No edit option?. Everything is nicely done, but the fact that I can’t edit my own page is a bit of a turn off.

Help! I am trying to sign in. I am trying to create an IMBD account& cannot access . I have email& password ready but it's not being accepted.

No access to my imbdPro account today!. No way to access my pro account. A message implies that I have no access with my ios app today. For the first time. I am having a problem understanding why I do not have access to my imbdPro account today. There is no way to contact the site. I will update this when my subscription expires!

Nicely Curated Information. The news in the app is nicely curated. I find myself using the app to look at entertainment industry news quite often. It’s nice to have actual news and not gossip-type articles. I enjoy using the app to look up individuals to see what they’re up to next. The information in IMDbPro is very valuable and it’s great to have it presented in a simple format on my iPhone.

Won’t open on iPad. All of a sudden the app won’t open up on my iPad ever since I updated it. All I see is a blue screen and that’s it. Why? Very frustrating as an actor to see this. Please help

“Your Page” and “Casting Notice” tabs needs work. There’s a good number of things this app feels like it should do that it does not. I cannot edit or add any contacts to my profile. I can add images but cannot edit their description after the fact. It says stuff is not IMDb-verified but no indication on how to change that status. I can “turn off” people seeing my bio but I cannot edit my bio. I can not remove projects from my profile. I cannot save search preferences under the casting notice tab. I cannot easily look at who is posting a casting notice to see if it is legit or shady, nor can I report a notice if it does seem illegitimate. It’s nice that I can look at films and people but it’s not very handy for the personal profile editing and casting notices, aspects that would make the app worthwhile to keep on my phone. Because of the lack of personal profile “editability,” using the app is frustrating, putting you in an endless loop of “this SHOULD take me here but it doesn’t, but why would I not be able to do this from the app, it must be somewhere...” I would try to redesign the app to really focus EQUAL parts on the industry info and article side of IMDb AND the personal services that one pays for when they subscribe to IMDb pro. And of course, keeping it very user-friendly.

iPhone version?. Excited to start using the app but open it to find it was formatted for iPhone (no landscape) and scaled. Disappointed that IMDb couldn’t release a full iPad version.

Not compatible wit iOs 15 iPhone 13. I just got a new iPhone 13, and the app no longer works. It doesn’t open and stay frozen. Please fix this issue ASAP!

Writer. Terrible since updating. Reading on an iPad mini and the print is so small it's impossible to read news items. I used to enjoy getting industry news. No more. Also now and before the update only the logline is available. No synopsis though it is there when on a laptop. Not good.

iPad status???. It’s been a year since another user inquired about an iPad version of IMDb pro. Where are we at now? For as much as a subscription costs, this should be a priority!

Excellent App For Filmmakers. This is a fantastic app that has changed the need to wait in the mail each morning for the various trades. IMDB keeps it up to date with fixes and additions constantly. I would really love to see a iPad version soon for those of us who use our tablet to work off of more often than our phone. My thumbs for a great app and terrific premium version for all of my fellow Hollywood professionals.

Overall useful BUT.... I can’t log out of the app. Give me an error of page not found. I worry that if I am logged in and production wants to add a credit, that they won’t be able to do it. Also concerned that being constantly logged in drains battery They fixed the logout problem, but now I can’t log in on mobile app. Log in is fine on laptop and tablet not using the app

App won’t open anymore. I got a new iPhone 12 and now the app won’t open. It’s just blue and the home page won’t fully open...

Perfect tool for actors. Always use this when I need to look someone up, or a project. If you need to know more about agencies or managers. Casting directors to see different tones for shows. Incredible.

Cancellation. I have asked multiple times for my account to be canceled.. You guys keep giving me the run around.. it’s real simple cancel my membership.. I found this website on February 1st and asked for it to be canceled on the 2nd.. and today I saw that I was charged from you guys .. I would really appreciate it if My money be refunded immediately or I will be starting a lawsuit...

Sag-Aftra Actor and Artist Manny Jagroop. IMDb Pro is a must has an actor, every agent and or manager I have had including currently before they signed me has checked my IMDb and that has been one of the main tools for my career, not to mention they have so many more tools for actors including keeping up with the latest casting, movies and much more. Thank you IMDb for all that you have done helping me with my career as a working actor, I highly recommend to anyone especially if you are trying to be a serious actor or any type of position in the field of entertainment 👍

No iPad Support!. Not only is there no iPad support, You cannot use the browser on the iPad to set up your page either. IMDB needs to get up with the times here!

Make it like it is online. I’m confused as to why the app isn’t like being online. Why can’t I update my profile on the app? Why can’t I see casting notices on the app? Why can’t I add links and ect. Via the app? What’s the real purpose of the app?

Titles (MISSING). I had about 60 or better titles on my page and now I go looking this morning and I only have 7 film titles on my page and some other little things. Here and there. I am VERY annoyed and am VERY unhappy with IMDbPro now. To where I do not WISH to ever film another feature film 🎥 or series for that matter. Now I am PIST. I have never had a problem and until NOW looking and seeing that I have ALL my titles lifted from my page is a disgrace. As well there are titles that I have done that I was credited for. An then taken down sometime afterwards (Months) later. I am VERY PIST off about it and discouraged against the stats of IMDbPro. I can’t edit my profile?. I can’t edit my profile or update information. It’s barely an app, as each link just takes you to a web version of the site...lame.

Never works!. I’ve been trying to log into this app all weekend and it doesn’t ever open. I have an iPhone 13 pro with the 15.1.1 iOS. Super annoying!

IMDb Pro. The app is stuck on a blue screen when you open it. The screen is blank IMDb screen with nothing on it. This is an expensive account, so to not have access is very frustrating and it affects business.

Notifications. As someone in the industry who uses imdbpro religiously, it would be nice to be able to set alerts for projects and get notifications when a project has changed. Otherwise, great app and about time 😊👍🏾

Underdeveloped. Does less than mobile site.. I can’t view pictures, I can’t view videos. I can’t edit any of my information. I’m not sure why there’s even an app. It feels significantly underdeveloped. The mobile site has much more functionality than this. I’m gonna have to delete it because it literally doesn’t do anything the mobile version of IMDb pro does.

Can’t add to lists. I’m a filmmaker and am constantly making lists for different projects. Am I missing something? Seems like you can’t access lists on the iPhone app. 😢

The app doesn’t seem to be working…. Every time I open the app it is just the blue background and nothing else works. It’s been like this for a few weeks. I updated my phone and it’s still the same problem…

Not opening anymore. This app used to open no problem until recently. Now it rarely opens so I have to use my computer 100% of the time which just is not always convenient. I tried deleting the app and downloading again. Now it’s telling me there is a sign in error. Now what?

Won’t Load Anymore. As the other reviews mentioned, the app won’t load. It gets stuck on the blue screen. I also tried to use my browser, and it only redirects to the app and doesn’t allow me to make any changes from mobile.

App no longer works on iPhone 13. The recent version of the app stopped working on my iPhone 13. When I launch the app, it just freezes on the load up screen. I ended up canceling my IMDbPro account today because of it.

I like the app but.... I am Alexander Cooperton on IMDb Pro and I love the app don’t get me wrong. There are tons of opportunities but I feel as if since I’m trying to get my experience up, it’s hard for me to find work. Do you guys, as the developers, have any advice for me? IMDb pro is excellent.. I have really enjoyed using IMDb pro ever since I joined. I like like how free movies are offered. Keep up the great work!

Can’t believe we have to pay for this. IMDB Pro is a rip-off and this app is horrible. The interface is ugly, outdated and counterintuitive. It’s inexcusable considering how expensive IMDB Pro is. I pay for it just to edit my Known For section (because the algorithm is nonsensical), but it isn’t updating. Why the delay? You also can’t delete images. With Amazon’s money, this should be much, much better.

Great app, but no share option. Good app, but they would really benefit by having a “share” option on profiles. I have to go back to my standard IMDb app to copy a link to share a profile! If people could share an IMDb Pro profiles, I guarantee many more people would sign up to see them! IMDb, you can send me a royalty check for that idea, I just increased your business by 20%, easy!

App Bugs. I keep getting the blue screen background on the app that is blank. I have to go to the desktop view in order to view the webpage. It will not let me see my rankings.

Go PRO IMDB ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I absolutely enjoy the Pro IMDB! The layout is great along with seeing other talents IMDB pages and enjoy connecting in ways other social media could never do for me in the film industry! Excited to have a way to share my work with others and looking forward each Sunday to see my STARmeter 💫

Good but the design could use an update. The generic IMDb app feels far more slick than the Pro app. Wish they were more similar in terms of design, one easy point being a lack of dark mode. Thanks for the hard work

Rip off. I canceled my subscription and it keeps charging me and they’re no way to contact customer service. I even changed my card but somehow I’m still being charged for an app i don’t use

Downloaded and using. Just downloaded today. Checking it out.... so far - and it has gotten me to update my page, it looks good. I haven’t been able to edit through the app, but it definitely looks better than via the website on mobile.

How do you cancel?. When I am seeking info. It says I have to subscribe. My CC bill shows monthly paid subscription. Need to cancel for now please

Can’t find anything anymore!. Desktop notifications at top of page for IMDb Pro don’t work anymore so I downloaded the app. Notification history is gone and only shows suggestions to track in both app and desktop. When there is a new news article, Notification button shows nothing. No red dot. Desktop shows no notification settings but app does. App notifications page has on suggested tracking and says, “Sorry about that. Something went wrong on our end.” I’m using iPad ios 14 and Windows 8.1.

Constantly crashes or opens but stays frozen on blue screen. I use IMDbPro pretty much everyday but the app often times will open and sit on the blue intro screen and not do anything else. I then have to use the browser in order to use the services. Ive attempted deleting and re-downloading app, updating iPad but its a consistent issue with just the app. Would love for this to get updated and get better.

Photos. Why is it so hard when I pay a yearly fee, to edit this site especially the photos. I’m on an iPad and I’m popping between chrome and the app and I still can’t do what I want on the site. I don’t think it’s good enough especially with a site that is so necessary. I think it’s time to update the site for actors

Needs a lot of improvement on ipad. On the iPhone it’s ok but on iPad it’s really bad. Ironically the imdb app, which doesn’t need paid account, is great on the iPad

Better showcase of crew categories please.. I wish I could search for lighting / electric crew in a different category than the camera department or the grip dept. as this would really reflect our crew lists on productions. Imagine if we could search quickly for any departments to find our colleagues work more readily.

App is not working !!!!!!!!!. The app won’t let me sign in. It lees giving me this internet access error, even with an updated iOS and restarting and reinstalling and good internet access. Something is wrong. I can’t update my photos and I just renewed my subscription! So frustrating

IMDB is indispensable. If you work in the film industry, you need to be in IMDB to be taken seriously. Seriously.

Taking money. I unsubscribed and they are still taking money from my card. I’ve been unsubscribed awhile ago and they are still taking money. NOT HAPPY.

Login Hell. When signing into the app via Amazon, a pop up window opens the Amazon website for login. After successful login, it says it cannot continue because cookies aren’t enabled. No help, no suggestion, just tells me to leave pretty much. I go to “app support” and try and write for help but it requires an IMDb account (not Amazon) so I can’t even sign in there to launch a complaint! What gives!?

Poor login process and many bugs. Seems like there are many bugs with both the website and the app - login process is very poor and the process to add info and photos is also very poor

Membership Subscription?. I tried using the app so I could have the convenience of searching movies and entertainment informations, however I am not allowed to look at it cause I refuse to pay a subscription through my Amazon account? Where is the incentive when I can do that for free on safari? If you wanted to do something truly special with “IMDb Pro” you would add exclusive data only a subscription could offer… not the same stuff I can get for free. It’s kinda like PH, you can watch their videos for free but if you want more content you buy a PH subscription.

Doesn’t Work. The IMDBPro app simply doesn’t work. It just stays frozen on an empty screen upon launch. This after multiple reboots and re-installs.

It’s not loading. I have no updates required but the app doesn’t open. I pay money to access this and the app doesn’t load. It’s a new issue so I don’t know what might be causing it. Regardless, someone should look into that. I’ve checked with friends and android phones and it doesn’t load either.

Crashes even when redownloaded. After login

Didn’t work. I kept trying to sign in with my Amazon account and every time it said I got my password wrong. So I said I forgot the password and got it changed. But then it said it was having problems and made me sign out. Than once again it said I got my password wrong even with the new password.

Does not work in landscape view/mode. How does a developer not ensure compatibility for either viewing mode for ANY app these days?

Couldn’t even make the account. It took me over and hour to try and sighing up for this site. And I had to apparently sign in with Amazon, which I have but didn’t accept for some reason, and I still can’t get pass the sign in page.
