I love this application 😍!. Suggestion 1- Frequentation change app map and set latest google map. 2- add layout bottom to lot layout after parcel subdivision .

Pivots. I haven’t found a way to draw a circle for easily measuring a pivot.

Field measurements. This is about the best field measurement tool I have found.

The best app in the world. Honestly it is. I use it almost daily to measure out acreages. I LOVE that it is free. I’m not even sure if there are purchasable items within the app, because the app already does everything I need it to do. Thank you for existing app!

Ai needed to plot boundary lines. Next software update put Ai into it to map the exact proximity of the parcel lot(s0 of land blocks. Us the Ai to map the where the binary should be wether general or fixed where you put in the acre on the land registry and the software automatically pinpoints where it is to be located, allow current surveying equipment to link the laser range finder to the gps satellite and show on this app in real time the corresponding location coordinates. If new boundary markers are to be placed let the Ai determine where exact the old ones are and where the new ones should be located.

Ok but only on a larger scale. The GPS is not really accurate enough on the phone to make precise map measurements from a GPS position. You can mark points on a map, but only zoom in up to a certain point so measuring smaller things (like a 1000 sq ft roof) is tricky. For larger scale measurements where the points to mark are clear I could see this being ok, and only as an approximation.

Great free program. Was very curious about the dimension of some land. It worked great with my phone. I am unsure if there is a paid version or if it has more functions, like save or print. It is defiantly worth a try.

Help. How do i get rid of this app with out paying for it downloaded the wrong app?

clouds. Useless for me, the area I need to measure is under clouds. Seems to work if you can see the ground

Not accurate. Great idea....distance between markers is way off...said my 300+ foot property line was 1600+ feet

Useful for determining acreage of farmland. It was difficult for me to find the instructions at first but now agree this app works well. I tried every icon except the search button which does provide the quick start guide.

Helpful. I love to use this app, I wish that I could use it on pictures I’ve taken. Also dropping pins are hard to move with accuracy with out a stylus

Not accurate. According to the city where I live, my property is 4.5 acres. With this app it reads that my property is .8 and .9 acres.

Ease of use!. I downloaded this years ago for figuring food plots for customers. It’s simple give a good picture and is a great free alternative for basic land figures.

Custom Hay mowing and rolling. This has been a great app for me to use for my business. It gives me a sense of field sizes and that helps me with letting the customers understand the size difference in what they tell me and what I actually do highly recommend it

Amazing. This app is perfect if you are looking to buy land or subdivide. Can’t believe it took me so long to get it.

Needs better zoom and address tagging. Searching by address works, which is better than some apps, the area seems somewhat accurate, but it caps zoom to the point where it’s hard to get pins exactly where you want them on the map. Also when you search by address it does put the house in the center of the map, but does not put numbers on the houses or even drop a pin on it, so you would have to double check with a different map app that you’re measuring the right property especially in crowded neighborhoods.

Wish list. Was hoping to be able to print off the area that I pined off.

Perfect. Was having problems at 1st but the app guy worked the bug out and it works great now. I use the ap for rough quotes on fence jobs.

Poor quality. It doesn’t show the pin points when you tap the screen so you can’t see where you dropped them.

Easy coordinate. If possible I can input coordinate by all types for finding the correct address.

Has worked perfectly for me. I use this to measure commercial roofs and it is always extremely close to the actual square footage. I have recommended this to a couple of other roofers

Would not show location. Entered location. Road name property number town and province and country and would not go there

The acre settings doesn't work!. I downloaded this app to confirm the acerage of the some land I'm trying to buy but when I go to settings to change to acre, it doesn't work. It still give me meters squared. In general, this app is not well made. I'm not sure if the measurements are accurate.

Great when it works. It's great when the pins drop when & where you want but I spend more time trying to get the app to drop pins in when the app doesn't work. Some programmer should either fix the app or write a tutorial on how to troubleshoot.

Works, but has at least one drawback imo. I wanted to find another source to measure property and found Marea on the App store which had some favorable reviews, so I purchaced the Lifetime Updates for $39.99 (before using it... dumb idea, I know). After using it right after making the purchase, I can say that it does work. However, the one negative, which is why I only gave 4 stars, is becuase the map will only zoom in so far. I was trying to measure a piece of property that has allegedly built their huge chain link fence over the propety line, but the map will not allow me to zoom in close enough to better see details of the very large chain link fence that can easily be seen on Google Maps. So, iI the developers would not restrict the "zoom in" function, I'd probably give it 5 stars.

Review. Impressive!

Not impressed.. The app as is, is not very useful. Maybe it is useful once you unlock it. You cannot move the pins once set in place (at least I have not been figure it out in case you can). No line length between pins. Area calculation does not correlate with what I know from my own property. This app has potential, but needs work. Give a list of items what the apps unlocks to determine if it is worth buying. Also add some instructions.

Great Support from Publisher. This is the only software that does what I need it to do. I am a Drone Pilot, and need a KML file to define drone outer limits of travel. This software creates a file, that loads into Done Link without any editig. It just works great!

Impressive app. Great for measuring properties as I own a commercial and residential mowing company. Very useful in giving quick and accurate quotes
