What is paytrack app? Exclusive Features:
Paytrack holds innovative technologies and algorithms to be exact with every calculation it makes. Here is a list of conditions that the app will consider:
- Sick Pay
Paytrack will allow you to set a Pairing as “Sick” and depending on how many hours you have in your Sick Bank, it will process the calculation accordingly.
- Keeping Track of your Sick Banks
The Sick Banks will be automatically updated every month, and you will be able to see them under your user's settings. This way you may keep track of how many hours you have and how to use them if necessary.
- Vacation Pay
When you set your days of Vacation, Paytrack will recognize them and add those hours into your schedule.
- Lead Pay
With various algorithms inside Paytrack, all you need to do is let it know if you decide to fly Lead and you'll know exactly how much you will earn.
- Pay Protected
Pay Protection is also in Paytrack. If any of your trips are canceled and you are Pay Protected, simply go into your Pairing, and drop it with Pay Protection. This will allow Paytrack to know what to do next.
- Account Protection & Cloud Synchronization
By creating an account, Paytrack will automatically save all of your information in the Cloud, allowing it to synchronize with all of your devices at once. If you ever need to change to a new phone, all you have to do is download the application, log into your account and all of your information will be downloaded instantly.
- Overtime Pay vs. Time & Half
The confusion of not knowing when your Time & Half kicks in is over! With Paytrack, you will be able to distinguish how much you are making of Overtime versus Time & Half.
- Junior Assignment
Yep, it will also calculate Junior Assignments.
- Check Breakdown
By clicking on the Checks icon, you will see a breakdown of BOTH upcoming checks. It has been designed to resemble the company provided Pay Stub, so that you may compare it accordingly when it is Pay Day!

1 - Month Subscription automatically renewed until canceled.
1 - Year Subscription automatically renewed until canceled.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period.
Your iTunes account will be automatically charged at the same price for renewal within the 24-hour period prior to the end of the current payment period unless you change your subscription preferences in your Account Settings.
You can manage your subscriptions through your Account Settings after purchase.

Life saver!. Love this app just have to deduct your own taxes other than that it’s definitely accurate & helps you keep track of your trips. Hopefully we’ll be able to change the background color soon not important but I want my calendar pink lol
Must have!!!!!. Not only is this app very accurate making the very complicated and tedious task of figuring out crew pay calculations, it is backed by a very professional and responsive developer, nothing but excellent customer service and even app use help. Simply a must have.
Doesn’t work. It says that you can add up to 4 pairings manually for free just by tapping of the calendar but it doesn’t work. Also, I contacted support for my account to be deleted but they never deleted my account. It’s a bad app and didn’t work for me.
Not user friendly. The app is not user friendly and does not sync up lead pay correctly. It needs to reflect what flica has as far as lead hours and pay. There also needs to be a way to reset the month to the original pay report. Needs much work.
Locked out. I can’t log in, the password reset function is not working, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact customer support. This isn’t a free app so it would be nice if I could access what I’m paying for.
EVERY FA SHOULD HAVE THIS!!. I love love love this app! It allows me to see if I can afford to drop a trip, swap, call out, pick up..you name it, before I even do it! I like the option to calculate my pay so far in advance that I can manipulate my schedule to work based off what I can afford and your app allows me to do that! Jhoan is truly amazing! He always responds to any question right away and is more than willing to help! He goes above and beyond on so many levels!
Already in love ❤️. Just downloaded the app the minute I saw my coworker said it was released! I've been so excited since he announced it and was testing it out! And not that it's out it is already making my life and my job so much easier! Super easy to use and now I know what I'm supposed to be getting when our paychecks roll around! It refuses to add trips automatically and lack customer service.. It gives you the option to have your trips added to your schedule automatically my pulling down on the screen but it never works!!
Life saver !. Being a new FA and trying to adjust to flying and learning all the things ... and understanding your paystub added to the stress a new hire feels. This app is clear, helpful and guided me to understanding all the items payroll related. As well the support and service I received was above and beyond outstanding! This truly is a must have for Even more so if you are a new hire. Great job!!

Now it makes sense! Love this app!. Finally!! An app that makes sense to how our paycheck is calculated!! I've tried many times to try and make sense on how the company comes up with the figure on my pay stub but to no avail.. and pretty much have given up to try and understand it... What are you waiting for???. No more worrying if you’re getting underpaid, accuracy on trips and when connected to your Flica it will add your trips automatically. Swapping your trips often? No worries the app will update anytime you refresh it. Best app for crew members.
It now works, and it’s amazing!. I finally got this app to work. It is working great. It keeps track of all your trips, plus you can calculate in all the extra stuff, like, did you fly lead? Did you get junior assignments? It factors all these things in for you in the touch of a button. This app truly helps!

After trying...👎🏻. I was hopeful but disappointed for the following reasons: 1-Unable use it for a month (as a test) before having to buy a subscription. 2- everything is manual input. It should be able to automatically pull info from FLICA or FC VIEW and then be able to edit that info. 3- wasn't able to contact creator (site just sends you to website, Even email was returned). 4-only allows 4 pairings, anything more is for subscription. 5- didn't seem to calculate carry-over correctly. Needs work and costs need to be lower. Still hopeful.

Creator is extremely helpful!. I downloaded this app because a coworker said it was helpful for her and that I should try it! I downloaded it immediately and starting inputting my info. I had a questions so I messaged the Facebook page for the app, and the creator messaged me back within 15 minutes! He was able to walk me through answering my question as well as helping to make sure I understood how to use the app and input my information correctly! This app is very helpful, and the creator is even nicer!!!
Great app. I like this app but I would love it it I was able to put in my deductions and know exactly how much I would be making other than that is an awesome app
