Not worth playing(when in bonus it crashes). The app has only a handful or slots that do not pay any bonus and when they do the bonuses crashes. If you play real slots you have most likely seem them on the casino but the difference is that the ones on the casino will pay better than the ones on the app which makes the app a waste of time since there is no fun on going on a app and spend money on something that you don’t get any joy in returns. We all know this app is meant for entertainment since you are not getting money in return so why spend money on the app that is meant only to give you frustration?

Rip Off and cheats. I find it funny that when I had a very large win, for me, $160 Million, before I received the credits my iPad locked up. I had to exit out and relaunch the program. What’s more funny, this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Their customer service says “we have rules and can’t issue your credits back, even though I sent them screen shot showing the issue. Lots o luck. Was fun but now I feel cheated. Sending this to iTunes as well. Anyone else have this issue? Not a happy camper.

Game suddenly crash and close on big wind. When I go back in nothing prompts me (as in other casino games I’ve played) to open game and give me the spins or big win that was racking up. The graphics are great, fun games but this issue has repeatedly occurred over several days on several different devices. I finally reached out to them and was told they couldn’t help me. Must have been because my devices were in need of charging (not true). Shame on me for buying some coins several times in spite of this. Too bad as this is could be an easy fix for them. So beware that this can happen repeatedly as others have mentioned.

Never pays out more than what you bet. Payouts are far and few between. Enjoy the action but i am an old navy vet and cant keep up with the high prices of coins to play. Game won’t open. Ever since I won a jackpot that brought me over 1 billion credits the game app will no longer open. It shuts down immediately and closes itself out when I tap the app. I’ve updated the game and my iPhone and the app still won’t work.

Games Freeze Much Too Often. At least twice a week one of the games freezes. The only way to to restart is to reboot. There is no issue with my ipad...it’s the games. And, to make matters worse, once restarted, credits are often less than before the reboot. Enjoyed the games so put up with it until today, when I had to ask myself, why? Too many other games to download. Lastly, why is a Mother’s Day banner page still active on Memorial Day weekend? I’m done! Get your act together folks!

They get salty if you win too much. I hit a jackpot in one of their games and was super stoked. Finally, I won one I thought. Then the next day I log in to play and all of my coins are gone! I contacted customer support and they told me that the game “malfunctioned” and that it voided all of my winnings. Like you are joking right? They are virtual coins that mean nothing. I’m done with this game and to try and win another jackpot for it to “malfunction.” You can’t even buy anything with these coins, they don’t want you to win so you can keep buying from them. I even asked they guy if it did “malfunction” what he was gunna do to compensate for the “error,” he said “nothing, sorry.” In the real world of a business messed up they make it right with the customer for their error, but this app is bad business, beware.

Best games but unfair coin amount. I’ve played a lot of casino game apps. And I have my favorites. But this one is by far one of the worst. I NEVER write reviews but I couldn’t help but too this time. How can you have the best shot games (realistic casino games) but yet the pay out and coin purchase price are crap. For $24 I could usually get (900mil-1/2bil) enough to last me for about a good day or so (I’m a heavy betER). But not this game $24 will get you 15mil enough to last maybe a couple minutes. Fix your coin amount to fit the price. Otherwise I think I’ll have to pass on this game and stick to house of fun or jackpot slots. Cash man casino is a good one also. Yea I’m not impressed try again!

Love this app only 1 issue though. I love this app it’s taken the top spot from Konami for me personally. My only issue that’s keeping me from giving 5 stars is I’ve had this app for awhile I play everyday and ocean magic grand is my favorite slot on here to play but it NEVER gives me the bonus. Please fix the bugs. There are so many fun games to play..new & old, however this game crashes way too much. That makes this difficult to enjoy, especially when you get to the Fort Knox bonus and your screen disappears and crashes. One of the better features this app has is that when you get a bonus and it crashes, once you go back into the game again, you’ll recover your bonus.

Bonuses are rare!. This game is fun and I feel it has great potential, but to hardly ever get bonuses is really frustrating. Especially with all the pop-ups wanting us to buy coins. Why would we purchase coins when we know they aren’t going to last long because we never get the bonus/big wins. People that develop casino apps simply prey on people with addictive personality’s to rob their pockets. Beware, don’t put your own money into this game or any other. It’s not worth it.

Visually beautiful but bonuses are impossible.. This game is beautiful but this app gets pretty boring unless you play Golden Egypt. That seems to be the only game where bonuses hit and the wild options actually give you a chance to go up in your chip count. This is the only game that has actually entertained me and seems to play fairly. Siberian Storm’s animation is way too long/slow and the “Slam button” option on anything almost guarantees no return on your bet- it’s incredibly boring between the slow speed, lack of hits, and drought in bonuses. You can literally play games for over an hour with no bonuses triggered in Fort Knox. I bet I’ve put in 6 cumulative hours of play into King of Macedonia and triggered the bonus a grand total... of once. The progressives are a joke, no matter what you do, you’ll only hit the bronze and OCCASIONALLY the silver. That being said, the Lucky Cat bonus and multiplier bonus chips at varying levels is a welcome feature. Fort Knox has a lot of potential but the games play WAY too tight for something that doesn’t involve actual money. All of the King Reels games are beautiful to look at but horrible (Turquoise Princess, Dark and Stormy, and Farmers Daughter) and not even worth playing between low return, even on regular spins.

My review. This app is fun to play, but you run out of points really quick. Some games a have flaws and bonus then are stuck - if you exit and return it sometimes work and bonuses are recovered. I play it daily but not as much as I used too. I haven’t seen any new updates with new games for a long time though. I hope things change soon.

Freeze up in jackpot bonus. Love the ap. Only problem is I worked my way up to 44 million credits so I could go high bets in golden goddess spent 20 m to get the jackpot free spins and it froze solid I shut it down and got a bonus recovery but it froze too and I guess you only get one recovery? Poor Customer Service/ Value. If you’re into real casino games, this app has that. But it’s going to cost you real $$ to get any kind of credit balance. But even if you, what happened to me might happen to you. I had a bonus win not pay to my balance and when I reached out for help was told I’m sorry but there’s nothing we can do. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. They won’t help you if the game malfunctions and it’s absolutely not worth what they are charging for credits. If I could give them 0 stars I would after dealing with their customer service.

Glitch. It's a good casino game. Not as many ads as the others, and it has my favorite Triple Fortune Dragon. My issue is that it glitches and sometimes it takes my coins. Last time I got a bonus and won close to 11 million and then it glitched and I was down to 2 million. Sometimes it does a bonus respin but this last time it didn't. I paid money to buy those coins.

Game daily bonus. If we go into the game every day, to collect the daily bonus, why, after the 5th day, do we have to start over with day 1? Why don’t you change it to 5+ days and give us the 5th day bonus each day. If we happen to miss a day, sure you can knock us back to day 1, but let us stay at day 5 until we do miss a day. I would also like to say the bonuses in the casino games are rare to win, very difficult to get. Over all, I do like the games, but would like to see more bonus wins!

Typical nothingness. Typical slot with no wins, bonuses that never pay and over priced chips. You truly spend more time trying to scrounge up chips to even play then you actually do playing. Nice casino. Nice casino as far as online casinos go.....BUT....they need to rethink the cost of purchasing credits. To spend $99 for just 100,000,000 credits is very excessive. $100,000,000 credits lasts no time in these casino games. Plus you very seldom experience any real big wins. Many other casinos have very generous offers, so I chose to support them. For $24 on another very realistic casino(with games you see in real casinos) I have purchased over $3,000,000,000 credits. Enough to play and be entertained for a long time. It’s really a shame that Double Down Ft. Knox is pinching pennies, when with generous offers and more generous wins they could be enticing more players to purchase more credits. After all this is not a REAL casino where you have the chance to win REAL money....so the developers do not need to apply REAL casino odds to their games. Be generous with credits and wins and they will be rewarded with generous purchases. Win win for all parties involved.

Bonus issue. I had the same issue others have written about, the game freezes in the middle of a big win or a bonus and closes out. Then when you restart it’s like the win or bonus never happened and you’re out of the coins you should have won. This has happened numerous times, I feel like that happens so we could purchase more coins. Plus I emailed support and then sent me a step by step on how to close apps on my phone, like i was an idiot and I didn’t know how to. That was very offensive to assume people are dumb instead of fixing your app issues.

Won 230,000,000 and now the app won’t open. I love this site, and now that I have finally hit something big.... the site won’t open. If I uninstall the app , I will forever lose my points. So frustrating!!! I have tried shutting down and updated my settings. Nothing helps!

Win big and CRASH. Very frustrating to have the app crash multiple times in an hour of playtime. Some days it happens frequently, other days not at all. However, it seems to always happen after a big win, and before the credits are added. On the plus side, if it crashes during a bonus, you are prompted to recover your bonus, but that is spins only, not the credits you had “won.” Like I stated, frustrating....glad I don’t buy credits to lose them in a crash.

Would like to give it a higher rating. But I installed the game around noon and it’s just past 1 a.m. and I have yet to get past the preloading of the game. I have tried several times. Horrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this game and have yet to see any return in fun or pleasure. I hit more bonus games at a real casino way more then I can get a bonus on this app. Will be deleting. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Fun when works. Latest update made the game crash constantly. Always crashes going into a bonus round. Bonus recovery kicks in when you relaunch which is nice. Unfortunately, I had it crash after the bonus recovery. So I lost my bonus altogether. Like the title says. Fun when it works. But the crashes make it hard to recommend. Don’t waste your time. For being a casino game I find it hard to play do to the fact that the odds are always stacked against you by a long shot especially when you earn there legendary boosts and they never activate unless you bet exceedingly low bet to have them pop as soon as you bet 22k or 90k the boosts that is still active never activates but bring yourself down to 1k bets it activates every spin practically don’t waste your time on this rip off casino game there are plenty others that are way more generous with there win ration and not as stingy on price of there packages

Glitchy. Constantly crashes during high bet free spins daily wheel bonus also will show 0 and not pay anything. Lucky cat club you would be lucky to cash out a million credits a day. Finally got so frustrated I burned through my 30 million credits in about 30 seconds after having a free spin glitch halfway through my 25 free spins on stinking rich at a 200,000 bet (not that it was paying out anyways,20,000 credits halfway through the spins) and deleted the app, but made sure to unsubscribe from the cat club. :)

Game cheats me out of coins!. I liked these slots, was having fun, but the app keeps freezing during big bonuses like jackpot bonuses and during big wins where most of the reels are the same character. After freezing, the app then just quits. When I reopen the app, I don’t have any extra coins (that I would’ve had if the coins were automatically added upon win) AND going to the same game is like I was never there, does not continue the bonus. Kicks you out of Bonus Rounds. Today is the second time I’ve won bonus spins with re-trigger and the app crashed. Had a great amount of winnings in bonus round but when I went back after the app crashed, I had nothing. Graphics are great however..... Stunning slot machines but as other reviews, the bonus rounds appear to be too tight for you to enjoy. It makes me not want to go to the casino and try the game out. You gotta keep it fun folks!. Horrible payout algorithm. If you want me to spend my money, then you gotta keep the game fun and worth playing. This is simple. Don’t buy coins. EVER!!!!. Very Very Tight Slots. I give this app two stars only because it truly mimics the slot layout at a real casino. The slots are extremely tight however! I will not spend money on this app. You have much better odds at a real casino! The payouts are extremely small compared to the amount of your bet. Lame. So I’ve had this app for awhile now and if you pay for their subscription you’ll get like extra gold or so when you collect hourly coins. Great game but frequent problem. The game as a whole is great. It keeps me entertained and wanting to play continuously. The only problem I have is that there seems to be some type of bug where I cannot play because of, what I assume to be, an ad that does not pop up fully. I can not X it out because it is not there. I cannot play slots, add coins, or anything for that matter. Sometimes this happens, sometimes not. I wish this would not be a problem whatsoever so that my gameplay is not interrupted.

Not Payout Friendly. After 24 months of play we are somewhere around 30% payout, which for a casino would drive them out of business without customers. We’ve never purchased coins and use the daily bonus feature to play a measly few spins. They do have a few fun slots if you can play a while. If you like to waste time go ahead, but don’t waste your $$$ on this app. ———/ After 7 months of play we are calculating the payout less than 40%. The worst paying casino you’ve been too isn’t going to be less than 80%. Good games but the payouts and bonuses are skimpy if you’re able to get them at all. Don’t spend money on this game unless you’re about throwing it away. ——/ After 3 months of play we’ve calculated the payout to be somewhere around 44%-50%, which makes this worse than pretty much any casino in North America. Stole my coin winnings. I was playing yesterday and won like literally a gazillion coins (I have proof screens shots) 1,818,736,188,213,473. today and went in to play some more and after a few mins of spinning at their max which is 300,000,000 my coins disappeared!! Now it is showing that I have only 67,000,000 coins. Due to just basic math that would be impossible for me to loose these legitimately!! They stole my winnings and I want them back. Review. Awesome game and outstanding support team.

It is like a real casino. Just takes your money so you can again put more money into it. Also when you play the Fort Knox bonus board game you will always get a 2,3,4 or 6 not once have I ever got a roll of a 1 or 5. I am starting to believe they have rigged all bonuses. With all the reviews I have read not once has any one ever responded to these. They don’t care because they know there are people out there that will just pay believing that they will win a bigger bonus. BEEN THERE and didn’t get a shirt for it. Bought a package!. I bought a package today for 6 million coins plus a bonus game of case swap. I got the 6 million coins but did not get the case swap game $20 gone won’t do that again what a piss off ….

Rip off. As soon as they sucker you into buying coins their whole objective is to sucker you to buy more. They don’t deliver on what they promise and make sure you lose. It is rigged and worse odds than actual casinos. The free coins are minimal and all they want is your money. They WILL make sure you lose to get you to buy more. No bonuses and no wins. Hanging In. I enjoy playing these games but bonuses are rare and to even get points is difficult. Especially Triple Dragon. I waste most of my points that I earn from other games when it’s loose. Not always do I get high points even as I increase my bets! But I’m hanging in there. I should quit!

Spending too much real $. The game is fun, however you spend way too much real money to keep playing. I’m being charged $5 per month, with little benefit. This evening alone I spend $27 of real money to play and didn’t hit a single thing. It’s too focused on taking your real money then allowing the user to actually enjoy. I’d recommend staying away from this game and play Vegas slots. They are not real casino games but super similar and they don’t rob you of your real money to play.

Fun UNTIL.... Entertaining games. Locked up occasionally sometimes during bonuses. Log out and back in and game would pick up where it left off and you get all your bonus points. BUT - higher bets = lower payouts. Challenge games = lower payouts. Don’t get earned extra bonus features. THE WORST is they charged me a total of $30 over two weeks for coin purchases. I NEVER buy coins. I lower my bets and build up again. App deleted.

Don’t buy the kitty bank subscription. They changed they way it pays out and they want to make you buy coin packs. It’s not with 5$ a month they say it gives you 300,000,000 a month in coins but only lets you collect 161,000 every six hours. They say it adds up when you play but it only adds 6 coins per spin. It’s supposed to add half the coin amount you spin so that in six hours you can collect the max amount 2.37 million coins but it’s fake and false advertising.

Credits. I got a decent bonus spin. The app timed out and the money I won in the bonus spin was never added to my account. If the app times out it should restart where the time out occurs!!

Way too tight. Great games but the odds are ridiculous for a GAME. I would gladly purchase coins if I could play more than 5 minutes - which is just ridiculous. I joined the Lucky Cat Club but then canceled after finding the benefits almost worse than just getting daily coins from FB, where they are FREE. Why are these games so TIGHT? Hangs up and won’t play.. Used this app for a couple of weeks and everything worked find and yesterday the app started hanging up and even after closing the app and rebooting my tablet, it still hangs up all the time. Some good some not so good. Some of the games are super fun to play while others are so so at best. Impossible to win a bonus on games like Griffins Throne and Golden Goddess. No straight answer from support. This game will soon be deleted from my iPad because unlike the games that keep up with the days you play, this one gives you bonuses for 5 days then reverts back to day 1. Also I think if you are at a multiplier one day, it should not go down the next day. It should stay the same, then go up with your play and stay that way. Draining the chips. Ever notice when you win anything you don’t win again until what you’ve won has been lost. I’ve watched this and DoubleU for a few years now. Beware. I got the game hoping to pass some time and learned about the Lucky Cat monthly subscription. I never agreed to the subscription but it has somehow been activated and I cannot cancel the subscription as it does not show up on my iTunes account subscriptions. So I have being conned into paying the first month so it can show on my iTunes account to cancel. Bad part is it doesn’t even show me a price so I have no idea what I’m going to be charged. Triple dragon. I have played your games at many casinos, I do not understand why you bonuses are so low. I get much higher bonuses at casinos then playing on my tablet. I think you should pay higher bonuses and maybe people would play more.

Download problem. Downloaded this app and played for a couple of days. When going back to play again the game would not download. You’re being sued. The reason you’re being sued is your entire game is so off kilter with winning odds. You don’t have hot times of the day or week. Great game but definitely has a bug. Great game but it definitely has a bug right now that needs fixed. It constantly pops up with the “water your garden” and it will not allow you to “x” out. Only way to clear it for a few minutes is close the app several times. PLEASE FIX!!!

Fort Knox Double Down Slots. I am impressed. I have played a lot of slots games over the years both in real Las Vegas Casinos and on free casino slot game that I have played on my iPhone and iPad!
