Time. I was happy with this until I realized the work my son does on it does not hold. He was playing WildKratts cats and dogs and you earn stickers as you go. If you go out you loose all your stickers and have to start over. Since this is for 4 and up, most parents may be setting a time limit for screen and this cannot be accomplished in that time. Make it so you can start over, but since this is a download make it so kids can keep the work they have done.

There’s no sound on the app or online. My kids love playing the games on this app, and they’re on it a lot. However, recently there has been with the sound. Online, there is no sound for certain games, and now on our iPad there is no sound. I have been searching online for a solution, and I.be even emailed PBS shelf about this issue but I haven’t heard back. And the online solutions aren’t helping either, I’ve checked all my settings, and still no sound. I don’t know what else to do.

Great game! Good job!. I really like this game and I’ve been playing this game since my brother was a baby! But the only reason I’m giving this game 3 stars is that I found CodeSpark and when I downloaded CodeSpark I loved it soooooooo much and didn’t play PBS Kids Games a lot. Help - recently freezing. My 6 year old has loved this app but is very upset this morning that games are freezing. He showed me the Ready, Jet, Go games “Mission Earth” (freezes after directions showing how to use the arrows... arrows will not reappear and can’t move the character) and “Sean’s Rescue Quest” (freezes after video intro with black screen. We tried quitting the app, force resetting the iPad, installing the Valentine’s Day update, and deleting and reloading the app. None worked. Any other ideas?

Great but needs age controls. I love that there’s no ads or links that frustrate my 3 year old. The app’s other strength is the wide variety of educational games that cater to many different ages. But this is also a flaw because there’s no way to restrict which games your child can play and which she can’t. My toddler gets frustrated when trying to play the games for age 5+ that she can’t understand. One improvement this app could use is the ability to restrict games based on age appropriateness.

Awful Bugs, no stars if possible. Used to love this app but after the last two updates it barely works. Games you downloaded either won’t load for days at a time,or the app itself refuses to open. These are very big problems for a child who is young and doesn’t understand why they can’t play their favorite games. We have had no issues with the pbs watch videos app but this one has become very temperamental and you never know what problem you’ll be dealing with that day, and how many tantrums you’ll have to soothe because of their faulty app.

It’s nice. Great with one small problem. My daughter LOVES this app. The game choices are great and love that she can still play in the car when we don’t have WiFi. Would have given 5 stars but many times the games that we have “downloaded” aren’t there anymore and need to be re-downloded which is kinda weird and obviously not ideal because that takes more time and has to be done somewhere we have WiFi. This is a wonderful app my kids play it all day and beg for it they love it so much they are trying to save up for a iPad in the car (one of the ones that attach to a thingie and u can play them) but today there was a bug. They started to play but then the game frozen it was still up and stuff was moving but nothing was responsive and we tried to fix it but however many games we used it froze on all of them We are using IPad iOS 1.13 please help

My daughters heartbroken. PBS kids. An app that should be for everyone. Just “upgraded” and my daughters, that we can’t get them a new ipad(sorry, my wife and I work for professional symphony orchestras. Not been paid for a loooong time ) are heartbroken because all of a sudden PBS kids doesn’t work with our iPad 3. Shame on you PBS!!!!! I’m glad you’re making your app available for the rich kids. It’s really important that the rich kids get free educational apps. But what about the ones who can’t afford a new iPad ? I’m not going to spend 300$ on a new iPad just for you. OMG THE BEST GAME EVERRRR. Omg I love this game, like this game battles against the boredom monster and the game wins every time! And you can play without WiFi which makes every road trip a BREEZE, like on the way back home from Mississippi, it’s supposed to be a 2 hour drive! But with this app, it felt like 6 minutes, maybe cuz I napped a little but that’s not the point, I love the new games and the fact they make the game so much better! Noooooooooo!. I just got the work it out wombat games I played step it out but when I tried to play the other work it out wombat game THE WORK IT OUT WOMBAT GAMES TOTALLY DISAPPEARED! Kid loves this app but recent issues. My 5 year old loves this app and the games. However in the past two days we have noticed that the games need downloading every time he wants to play and the app gets stuck and won’t load at all. I have tried reinstalling the app multiple times and also tried turning on and off the iPad but still the same issues persist. My kid wants to now write a hand written note to PBS about the malfunction. I am off to find their address now.

Red screen that does nothing. My son can’t help himself and likes to hit the red “X” to close the game right in the middle of playing. One would think that this brings you back to a menu of some sort, but instead I get brought to this red screen that looks like it has a cartoonish robot graphics and you can’t do anything but close the app and restart it. There’s no option to get off of that screen and into another part of the game. It’s so strange and frustrating because we have to restart every time he wants a new game

Keeps freezing when he tries the Dress Up part in Daniel Tiger. My son really enjoys the pbs kids app but every time he plays dress up in the Daniel Tiger section, it freezes after a little while. He won’t be able to drag the clothes or accessories to he character and gets really frustrated when it freezes. It’s so disappointing because he loves the game. We haven’t noticed it happen at any other part in the Daniel Tiger section just Dress Up. How can we fix this? I’ve tried deleting & redownloading pbs kids games app. Please please please help.

Sister loves this and so do I❤️❤️. I downloaded this app and the PBS Kids video app for my sister. She is constantly amazed and delighted by the content these two apps offer. My sister is just a toddler, so she will be easily attracted to many things, but even I’M surprised by how much content the apps offer considering they’re both free. If you’re looking for a free, fun, and family-friendly game app with multiple games and/or free full episodes, definitely consider downloading both or any one of these apps :)

Suddenly not compatible with iPad 3. My daughters were so disappointed when the PBS kids games app suddenly stopped working today on both their devices. They both have an iPad 3, which I know is old, but I wish I would have gotten some warning that the app was no longer going to work with it :( Restarting, deleting and re-downloading the app didn’t work, and there was no option to download an older version of the app either. The initial screen shows up, but it stays on “loading”. All messages I get just say the “app is no longer compatible” on their devices. It’s really too bad.

Needs originals. Hello. I have been playing pbskids games since I was little and while going back to them for nostalgia, i noticed none of the old games I played were there(such as Mix and Paint, the Curious George sandcastle game, the Martha Speaks games, and many more). So I suggest that you bring back the old games the newer generations. If you need a list of the old games I will happily give it to you. Kart Kingdom not working - help!. Why isn’t Kart Kingdom Racing working at all? My 4 year old son absolutely loves Kart Kingdom racing. We work to complete all the levels, figuring out gadgets and unlocking the characters. Once we finish all the levels, he likes to start over so I delete the app and reload it from the App Store cloud. But when I did this yesterday, I just get a black screen. I’ve tried several times but still can’t get the game back up. Please help! We’ll be slightly devastated if he can’t play this again. Please advise.

Some games you can’t play. You see the game but you touch it and it just turns black and you can’t play it do you wanna play it but you can’t doesn’t make sense I read this 2 1/2 if I could figure out how to do it in half but but can you please make this game better and make more games and don’t make them boring can the games be fun and have and work please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please just make the game work correctly and let you play the game

Games disappear- update didn't fix. I was hoping after the update that it would fix the game disappearing issue but unfortunately it doesn't. Even after you change the storage space and max it out at 5 GB,you still waste time downloading the games your child loves, just for the games to disappear five minutes later. I have a brand new iPad updated to the most recent iOS and our child loves this game but we had to delete it. Developers you guys really need to figure out this problem I'm not the only person complaining about it. How do you guys even have a job still? The app is useless if it keeps deleting the games

Sound issues. Let me start by saying my daughter loves this app we have it on both the iPad and phone. That said there is an issue with sound, more often than not the sound in the games will not work, while upon opening the app the sound works. I’ve tried multiple fixes such as restarting the iPad, adjusting setting without help. The problem occasionally fixes itself but it’s not consistent. Any help will be appreciated.

BEST GAME CREATED ON EARTH. I love this game soooooo much but I’ve was reading the reviews and one of them said that some of the games are more for older kids wich I guess is kinda true so maybe an update where you can select your age and then it pops up games for that age group? Freezing Games. Games constantly freeze where they don’t respond to touch, very frustrating. I absolutely love the content in this app but I have a serious issue with how the apps get installed. The games are laid out in a big list and you simply tap on a game to start installing. This is so annoying because my kid will click on 8 or ten different ones, bringing the app to a standstill. This gridlocked State is essentially constant on all of my devices we have this app installed on. That’s way too easy for a kid to do and this is an app aimed at kids, it should be a little more smartly laid out.

Great games but... My 10 year old has played the scribbles and ink game “in and out” but theres something wrong. This version is not the same as the one on your website. The one i have has low quality audio and a really slow frame rate. But on your website it shows high quality audio, and 60 flaps. I don’t know if it is my phone, or the game! You have might of fixed this in the past but this happend to me since the update before the recent one. Please fix this! This is happening on my i pod touch 7th gen.

Pretty fun…but something horrorfying…. So I love this game but the talking Angela game legend that you are being watched by a person it’s kind of the same thing in this game…because if you go to the author games and do a puppet show in the disco ball you can see human lips and two lines like part of a nose 👃 and I took a screenshot to zoom in on the disco ball there were lips and part of a nose so the creator/person is watching you and I think it is scary so do not play this game. WARNING:only play this game if you want to be watched/spyed on.

Frustrating. Please eaither up the 5gb of storage allowance to account for the new games you have added, make it so you can hide undownloaded games or don’t have games past the 5gb allowance. It also would be nice if you could stop download and have the ability to chose what games get undownloaded. There are games for young kids on here but this app is far from young child friendly and causes a lot of frustration. The games in this app are great and my kids love them but the frustrations are starting to more problem then it’s worth.

WHY ME?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!. Do you know the game museum maker on Xavier Riddle and the secret museum well I was in the changemakers room and it took me like a really long time like monster go that far and guess what it resetting me know I’m all the way back at the pioneers room and he took me so long to get there I am raged please fix this bug I am super mad at you but again please fix this and again WHY ME!?!!?!?!?!?!?!??????!!?

Problems downloading games. Like other recent reviews, my son loved playing these games but getting new games has become an issue. I tried expanding the storage limit and deleting old games, but now only a select few downloaded and many are sitting with the grey circle. I cant cancel the downloads and none seem to be activity downloading. Personally I would like more control over what games are stored. That way I can update them as my sons interests change without having to deleted all of them.

Audio troubles. My daughter is 2.5 and is allowed to play a few games for short periods during the day. She loves all of the Sesame Street games! Especially Potty Plan. But she always comes to me and complains that the sound has just stopped working. I have tried and tried to figure out this glitch, to no avail. I keep searching to see if she accidentally clicked a sound option button, but can’t locate one. And I always check the volume on the iPad. Please help fix this! Otherwise, so far this is a fantastic resource for her to grow and learn!

Games keep FREEZING. Love this for my daughter BUT seems like as she gets into playing any of the games, like Daniel tiger or Sesame Street, the games just completely freeze. It prompts her to make an action but when she’s trying to, the objects won’t move. I try to do it myself and I also can’t get the objects to move. So then I have to completely close out the app and reopen for it to start working. It happens so often that she gets upset that it’s “NOT WORKING” and I divert her to a different app. I’ve tried closing all apps out, restarting my iPad, and making sure my iOS is updated but nothing has fixed it... BUMMED.

Glitches. When we first downloaded the app it worked great. My son loved it. After several months it started freezing up. So we stopped using it. We just saw there was an update to fix the issues. We ran the update and we are still having issues. You finish the task and the game won’t continue to the next task. It either tells you what to do for the task you just finished or it sets up the next task but won’t let you do anything.

There’s a problem .. I really wanted my daughter to be able to play these games but I downloaded the app on both my phone and my old phone that my daughter now uses. When I press the games to download they take forever ! And only about 4 have been downloaded on my daughters phone and the rest are simply stuck with a loading circle. On my phone I have only been able to download about 2 games and all the others are stuck with the loading circle. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it and it still does the same thing.

Great app. This is a great app. Love that it is ad free and free to use. There needs to be an option to filter downloaded apps. I like to have games pre downloaded so when we are away from home they can be quickly accessed. The problem is that it shows all apps including ones that aren’t downloaded so my child will click on a non downloaded game and I don’t have enough signal to download or it just takes too long. Thanks for your consideration.

Updates please. There’s a new Daniel tiger game and I want a few updates on it. 1. The vanilla toothpaste looks like you have yellow teeth ick! 2. Mr dino is so ugly I want to choose a stuffie. 3. More toothpaste or I will be choosing Berry striped mint all the time. 4. There were 2 sticky hands 5.the song is annoying Please consider doing an update. Also I like the Rosie’s rules car game and it glitched so every icon popped up and I laughed. So yeah it helps with my ADHD and autism and anxiety a lot.

Me, my sister and my cousin. Me, my sister and my cousin used to play this all the time we enjoyed all of the games, we also took turns playing our favorite games. But, we still play sometimes honestly I would give this 10 stars. Because of how it’s not so glitchy and slow! we were like 4 when played this but we’re now 11.

Some games won’t work. My son started this app at 2 years old and is now 3 and there’s still loads for him to do. He’s in love with Sesame Street letter dance party game. BUT the second he is done tracing a letter it keeps telling him he has more to do when he clearly finished it. It’s very upsetting as he’s very excited about his letters and the one game that focuses on that skill doesn’t work and hasn’t for over a month. Other apps constantly freeze too while others are just fine. Fix the app and the games and it’s easily a 5 star.
