Awesomeness!!!. This is like the best app ever!!!!! It’s so fun but like addicting. ( in a VERY good way! ) there is just like one problem. When I’m in gem land and I tap the thing to make it so I get double coins for two hours it always says ‘no videos available’!!!! Also when I tap the button in moon land to make it reduce the time of the gem crate arrival, I have to watch a video. (Obviously); it also doesn’t work!!!!!!! Please fix this I love ur app!

It’s a good game but..... I had gotten a good distance into the game when all of a sudden, the game started glitching out and it kicked me off the app. It did this a couple times and on the 3rd, it had started me over. I lost all my money, my previous gems and all the space and everything because it was giving me the beginning tutorial again and somehow the game had reset itself? Also, I wish sometimes maybe every 5 levels you level up, you could get a level 2 gem now instead of the level one and maybe on level 15 or something, the boxes could start generating level 3 gems? Idk but overall it’s a good game but I just wish it would stop glitching me out.

Great, but there is something i hate. This is a great game and I do enjoy playing it, but there is one thing that I don’t like: the mystery boxes. They give you things that you didn’t earn by merging and when you don’t want them they kind of invade the space on the board. The make the game very hard to enjoy. I do still love this game, but I would like if you could add the option to disable mystery boxes. That way the people who like them can keep them, and the people who don’t can disable them. If you add that, I will update my rating to 5 stars and will be able to enjoy the game again. Thank you for reading this, and please fix this soon.

This app has to many adds. Ok we all know that merge gems is a great game and idea but it has to many adds and if you are reading this you probably already know that this game has to many adds and I try to Break my phone when this game goes on adds and I am soon literally going to Break it and have a total outburst because at the moment I would be so mad I probably couldn’t write this review so I get so mad😡👿😡👿😡👿😡 I could not even find my phone 📱

Seriously. If your having trouble with glitching then just turn your internet of like seriously. Another thing if u get bored play another game. And I actually really like this game because looking at the gems is fun because they are really beautiful. Although I just want on change which iiiiiiis MAKING GEMS TURN EVERY SECOND THEN IT wOULD LOOK MORE FUN! Anyway sorry for shouting I am just sooooo frustrated because I have a brother who is TOTALLY ANOYING! Soooo 🤖

Bad. When you get super far like really far they ask you do you want to change skin with bonus prizes but they don’t like you change one game I change the whole game you start all over again complete waste of time I had a jam call toll pass it was beautiful I almost had I need to merge a few more things and I would’ve gone next level topaz but of course it’s a fraud but everything is tear up the check if you haven’t I haven’t done any bonus things and I said it all the more again for nothing this game is the worst are you staying at a five-star perfect game super game Now it’s terrible so now it’s a two star I wish I could do know start reading that back but I can’t so you’re a piece of Melted software

Fun, but broken. I’ve had this game for some time now, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed most of it. There’s something satisfying about simply adding numbers to make larger ones, so I’ve had lots of fun with the title, but there are plenty of issues that just haven’t been addressed over time that kind of ruin the game. For example; it crashes all the time, the ads get overwhelming, and it’s a complete and total battery hog. I’ve never come across another app like this that crashes so much. It hasn’t always been this bad, but in the past 2 updates released for me, the problem has compounded and become almost unbearable. I can’t go 10 minutes without a crash, and if it even lasts that long, and even if my game lasts that long, my battery has lost about 10%-15% in that timespan. The ads on top of the screen aren’t bad at all, it’s the ones that play when switching from one world to another that really become annoying. Also, you can watch ads to boost earnings, or speed up progress, but they almost always “aren’t any ads available right now, please try again later”, despite the entire game being pack from top to bottom with ads. Don’t get me wrong though; I love this game, and I find it satisfying enough to play for a long time, but it’s currently too broken to fully be worth trying out. If the crashes alone get fixed, this review rating will drastically improve, so I hope for positive change in the future.

Awesome game love it 😍. Merge gems 💎 is a great time killer and everyone that thinks that this is a problem give merge gems a second chance a couple months or years ago I downloaded merge gems and a couple weeks or months later I deleted it because I had no room on my iPad than I downloaded it again cause it was very fun there is no problems except whenever I go into the shop there’s an ad and when I exit the ad my board is full so that’s the only problem please fix that I want to buy my gems and also this game is amazing whoever is reading this review pls download merge gems and developers pls fix that problem thanks again for the awesome game and have a good day 🙂

Good but needs more help. I had this app a long time ago, it was amazing because everything worked perfectly. It had nothing wrong with it so I kept the app, I then deleted it because I got bored of it even though it was an amazing app. I then downloaded it again yesterday after deleting the app a long time ago. Right after downloading the app on my phone I noticed a bug right away, and it keeps on happening which is why I am writing this review. When I downloaded the app it kept on crashing, so I just thought it was a little bug and I didn’t play it because I wanted to give it some time to fix itself. Right now I am trying to play the game but after 5 seconds of opening the app it keeps on crashing and I joined it 3 times and it kept on crashing after 5 seconds. So, I don’t know if this is a bug with certain phones. If you can fix this bug it would make me happier because I really like this game. Also yesterday it would only crash a few times but not immediately like today. Also I play on iPhone 8.

I have a problem... This is a good, fun game.. However, there’s a mechanic where you can watch an ad in order to double your rewards, and every time I want to double my reward it says “no ads found” when it’s got an advertisement on the top of the screen. It’ll also play ads when I change places or open the shop. So I KNOW it has ads that it can show me to double my reward. This is frustrating when I’m willing to watch an ad to get something, and instead it shows me an ad that I won’t get any reward from. They need to fix this, or else I may be driven to uninstall.

Mesmerizing in a brainless way. Sometimes you want something to do while thinking about other stuff. So its what i call a brainless game. My problem is it uses definite words to promise something for watching an ad and then often does not give the reward. I dont enjoy being lied to. It also has a huge problem fetching the ads. So you spend 3 minutes trying to get the ad half the time—then often still dont receive the reward for seeing the ad. This has scary ads among ok ones. Can be frightening for kids.

It was ok at first but.... My game kept freezing and making a weird noise. I don’t know if it was my phone or the game but it also made me start over. I was really far in my game and it made me start all over and all I did was double tap and swipe up. I was beyond angry and frustrated and I tried everything to get my old game back but nothing worked. And when it would freeze it would do that to many times a day to count. Seriously like it happened a lot but I just ignored it. And now I have to start all over on my game. I think I might just delete the app. If u were to ask me if u should get the app or not, I say yes but I advise you to delete the app as soon as you start having problems if you do. I’ve had this app many other times on many other devices and it worked fine until now. That’s why I gave this app one star.

To developers... please read. I love this game so much. However, when I discovered the Lovely Ruby Gem it took me back to my home screen. I clicked back into the game to show my sisters the new gem and it told me to accept the Terms of agreement so I did so and it just took me back to day 1. I had lost all my progress and time and effort. My sisters couldn’t see the gem and I was heartbroken that I had to start over. This had taken me months and months to reach this level. Please fix this as soon as possible.

This game is so addicting but i have one thing to say. Let me start off by saying I absolutely LOVE this game and its so addicting. This game is a good time killer and an awsome game to play. There are so many gems to discover and there are different lands but thats the bad thing about the game, the separate lands. Its to confusing and you have to focus on that and your other worlds, please take that part out, that would be awsome!

Well...... Okay I downloaded this game because I’ve had it before. So I’ve been playing it for about a month now, me and my little brother have it, the only reason I’m giving it a four star review is because every time I try and go buy a gem in the shop or go claim a reward there’s a 20 second ad. So I’ll wait and for the 20 seconds then for that time I come back and the hole place is full so I’ll match the gems and go try to buy a gem and I’ll get another ad, and it will be full again and I’ll finally be able to buy a gem. So I think they should should tone down the ads. Thank you 😊

Why a restart button?. After leveling up a to a certain point, there’s the option of restarting all over again. And since it’s in an easy to hit spot, my kids who also play this game, have now twice hit it accidentally, creating some unhappy problems when all their progress gets lost. If there has to be this option, please at least put it somewhere harder to hit. Otherwise it’s a fun mind numbing game that doesn’t require in app purchases every two seconds.

Ok game😕. This game is so addicting and so much fun but there are so many bad things there are a lot of ads and it is annoying that every single time whenever I try to go to a new world, there is a ad! Another thing is the boxes do not upgrade and it takes forever to make a new discovery. The last thing is that they should make an amethyst, I think it will and in more gems. A wonderful game, I hope you can add in my suggestions. Thank you 😊

Restart?. “Merge Gems” is a really fun and addictive game although there are some problems. I’m not sure if it’s just my phone, but once when I was in the middle of playing, my game just randomly crashed and I had to start all over again at level 1. The game also includes many offers to get advantages by watching ads but, sometimes when I watch the advertisements they would exit out of the game. It’s a really fun game, and I want to play it more often but I can’t if these bugs aren’t fixed.

Great game. I think the game is good! The only problem is that when you get to level 20, you can restart, and then you keep your achievements but also get a couple new ones. So when you discover more gems, it goes toward the achievement you had before you restarted. But it also gives you a new achievement, but it’s pointless, because all the gems you discover goes toward the old achievement, so it makes the game easier. It’s just confusing, really. Other than that, I think it’s great!

Awesome, however I have a few suggestions. This game is highly addictive, it always makes you want to play it again in about 10 minutes haha. But it drastically needs an update! Please add more worlds, and more things to buy in the shop, like coin upgrades that allow you to have a better chance at getting good items from boxes. Also purchases don’t work for some reason. I would ditch that idea of spending money on it, and just make it possible to buy the upgrades with coins. Please cut down on the ads, this game is excruciating with ads that pop up every time you want to check if you can buy something. Please please please add ways to either sell huge items so you could upgrade something, or make it so you can get better things from boxes. I hate returning to the game with a board full of boxes with level 1 gems! Not what I want to see when I get back from a break. Please fix these issues with the game, and please work on some more content. Even if you had to pay $0.99 for some new content I would buy it. Thanks! -Player

It was okay. This game is addicting and one thing I don’t like is how there is so many ads and when I want double the coins I get it say that there are no ads available and the hands pointing to a bunch of things is annoying please fix this also I thank the music is a little bit weird and I think you could update the part where you have to watch an ad when you try to go to a different world and most of the time you have to play the ad I also think in world 2 you could shorten the time until you get another box Thanks for taking the time to read this 🐶🐾🐩🐾

Very good. I have given this game a 4 star because it is very good in all there is a lot of gems with different lands there is one issue though, I can’t buy any in app purchases it says the purchases are “0” I tried to get one of the limited purchases and it said an error message which is very disappointing and frustrating I’ve tried multiple things multiple times and it still says that same error message please fix that My suggestions are: please make the levels go up to 50 and unlock a new land at level 30/35 my suggestion is “candy land” (its the best one I could think of) and please add a few more gems to each land I would say 5 more to each land is sensible and please fix the date and time glitch. Thank you.

Too many ads. I love this game it is so fun and I love all the beautiful gems but then the ADS!!! There are just too many ads! Every time I try to go in the shop and buy something there is an ad!!! Then when it’s done it says full then I try to go in the shop again and THERE WAS ANOTHER STUPID AD!!!!!!!!!!!! And again and again until on my 23rd try there was no ad and I was so happy but still WAY TOO MANY ADS please fix that.🥺

Great game!!. This game is such er fun and you keep earning money after you exit the game. There are multiple worlds and in each one there are different gems. You can tap the crate too make it drop faster, and there are different numbers that you have to tap in different worlds. My only complaints are that there are a few too many adds and that there is too many different levels of almost every gem. Like, there will be a water-stone and then a great water-stone and then a rare water-stone and then a perfect water-stone. It just takes a while for you to discover new gems when it does this. Otherwise, great game!! You should definitely download if you like a game that passes the time fast:)

Please Read Developers!. Horrible experience, was bored so thought I would purchase the 4.99 pack that gives you lvl 3 boxes to open as well as speedy delivery and some gold and stuff. Extremely disappointed as I didn’t get what I purchased. Would like a refund please or at least fix the issue. Don’t play with people’s money! Will give 5 star after fix. What I didn’t receive was the Lvl. 3 box upgrade. Which is the main reason I purchased the pack. Immediate refund or will be disputing purchase with my bank.

Very laggy - doesn’t seem optimized for iPhone. The game is your typical Clicker game but with the merging aspect. So far there are two “worlds” for merging different types of gems. Achievements for clicking and merging and a shop to purchase needed gems, but I rarely see the need for that. It’s a fun time waster but drains your battery like none other. The icons that represent the gems look like they’re very small and then blown up for the larger screens causing jagged edges. It’s less noticeable when you unlock more spaces, but it’s still an issue. The biggest issue I have is that it is very laggy. Even at the beginning when I only had 6 slots it would stutter. Now it lags for several seconds. The battery drain may also be an issue with optimization. It just uses more than one would expect. It’s not a bad game. But it seems poorly made at least for this iPhone.

VINES!!!!!. My only problem with the game is THE VINES IN AZTECLAND THAT TAKE AWAY YOUR MONEY AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO LOOK AT YOU BEAUTIFUL GEMS!!!! The only way to get rid of these vines it to merge them but when it’s your best gem covered you can’t get rid of them for ages and when you finally get rid of them the just come back to your now better gem and I also noticed that they appear when you leave your gems for over an hour but I need sleep I can’t get up every hour to keep vines off my gems at least you need to increase the time before they appear to like a day or two

Found something annoying. I used to play this game I liked it. I am playing it again, and I am disappointed to see that there is no way for me to upgrade my box quality. When I click on it it says I only have to pay zero dollars to upgrade my box. When I click on it I receive a message saying “purchase failed sorry”. The same thing happens when I try to buy a blue chance box. I don’t usually write reviews for games in fact this is my first one writing. So I hope something can be done to fix this problem of mine.

Good Game for Relaxation. This game is really good if u wanna unwind or chill out and relax. The reason i say that is bc there are no ads and it really takes ur mind off of stuff. In this game u basically open boxes and merge the gems together to make an even better gem and sometimes u get gift boxes. But it does take a lot to get up to those higher rank gems so it is time consuming to some people so the people who are impatient or just don’t like doing a lot to get one result this game is NOT FOR YOU AT ALL!!! But other people this game is really fun and relaxing hope u enjoy

Best game I have ever played. This game is satisfying and entertaining and there are so many different ways to play it. The noise it makes whenever you merge anything is so satisfying but with the music is just a master piece. There is also so many different ways play ounce you get to about level ten you have a option to start in a new world and five levels later you have another option.

Pretty good but.... Well yeah it’s fun and all and I know that sometimes when it asks if you want to upgrade your gem by using an ad, the ad won’t load half of the time. But ads pop up left and right in the game! There’s ads on the top of the screen all of the time and when you switch worlds an ad plays (which is really annoying, by the way). However, my main problem with the game isn’t the ads not working or the abundance of ads. I don’t mind the ads not working because I like to play the game with a fast pace and to me, playing the ads kinda kills the flow, of you know what I mean. No, my real gripe with this game is HOW MUCH IT LAGS. I haven’t seen anyone mention the lagging in their reviews of this game so maybe I’m the only one with this problem, but the extreme lagging ruins the game for me. At times the game can be really smooth, but at other times the lagging takes over and it’s really frustrating because remember how I said I liked to play this game at a fast pace? Well, the lags ARE NOT HELPING and I find myself getting out of the app when the lagging takes over. It’s not like the game needs a lot of space to run, I have other games with merging and boxes involved and they hardly lag at all! So please fix the lags! I know it’s something kinda small but it’s really ruining the game for me. And if other people aren’t experiencing any lags then ignore everything I just said.

fun at first but…. so this game is just like all of the other merge games. barely any ads at first, easy to play, fun when you have nothing to do. it’s simple and entertaining, but it gets irritating after a while. the farther you progress in the game, the more ads you get. i set a timer for 5 minutes and counted how many ads i got within those minutes. in the end, there were 6 ads. that’s one ad per minute + 1 right after another. it’s even more irritating because the ads aren’t exactly random. if you leave your phone on this game without touching it once, you won’t get any ads because the ads automatically play whenever you press a button. literally every single time i press the shop button, an ad plays. it’s so frustrating and completely defeats the purpose of the quick, entertaining game that you initially download it for. also, this game takes up a stupid amount of space. it’s fun if you play it while doing something else, but ultimately horrible when you just want to sit down and play an easy game. 3 stars because it’s kinda fun and i like the colors, but oh my god, you don’t need to advertise dragon merge this much.

Terrible game!. I used to love this game, I played it every day, thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, it was a pretty good game. But eventually, I started running out of storage, so I deleted the game. Recently, I reinstalled it, and was just starting to play. This morning when I opened the game, it was working. Then, as I continued to play, it started glitching out. It would freeze and return to my home screen without me even pressing the home button. I tried to cope with it, just opening the game every time it glitched, but then, once when I opened the game again, it made me start over 😡. Even though I had only gotten the game a couple days ago, I was on a pretty high level. I had unlocked the emeralds. To have to start over made me mad. I deleted the game and won’t be reinstalling it. Please fix this! It was a good game until the gliches!

Awesome/ addicting game. I love this game it is addicting and fun! Trust me you will LOVE IT!!!! But one flaw there are adds that pop up out of nowhere. But that has nothing to do the game . The first day I had it I was literally we’ll probably on that game for 3 hours straight! Hey that’s what I mean by addicting. This game would be a 5⭐️ game if there was no Ads. But otherwise it is a fantastic game that I would play all day if I could. I recommend this app to everyone and I mean it. Happy gaming!!😃

Earnings scam. So, after a day of being idle in this game, you get a good reward of what you earned for 1 day. After a couple days, you expect to get a lot of money. But what is REALLY happening, is that you only get a days worth being idle, even if you’ve been offline for a whole week! When people realize this, they decide that they could get more money by being on the app (which is dumb because too much screen time can strain your eyes), and also, this game has too many ads! Overall, Merge Gems is basically scamming you with what earnings you get. And by the way, playing this game without WiFi makes it not lag, and makes no ads randomly come up. That’s it.

OMG!! Inappropriate ad!. When I was playing this game it was super fun! But then a disgusting ad showed up! It had a woman with nothing covering her breast, and the designer made her boobs very big. This is sexist and disgusting! What sort of creep would play that?!?! People always complain about the ads, “How is this rated 4+?”, etc, but I know that the ads are not accounted for in those ratings. But sometimes they SHOULD be. Please read this! And btw, if there is a no ads package, don’t tell me to buy it! that is just marketing, even when I had a legitimate problem! And guess what else? I am only ten years old, so any app that has ads that inappropriate I should delete. If you don’t reply, I won’t have any idea what to do and my solution will be to delete the app. To anyone reading this that ISN'T the app developers, I suggest either deleting the app or shielding your eyes when they start bombing you with the ads!

Too many ads.. I only have one problem with this game, there’s simply too many ads. Anytime I open up the shop to buy more gems, an ad pops up. After I’m done and I press the “x”, i try to buy something but it says “land is full” so then I close out of it, merge some gems for space, then I click on the shop again and another ad pops up! It happens rinse and repeat for each stage- any time I click on a stage ANOTHER ad pops up! I admit that an ad should pop up through changing stages and only ONCE when opening the shop, but it just simply is too much.

More adds than I would like but still over all good game!. This game is great! The process is fun, and the tension built up then the pride you feel when you discover a new gem feels so good! But there are a lot of adds. I'll just be playing and then my moon world will get full or something and I go to check it out and bam! Add. Then I'll be randomly playing and there's another add! Kind of annoying, but the game is still fun. One minor detail, can't you at least make the generator box thing accessible with coins and gems? I have no money to buy it with so this really disappoints me. Overall good game though, so keep up the good work and updates, developers! 😊

Merge gems saved my life.. I was in a very dark place in my life before I found this game. Recently I will sit in my room for hours on end just playing this game. It is very mentally engaging. The colors of the gems are so pretty as are the shapes. Let me tell you, one faithful day I was strongly considering ending it all. Then I saw the advertisement for this app and I broke down crying. I dropped my phone then picked in back up and kissed the ground it had touched. It saved me. I owe everything to this game. Game if you are reading this I am forever in your debt- Keto, calamari and killing my offspring.

Can’t stop crashing!! AAAAAGGGGHHHH. Hey, I just wanna say that I absolutely love this game but I’m having a problem with it crashing every five minutes, so much so that I guess the goal of it is to merge as many gems as possible before it crashes again. Jokes aside, please fix this if you’re able to. Because one time it crashed, the game LITERALLY DELETED MY PROGRESS AND STARTED OVER AGAIN. Oh, and afterwards, I tried deleting it and it didn’t do a thing to stop the crashing. So please fix this. Thanks for listening

Great!. I'm only 7 years old. But I still love the game, I had this game when I was 6. I loved the ads for this game so I bought it. A good device for this game is mobile. I'm on my tablet and it's not laggy at all! No ads. But for the people who don't have a mobile device are getting too many ads, and your getting a lot of money from them. But still I love this game and very close to beating it.

This game sets itself apart. Ok let me start this off with the fact that I have played many merge games and this is probably my favorite! I love this game!! It definitely makes a difference that you can click to get a new box instead of waiting around like most games. I almost couldn’t tear myself away to write this review. YES. This game is AMAZING!!! Some people don’t like this game, because of the ads, or it’s just really boring. But that is WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!! This game is SUPER addictive, and I even told my mom to play this game! She doesn’t really like any games I show her, but I think she’ll REALLY like this one! This is my morning, afternoon, and night routine...Wake up, eat breakfast as fast as I can to, play merge gems until lunch, eat lunch as fast as I can to, play merge gems until dinner, eat dinner as fast as I can to, play merge gems until I go to bed, -since it’s the summer, I get to stay up as long as I want- and play merge gems until I fall asleep! I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!! And if anyone who doesn’t have this game, -though I dought it!!- GET IT!!! I swear, you’ll LOVE it!

Still pretty good. So, I was looking through my old review on this game and I was talking about how it crashed and all of my progress was gone. I was disappointed but yesterday I downloaded the game again. The game is so good! It doesn’t lag as much as it did and I love merging each gem to see what new ones I can discover! I love all of the gems in moonland and gem land. The game is so addicting. I downloaded it last night and I’m already at the rare life stone in moonland. That’s just how addicting it is. But please fix the bug where all of your progress gets deleted because I don’t want people to have their game be restarted. If you want the game to be perfect, please fix all of the bugs and the game will be phenomenal. Otherwise a great game and I recommend it.

This game is really frustrating. It’s a really fun game, but there are way to many ads. There’s ads on the top of the screen, some of the ads don’t even load, when you go to buy a gem it gives you an ad, and by the time that the ad is over you don’t have enough space so when you hit the close button and merge all your gems then go back to the shop it gives you another ad!!!! 😤😫 And lastly when you go to switch worlds it gives you an ad even when you return back to your mane world it STILL gives you an ad!!! If you don’t like games that are annoyingly always in your face with all sorts of random ads, then do NOT get this game!! 😫☹️😠

One of THOSE APPs.. This game is very entertaining and relaxing...at first. I still play it everyday because it’s a great way to pass time, but it is one of those apps that gets very boring very quickly. I became bored with it within the hour I got it. At first your like, “ok, I want to get to this point, so I gotta keep playing”. But the thing is, all the game is is tapping and moving pieces. There are no challenges, and there’s a point were you get to such an advanced and rare gem, that it takes hours to get even half way there. There’s nothing necessarily bad about the app, it is just boring. With Merge Dragons, there were levels, rewards, and cute little characters, but this has no actual plot, problem or solution. There are no goals or challenges to keep you interested in the game. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this review.

Great but the ads are placed at wrong times. You know there’s a shop you can buy gems right well every time I try to buy one there’s a ad that pops up and then after the ad it shows me the gems I can buy like silver and other things ,well since the ad was playing the boxes take up the spots and make my space full and when the ads gone I can’t buy the gems since it is full of boxes and then I clear it up the same thing happens again so basically I can’t buy gems without an ad

PLEASE FIX THE BUGS. I really like this game and the designs are super cute but the ads for gems thing is SUPER messed up. It won't even let you watch a video half the time. Like I'll watch one or two ads and then every world will still have the option to watch an ad for a certain gem but every time I just get a message saying there's no videos. Which doesn't make any sense like how can there not be any videos? It's advertising, literally someone will always be trying to sell something, so I guess maybe it's a server issue? Also I really wish there was a way to see all the gems you've unlocked in a guide list or collection or something. The only way to see gems or what order they go in is from the purchase screen and it doesn't show you everything you've accomplished bc they're not all available for purchase yet. I really like this game and the concept but I think it needs some improvement. :/ staying and hoping for updates EDIT: Now whenever I try to watch a video for a reward it makes me watch an add but then when it's over I get nothing. And I hit the button to try again and it says "oops there are no videos at this time." Like come on guys. Seriously need to fix this. I've restarted the app so many times trying to deal with this, disconnecting/reconnecting WiFi, everything. But nothing works. So please please please please fix this already

Ads, ads, and more ads!. Every time you do anything an ad pops us. Wanna go the store to spend the in game currency? Ad. Wanna switch between worlds? Ad. They also give you gift boxes frequently, but to upgrade what you got? You guessed it! Ad. And half the time those ads won’t load so you have to pause for a minute and try again. Never have I felt more of a product than I did playing this game. As for the actual gameplay? It’s not terrible, but I would recommend a different merge game.

Once I unlocked all of the worlds i found a reset button, on the instructions it said that it would reset the world and have prizes with the reset world but when I pressed the button it reset all of the worlds at once and I hade make all of the Gems all over again, so I am really angry 😡💎

Ads Ruin The Game. Ads are built into the game, so even if you switch off the internet you still get ads. This is made worse because it shows ads even when you're just doing normal game play: receiving rewards, switching between farms, buying boxes (with ingame money). Do not play. Their Realestate version of this game is far better (only get ads if you choose to watch one for an bonus upgrade)

Why?. The game is good and that’s easy to understand, it’s a stupid time waster and not much else. Quite good but one thing. I was up to the gem after topaz (the orange and silver one) and had unlocked 2 other worlds and was so happy with my progress until in unlocked the reverse button. Lagging. I love the game, it’s really addicting though the ads not playing is sometimes frustrating. BUT, the lagging in this game is unmatched. I’ve never played any other game that lagged as much as this one. It’s annoying that you can’t play the game fluently without being slowed down. I don’t know if it’s the « currency » of the gems popping up that causes that but something needs to be done.

Read if your deciding on getting app.... This is a great app! I does get a little bit repetitive but is overall addictive. I love that this game is fast paced and doesn’t take forever to keep moving but is also slow enough that when you get a new gem you feel like you’ve accomplished something.

Why do you have to pay real money to upgrade the crate levels?. It makes no sense. Why would you put these kinds of upgrades behind a paywall? And I don’t wanna spend any real money upgrading crates per level. Wouldn’t it be better if you use the in-game currency to pay for upgrades? I know other merging games do this, so why not this one? This just screams overt greed to me.

The App Is Great, But I Have An Issue. This app is a great app, but on the Moonland one, you have to tap to get the boxes wayyy too many times for my liking. Definitely addicting.. I started playing this game a couple days ago and instantly became attached. Eventually, however, the game became boring and a bit too repetitive. Waste of time. Game lags and crashes after you level up a few times, most recent crash deleted all of my progress (lvl. 31 after my 2nd prestige on the main game). Video ads for upgrades never load but there are ads constantly playing in the background (too and/or bottom of the screen). The amount of money you make offline caps out after about 3 hours of not playing. The whole game is honestly a waste of time because it’s so repetitive and all these aforementioned issues take away from any sort of fun you might have or progress you make.

Fix this bug. I like this game and I would rate it 5 stars but this had happened to me. Good game, but.... I thoroughly enjoy this game, and I love to pass the time with this, but for some reason when I opened it up, all my progress was gone. Just *poof!*, gone to the wind, even though I didn’t press the reset button and I didn’t uninstall the game. The only thing I do have is the one purchase I did make in the game. If the developer(s) see this I ask of you for future players to make a way to better save progress.

Lag is real. The game is a fun time killer especially while at work. You can really just let your mind go playing this. The game lags so bad at random points and it’s frustrating. It’s not really the end of the world but it’s just annoying especially when you get to merging things quickly and then the screen freezes. I doubt it’s my phone itself but either way. Super Fun But A Lot Of Adds. This game is sooo fun! There is Moon land and the gems there are so pretty! But there are so many adds. There are adds when you go to the store to buy gems, also to go to moon land, and a lot more. There is a option to have there be no adds, but my mom does not let me spend money on any game. Won’t load anymore!. I love this game, but it will no longer load (and yes, I have plenty of available memory). I see that there were bug improvements 3 weeks ago, so I was hopeful it would load again, but it doesn’t. Ads are a bit deceptive. The ads of this game made it look really fun, and indeed it is at first. What the ads don’t tell you is that the game is extremely laggy at points. Merger games are supposed to be quick, and I can’t understand why it lags so bad when merging the gems. It can’t be my phone because I can run higher resolution games without any noticeable lag, but somehow this merging game can’t handle it? It needs to be addressed or else I can’t say I’d fully recommend it.

This could be a good game but it’s slow paced and crazy full of ads, you click the market it gets ads, you click another world you get ads, you even use the ads to double your inactive profit and then have an option to double it again and watch another ad, well I did this to 3 of my worlds and it didn’t give me the quadruple profit so that second double ad isn’t worth it. So now I decided since this isn’t an error and the game is actually doing this that I’m done playing.

In game purchases. So far I love the game but we all don’t like ads so I was going to but the no ads deal to day but when I click it to see what it has the button to buy is showing a zero and clicking that don’t work so idk why it ain’t working but I want it to so plz fix this.

Why I don’t really like Merge Gems. The reasons why I don’t like Merge Gems is because there is a lot of adds and I’m not that of a patient person. Reason two is that when you have bearly got out of Merge Gems it just starts to send notifications and sometimes it interrupts me when I’m playing something else and then I loose the game and it just irritates me all the time.

Reasons to not get this game.😡. 1. The music is a little annoying to me, and when you hit/tap the box, it makes the most annoying sound EVER! 2. At the start it made me do things I didn’t want to do. I wanted to SAVE my coins but it made me SPEND them on something useless. 3. I find a random hand pointing to something is ANNOYING! I was playing the game happily and this random hand showed up. And it’s moving slow, so it’s like the hand saying, “touch... this... and... it...will... go.... uhhhhhhh.... fast...?!”. I hate that!!!!! 4. THE HAND IS BACK! It’s telling me to hit the box! IT’S MAKING ME MAD!! 5. Every time I try to pay something it just says it doesn’t work. I feel like it’s saying sorry not sorry! I’ve played the game for 30 minutes and I already want to delete the freaking game! Thx for reading, 😃 😇 😠! I thought you would leave after reading the title!

Everyday Addiction!. Merge Gems is the best! I played for one hour, and I couldn't even stop! And I give this game 5/5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I saw the commercial and I asked my mom to get it, and I was super happy and excited that she said yes! Whenever I want to calm down on my iPad, I just play merge gems! I love this game, but would love more updates sooner! Keep up the amazing work! 👍

Ads. Used to play this like a year and a half ago, but deleted due to lack of playing. I remembered it existed recently and downloaded it again and still play it pretty frequently. I just think is was better before it was plagued with ads...

Good for anxiety.. This is soothing for my anxiety. But I hate how ads literally never load or I guess maybe you have none not sure which but there are so many things that you supposedly can use them on and they never work. Also your prices for stuff are insane sorry but the way the game currently is no one will ever pay for in app purchases and definitely not at those prices. Sometimes you have to humble yourself and realize what you have.

Please add this. So I want a whole new section of the shop so you can upgrade your boxes to make drop better gems it will help a lot and make the game way easier this isn’t a complaint I love the game I just really think this would be a cool future to add to the game

Fun game but I have major issues.. I like merge games and as such this game is decent. However this game lags horridly. It really ruins the flow of the game. It’s also annoying that the box that you can tap is very small. That can be gotten over, however. My annoyance is the ‘Pay to upgrade’ is right next to that very small button. So chances are if you want to play fast paced. You’re going to accidentally hit that button several times.

Awsome App!!!!!!!!. I saw an add for this game I I thought it was stupid!! But as I saw more and more adds I wanted to try it out. I downloaded it and instantly got addicted!!! Merge Gems is like Candy Crush and Cookie Jam except way more fun! So far this app is great! The games is basically unplayable for large phones. I have the iPhone 14 max and the whole game is strangely zoomed in. The easy peaceful vibe of the game is completely ruined because I can’t even see the whole game anymore. I can’t even turn my phone sideways to get less zoom. Absolutely maddening because I really loved this game. It was one of my most played before this weird zoom issue happened.

Ehh. This game is literally a reskin of merge town, which if you’re like me and like having multiple merge games idling is perfectly alright. But it’s still a bit lazy to make the game functionally identical to merge town. It’s so similar that it inherited the rather large amount of forced ads from merge town which still bothers a lot of people. Please lower the amount of ads

game reset on its own. I spent about a month playing this game and I got pretty far in aztecland but for whatever reason when I opened the app today it had reset completely. It had given me the option before but I never clicked it. Last night when I went to sleep it was fine. I don't know what happened but I'm not redoing all the work I already did, so I deleted the app.

Need to fix ad-spam. In the middle of merging, the game began just sending me to the App Store, repeatedly. I think at least a dozen times it sent me to the shop, I tried waiting for it to stop, closing the App Store, hitting back. Nothing worked. Normally ads don't bother me but this particular ad spam made it impossible to actually play.

I love it! But..... I’ve played this game before and it didn’t have any problems. But I got it again, and it was fine at first, but then it started glitching, AND THEN, it started lagging and crashing. And now every time I open the game it works for a few seconds and then crashes. And then I reboot it, and then it crashes. And then I reboot it and then it crashes. You get the point. In other words, I can’t even PLAY the game let alone enjoy it. 😕

AMAZING BUT...... This game was AMAZING!! I loved how you could go to different mines and change it up a bit. You can also tap the box at the bottom to speed it up, you also make money really fast which I liked, and finally my favorite part is you can buy gems which really speeds it up and helps. I got REALLY far into the game when, it COMPLETELY restarted me. And that is why it lost three stars and is now only two stars. I was REALLY mad when it restarted me and I hope this doesn’t happen to you I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry if it was too long.

Bug fix. The game will not allow me to upgrade my crates or buy anything from the upgrades shop. It’s showing the amount to buy one is set at zero and when I click on it it says “sorry, purchase failed” without bringing up any payment options or anything of the sort. Please fix. It will make this game way more entertaining if I can bring my upgrades up on my boxes etc.

Used to love it but now it’s no fun.... I used to love this game but now the ads are TERRIBLE I try to go buy a gem but then suddenly a ad pops up and then I have to wait! Also in the middle of buying on it kicks me so I have to get back on but then have to watch another ad. You won’t be getting 5 stars anytime soon until this is fixed used love this game but now it’s annoying.

Recreate badge!??. I was getting along fine, aside from the glitches and annoying ads, but hey it’s a game to pass the time. Then I got a notification to activate the Recreate Badge to start from scratch again, I clicked it, STUPID ME! Took me back to the beginning of the game, I lost all progress. I continued to play because I thought maybe if I played it out something would happen to get back gems back, NOPE! Out of no where the game booted me back to the TUTORIAL, effff that! So I deleted it, not starting over!

Love this game tbh it’s pretty dank. So I’m about 11 or so and I’m like really into geology and always wanted a puzzle game with rocks & minerals. Been playing for about a year now and I have to say, this game is amazing. Recently started with a clean SLATE (haha, see what I did there?) and got a badge. I especially like that you made your own custom rocks and minerals.

Pretty good. Sooooooo It’s a pretty good game. I don’t like the adds. I like to just switch between the worlds quickly. I don’t like that sometimes when you go to the gem store there is a add. I also hate the lagging. Super annoying. Devs, please fix this I try to merge the gems and then it doesn’t merge because of the freaking lag. Fix this and I will change the review to 5 stars

Great game but a few problems. So I it’s a great game and all my major problem is that I can’t even purchase an upgrade like faster boxes or better boxes or even the occasional deals would be five stars if moon was easier and there a lot more areas and you can only get certain things one you reach a certain player lv other than that great game

Great! But.... The game it self is good but when ever I play with WiFi it glitches like crazy. Also, when I leave the game it gives me notifications over and over again!🙄 It says “free gift box available” even though I just opened one and left the app. Either way this game is. Very good and continue the good work!

Ads. There are to many ads and the offer of no ads is a trick because it said sorry purchase failed all the time!!!! But it’s still fun and not that bad. if you can get rid of the ads.

Trash.... Ads ads ads ads money hungry! Ads when switching to different worlds! Ads pop up every 10 seconds practically it feels like! And when you want to use an add to get something, it’s like sorry no ads available! And when you wants to purchase gems with your in game currency cash thingy it pops up an ad and by the time it’s done you don’t have any space left! And it’s also not me I have plenty of room on my board(s) I can’t recommend at all....

Ads. Dont get me wrong, I love this game, but the ads are obnoxious. Everytime I go to the shop, I get A BUNCH of ads and then by the time it’s done all the spaces are filled up. And, it would be a little better if the gems you can buy in the shop’s peices don’t go up everytime I buy it.

Fun game but.... I enjoyed playing this game, but certain ads kept showing up that were very inappropriate. I had to delete this app because a certain ad in particular kept popping up and it is definitely aimed at mature audiences. I was concerned my child might accidentally view that ad (that appears as a banner during game play). Would love to download this again if only the ads were filtered better.

Please read. I keep getting scared that I’m going to finish the game and not anything to do and I don’t wanna start over again and I’m Also afraid that you’ll never update again please add some more funky ideas that I will allow anything please and thank you just gets in with nuts and wacky ideas thank you please please read this

I love this app so xoxo much. But I cannot life would help us grow better amp stronger good things about this new world I know I had hoped John John got boring this morning when I went into work I had some problems I had gotten back home I thought maybe I could take another shot or two

Pretty good. This is a pretty good game, but I wish there was a way to upgrade the gems that you earn every ten seconds. Like if you could earn bigger silver or gold every ten seconds that would be cool. And same for the Moon place, and also maybe cut down the seconds a little bit on the gems (if you know what I mean) especially on the moon to make it like 10 seconds or so as well.

Fix Ads. This is one of the most addicting mobile games I've ever played, and it only gets more addicting with the more areas you unlock. Unfortunately, there are ads when you try to do literally anything that isn't tapping the box and merging. The game would be a lot more fun if I didn't have to sit through all those ads.
